So good. I got a cup of tea for just under £5 and was delivered a huge pot of tea with milk and sugar, in a beautiful tea set. The waiters were lovely, it’s very dog friendly and the interior is gorgeous and classy as well. I’ll definitely come back!

Was looking for a place to attend my online meetings while all the other places around the area were not suitable and this place offered exactly what I needed with it’s chill atmosphere and friendly staff. It was a morning time so I thought I would give their breakfast menu a shot and I was more than happy with their food and service. I ordered the scrambled eggs with salmon and the broccoli nuts plate and they were both above expectations. The eggs were cooked perfectly, soft, and delicious. The broccoli plate was surprisingly great with a unique taste of olive oil and herbs and the almonds added a great taste to the dish. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I would also like to point out the cleanliness of this place especially for a person who does not use public restrooms but this one was extremely clean and comfortable to use. They have both indoor and outdoor seating areas.

This is my favourite neighbourhood cafe. Just off Sloane square - it is like stepping into a piccola italia. With outside seating, the interior is like a beautiful riva boat - the staff are always charming - it is dog friendly - the coffee delicious - the pastries delivered fresh every day and the brunches superb. worth a break from shopping in sloane square.

Lovely brunch. Superb quality of food. Lovely waiter but was obvious being bullied by the horrible mannered hostess so totally not customer service trained. Also my 10 year old son had to listen to a conversation about university students sitting next to us sex life detailed. I very politely asked these girls to quiet their conversation but to no avail.. what a shame.

Arrived on a sunny morning and decided to sit outside for a coffee. I went inside and asked if I could sit outside the manager said yes so I sat myself down on the terrace. There was only one other person there. The manager came outside and spoke to this other table then walked straight past me and back inside again. So I waited….then the waiter came out to deliver something to the other table and was about to walk past me too when I managed to catch his eye. ‘Are you being served”he enquired… well No I wasn’t! I ordered a cappuccino. The coffee was small and lukewarm. Not great. I had to go inside to pay as no one was looking after the terrace. When I was asked for £4.54 I was very surprised. I said it wasn’t great and it was lukewarm and that perhaps he should warm the cup before putting the coffee in. He wasn’t interested so I left. Only afterwards did I see that I’d been charged 12% service! It was a very expensive lukewarm cup of coffee served with a distinct lack of care or concern. I am a local resident but I wont be going back!

Chucs on Lower Sloane Street catered to our every need last night. We were having a private dinner party next door and they prepared food for us which was not even on the menu and brought it over! Such great customer service and the food was incredible!

Came here by chance wandering the streets to have breakfast, the service and welcome were really excellent. The porridge was delicious!

My sister and I came looking for a place to have breakfast and was recommended to try this cafe by our hotel. The coffee was very good, and we were happy with our scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. Ask for Lea, she’s fantastic and will take good care of you 🩷

Fantastic cafe and restaurant right across the Sloane Place Hotel. The staff are super friendly and the manager checked in our table often. Our waitress, Lea, is super sweet and we had a lot of good laughs while enjoying a fantastic cup of coffee. The breakfast is also good, smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and sour dough toast. Go for it!

Almost but not quite. Chucs should have been great, but it was only good. The service was very spotty and actually no one waited on us unless we called them for service or requested certain items. The atmosphere was elevated and the food presentation was quite nice but when you have bad service, and lack of attention, it kind of makes the entire experience unpleasant.

Well kept secret of Chelsea. Lovely staff, friendly and kind. Fantastic breakfast and dinner. Wine is half-priced on Mondays.

I threw a dinner party for ten people on the terrace as the sun was setting and every aspect was perfection, from the way the fluted, unique glassware shined with the bottles in the light to the food itself: most of us began with the gazpacho and then had either a pasta or steak or salmon. Although guests arrived over the course of thirty minutes, the friendly waiters did not make any of us feel hurried at all. Nestled in the cozy couches full of pillows, I felt more at home than home, and ultimately felt I had hosted in a way which was much warmer and more attentive than any Mayfair club for a fraction of the price (really, 1/4 of the price.) This Chucs is going to be my default venue for such occasions from now on.

Called in for late lunch, busy but made to feel welcome which was good. Waitress did explain that it would be a little wait for food as it was towards the end of lunchtime service, which was good. Food when served looked great, cob salad for me, blt for my son, with some lovely hot French fries, all spot on. When my sparkling mineral water glass was mistakenly topped up by the waitress with still water, on realising offered to replace our empty bottle of mineral with another. A great touch but graciously declined, mistakes happen, no problem. Look forward to coming back soon.

We had a lovely experience eating, having a beer and people watching in this little gem of a café-restaurant. It has a beautiful location opposite a peaceful leafy junction. You could sit for ages and take it all in. I actually left my phone behind and our lovely server Anna and her colleague Tzanin made sure to take care of it until it could be retrieved. Can only rate service because they screw up so badly even though we reserved twice we did not get a table. Systems don't work and any employee takes a reservation without noting it or informing the host. Upon arrival we were questioned if we had done a reservation a few times and made us feel unwelcomed. Not going back. Another food chain.

My wife booked a family table for my bday. She called to confirm same day and they did not have the booking. But told us to come that there was a table available outside like we had requested. Upon arrival the host had no clue about us. The barman/waiter had taken on him to play the role without noting it in the system or letting the host know. The host questioned us about the whole issue beyond our comfort. It became quite an unpleasant experience. We ended returning home with no bday dinner. Just another chain struggling with service and quality of customer experience. Not going back again. We used to go there every now and then. But like all chains eventually the luster is gone.

We like Chuc‘s very much. As our usual was fullrom other Chucs locations and did, we went to Chucs Chelsea. What can go wrong? It is very small to start with, the staff not very attentive. The menu differed from the usual and did not have our favorite ribeye steak. On top of that no pizzas were available on the day of our visit. Ok, can happen. They have, admittedly, a problem with their kitchen ventilation. So they ventilate into the guestroom. And you sit in the middle pf all kitchen smells and smokes. When it becomes too much they open all doors, and you sit in a cold draft. That destroys everything

Alejandro made us exceptionally welcome from the moment we arrived and took such good care of us. We visited on the recommendation of a TikTok video after trying to book every restaurant in London last minute. This place came highly recommended and it was absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere, the food, the service, all was perfect for a long overdue reunion of a couple of friends. The cocktails were perfect, the buratta with roasted pumpkin was just delicious…everything was just right. Our waiter Alejandro even remembered it was my birthday, which was a lovely touch, and throughout the evening really made us feel taken care of and didn’t rush us at all. Honestly a new favourite - we’ll definitely be back.

But the food is disgusting and staff is generally unprofessional and rude. Probably one of the worst restaurants in London. Honestly Mac Donald is much better. I also tried the one in Belgravia, same experience. They should shot it down till the change the menu, stuff and most importantly the chef. Even with very simple classic receipts, easy to make, They have the ability to ruin it.

Service ok,food not bad would be a 4 star review but pizza almost had no cheese on it! Even when you got a bit of cheese was so thin!

2nd time in this 1 and also been at 1 in South Ken! They have a fine range of dishes including pasta and burgers with chips! This time had delicious Cacio E Pepe and Tiramisu dessert which had Chuc's C logo etched on it! What an original idea!

I have attempted to book four times over the last two weeks for a group of us to have brunch. Initially I tried the booking system which said i had not been able to book but that I could submit a request which i did. No response. I have telephoned twice and left messages on both occasions-NO response. Finally I have submitted another request and again No response. Just not acceptable. I don't mind being told there are no tables but at least tell me. I have booked somewhere else now who answered first time.

Chucs is a nice addition to the neighborhood, however there are details that leave a lot to be desired. The last two times I was here, someone came in from off the street, looking a little worse for wear, and was directed to the washroom. the same person then came out minutes later and left. A little strange to watch while you are eating. In addition, the staff need to learn to close the door to where the bathroom and kitchens are, it is very unsightly and way too visible to the entire restaurant. For a restaurant/cafe trying to show a classy interior, the fact the door to the somewhat dirty looking kitchen is flung open for all to see as wells hear the discussion of the kitchen staff (along with the toilets) is a really obvious area for visual improvement. Food was pretty good, but these details took away from the ambiance.

Delicious Food! We had the Bigoli Cacio e Pepe and the Pizza San Daniele and some starters. Plan in some time for it as it takes quite long but definetly worth the wait!

The menu is not that different from Chucs Belgravia as are the prices. However the quality is poor. The food looks like it is all just reheated. The calamari was soggy and pastas are limp and salty and over cooked. Definitely a big disappointment.
