Such a lovely place. Food was best i ever had in town. Excellent and friendly service.

The area doesn't have many restaurants, so it was nice to be able to walk there.

Had the butter chicken with pilau rice, naan and onion bhaji. The food arrived in good time, it was hot and the meat was tender. The taste was great and we ate everything! The indian girl who took our order was friendly and helpful. The interior is a little dated but comfortable enough. Overall a good experience.

I had a few hours between flights and was looking for somewhere off airport for a late lunch. It's a straightforward walk from Hatton Cross station. The venue is a bit run down - the seat coverings are peeling off. The food was ok, but nothing special. You really can do better if you want somewhere off airport - try one of the many options on the Bath Road.

Vishnu absolutely hosted our visit and highly recommend the venue for amazing food and atmosphere.

Brilliant gastro pub. The food is tasty, generous and good value for money. I've eaten there many times and have never been disappointed. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Delicious Indian food! It was a great restaurant for our first night in London while staying at a Heathrow hotel.

Absolutely loved the food, mainly indian food. Onion bahji and curry's really nice. Kemma rice was nice but spicy.

Hidden pub next to Heathrow in Bedfont with spectacular mix-grills. The pints are a bit overpriced but food is worth every note.

Food was great. Best mixed grill and the butter chicken was excellent. As always I cannot complaint. Many thanks to all the staff. This is the second review I am not sure if the management has changed. The butter chicken shared the same type of tandoori chicken pieces from the mixed grill. Everything was okay, the last time we were here the team agreed that it isn't the same. The 5 star is for the old visit. The take away Chicken wraps, chips and salad wasn't as delicious as it was before. My friend said please next time don't bring me any thing from the Duke. I am like wow, what happened to the other Chef? My take is on the Butter chicken and the chicken tandoori rolls?

I had a fantastic meal at Duke of Wellington. The mixed grill platter was incredible – tender lamb chops, perfectly cooked fish, flavorful mogol, and delicious lollipop chicken. The ambiance is a great blend of traditional and modern, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend!

Spent over £60 on food nearly £100 including drinks and witnessed the barman placing my food items in a bag and spitting on every item as he did so in front of the chef. Then walk out of view after he realised I saw him then walk up to me and hand me the bag. There was families in there and I didn't want to cause a scene or get arrested so I took the bag said thank you and placed it outside on the floor. Unbelievably disrespectful and disgusting human beings. Thanks again.

Great place to go with excellent food and good staff.

It’s hit and miss. It seems like there are two chefs, and one of them is better than the other. Try the first half and the second half of the week; there is a massive difference. I’m saying this as a North Indian who eats spicy, tasty Indian food in the most authentic way possible—not the mildly spiced, bland version of those dishes that they serve here in the UK. But not gonna lie, sometimes when the other chef takes over, you can tell it tastes much better. If the owner is reading this, please go taste Karahi Hounslow West and Sarasas, and you’ll understand the difference. Also, please refrain from using tomato tin and take time to buy fresh ingredients as you can tell, either it’s frozen gravy or from a tin. Sometimes, experimenting with the mix of salt and whole spices can make so much difference without actually making it hot. Good luck for the future. Looking forward to improvements.

The restaurant/pub is so dirty. The staff are so rude and very understaffed. Service is slow even though there was only about 15 people on a Friday night. Genuinely rubbish I went to the toilets, there are baskets to fill the water up leaking from the ceiling. It is the dirtiest restaurant i have been to in the area.

It is a huge place with a sufficient space of parking as well, food was just okay. They need to work on the infra and utilise this huge space for any other activities as well apart from pool table.

If I saw this place in South London, where I live, I'd avoid it, as I'd think it was a local boozer where I'd not be very welcome. So rest assured the Duke of Wellington is not like that - don't be put off by external appearances. This is a pub meets Indian restaurant with a number of 'Chindian' (Indian & Chinese) specialities. Food was good and service was fast, the menu is extensive. Recommended.

Good wholesome food. There are great tandoor flavours coming through in the paneer and kofta dishes.

The location feels old. The food was fresh but it was not fast.

Altijd goed eten gehad, dit keer paar schoonheids foutjes. Aantal klaar met eten en bij anderen moest het nog komen plus borden werden zodra he klaar was al weggenomen. Het eten van curry gerechten kan ik daar zeker aanrader. Dit is persoonlijk, ondervindt het zelf en je komt er zeker terug, ik in ieder geval.

First time eating here on a recomdation and have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The food was really tasty and the service was quick and the staff really attentive, I will definitely be eating there again.

I visited twice and liked food very much. Especially Omelet, peanuts and mango lassi. Staff is good and service is prompt. Definitely I'll revisit and recommend if looking for Indian food with drinks.

I had about 2 hours to kill before I could check into my overnight rental and my host suggested this place. Suffice it to say it needs some attention. On the good news the beer was good and cold… The food was good (though I am not 100 percent sure my chicken was chicken…kind of stringy with not much substance to it) The bartender was friendly. Now the other stuff… This looks like an old central-United States supper club that has seen better days. The outside seating area was absolutely littered with cigarette butts and I am pretty sure there was dried vomit under one of the tables. Inside there are a number of booths, comfortable and spread out. Near the bar is a small pool or snooker table and an electronic gambling machine. The place seems to be struggling to find it’s place; it is neither a pub (as the name would imply) or a restaurant; well, technically…but it seems (from the clientele who seem to be regulars) is that it’s a bit of a locals bar that sells Indian food. If this is the only place you can get to on foot, go for it. Otherwise…I’d think about somewhere else. Just kinda sketchy.

We popped in for a meal and drinks before flying next day. We love curry, and we can honestly say this was exceptional, very tasty, authentic and quality food. The lager and wine is superb. Definitely recommend.

Don’t be fooled by the looks, the food it amazing! Takes about an hour from ordering but it’s because all the food is cooked fresh from scratch. Loads of flavour and very authentic

Popped into The Duke of Wellington to grab some lunch to takeaway and eat in the car. We had two curry dishes (one lamb and one chicken) and one fish and chips. The two curry dishes were smining in oil and the fish and chips was very plain. Served a purpose but we'd never return, especially as you don't get what you pay for. Avoid.

A night in a Heathrow hotel looked for food close saw this place and gave it a go. It's an old building with an extensive menu wife had Cajun chicken which was ok fish and chips and salad for the nipper which looked ok but not sure of the quality....I had a chicken dupiatza curry from the extensive Indian food menu it was ok hot and tasted authentic. I can imagine the place gets busy but as other reviews could do with up dating and the draught beer was good and reasonably priced so.....if you are a plane spotter and you fancy ok food it's just the place give it a go.

Visited today with several work colleagues. My first bite also had a long black hair in it. Defo not mine !!! It put me off. The bread with my paneer in just fell apart. It was vile, so I just pushed it aside. I told the staff I was not paying for it and it was horrible. Not giving the reason as I didn’t want to upset my colleagues. They tried to get me to order something else I said no. We left and one of my colleagues was being pestered for the money for my food. Saying it was company policy to offer me something else rather than not pay for food Who wants to eat anything in a place where you find a big hair in the food. No one We won’t visit again

We went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday here. The staff was extremely friendly greeted us very nicely, our food was on time and was delicious. We even got complimentary drinks from the owner he was exceptionally friendly. I would highly recommend going to this place as we were welcomed very nicely.

Orders food via Uber eats. Disgusting paneer tikka starter and Manchurian watery. Popadoms all crumbled and sauce was horrible. Avoid.

Went out to eat with friends last night. The used tables were not cleaned in time for new customers. Had to wait 10 minutes for a table to be cleaned. The staff were rude and very slow. Ordered starters and was waiting for upto 45 mins. We asked for some nibbles (peanuts) while we waited but the staff were not interested in the service they were providing. No nibbles arrived. We questioned the worker and we’re ignored. We had to walk out as the service was pathetic. While walking out we were told not to return. New owners have let the place down!! Will not recommend this place to anyone!!!
