We had lunch and a few drinks on Sunday at Vardo and were served by Ben. The anchovy pizza was absolutely delicious and the cocktails were scrumptious ! We will definately be going back again soon. A big shout out to Ben ….. he is such a warm and friendly guy. Very polite and attentive and nothing wad too much trouble for him. Also … his excellent service came with a brilliant smile ! Keep up your excellent customer service Ben. You’re a true gem and an asset to your team !! Thank you very much !

Visitamos Pizza Express en Chelsea, Londres para un almuerzo familiar y tuvimos una gran experiencia. Reservé nuestra mesa usando la aplicación Pizza Express por primera vez, aprovechando una oferta especial: compre una pizza y obtenga la segunda gratis. La aplicación era fácil de usar, y todo fue sin problemas con la reserva. La pizza estaba realmente deliciosa, fresca, bien preparada y llena de sabor. We booked the Coopers Arms to celebrate our daughter's wedding at Chelsea Town Hall. It was ideal for what we wanted - somewhere laid back and relaxed where everyone felt at home, including our five grandchildren. Quentin and Emily were great hosts and able to provide everything we asked for as soon as it was needed. We opted for a champagne toast with canapés. The food was delicious and again the sharing platters worked well for our group. A job very well done - thank you very much.

It's a shame. I used to come to itsu king's road to have my dinner, and I always order Thai Chicken with no veggie. Unfortunately, today the people in this shop let me down by saying that they cannot make it "out of the standard". Team leader and possibly an assistant manager (as she wasnt wearing uniform) said the same thing. What could possibly go wrong if you just dont serve a scoop of g'ng in that cup? I honestly dont know, and I used to work in itsu for few years as a team leader. That sounded just they wanted to finish the pots ready in the hot pass, instead of making a new one, cause I came to this same shop last week and I was served as usual. I truly hope someone kind enough in head office read this comment and take some action. It's not that hard to get a bit flexible when a regular customer order something. Muy limpio , pero nos pareció caro para lo que se estaba vendiendo y tenía combinaciones extrañas . ¿Qué ha pasado con los buenos sándwiches de huevo y tomate o de queso y cebolla? No estaban allí cuando fuimos

Bastante divertido leer las malas críticas sobre el tipo lituano detrás de la barra, sin duda es el barman más desagradable de Londres. Lo he visto dando bebidas gratis a un par de clientes habituales, ¡solo desearía ser más amable con el resto de nosotros!

Desagradable, falta de compromiso de barista, el café era horrible, así que lo dejamos, no hay aseo disponible. No volveremos.

Very welcoming staff, bright and airy bar, prompt and efficient service, I only had some prawns and the duck rilette which were lovely…the loss of one star only because I thought the rilette under seasoned which is I admit a bit picky…I shall come again.
