I had the most amazing time at Prezzo on Saturday, I would highly recommend the spaghetti bolognaise and the garlic bread. The atmosphere was lively and energetic. The new refurbishment was stunning and matched with the incredible service we received, considering how busy the restaurant. I still felt like I had the team’s undivided attention and enthusiasm.

We liked the new branding and what but I do wonder what custom will be like when the 50% off expires. Sides were very stingy portions (it's very clear these days hospitality uses extreme portion control to raise prices) and service was lovely though a bit amateurish, eg getting dishes intended for other tables. I think we will return, though.

Love the new vibe/decor. The team were absolutely fabulous hosts. Tried the new beef spaghetti...very good but not such a fan of the vodka rigatoni..sauce too sticky and very salty..chilli heat great though.

I Wanted to have dinner ( 6:30pm ) today May 10. Walked in and requested a table for 1. The woman host went away and never came back . Rather she and other just stood there ignoring me . That’s the ultimate level of rudeness in service industry . Well I walked away and went to spaghetti house and I’m glad I did as great food there and wonderful hosts too ! I eat out regularly . But Will never attempt come to prezzo again ! No matter how busy u are , have basic courtesy to guests ! Learn !

Lovely food, we came in yesterday Saturday from Royal Garden hotel, as they recommended us this restaurant and we came without a booking. Although, the restaurant was packed the host lady found us a table. I would recommend the Cherry soft drink, you have to try it and our spaghetti bolognese was absolutely delicious. Went on Saturday night and the food was incredible. I had the bolognese which was fantastic. Also my friend said her pizza was awesome. The chocolate cake was incredible. Overall the food was 10/10.

I went today and food was super tasty. I had lasange and it was absolutely delicious – rich, perfectly seasoned, and really satisfying. my friend loved her pizza We finished with sticky toffee pudding to share which was really delicious. Service was really friendly, will definetly go back especially for that amazing lasagne!

Awful awful awful. I will not be visiting again and that’s a shame as it’s my local restaurant. The arancini balls were disgusting, the calamari were definitely frozen and tasted of cardboard. The king prawn pizza used processed tomatoes that were too sugary and sweet. Horrible food and the service was below par.

Very nice introductory visit to this branch. Staff friendly, food good. Door could be fixed so that it closes more easily automatically as quite draughty and people not closing when going out and to the toilets. Offer much appreciated. Will return when in the area.

Went to prezzo near Kensington station tonight. Staff were really friendly. We ordered the beef cheek spaghetti and it was the best pasta I've had in a long time, the beef was super delicious. My sister loved her pizza (pepperoni and chilli one). Service was a little slow, food arrived before the drinks. Lady who i think was the manager was very lovely. Would recommend.

If you are coeliac or gluten intolerant this is the place to go In Kensington if you want pizza or pasta, had garlic bread with mozzarella as well as fusilli pasta with chicken and mushrooms with a sprinkling of mozzarella and it was a good meal, generous portions mean you need a big appetite to get through it, but it is certainly worthwhile. Added bonus is there is a separate gluten free menu.

This was a convenient restaurant for us close to two other places we were visiting. The staff was helpful, friendly, and efficient. Food was served quickly and tasted delicious. As we came here on my birthday, I was offered free birthday cake, and we played rock, paper, scissors for the 2-4-1 deal on dessert. I won, and we got half the other deserts for free. It was a great time at this restaurant!

This was my first experience in Prezzo‘s in High Street Kensington unfortunately it will be my last as the staff did not seem receptive to me and the friend that I went with it took them 10 minutes to give us our menus where people that had come in later, receive their menus within 1 to 2 minutes one of the servers To an extreme disliking to me and actually removed my main course whilst I was still eating which was very upsetting there was one particular young lady Yazmin who was amazing great service wonderful personality but unfortunately she was borrowed from another Restaurant so was not a permanent member of staff I suspect there were some undertones of something else. I’ll leave that to your imagination but it’s extremely disappointing that an establishment is nice as the High Street Kensington Prezzo has two female members of staff that have such awful service skills

The service by the waiting staff was good but unfortunately the food was very bad. My food was burnt and tasteless. The pomodoro pasta had no flavour and literally was spaghetti mixed with cheap tinned tomatoes. Really disappointed as I was so hungry.

The Polish lady is very nice, you can talk in your native language, I recommend it!

We had lunch here and everything was very good. The food was prepared quickly and the service was very nice. The pizza was really delicious, it's like being in Italy. I recommend this place to everyone, we will definitely come back here.

Standard Italian restaurant, nothing special but perfectly satisfactory

Good. Had salmon rigatoni and then chocolate cake. Taste for both quite good. Used Tastecard so got 2-for-1 on all dishes which was good which made it good value. One surprising feature was the addition of service charge onto the bill at the end. This service charge addition is not mentioned anywhere on the menu. Hence I would recommend you to update your menus to clearly state that a service charge will be added on. This is surprising for a large chain like Prezzo.

The food was okay but the service was quite poor where the waitresses barely look out for us for a £10 service charge which is shocking. The food quality’s is just ok for the money we spent. Male restroom was out of order and a person(might have been 1 of the cook) rudely told me to go to the female restroom.Never go again!

Staff are always amazing and food very good though relatively expensive for what it is so we generally only book when we have a voucher as more “proper” Italian restaurants are same if not cheaper.

The meal we had here was poor. The chicken was dry and paired with rocket that was not fresh. The pizza was overcooked and the cheese has dried up as a result. The prices are far too high for the quality of food on offer here, a result of its location in Kensington I imagine. Service did not come with a smile. We paid £63.80 for two poorly executed meals and two drinks. We came away feeling ripped off.

My meal was terrible, I ordered the chicken and it came out as just a piece of chicken and some lettuce. No dressing on the salad and no sauce with the chicken. A very dry meal indeed. The service staff were awesome, though, and very understanding.

I have got a valid voucher won by Samsung prize, which allows me to have a free drink. Following the terms and conditions, I ordered a dish and kindly asked the lady for the voucher. She replied: No, we don't accept it here. I was surprised! When I asked another guy, he said you've already paid!! What The Absolutely ridiculous!!

The most mediocre, lackluster gnocchi I’ve ever had, and that’s with the £5 add on of chicken and buratta. Also the venue had been open for an hour and yet one stall in the women’s had no toilet paper, and then other had a soap bottle split all over the floor. Disappointing and a waste of money.

Más tarde pensé que sería mejor revisar los T&C y he aquí que la oferta NO sería aceptada en este restaurante. Así que llamé al restaurante y un caballero muy agradable confirmó que esto era cierto y dijo que varias personas habían caído en esto y no se enteraron hasta que habían terminado su comida y se vieron obligados a pagar el precio completo. Prezzo ha mentido y estafado a la gente con esta invitación y oferta. ¿POR QUÉ me invitaron a Prezzo Kensington? Les daré una semana para revertir esto y enviar un correo electrónico a todos de nuevo con una oferta que pueden utilizar antes de caminar hasta la oficina del Daily Mail que está justo a lo largo de la carretera de Prezzo Kensington y mostrarles mi correo electrónico, espero que llegue a la primera página. Came with my Unidays offer ''All you can eat pizza for £10''. Read terms and conditions and their restaurant was included. When I arrived they refused to give me a seat because their restaurant ''is picky about who and when they allow people to sit in, and you better to try your luck in Victoria Prezzo. Terrible and Rude.

Con el Rigatoni Allá Rusticana , el menú decía que había panceta y pimientos. De hecho, no hay panceta en absoluto y solo dos diminutos cortadores de pimienta. La salsa era bastante fina. Peor fue la Ensalada de Pollo con Tocino y Aguacate. Sólo dos trozos microscópicos de tocino. Se pidió más y se llevó a la mesa una cucharada de fino tocino desecado. Muy poco aguacate y el llamado pan de ajo no tenía, cero, zilch, ajo que yo pudiera discernir. Este es un restaurante dirigido por contadores. Más tarde encontramos que a 5 minutos a pie había otra media docena de restaurantes que se veían bien y estoy seguro de que se sirven platos que incluyen los ingredientes enumerados. Visiting London, we found this restaurant by chance. We were attended by Raquel, charming, with Spanish roots who not only took great care of us, but also gave us recommendations for our visit. And we also had a 2 for 1 on food, so that was the cherry on top. Thank you very much Rachel!

The pizzeria is well located in a quiet street, the atmosphere is friendly and not noisy. However, the pizzas are not topped enough, this is the first time that I am still hungry after eating a pizza...

We booked here as it was round the corner from our hotel and we love Italian. We were early and it was quiet when we visited but it got busy when we were leaving. I ordered the arancini for starter and it was delicious. I then had chicken caesar salad which was ok but the sauce could have done with being stronger. I had chocolate cake for dessert which again was nice, but a bit dry. The staff were lovely and the restaurant itself very nice and being down a pretty side street, it was quiet and we had a nice view.

Got food poisoning, food was terrible, staff took away full plate and didn’t enquire if there was a problem.

Please dont swap out for the vegan cheese here, gave me food poisoning.

The location is really good. Very near from my hotel. I used to love going to this restaurant with my friends while I was in Kensington. We loved the ambiance there. There was a background music going on. Staffs were friendly. Quick to get orders and quick service as well. Tasty food as always and they also have gluten free option.

A lovely cosy comforting place with the most amazing penne arabiatta

My family and I were in London over the weekend and we don't know places to eat in London and we eventuality found this restaurant on Saturday evening between 5-6pm and asked if we were able to book a table of 4 for a few hours later, within 5 minutes it was booked with no hassle. Later on we arrived the staff were so helpful and friendly, the food was incredible so warm and fresh, nothing was ever an issue for the staff, they went above and beyond for us. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Lunch here today was the most disappointing, in any place, for months. Saltimbocca consisted of a chicken that had been cooked not by roasting but by methodical dehydration, and a sweet heart cabbage that was soft and watery. The accompanying "slow roast" potato was more like a baked potato that had been out of the oven for some hours. A consequent order of french fries was acknowledged but yielded no result. The bill came with credit for a voucher presented at the start of the meal conveniently forgotten, and had to be redone.
