Terrible customer service. We booked tables online one week prior and received our CONFIRMATION email. This was for lunch during a gap we have on a wedding day! Then ONE day before the booking they phone us to say they need a deposit and all meals ordered in advance - this was never mentioned before. I explained the situation that I had booked in advance, received my confirmation, the woman on the phone said she would call back and never did. Instead I get an email less than 24 hours before my booking cancelling despite receiving confirmation before. They made up policies about deposit and pre ordering. We were tables of less than 10 so that isn't necessary at any Zizzi! Terrible customer service and honestly we only booked because Zizzi has such basic food that it would be easy. I highly recommend you avoid. I'm sure we won't even receive an apology for them cancelling on us less than one day before the wedding day lunch. Review update - I reached out to their customer service seeing as they said to do that below, the manager responded, but then ignored 2 emails to try arrange a call. I have no interest speaking to them anymore. I just think everyone should avoid this location, and honestly there are a million better restaurants to go to

We were told to visit here by the hotel we stayed at.....what an awful experience! Food had been reheated, obviously been microwaved. And the potatoes were burnt beyond all recognition! Certainly, we will not be going back....ever!

Great restaurant, we have been there twice this week. Variation in pizzas, both standard and more original dishes. QR code did not work properly but the staff was very helpful and we received excellent help. Nice meal!

I recently came back, last time perfect service perfect food, this time I decided to come with a few friends, waited at the door for about 10 minutes until no one decided to come not even the manager to let us know if we can sit down until we get told no as they didn’t want us, very unwelcoming and not the same service as my last visit, do something about it please should not be normal to not be able to sit down at a restaurant when tables are free!!!

Staff were very warm and welcoming. Family friendly. Wife said the lasagne was lovely. Food was served hot and very tasty. Had a great evening with my family. This venue also accepts Tesco vouchers which made it beter value for money (some franchises don't accept Tesco vouchers). Thankyou Zizzi at Earl's Court.

Agonisingly slow service. 30 min wait to even come to the table to take your order. Another 20min just to bring bill. Food was fine but go only if you have no where else to be.

Food was okay, starter was lovely, arancini; can never go wrong! The salad was somewhat naff, wouldn't order it again. Was a lot of lettuce for £15! There were about 4 peas and 2 pieces of green beans! Pudding was good!

Honestly one of my worse experiences getting pizza anywhere. The waitress took ages to even greet us. We waited for her to take our order she didnt come without us calling her. Had to stop people anytime we wanted anything. Pizzas took absolute ages so we ordered fries while waiting. When the pizza finally came it was cold. Noone asked how we found our meal. Had to stop people to get water. When the bill came, it had the tip added automatically. I was not happy to pay it and then it took an extra 5 minutes for them to figure it out. Honestly really poor customer service, and while the pizzas were decent, they were not hot and therefore cold after a couple minutes. So glad I had a deal I was using that day or that would've been a waste of both time and money.

The food was quite nice but we felt that this restaurant doesn’t welcome Asians! My family and I (total 4 ppl) arrived at Zizzi (Earl’s Court) at around 6:45pm last Wednesday. The waiter at the entrance immediately told us the restaurant was full (when there were actually still many available tables, more than 50% of tables available). I showed him my booking details and then he went inside to talk to another waitress and that waitress asked him to allocate us to the table which is the closest to the door (when there were other tables for four available at the inner part of the restaurant ). Ironically, as our seats were close to the entrance, we then noticed that when other diners came into the restaurant, the waiter/waitress greeted them and let them walk-in WITHOUT BOOKINGS required! Besides that, the staff even let other diners choose the table. We were extremely disappointed by such a big difference on the attitude towards us (Asians)! Felt like your company doesn’t welcome Asians to dine in. If we didn’t book the table, obviously we were not allowed to be seated.

Staff were incredible! So attentive and helpful, had a wonderful time and the food never disappoints, will definitely come again! Shoutout to Lindsay, she was so nice.

La comida era bastante agradable, pero sentimos que este restaurante no da la bienvenida a los asiáticos! Mi familia y yo (total 4 plp) llegamos a Zizzi (Earl’s Court) alrededor de las 6 : 45 pm el miércoles pasado. El camarero en la entrada inmediatamente nos dijo que el restaurante estaba lleno (cuando en realidad había más del 50 % de mesas disponibles). Le mostré mis datos de reserva y luego entró a hablar con otra camarera y esa camarera le pidió que nos asignara a la mesa que estaba más cerca de la puerta (cuando había otras mesas para cuatro disponibles en la parte interior del restaurante). Irónicamente, como nuestros asientos estaban cerca de la entrada, nos dimos cuenta de que cuando otros comensales (que no eran asiáticos) entraban en el restaurante, el camarero / camarera los saludaba y los dejaba caminar - ¡y no se requerían reservas! ¡No les dijeron a ninguno que el restaurante estaba lleno! Además, el personal incluso dejó que otros comensales eligieran la mesa. ¡Nos sentimos muy decepcionados por una gran diferencia en la actitud hacia nosotros (los asiáticos)! Realmente sentí que este restaurante no da la bienvenida a los asiáticos. Y tristemente, esta no era la primera vez que nos encontramos con una actitud así aquí, pero la última vez nos sentimos raros que el camarero insistió en que el restaurante estaba lleno cuando había mesas disponibles. Si no reservamos la mesa, obviamente no se nos permitió cenar en este momento!

We were able to get seated fast and the food was great. We had the pizza, garlic bombe, and a pizza. It was all very tasty. Our only complaint is that they were out of many of the drinks. We tried to order a cocktail, sparking water and a coke but they were out of all of it which was a little disappointing.

He had a lovely meal, the staff were very polite and helpful. Brilliant location, very close to Earls Court station. Would definitely recommend it.

We decided to book here on Sunday Evening 18:00, 06 October for 5 people. We had seen numerous positive and negative reviews and just felt we would try it for ourselves. When we arrived we received a very warm welcome and the really efficient, friendly and knowledgeable Lindsey showed us to our table. I had to change our party from 4 to 5 late afternoon, and when phoning the restaurant I could get no reply, so just left a message. Lindsey kindly rang us back within minutes to confirm that all was ok, and the booking was amended which was reassuring. The food on offer/menu looked amazing and very good value. We scanned our napkin as directed and we received some free garlic bread. Our choice of food was quite varied but myself I opted for the amazing King Prawn Spiedini and for main the excellent Lasagne Al Forno. Everyone enjoyed the food they had requested and we cannot really find fault in anything which is good. Obviously we can only write a review on our own experience. The majority of people who eat here will never ever write a review. Having said that I felt it important to try and level up the playing field on the reviews that have been written, and say we all had an excellent evening and would eat here again, without any concerns or worries. The nearest tube station is Earls Court and when leaving just head for the Earls Court Road exit. Zizzi is just a one minute walk from the exit. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we will be back again.

first of all, the salted caramel brownie is delicious! the pasta was wonderful and the pizza was too. it wasn’t greasy or sickening. the staff were lovely, being so polite and welcoming. a great place to go!

THE FIRST AND LAST TIME!! FRIES NOT SEASONED, KETCHUP AVAILABLE ON DEMAND, NOT GIVEN! AND NOTHING DESPITE YOU HAD TO PUT YOUR FOOD TOGETHER TO PAY. THE WORST THING OF ALL WAS THEY CALCULATED THE TIP THEMSELVES AND SAID IT WASN'T EVERYTHING PAID!!! OUTRAGEOUS!

Very cold. Some of the food was cold. But taste good. Wanted to pay separately which was basically no problem. However, we had to calculate our own bill. We only noticed the 'Optional Tip' when paying. We were charged without asking. When asked, the service was very rude and rude. We didn't say anything that we didn't want to pay this. First and last time.

Good quality food and fresh produce but in insufficient quantity: 4 bacon bits in carbonaras…. The waitress brings us the bill and rushes us to pay, after payment we discover an “optional” tip of £4.20 discovered too late.. Very poor value for money

We were in the mood for some good Italian food and decided to try Zizzi. Our first impression was positive, with a friendly and attentive waitress. I ordered the roasted mushroom risotto, while my significant other chose the Chicken Milanese. Unfortunately, the risotto was average at best, and the chicken dish was inedible—dry and stringy. Thankfully, the waitress was understanding and took the chicken dish off our bill. While the service was great, we were disappointed with the quality of the two dishes we tried.

I arrived to Zizi in Earls Court with my friend who uses a wheelchair. There is a step to enter the restaurant so we stood outside contemplating what to do. A waiter saw us, asked if we wanted to go in, said he could set the ramp for us to use. He was great, not only did he put out the ramp but he wheeled my friend in to help me then wheeled her out when we were leaving. He was excellent - so thoughtful and very kind. Thank you!

It's a Zizzi. Good food, but not brilliant. Excellent service. They charge 10% extra as a tip, but you can ask for that to be removed (most people won't, so that is a bit of a scam)

Food was just amazing. Wish the service were a bit more like in Tower Hill, positive and happy to meet new guests, but instead we got a bit cold response from the workers as if they didn't want either have us there or be themselves there. Anyhow, good vibe and worth the money.

Staff was the absolute opposite of welcoming nor were they quick/involved at all. Had a reservation but still had to wait outside in line for half an hour bevause there were no available tables, ordering + getting the food took another 80 minutes. Food was good but would not recommend whatsoever
