Das Personal war freundlich. Die Einrichtung ok. Der Aperolspritz und der Wein auch ok. Das Essen sehr enttäuschend. Meine Freundin bestellte einen Huhn Calabrese mit Kartoffel und ich ein Wolfsbarschfilet mit Gemüse und Kartoffel (ca 1800h). Sie kam zurück und sagte uns Calabrese gibts nicht mehr. Verwunderlich um diese Uhrzeit. Ausserdem gäbe es auch keine Kartoffel sondern nur Chips. Ich dachte da an die tollen riesigen Fritten von den Pubs und willigte ein, obwohl ich natürlich viel lieber Kartoffel zum Fisch hätte. Alternativ zum Huhn Lachs mit Pestorisotto. Beide Fische sehr klein und vorher im Mehl gewälzt!!!! Entsetzlich und geschmakslos. Minifritten aufgeweicht, nicht zu essen. Glutamatrisotto und Gemüse. Die Gäste am Nebentisch hatten Huhn Milanese bestellt. Da gabs plötzlich Huhn. Klar alles aus der Tiefkühltruhe aus dem Supermarkt. Sehr enttäuschend. Die Pizzen haben sehr gut ausgeschaut. Es gibt da einen riesigen Pizzaofen. Fazit: Uns sehen sie nie wieder. Ich denke für eine schnelle Pizza und ein Bier zwischendurch ists ok.

Took a while to be greeted and shown to a table. Not really busy, but slow to take our order. We were just about to walk out. Ordered lasagne a pork belly plus 2 large Nastro Azzuros. Drink came with very small glasses. The lasagne was lovely. The pork belly was far from the advertised crispy crackling. Sent it back for a crisping. Epic fail. Could have walked out again but stayed and ate it as the lasagne was nearly finished. No one asked how it was anyway. Very disappointing meal. Electronic device to show bill and no receipt offered. They also failed to advertise the zizzi rewards. They’re usually so reliable.

Food was good and staff the same. I'd avoid the "Pork Belly" though; the size of the portion that came out was a joke TBH!!...

Food looks good but the taste is average for most items, The lasagna 6 layer was good though. Pizza needs flavour balance with right topings.

If you're looking for an authentic Italian restaurant, this is a place to go. The best pizza and pasta I've tried in the UK so far! The staff is lovely and helpful, good selection of food, drinks and dessert.

Talking about Italian cuisine in this place is an insult to Italy. On the menu there is a carbonara with cheddar and mascarpone and a Siciliana Salmon which we didn't quite understand from which Italian recipe it was taken and which we obviously avoided. We had an appetizer of cured meats and vegetables, all of which was completely messed up. We sent it back after the first taste. Then, not knowing what to have, we took a margherita pizza that looked like the frozen supermarket one. A piece of advice: avoid writing Italian cuisine.

Great value and good quality food here. Really handy near Earls court underground station. Nice friendly staff.

I ordered a glass of frozen blood orange drink, but the staff gave me a can which was completely frozen until I asked for ice cubes🙄 The pizza crust is very thin and tastes good. The highlight is the Cabonara spaghetti👎🏻The price is 17 pounds. The appearance of the dish shows how good it tastes. The first time I ate it, I felt it was really good. It has no bacon taste or cheese taste. It has no taste at all!!! Cook it yourself The good taste flows through the channel, and the energy is strong😪

Ordered garlic bomb, pizza and the rainbow lasagna- garlic bomb had 0 flavour … the pizza was average at best , the lasagna was effectively the ingredients without seasoning - lovely service but terrible food

Lovely dinner today at Zizzi Earls Court. Shakir was our waiter and he made sure we had everything we needed, and was very helpful with our little one giving us crayons and a cup and straw for him to use. Food was delicious and came out really quickly! Would definitely go back :)

Unfortunately, Zizzi in Earls Court left a lot to be desired. To start, one member of our party mentioned a mild nut allergy and the server we had refused to bring the pasta crisps, citing that the manager wouldn’t allow an “allergen item” to be served to the table. I understand the safety of patrons dining but the guest who had the mild nut allergy was okay with the server bringing the pasta crisps and wasn’t going to eat them anyways but was made to feel like she was being ostracized by this over the top reaction. The server did end up bringing the pasta crisps in a small cup after hearing us talk about how ridiculous it was and questioning how we are going to order food if she can deny any dish due to “allergens present”. Once we received our drinks, the wine glasses and water pitcher had hard water stains all over them and were cloudy and not appealing. The server then had trouble understanding when another member of the group asked for plain chicken in the dish, saying that they can’t do that. She then doubled back and pointed out the exact same meal that we were literally just looking at and said they can do that one with no sauce as if it was a brand new concept that she was offering. It was weird. She also had to come back after orders were placed to inform us that there were no more potatoes as a side dish and to choose something else. The food itself was not anything resembling Italian dishes once it came and I actually forgot we were supposed to be at an Italian restaurant. It was edible, but not better than anything you could find from food trucks and other little stops around the city. The server then didn’t take the free meal off of the check (birthday code) and was going to charge us full price until we reviewed the check. She then had to physically take the phone that belonged to our friend with the code to her cash register to input it which was also super weird. Overall not a pleasant experience at all and it was way overpriced seeing as it was THE most expensive meal of the entire week. I don’t suspect that going back another day or getting another server would raise the score either. Basically- find an authentic Italian restaurant (or any other restaurant) to eat at

Meatballs came frozen, dish-ware was dirty, multiple ingredients listed on menu were not on the pizza when it came out, multiple dishes listed on menu were out of stock, hostess was rude, will not be returning. I think frozen pizza would’ve tasted better to be honest!

I was seated at a dirty table and I had to ask that it be cleaned despite the cutlery already set out. It was extremely busy and noisy. The food was a small portion but was the best Italian food I've ever had!

We are only rating 2 stars and that's because of the waiter who was very kind and friendly. But it was really really not worth the money spent!

Very poor service - food came out at different times and charged for food items that they forgot to deliver - despite repeatedly asking for them - would not bother to again - franka mankas is down the road and a lot better and cheaper too!

I had the pan-seared salmon and pesto risotto - An absolutely amazing meal! It was the best risotto I've ever tasted, the fish was seared to perfection and I am only regretting not savouring it more. Finished off with an espresso brownie that was so rich and indulgent, yet reasonably priced. The quick, polite and helpful service left nothing to be desired and I would recommend anyone to visit.

I have been to other branches and enjoyed, but this particular branch really stood out to me!,| came with my family and we were really well accommodated by a male waiter called Christian, he was really efficient in his job you could tell he cared and delivered the best service. Would most definitely recommend!

A really poor experience. We were there as a group of 15, for my girlfriend's birthday, and so I was asked in advance to put a block on my card, which the email explicitly stated would not be charged unless we did not show up (ie it would be refunded on the day, and we could split the bill 15 ways as usual). Having paid the bill and then later checking my account, I found out that the £75 had been charged to me - despite what I had previously been told. Secondly, two people ordered burrata and they received mozzarella. This is absolutely unacceptable for an Italian restaurant. The food in general was poor, with lukewarm flavourless pizza, and it was very expensive given this. I have since been called by the manager who said sorry, but there's nothing we can do now - unless I want to come back to the store and then they will give me some money off. Considering how poor this experience was, I don't think I will be going back. Edit: following this review, I received a second call from a different manager. He was very professional, understood the issue and managed to find a resolution I was happy with. To this end, I've changed my review from 1 to 2*

King prawn pasta had 3-4 very small shrimp (popcorn shrimp). Vegetarian lasagna did not resemble lasagna, gooey texture.

There is nothing Italian, even if written. However, I had a bad time, both in terms of food and environment. I advise against it.

The food was very uninspiring. Ordered a mushroom risotto which was sub par and so was the green salad. Poor ambience. The roof was leaking next to where I was seated. The seats had good crumbs… Overall, not the best experience .

Jahieem at this branch made the dining experience so I had to leave him a review. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious and the overall experience was great because we were treated perfectly and he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend and Jahieem is an asset to the Zizzi team we will be back!

Been to Zizzis many times before and always been a good experience, so was happy to find one near our hotel in Earl’s Court. They offer regular (dried) pasta and fresh pasta (at a premium price) on their menu. I ordered the fresh pasta with truffle oil and pancetta but was very disappointed with it. When the waiter asked how our food was, I told him the pizza was good but the pasta was not good ( too hard; not al dente) which is why I left a significant amount on my plate uneaten. In most decent restaurants I would have expected an apology, maybe a little bit off the bill. Not here. Didn’t even acknowledge my feedback. Like my daughter said- it’s a pizza restaurant, so stick to ordering a pizza 😟

I havent eaten at Zizzis for a while...and that form has continued. We had been to the Earth Experience round the corner and hadnt planned to eat at Zizzis but with 2 hungry kids we thought we would duck in. We were seated quickly and informed it was card payment only...that was fine. We have a child with a few allergies and so its important that we order carefully. Were were instructed to scan a QR code which presented a massive table to navigate in order to try and select a meal without the allergens. It was rather confusing and so we asked for some assistance and begin to try and work out what could be eaten safely. Eventually we found a meal that our child could have and started to order the set menu for the kids which was a starter, main and dessert. As we had already spent around 10 mins trying to find a suitable meal we started to order. The starter was a selection of veggies and bread...perfect. However, we were informed that they had run out of veggies and that it would just be the bread for the starter. We asked if they could just knock up a few tomatoes etc but for some reason they couldnt do so due to 'meal allocations' Fed up with the saga of trying to order a quick meal we decided to cut our loses and ate elsewhere. When will restaurants figure out that not everyone wants to do everything on there phone and prefer a human interaction especially in a restaurant

Can’t review the food as nobody came near us. No drinks offered on seating, waited 10 minutes and left. Staff more concerned with taking down Christmas decorations and having a chat among themselves. Do better Zizzi! Very disappointed.

Cibo abbastanza buono e locale carino, peccato per l’incompetenza del personale molto scortese. Eravamo in 5 e uno dei piatti é stato portato dopo 10 min dall’arrivo degli altri. Mancavano le posate che abbiamo chiesto e continuavano a non portarle quindi abbiamo mangiato il cibo ormai freddo dato che dopo aver chiesto a due camerieri continuavano a non portarli. Peccato perché cibo non male e prezzi buoni

The food was very good and appetizing but the wait time was a bit long and the service wasn’t good at all the waiters where emotionless and very loud and quite rude the chairs where all wobbly and almost about to break and the toilet had no tissues. I don’t recommend this place if you plan to stay a long time.

My wife and I were on a visit to London. We chose this restaurant Zizzi as have been to another Zizzi and had a great experience. This time the service completely let it down such s disappointment ! We were served warm white wine after asking to change we were told the fridge had broken and were offered ice to add to the glass , I expected better service.

I visit Zizzi restaurants regularly, because food is always nice, and it was ok this time too (although kids super green pesto was not great, pasta was a bit dry, and tasted like it wasn't freshly made). I have ordered meal from kids menu, which supposed to have ice cream as a dessert. We've been waited 40min for an ice cream (only because 6yo really wanted to get it) and I asked waiter few times when we will have it. Waiter said 'I reminded chef 3 times already, but I don't want to make him angry' I get that maybe chef is not polite and waiter didn't want to upset him, but it's not customer problem! And especially that putting 2 scoops of ice-cream into a bowl takes probably less than 10 seconds, so I was really disappointed (not mentioning the little one waiting for her ice cream). We ended up leaving restaurant without the dessert.

I went to this restaurant with a family member. Following having a great meal at another branch, we thought we'd go in. Although we were shown to a table quickly, we had a wait for someone to take our order and it wasn't busy. Family member was asked if he wanted his order as a starter or main. He said main as my risotto was a main. The meals were not brought out together, so he had eaten most of his by the time I got mine. My family member wasn't warned how hot his dish was and ended up with a blister on hand. The staff did apologise, however when I got my risotto it wasn't great.
