Yo había ido a la tienda de pan un par de veces en vez de ir a los típicos Starbucks y Pret bajando la calle que comprar como a mi me gusta. El domingo me sirvió la chica más groseros de ventas nunca. No me habia dado cuenta al cliente antes me había pedido más leche es taza. Yo había pedido un capuchino regular en la panadería y se sirve una taza sin plato de espuma. Cuando me quejé Ella miró con una mirada en su rostro, hizo otra taza con sólo un centímetro de leche. Ella continuó para hablar en voz alta sobre mí quejándose y cuando pregunté donde el director era, ella dijo que estaba de vacaciones. Conclusión nunca se puso en pie otro allí de nuevo y ya me voy a misa a la vuelta de la esquina, me dijeron todos los feligreses de mi terrible experiencia. Así que volveré el domingo, pero en dólares que, al menos, sus empleados a tener una sonrisa en la cara.

La primera vez en la tienda de pan y nos quedamos encantados con la calidad del servicio, café y comida. El personal es muy atento y se aseguró de que estábamos instalados y cómodos. Excelente.

Adorable panadería con un agradable café adjunto, perfecto para escapar de las compras de Richmond. Sirven sándwiches frescos y pasteles incluyendo su pan hecho de harina de espelta. La gama de rellenos para sándwiches es extensa, y la cafetería iluminada ofrece muchos asientos cómodos. Todas las opciones posibles de bebidas calientes están disponibles, en general, es un lugar muy agradable para disfrutar de un café y un sándwich.

Llamé para tomar un café. El olor a pan fue genial recién salido del horno. Una gran elección, pero para tomar un tren me habría llevado a casa. El café era muy sabroso

Haven't been in here for some months but passed nearby so popped in for pretzels and rolls. Bread and cakes always high quality, not too expensive and the staff are very friendly.

I've recently become addicted to the chocolate croissants here. They are delicious. I've started eating them every day.

I enjoy buying my bread from this shop which differs from the usual chains. In terms of bread I think they stand out and I would recommend for the products quality. But... I always get out of it with a feeling that I have been annoying the employees who seem to: - be very cold and unfriendly - hardly say hello or bye - to be bored or simply not in a good mood. A good marketing tip: if you want to stand out in the market and attract customers; the quality of your products, and shop presentation is one thing, but do not compromise the customers' service. Your customers will happily come back due to a friendly, warm and helpful service. Your staff is key, and it doesn't cost anything to be warmer and friendlier.

Ordered a flat white, got offered small medium or large. Not how flat white should be offered. Should only come small! Max 8oz, not the 12 I got. Also their croissant was dry. More bread than pastry, so not impressed. And then coffee was sooo hot (not how fw should be) that I waited 20 mins for it to cool down. Good if you can't have gluten and need options- but there's much better places around!

The Bread Shop is such a delight - small and a bit unprepossessing from there outside, it's wonderful. There have a wide range of breads and rolls, including spelt, and interesting gluten free breads. It's great for an early Saturday or Sunday morning raid, for a bready breakfast!

I love the spelt loaf with pumpkin seeds. Really tasty. The brownies are excellent as well. Lots of pastries and different types of bread. The staff is very friendly. There are a few bar stools to have coffee , but limited seating. They also do gluten free bread.

I pop in multiple times a month to pick up the pretzel rolls and crusty bread. Occasionally I get the individual pizzas to heat up at home. It is a chain, but not in a bad way. Bread is consistent and sometimes just what you want.

I've been here a few times and so far i have to say I've been very pleased with the selection of pastries and different styles of bread.Nice and fresh every day. It also helps that the staff is friendly and smiling.

Superb quality breads and fun international staff! The selection of breads etc is incredible there is something for everyone and at fair prices

Amazing fresh and tasty breads to buy and bring home. There is also a selection of sandwiches and pizza breads for a quick lunch. Coffee here is also very good. Slightly pricey but you definitely get what you pay for!! The farmers loaf is a family fave.

Brilliant location in heart of Chiswick. Good welcoming atmosphere, clean, organised shop. They have some really particular bread and cake. I love it. Little bit expensive. Worth to visit and try some new things from them.
