Everything was perfect the service perfect. The workers are kind and respectful. The food was amazing like it's the best i have had in the UK. The only thing that was missing was fresh air but other than that everything was perfect

I wanted fast take-away food, and good quality. Very happy with Zizzi on both fronts, and got bonus excellent service too! If you wanted to dine in, the place is spacious and has a pleasant atmosphere. I was warmly greeted, they sat me at a table while I looked at the menu and then left me in peace while the food was prepared. Prep time was around 10 mins for a pasta and a pizza - and both meals were fantastic!

I went to this restaurant recently, I had an amazing experience. Every aspect was great. I loved my meal. All of the staff were really kind and polite especially Shakear and Amber. I will definitely be returning soon.

Lovely food and great service by Shakir (and Amber!) we brought our toddler for dinner and he did everything he could to ensure she had a great time! Really accommodating and warm atmosphere with considerate staff.

Took a very long time for someone to take a drink order, once on a roll not to bad but then I had to ask 3 different people for my bill. Very very warm inside. Food overall was ok but to be honest I would rather eat somewhere else’s for the money

I had a frustrating experience today, April 10th, at Zizzi Earls Court. The attendant treated me very badly!! I called several times and signaled several times and he simply pretended not to be there or to come and see. Apparently he is a new employee because I have come several times and had never seen him. He has straight brown hair and white skin. My experience was very embarrassing.

Truffle mushroom burata pasta was fantastic, would highly reccomend! And our waiter chris was very helpful.

Me and my mum it was our last day of tourism because the next day we were coming back home to our country. We stepped off the metro station and search a place to have dinner. We went into Zizzi for it's pizzas. The interior was cozy and lively. Really beautiful. We both picked the Sofia Pizza. And now for me it's one of the best pizzas that I have ever had. It's flavour mixed with the spiciness was wonderful. Loved it. Also the staff were professional and extremely kind. If your thinking of coming to eat here I surely recommend it. 10 out of 10.

Very nice restaurant, very helpful staff, they put a ramp so I can go up with my chair. Seen in the kitchen with a huge wood oven with big flames, just like with big flame stoves 🔥. Quite impressive! I highly recommend for 1 Italian meal.

The customer service was absolutely terrible, we ordered food and asked if we could use some vouchers that we had a free birthday main and were told yes, when the bill came they took of the cheapest main which wasn’t the meal I order as the the main for the free birthday meal explained this to guy who bought over the receipt who was huffing and puffing and said that the staff were new, he said the best he could do was take off the tip (which I wouldn’t have paid anyway) we then paid the bill and the guy walked off didn’t say thanks just went and stood back behind the bar talking about us with another member of staff 2 hours in a restaurant 30 mins before a drink was even bought to table, then another 20 mins before food! Waitress dropped ketchup on floor (accidents happen) but didn’t even apologise to the girl it went all over!! Absolutely terrible disappointing service

TERRIBLE! Usually zizzi is the type of place that’s a safe bet. However, avoid this one! We booked for Mother’s Day, turned up and were seated. Water glasses bought over as asked but no water. Drinks were all flat. Asked what was in a certain drink, didn’t know. Asked to use a 20% off voucher valid Fridays and Sunday and told we couldn’t, at this point we decided to leave the restaurant. Won’t be returning to this particular zizzi

We discovered Zizzi in Stevenage in 2013. When we are in the UK we always try to go there. Today we had a awesome pizza here in London at this Zizzi. Compliments also to the staff really professional and friendly. Great!!

We waited over 25 minutes for anyone to even come over to our table. We were then told false information about using vouchers that had been gifted via the zizis app. The team only acknowledged us once we had ordered our food and this was only to bring it over. We ordered a pasta dish and not once did we get asked if we would like cheese ect. The manager dropped a pot of sauce all over the floor and it went up the girl sat behind us and she didn’t even apologise. It went all up the girls clothes ans in her hair. She then did not come back over to serve any of us. The table opposite us came in at the same time and received their food after asking for it after 1 hour. Horrendous. Would never come back again.

Reliable Zizzi. I enjoy this place more than most high street chains. The one in earls court is a decent size, nice open kitchen and was pretty busy mid week. I think they must have been a bit short on staff as the service was quite slow, but the people working were nice. The food was good.

Generally a fan of Zizzi's. Been to this location twice now and both times were a bit of a disappointment. Recent visit, we were left at the table for 40 mins before we caught the attention of our server to come take our order. No water for the table, no nothing until we asked. Then after placing the order (which I had to do online because again, trying to catch the eye of the waiter to get the order after he disappeared after fetching our water was a mission). Placed the order on via the QR code and another 20 mins later we got an appetizer and then were left alone for another 30 mins. I had to prod twice by saying 'cna you please clear the table of the starter'. The food was ok (other Zizzi locations generally have better eg. Chiswick or Hampton), pastas had way too much oil. Overall not a good experience. I got it the first visit around, ths restaurant was packed and under-staffed. This more recent time, it was barely at 60% capacity when we came in, and max at 80% when we exited. More than enough staff just wandering around slowly.

Thanks for the labor of the workers; but-to me this is not an Italian eatery. Linguini with tomato sauce? Burrata with sweet whatever sauce? Pasta used for linguini was OKish. Seafood is not fresh and not processed well. Beef brisket was OKsih; however potatoes were 5 times more than the meat. We paid ~100 USD for two. Not worth at all. The pizza dough seemed good. We did not try.

Visitamos esta sucursal de Zizzi ya que era uno de los restaurantes más cercanos a nuestro hotel. Pedí un Calzone y mi esposa una lasaña vegana. Mi esposa amaba su lasaña, en sus palabras, como se describe y muy sabroso. Mi Calzone estaba muy bien aromatizado, pero era muy aceitoso. Tan aceitoso que tuve que empapar un poco con mi servilleta. El personal era amable aquí, pero parecía que esta sucursal ha perdido ese viejo ambiente Zizzi y la calidad que todos recordamos de años atrás.

Nice food and nice ambience. Waiters were lovely and helpful making a choice from the menu. Had the seabass whuch was lively. My daughter had king prawn picannte also lovely 😍. Reasonably priced. Would recommend.

We were on holiday in London. And we got takeaway food from Zizzi three times. The employees were always very, very nice. Especially the blonde waitress. The food was terrific. Highly recommended.

We took two pizzas for 20 euros per pizza I have never eaten worse the pizza was soulless without taste without flavor Adding to this a coke and a little water for €55 I find it scandalous to avoid.

Italian food was in order for us this evening, so we chose Zizi's. They have a great deal on a 3 course meal. Starter, Main and dessert were all fabulous. With Greg ensuring we had great service, we left feeling full and totally satisfied. Highly recommend if you find them in your area.

The food is very delicious and the individual pizza is huge! Tiramisu has good flavor and texture. The service is friendly and fast.

Good food, lovely staff, chilled atmosphere. (Giving it a three only as the bathroom was cold and as with most chains not loads of individuality in the restaurant but good if you want some relaxed non fuss dinner). Thank you to the lovely team at Zizzi’s Earl’s Court :)

FOOD POISONING the worst I ever had in my life. Had dinner there on Thursday sea bass and potatoes which they were burned and tasted weird and 3 h after I started to throw up and have bad tummy , couldn’t go to work. Awful place and food, obviously they serve reheated bad food. AVOID , I will report them to customer protection.

When to this restaurant on new year's eve. Their was four of us we had booked a table for four for 8.30. We stood there for ten minutes then finely an member of staff came . She said there we no table's free we said we had booked. She asked us to come back in half an hour. The member of staff was rude no apology no customer service skills at all. Won't be going there again .

We were looking for a place with gluten-free options. We had two gluten-free pizzas. The dough was one of the best we tried. Apart from being delicious, the gluten-free pizzas were a good size and at no added cost. The treatment was very good. The place was full but the food came out quickly. We loved the way they identify the table with allergens.
