I received a very warm welcome from Foysal. His service was excellent and the pizza was delicious.

The food is very delicious and the individual pizza is huge! Tiramisu has good flavor and texture. The service is friendly and fast.

Good food, lovely staff, chilled atmosphere. (Giving it a three only as the bathroom was cold and as with most chains not loads of individuality in the restaurant but good if you want some relaxed non fuss dinner). Thank you to the lovely team at Zizzi’s Earl’s Court :)

FOOD POISONING the worst I ever had in my life. Had dinner there on Thursday sea bass and potatoes which they were burned and tasted weird and 3 h after I started to throw up and have bad tummy , couldn’t go to work. Awful place and food, obviously they serve reheated bad food. AVOID , I will report them to customer protection.

When to this restaurant on new year's eve. Their was four of us we had booked a table for four for 8.30. We stood there for ten minutes then finely an member of staff came . She said there we no table's free we said we had booked. She asked us to come back in half an hour. The member of staff was rude no apology no customer service skills at all. Won't be going there again .

We had a disappointing experience at Zizzi, as we were unable to order without using the QR code, and it took 40 minutes just for them to enable our table on the system. While the restaurant was busy, this delay left us and the tables around us waiting extensively, not only to order but also for food, drinks, and service between courses. We understand restaurants can have off days, but the lack of alternative options and long wait times made the experience less enjoyable than we had hoped.

We were looking for a place with gluten-free options. We had two gluten-free pizzas. The dough was one of the best we tried. Apart from being delicious, the gluten-free pizzas were a good size and at no added cost. The treatment was very good. The place was full but the food came out quickly. We loved the way they identify the table with allergens.

As soon as you step foot in this restaurant you have a cozy sensation. The staff are absolutely amazing the young guy who served me was so professional that my mum wanted to give him a tip. As she wasn’t able to get to her change in time I said to her next time .

Having eaten at Zizzi for the first time at Manchester Piccadilly the previous week and being pleased with the food and service we decided to find another Zizzi on a trip to London. It was worth the walk from South Kensington to Earls Court. Food and service were great.

An amazing meal superb staff one lady in particular I believe she was in charge on the evening 14th Dec 24 had to deal with an physically abusive customer and handled it amazingly I will definitely return on another visit to London. Food was absolutely spot on with fast service.

Good option if you are looking for a pizzeria. Very innovative pizzas, large, good and very crispy. It is pretty and well decorated. The service has served us well.

Terrible customer service. We booked tables online one week prior and received our CONFIRMATION email. This was for lunch during a gap we have on a wedding day! Then ONE day before the booking they phone us to say they need a deposit and all meals ordered in advance - this was never mentioned before. I explained the situation that I had booked in advance, received my confirmation, the woman on the phone said she would call back and never did. Instead I get an email less than 24 hours before my booking cancelling despite receiving confirmation before. They made up policies about deposit and pre ordering. We were tables of less than 10 so that isn't necessary at any Zizzi! Terrible customer service and honestly we only booked because Zizzi has such basic food that it would be easy. I highly recommend you avoid. I'm sure we won't even receive an apology for them cancelling on us less than one day before the wedding day lunch. Review update - I reached out to their customer service seeing as they said to do that below, the manager responded, but then ignored 2 emails to try arrange a call. I have no interest speaking to them anymore. I just think everyone should avoid this location, and honestly there are a million better restaurants to go to

We were told to visit here by the hotel we stayed at.....what an awful experience! Food had been reheated, obviously been microwaved. And the potatoes were burnt beyond all recognition! Certainly, we will not be going back....ever!

I recently came back, last time perfect service perfect food, this time I decided to come with a few friends, waited at the door for about 10 minutes until no one decided to come not even the manager to let us know if we can sit down until we get told no as they didn’t want us, very unwelcoming and not the same service as my last visit, do something about it please should not be normal to not be able to sit down at a restaurant when tables are free!!!

Great restaurant, we have been there twice this week. Variation in pizzas, both standard and more original dishes. QR code did not work properly but the staff was very helpful and we received excellent help. Nice meal!

Staff were very warm and welcoming. Family friendly. Wife said the lasagne was lovely. Food was served hot and very tasty. Had a great evening with my family. This venue also accepts Tesco vouchers which made it beter value for money (some franchises don't accept Tesco vouchers). Thankyou Zizzi at Earl's Court.

Agonisingly slow service. 30 min wait to even come to the table to take your order. Another 20min just to bring bill. Food was fine but go only if you have no where else to be.

Food was okay, starter was lovely, arancini; can never go wrong! The salad was somewhat naff, wouldn't order it again. Was a lot of lettuce for £15! There were about 4 peas and 2 pieces of green beans! Pudding was good!

Excellent, we really liked the food and the service

Honestly one of my worse experiences getting pizza anywhere. The waitress took ages to even greet us. We waited for her to take our order she didnt come without us calling her. Had to stop people anytime we wanted anything. Pizzas took absolute ages so we ordered fries while waiting. When the pizza finally came it was cold. Noone asked how we found our meal. Had to stop people to get water. When the bill came, it had the tip added automatically. I was not happy to pay it and then it took an extra 5 minutes for them to figure it out. Honestly really poor customer service, and while the pizzas were decent, they were not hot and therefore cold after a couple minutes. So glad I had a deal I was using that day or that would've been a waste of both time and money.
