Small area but well organized and very clean. Helpful and pleasant staff. Good place to take a quick meal at any time .

We had lunch here and everything was very good. The food was prepared quickly and the service was very nice. The pizza was really delicious, it's like being in Italy. I recommend this place to everyone, we will definitely come back here.

Standard Italian restaurant, nothing special but perfectly satisfactory

Good. Had salmon rigatoni and then chocolate cake. Taste for both quite good. Used Tastecard so got 2-for-1 on all dishes which was good which made it good value. One surprising feature was the addition of service charge onto the bill at the end. This service charge addition is not mentioned anywhere on the menu. Hence I would recommend you to update your menus to clearly state that a service charge will be added on. This is surprising for a large chain like Prezzo.

The food was okay but the service was quite poor where the waitresses barely look out for us for a £10 service charge which is shocking. The food quality’s is just ok for the money we spent. Male restroom was out of order and a person(might have been 1 of the cook) rudely told me to go to the female restroom.Never go again!

Staff are always amazing and food very good though relatively expensive for what it is so we generally only book when we have a voucher as more “proper” Italian restaurants are same if not cheaper.

Great service and food, staff were attentive but not intrusive. The "Best ever Fudge cake" is more of a chocolate torte than cake. But all dishes were delicious 😋

The meal we had here was poor. The chicken was dry and paired with rocket that was not fresh. The pizza was overcooked and the cheese has dried up as a result. The prices are far too high for the quality of food on offer here, a result of its location in Kensington I imagine. Service did not come with a smile. We paid £63.80 for two poorly executed meals and two drinks. We came away feeling ripped off.

My meal was terrible, I ordered the chicken and it came out as just a piece of chicken and some lettuce. No dressing on the salad and no sauce with the chicken. A very dry meal indeed. The service staff were awesome, though, and very understanding.

Just tried to walk in but Closed at 11.30 but website and google said it was going to open. Staff looking through window like we are mad

I have got a valid voucher won by Samsung prize, which allows me to have a free drink. Following the terms and conditions, I ordered a dish and kindly asked the lady for the voucher. She replied: No, we don't accept it here. I was surprised! When I asked another guy, he said you've already paid!! What The Absolutely ridiculous!!

The most mediocre, lackluster gnocchi I’ve ever had, and that’s with the £5 add on of chicken and buratta. Also the venue had been open for an hour and yet one stall in the women’s had no toilet paper, and then other had a soap bottle split all over the floor. Disappointing and a waste of money.

Picante, caliente, dulce y recién hecho. Lleno de sabor. ¡Un golpe de verdad! Bien presentado, generoso en porción y tubería caliente. Precioso y reconfortante para una noche fría. Me tomé un refresco con él. No estaba muy ocupado cuando fui. Tienen un menú mucho más grande y una mejor variedad que otros restaurantes de cadena similares. La comida y el servicio es mejor también. Lástima que no haya más ramas. Ya no aceptan efectivo.

Por lo tanto, ¿por qué no traer a su familia y amigos y hacer que los buenos momentos giren en Prezzo Kensington ". Así que reservé una mesa para mí, mi esposo y amigo. Más tarde pensé que sería mejor revisar los T&C y he aquí que la oferta NO sería aceptada en este restaurante. Así que llamé al restaurante y un caballero muy agradable confirmó que esto era cierto y dijo que varias personas habían caído en esto y no se enteraron hasta que habían terminado su comida y se vieron obligados a pagar el precio completo. Prezzo ha mentido y estafado a la gente con esta invitación y oferta. ¿POR QUÉ me invitaron a Prezzo Kensington? Les daré una semana para revertir esto y enviar un correo electrónico a todos de nuevo con una oferta que pueden utilizar antes de caminar hasta la oficina del Daily Mail que está justo a lo largo de la carretera de Prezzo Kensington y mostrarles mi correo electrónico, espero que llegue a la primera página. Este es un comportamiento vergonzoso mentir y engañar a sus clientes y la gran pena es que en realidad me gusta la comida en Prezzo Kensington.

Came with my Unidays offer ''All you can eat pizza for £10''. Read terms and conditions and their restaurant was included. When I arrived they refused to give me a seat because their restaurant ''is picky about who and when they allow people to sit in, and you better to try your luck in Victoria Prezzo. Terrible and Rude.

Con el Rigatoni Allá Rusticana , el menú decía que había panceta y pimientos. De hecho, no hay panceta en absoluto y solo dos diminutos cortadores de pimienta. La salsa era bastante fina. Peor fue la Ensalada de Pollo con Tocino y Aguacate. Sólo dos trozos microscópicos de tocino. Se pidió más y se llevó a la mesa una cucharada de fino tocino desecado. Muy poco aguacate y el llamado pan de ajo no tenía, cero, zilch, ajo que yo pudiera discernir. Este es un restaurante dirigido por contadores. Más tarde encontramos que a 5 minutos a pie había otra media docena de restaurantes que se veían bien y estoy seguro de que se sirven platos que incluyen los ingredientes enumerados. Visiting London, we found this restaurant by chance. We were attended by Raquel, charming, with Spanish roots who not only took great care of us, but also gave us recommendations for our visit. And we also had a 2 for 1 on food, so that was the cherry on top. Thank you very much Rachel!

Nightmare lunch. This place has nothing Italian about it, overcooked pasta can't be picked up with a fork. Absolutely to be avoided.

Di Italiano c’è’ solo il nome, Mi dispiace ma di italiano non vi è proprio nulla. Focaccia precotta nel forno a microonde, calamari senza nessun senza. Pasta da paura, mi domando con quale coscienza chi è venuto a mangiare in questo locale ha dato dei buoni voti.

The pizzeria is well located in a quiet street, the atmosphere is friendly and not noisy. However, the pizzas are not topped enough, this is the first time that I am still hungry after eating a pizza...

We booked here as it was round the corner from our hotel and we love Italian. We were early and it was quiet when we visited but it got busy when we were leaving. I ordered the arancini for starter and it was delicious. I then had chicken caesar salad which was ok but the sauce could have done with being stronger. I had chocolate cake for dessert which again was nice, but a bit dry. The staff were lovely and the restaurant itself very nice and being down a pretty side street, it was quiet and we had a nice view.

Got food poisoning, food was terrible, staff took away full plate and didn’t enquire if there was a problem.

Please dont swap out for the vegan cheese here, gave me food poisoning.

Food was lovely. However the atmosphere didn’t feel very welcoming. Racial reasons perhaps? it certainly felt like it. Service was ok.

BEWARE! I have dined herr many times and taken advantage of the discount codes that are emailed. Enjoyed a lovely meal last night to then discover that although booked through their website from a promotional email the discount code doesn't work here. A real rip off!

Ankommen in London. Hunger ist immer vorhanden. Auch beim letzten Besuch haben wir gut gegessen. Die Spaghetti Carbonara und der Focaccio mit Hummus und Gemüse waren köstlich. Wir kommen gernr wieder.

The location is really good. Very near from my hotel. I used to love going to this restaurant with my friends while I was in Kensington. We loved the ambiance there. There was a background music going on. Staffs were friendly. Quick to get orders and quick service as well. Tasty food as always and they also have gluten free option.

My family and I were in London over the weekend and we don't know places to eat in London and we eventuality found this restaurant on Saturday evening between 5-6pm and asked if we were able to book a table of 4 for a few hours later, within 5 minutes it was booked with no hassle. Later on we arrived the staff were so helpful and friendly, the food was incredible so warm and fresh, nothing was ever an issue for the staff, they went above and beyond for us. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Lunch here today was the most disappointing, in any place, for months. Saltimbocca consisted of a chicken that had been cooked not by roasting but by methodical dehydration, and a sweet heart cabbage that was soft and watery. The accompanying "slow roast" potato was more like a baked potato that had been out of the oven for some hours. A consequent order of french fries was acknowledged but yielded no result. The bill came with credit for a voucher presented at the start of the meal conveniently forgotten, and had to be redone.

Small chain restaurant. Service was quick and tasty. Optional service charge added to all bill regardless of group size.

The restaurant staff is friendly and attentive. Perhaps a bit more eye contact would be appreciated, but I understand it was busy. A minor issue is that I informed the waitress that my son has a mild egg allergy to ensure nothing with egg, but when we ordered dessert, they forgot, and my son had a slight reaction. It's manageable, but please be careful, as this could be a significant issue for people with food allergies. The rest was fine, and the food was tasty.

Pre RAH Christmas Carol meal. Really good food, great atmosphere - really packed - you did need to book a table. Service was great, busy - so food was a little slow, but not unreasonable. Desserts were lovely. Really happy we stopped here.

Lucky enough to book a table for Saturday evening. Needed gluten free and felt very confident that they knew what they were talking about. The food was delicious! Restaurant was lovely and clean and anything ordered was delivered quickly. Would definitely return.

My daughter & I were going to an exhibition at Kensington Palace & had intended to eat at a nearby restaurant chain but the music was thumping so we left, we tried three other restaurants & they all had blaring music. It was such a relief to walk in to Prezzo which just had background music. We like to have a conversation when we're eating. My daughter had bruschetta & I had prawns & gnocchi. Both were delicious. It's the first time I've been to a Prezzo restaurant & I'll certainly go again

I came here for dinner yesterday evening with my family and we all loved the pizza , it was really good. However, we ordered truffle fries for £6.00 and our high expectations were ultimately disappointed as it was a small portion and barely had cheese, tasting like regular fries which I could get elsewhere for cheaper tasting exactly the same; I would not order them again. Regarding service, we were unhappy because when we came, we weren't greeted in a nice manner and we were also served 'sauce glass cups' for our drinking water which the surrounding customers did not have. In addition, the atmosphere (along with the service) felt unpleasant as the waitress and, I believe the manager at the time, kept on glancing at us consecutively. Overall I would return for the pizza.

Definitely the best place I’ve ever been in London, The food is amazing and even more the staff. The customer service is amazing and efficient every time that we come here to eat, they just make you feel at home. Definitely I suggest Prezzo to come to eat.

Wandering around Kensington, we wanted somewhere we could reliably get good food - and Prezzo came up trumps! I had the best gnocchi that I had ever had - with king prawns (unfortunately the photo was a bit blurred so you will have to imagine it) - and my wife had orzo salad. Great location - and great food!

Visited after a lovely wander through Hyde Park with friends. This restaurant is disappointingly not accessible for wheelchairs inside but does have a few tables (a couple with 4 seats and a couple with 2 seats) outside (NB cobbled pedestrian walkway). Note this means no access to the toilets for those with accessible needs. Gluten free food was excellent - as usual at Prezzo restaurants - but sadly no gluten free pizza bases available on this occasion.

Service and Chicken/Orzo/Cannellini Bean Soup were absolutely amazing…will definitely be back! Xx

We dined here twice during our trip to London. Very good service and really friendly staff. We ordered pizzas or pasta dishes, all very good. The GF opciones were realy tasty.

Great food and atmosphere. The service was good on the whole - a few little annoying moments, but this was all with the prebooking and no fault of the staff at work. Managed to deal well with a large booking.

So incredibly disappointing. The food was genuinely so bland, terrible & expensive I’ve emailed head office with a complaint and asked for a refund. The staff are lovely and I cannot fault them. However, the food was so terrible and quite clearly dry packaged pasta and gnocchi. We’d have sent the food back and complained had we not had a concert to get to. Also - service charge?! When the food is already that extortionate and basic. Beggars belief.

Met my mother-in-law here as I was in London for the day. We had a truly lovely lunch and split a bottle of wine. Our meals came quickly and tasted nice and fresh. Our server was really understanding, the weather was very bad while we were there and somehow Mastercards server crashed and all of our cards were being declined. We luckily had a visa on us but our server laughed it off and was very kind and courteous. Will definitely be back my next time in London.

I visited a few weeks ago with my girlfriend who was eating in Prezzo for the first time. She is vegan so was very excited to see a lot of vegan options on the menu. I ordered the meat calzone and she ordered the vegan Bolognese. My calzone was delicious, the dough was cooked to perfection and the meat, tomato and cheese filling was delicious. 10/10 no complaints at all. However my girlfriends vegan Bolognese sadly wasn't up to par. For the price it was very basic, lacking a lot of flavour. The service was very good. Our waiters and waitresses were very polite and attentive and made us feel very welcome. We ate on the terrace which had lovely views of a quaint little street in Kensington. We would return but hopefully Prezzo can do something about the vegan Bolognese just to make it taste a little better.

Very friendly staff and incredible food!!

Very disappointing. The next table (who arrived after us) sent a dish back because it was so bad and got an alternative before we were served our mains, one of which also got returned. Alternatives limited as the restaurant had run out of ingredients!?! Had to wait so long for an alternative we cancelled and left. This is just not up to standard for a London restaurant.

Service very quick, and loved my pasta dish. Together with a glass of wine great end to a fantastic day in Kensington.

The staff there seem like they don’t want to work there. Took over 40min for food to arrive even though there was only 2 other people in the restaurant without food(water included) the manager was rude but the food was good.

Had a voucher to use so went in while we were visiting London. Garlic bread and bruschetta to start. Pizza and sea bass for mains. Peroni and a water to drink with coffee after the meal. Staff efficient and polite. Quick service and both meals really nice. Never been before despite having one in my local town. Will be using this chain again due to my experience here.

Waited for ages for a server to make eye contact but to no avail, finally got up and approached a waitress saying we were ready to order, her response was “ I’m busy and am not ready to take your order so you have to wait”. A bit taken aback by her abruptness, I decided to continue to wait another 10minutes before my wife said let’s leave upon which we exited the restaurant. As we left no apology was given. Absolutely disgusting service! As we fancied pasta we took a short walk to Spaghetti house where the food and service was exceptional

Good calzone. We waited for quite a while to pay our bill. Our waitress was not very attentive.

Came here for dinner with friend and it was an experience. Our original server plonked the bottle of wine down without opening it and pouring it. We then ended up with a wrong order (it was fine, we just ate what we had and the lady brought out a plate of what we should have had on one of the pizzas we actually ordered). She offered us to wait for our actual order but we didn't have time to wait longer as we had an event to go to. It was a bit like Manuel in Fawlty Towers! But, the food was delicious so we laughed off the service.

Very small cosy restaurant serving the staple itallian dish we love. Book a table because space is limited. Service was friendly, food came quick, but forgot to mix the burrata in the pasta.

We (4 adults) ordered our starters and main course, 35 minutes later we had not received our starter (brucheta). When it did come the base was luke warm, and the tomato topping was cold as though it had been prepared sometime previously and had been kept in the fridge. No explanation given as to the very long wait, The.main course followed after a short time, lasagne was burnt around the edges, the chicken alfredo tagliatelle was more tagliatelle than chicken, and my spaghetti bolognaise wasn't the best, I left more than half of it! It goes without saying Prezzo Kensington will not be frequented again but us again!! Don't even bother going there..

A handy small restaurant near Kensington Gardens, but just off the noisy main road. The soup and bread were just what we wanted and the Kent cider was particular nice. Service was speedy.

I would have rather eaten cardboard. I had to order more food from somewhere else. Pizza was cold, flavorless and kissing toppings. The pasta was the same. Literally they sent plain pasta with a corner of garnish. Trash trash trash. Stay away!!!! Stay away!!

Platos deliciosos(berenjenas a la parmesa, burrata, macarrones...) servicio rápido y amable y ambiente relajado y tranquilo. Excelente relación calidad/precio. Muy recomendable!
