Food never showed up even though shown as delivery, They never responded to the text when late & never picked up the phone. Seriously poor.

Worst pizza ever!!! Smelled awful right out of the box. The ham was salty and tasted bad. There was only sauce and two pieces of ham. I couldn’t even finish it and had to throw it away. Total waste of food and money . .

My favourite pizza place in Kingston. Juicy and tasty and free friendly delivery. Probably eat from here once a month. They make their own dough and the pizza on demand unlike chains like Pizza Express that sell warmed up frozen pizzas.

I ordered a fireaway special pizza expecting it to be atleast a bit loaded but it was as good as a bland one. Not recommended and the taste was also fair nothing special

Delivery driver was interesting…

Order was marked as delivered on the app 15 mins before the food was delivered. Instructions said do not knock but they knocked loudly on the door at 2.30am

They didn't deliver my food the most recent time and they don't answer there phones. Giving this 3 stars because the one time they got my order right. It was so good. Other then that. I've got cold food. Late deliveries from here.

Ordered on Deliveroo and failed to deliver. Wasted my time and now I can’t order. Everything close absolutely rude and unacceptable. UPDATE. ARRIVED 30 mins late. But food is ok. Cold and they must have ran out of jalapeños. I ordered a spicy pizza and a kid could eat this.

I have had their pizza so many times. Drunk and sober, on my own and for the whole family. Always quick, accommodating and tasty. Would recommend and come back

Halloumi salad was so bad. It is the worst time I have ordered it. Just leaves, few olives and halloumi pieces. It is missing all the other veggies and no dressing at all.

Ordered a meal which offers 2 pizza 1 side with each pizza and a drink coming to £35.00 sodes ordered was honey chicken strips and cheesy garlic bread . The delivery was late plus when opened the bag the cheesy garlic bread was missing not happy not worth £35 including the delivery and service charge .making me now consider not Uber eats again

The smell was off-putting, indicating that the pizza had been sitting for a considerable amount of time before delivery. The quality was so poor. I am able to make a better pizza at my home. They do not understand business at all. As a customer, I expect my food to be delivered in a timely manner and to meet basic quality standards. However, this was not the case with my order from Fireaway Pizza Kingston. The cold temperature and burnt appearance of the pizza made it virtually inedible. Pizza tasted ok but I've had better. Wedges were burnt in places and tough to eat. Garlic bread didn't taste of garlic at all. Disappointing for the price, tried as there was a good discount but wouldn't buy again I'm afraid.

Nice and timely delivery of hot Pizzas!!

The issue is it one item short (the kids pizza) and when I called the restaurant the guys tells me raise a refund request. I am very puzzled as I can only raise the request in the whole order being a family deal. He seemed to be in a hurry to disconnect!!

Fireaway pizza is great don’t get me wrong, but don’t accept an order and then, around the estimated delivery time(a good 30/40minutes), cancel it! Just don’t accept it in the first place, don’t build me up buttercup baby just to let me down!!

I can't say anything about the food as after 40 minutes waiting my order has been cancelled. I called the shop 5 minutes earlier and everything was ok. I was in the kitchen by the front door, no one was outside. I had my both phones with me and no one called me. Guy in the shop said it was probably engaged... What a joke

We ordered 2 chicken pizzas from online Firstly it was late to arrive Secondly the driver was extremely rude As far as the taste I would give it a zero because all they did was scatter a few pieces of chicken and veggies on top of a naan bread instead of proper pizza base. It’s very disappointing as it was whopping £25.

Pizza is okay. I felt like the manager was a bit harsh with his staff and a delivery driver when I was in the shop. This made me feel uncomfortable.

Delivery driver was so kind and courteous, he rang the phone instead of the doorbell in case he woke anyone up (late night order!) and he offered to walk round to save me getting cold. Food was also good quality.

Food arrived over an hour later than time estimated. When calling the restaurant they would say '5-10 more minutes' each time I called for updates, as they didn't provide them.

App gave us a restaurant miles away thanks to the delivery driver

Ordered of Uber eats was noted on the app as on the way. Came to latest arrival time called the shop the pizza hadn't even left yet. When asking the worker why its taking so long. All he kept saying this all i can do you want it or not after charging £3.50 delivery fee aswel. This shop has spoiled my opinion on every firewater pizza and will also recommend to my friends not too go there

The pizza was incredibly thin, like a piece of paper. The ingredients were so few that I could only count the mushrooms and peppers. Unfortunately, I can say that it is the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life.

The order coming late and the food it was cold.

Not even worth a 1 star. The most disgusting people who work there. Ordered from Uber eats and the delivery driver decided to take the pizza to the wrong address. Gave him the correct address and then he said he was on his way. He called to say he left the pizza downstairs, he didn’t even leave it downstairs! Then called Fireaway pizza and the workers there believed his lies and said he already told them the pizza was delivered. They didn’t care that they have a liar as a driver and that we didn’t get our food. They even said he was “busy” and made excuses for his disgusting behaviour. Then they decided to put the phone down and ignore us. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Ordered a pizza at 2AM and it was honestly one of the best pizzas ive had delivered in Kingston. Came hot and crispy and at such a late hour deserves a review. First review ive ever taken time to write because I was so happy with the food and short delivery time. Cheers!

Previously a fan but no longer. Gone downhill at the same rate prices have risen or worse. The most recent order was as bad an excuse for pizza as I can remember having and we ordered 4 of them! I hate throwing food in the bin but... Luckily other superior options exist locally. Loads of them. No longer recommended.

The rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. Ordered from here and was told the driver had just left, I waited 2 and a half hours for it to arrive . Whilst waiting I called the restaurant multiple times and the guy on the phone just ignored what I was saying and was being completely unreasonable. After all that commotion the pizza wasn’t even worth it , the thinnest pizza I have ever had don’t even bother ordering from here

The box felt almost empty. I have never received such a small and extra fin pizza. I am worry that is no worth the money. Appreciate your delivery but I will not order again.

Ordered at 11:40 on their own website, waited one hour and after wondering why its taking so long, I checked the updates in their website, its still shows as "Order Accepted" stage, and it has not even began the "Preparing your Order" stage yet. So I phoned twice to cancel it at 12:40. They did not answer both times. So I ordered a Dominoes instead that took 10 minutes from Order to Delivery. I figured Fireaway Pizza will eventually cancel my order. Now at 16:25 while I am at work, the delivery driver calls me to ask if I "still want the pizza". He said the order was placed only 1 hour ago.😁 This is how you run a business to the ground.

The kindest delivery driver I have ever met.

Pizza took nearly 2 hours to arrive and 3 phone calls to the restaurant to arrive. Driver forgot the drinks and the pizza they sent was the wrong toppings. They said they would issue a full refund but deliveroo wont as I can't provide a copy of the recipient because the driver never gave me one! Scammers.
