The absolute best Pret I’ve been to. All the staff so friendly and wonderful energy and smile from Drush (I think he may be one of the team leaders) - really makes u feel welcome 🙏🏻

Poor coffee that tastes of ashtrays. Adverts for ugly sounding concoctions served up in plastic cups with bubble lids and drinking straws. Grim Pentonville do no pass go interior. People staring at screens, unable to engage with life outside this American tragedy of ugliness. Staff wishing they had studied harder. Barista-ing not being the life goal they were sold. Toilets are plain rank. Cold brew pumpkin spice. Nip in and use the bogs. Discorporate.

Delicious food with good price, and good portion. The staffs were friendly. The ambiance/atmosphere was nice, with nice music, and good interior design. Seating areas are available indoor, and outdoor. Sockets for charging are available. Toilets for customers are available.

If you are looking for a coffee and something to eat in a peaceful atmosphere, don't go to this branch. If you are looking for a coffee and an atmosphere of being in an office, then this place will suit you. Very disappointing!!

Bueno para unas copas si no quieres un restaurante completo y no quieres sentarte en un pub. Chiswick no tiene muchos "bar" lugares de estilo y esto fue una buena con precios razonables y un buen servicio. Mejor que el cordero pub en frente.

We live in the neighbourhood and have been meaning to check out this place. It did NOT disappoint. I had the burger which was great, even though they only cook it through and don't take a temperature unfortunately. My wife had the tacos and they were top notch! I'm mexican and these were the closest thing Ive had to the ones I used to eat back when I lived in Tijuana. I know its not a mexican place but if you want great tacos make your way over here. The staff were great and had great recommendations too. Well done.

We had Chicken Pho and Veg Pho. Soup was good but the rest was pretty tasteless. Not much effort to make it sing with fresh herbs and and spices like real good pho does. Noodles were over cooked and it was too hot. We’ll not be coming back.

I've been here quite a lot and have a lot of happy memories. The food was always good and service was quick and polite. Such a shame they seem to have shut down. I hope whatever they do next goes well.

Café Nero es el mejor, SIN EMBARGO... Desde el nuevo gerente y un par de nuevos empleados, es DESAGRADABLE sentarse en la cafetería. El lugar es SUCIO. Las mesas pueden ser despejadas por el personal, sin embargo, la mayoría de las veces los clientes hacen esta tarea al beber. Las mesas, sillas y el suelo están sucios. El nuevo personal es hostil. Especialmente la gerencia, que parece insegura cuando trata con ciertos tipos de clientes. Terrible driver he lied saying he’s at the restaurant and he wasn’t Zizzi Chiswick will confirm then he buzzes my door and doesn’t open it expecting me to come down for it he was very rude and disrespectful to me. Please do not allow this man to deliver to my house ever again or to anyone else
