I’m pregnant and I ordered Tortilla for dinner. I waited almost an hour for my food to come, updates kept telling me my food was being prepared, then that the courier was at the restaurant. I then got a text message saying my order was cancelled after 48 minutes of waiting! Unbelievable!! Why did you wait so long to contact me?? This service was disgraceful and I would never recommend your restaurant to anybody. I will do the opposite and tell everybody to avoid it!!

Jerry wrapped me a nice chicken burrito, and didn’t go shy on that squeeze of lime which I neeeed to top off a burrito. All the guys here are always friendly, my favourite spot for a quick lunch

Nachos is so salty, as if you will have a heart attack right the way. It’s immoral to add so much salt to boost drinks sales. So salty that I can’t barely finish 1/3 of it I always have great food n experience in other shop. This shop is horrible

I would give this 0 stars if I could, they don’t sender the phone after calling so many times to specify and allergy with my order so now my meal is inedible, in addition to this the other thing I could eat the chips, they forgot to put in my order. Terrible service, terrible communication, and now I have wasted money on a meal I can’t even eat. Shocking.

Disappointing portion control (meat) Watching the staff at Tortilla fill a burrito with meat is genuinely baffling. Don’t get me wrong, they are generous with rice, beans etc… but my word they are tight with the meat. They’re equipped with a ladle clearly designed to portion properly—but you’d think it was a delicate archaeological dig the way they barely scoop anything up. They’ll do two or three (tiny) scoops to give the impression they are being generous, then drop half of it back in the tub before anything even reaches your wrap. It feels more like a performance than food prep—and not a good one. Ask for a bit more and you’re either charged extra or given a token gesture, like they’re handing out gold dust. A full ladle of chicken shouldn’t be an upgrade—it should be the baseline. I get it—cost control matters. But there’s a difference between managing margins and short-changing your customers.

I was at Tortilla for the free burrito promotion yesterday and I just came to say the staff on duty we’re just incredible. As you can imagine the line was out the door and down the street but they were so organised and handled the crowds so efficiently we were in and out so quickly. They were considerate of the restaurant next door making sure the line didn’t block their entrance and I could see staff walking up and down the line checking everything was okay and dealing with any issues. And the food was fab too! Thanks tortilla staff you deserve a bonus for your brilliant work

we eat here all the time but in this day giving away 15000 awards the food was wet and did not taste good. i barely took 5 bites because of the taste. I would not go back on the free give away

I do love the food although the service isn’t very good because they don’t listien very well they’re stingy when it comes to dips and I think they are a bit mean they don’t even smile and most of the staff charge full price for quesadillas when it’s only cheese although one staff member was very nice and only charged me for bread thank you to that one staff

The best burrito I've had in years. Ate in. Shame the environment wasn't as good as the burrito. The trash area was overflowing and the toilet was minging.

I am very disappointed in this restaurant food. We ordered food from this restaurant, the bag arrived ripped and wet and the food container was open and the food nearly poured in the paper bag. Some food poured in the paper bag. It was a shame my husband received the food at the door coz I was engaged otherwise I would not accept that food order. I tried to call the restaurant several times but no one answered. Very poor customer service. I would definitely not recommend to anyone.

The pork was not cooked, or there was only pork fat in my food. Hygiene was questionable. An employee used a small lid, which accidentally fell into the container of vegetables, to scoop vegetables into my food. I had to throw away my food because of that pork, and I never want to come back here again.

Your staff served us a burnt Quesadilla, this would be a very first time we visited your restaurant but not our first time eating quesadilla. Highly disappointed as we can tastes the burnt Quesadillas- to the owner of this restaurant will you eat this type of food. Very expensive food yet you gave us horrible food. I have no time to replace a need food as we have to travel 2 hrs back home. Oh another news we waited almost 20 mins for us to get this Quesadilla yes only a QUESADILLA that we have to wait. Please do better.

I didn't take a photo as I was hungry and dug into my food straight away. But I will certainly mention the young lady who took my order and helped me in a huge way. I didn't have a card on me, only cash and was told it's Card Only. She used her own card and took the cash from me to pay for my food. Very helpful, thoughtful and sweet.

You’re lucky to get the time of the day as the service is appalling. Very rude and short. My order took ages to come along (but yet there was other people getting their order before me and obviously Uber eats take priority.) When I did get my order they forgot my drink so I almost went behind the counter myself and took it. No one of our care if I did as they were not paying attention at all. Pricey for what you get. Next time I’ll just make it at home.

I tried their salsa nachos and it was amazing. Even I ordered for my friends. Their recipe is too authentic. I customised it my way like I wanted to top up with more cheese so their team member happily made that for me. The staff Is kind as well.
