Went to the Red Lion for a social drink with family

Nice pub hidden of the main road. A good beer garden with average prices for the area. The pool table and occasional band are a highlight.

Good range of beers with a large beer garden.

A single pint on a quiet Thursday afternoon when most people are working is not the best time to assess a pub. It seems rather run down but as I walked around the pub I see it's a live music pub with a good sized stage so the retro 70s look feels appropriate. There's a good selection of beer and the bar staff were friendly and efficient. I look forward to coming here on a live music night and anticipate posting an improved score.

Went in there with my partner and a friend and my partner went to the toilet and was followed in by some blonde tart who saw him at the sink about to wash he's hands and told him to leave thinking he was dealing drugs. Someone needs to go spec savers this blonde tart has had it out for us for some time now and she is rude and arrogant

A very well run and well attended open mic night with many very talented performers in a friendly and welcoming environment. I've heard it said that it's the best open mic in West London. Beers and service are always great.

Great music on a Sunday evening in a run down 70s pub which does have a certain appeal. The place may be dated but the prices are pretty much what you get in the pub these days- at least a £5 per pint. Good service, nice local pub, needs a refurb though.

It was an open night and the atmosphere was just amazing. Relaxed and friendly! I'm going there again.

This is a great venue for music. There is a separate room with a small stage and space for the audience to sit at tables. Access to the bar is possible without having to leave the room.

I had a great time in the club. Very warm and welcoming staff! Safe place to enjoy your rest day and a couple of glasses of beer.

The listings referring to real ciders are out of date. Nothing but kegged fizz here now.

Great place loved the open mic night

I'm writing this mainly as a lover of live music in pubs. The Red Lion has one of the best (and inclusive) open mics (weds) I've been too. It seemed very friendly to me, and very popular. There were plenty of people there. A strong sense of friendships here.

great music nights, lovely staff especially the blonde woman Hayley, reasonable prices, great pool table, with exception to several recent customers (not the pubs fault) id recommend the pub highly (maybe just keep your drink to yourself). the beer garden is also lovely and wonderful in the summer for special events. 😍

Nice large pub with big garden. Track and trace and hand sanitizer available. Sells a selection of real ales, lagers, wines and soft drinks as well as snacks. Has a pool table and normally has live music, jam nights and pantomimes on its stage area.

Friendly atmosphere, the food is great and the bar staff amount some of the best that I have come across. Great place for a drinks and a meal with reasonable prices

The Red Lion is a traditional old english pub in isleworth. It has 2 bars public, and saloon. It has a warm and friendly atmosphere. It has a professional pool table and fruit machines. And it has live music at the weekend's. I would highly recommend a visit to this public house.

The staff are friendly and quick. The live music is superb. I enjoyed it. They're called The Kings of Wonderland. Great musicians! The prices are reasonable. The place is cosy and spacious.

I love this pub, it's a real hidden gem. They pride themselves on a good selection of ales and lagers as well as your standard brews. There is neat little beer garden with plenty of seating, some of it even undercover. They have regular music events which are well attended and high calibre.

I have used this pub since 1969 when I was at Isleworth poly.Last Year my wife was barred for some reason we still don't understand.I had to bar myself in support.But I still think it is a great pub hence 5 stars.

Ordered a drink, gentleman behind the bar took a very long time (way longer than needed) because he was having a conversation with what I assume is a regular. Ordered a second drink (pint of coke), he confirmed I wanted a 'pint' of coke, served it to me in a 500ml glass (not topped off) and charged me full price. This is my 3rd visit, 1st time was great. 2nd and 3rd (this time) just not enjoyable and bad a experience. The staff didn't seem bothered either of the negative times.

BBQ wonderful. Next one on wedding day. See the wedding and the footy, looks like being a wonderful day. Bring your sun cream.

Cracking old school pub. Landlord and staff are brilliant, food great, brilliant beers and lots of space. Regular music and two distinct bars, one with a good quality pool table. Well worth a visit.

Want to clean there lines to barrels drink was bad

People have left this pub in droves to other local pubs. A common conversation in other locals is about how many Red Lion locals are now locals of other pubs because The Red Lion is not the pub it was, hasn't been now for years, but the past is the past is the past. By Red Lion, we will always have your memories.

The staff are friendly and welcoming

Two o'clock on a Twickenham match Saturday. Calm and friendly with fast service and chatty staff and customers. The Irish stew for St Patrick's day was excellent and very reasonably priced. Very impressed and I will be back!

For a proper boozer, and somewhere to chat, you can't get better. It has everything. Staff and choice of beer is impeccable. Wondergul place.

A pleasant evening with good beer

Monday Jazz night is the best thing about this pub. The current landlady is not nice. Service with a snarl and she's giving the place a bad reputation, which is hard to lose. Hopefully she goes soon, not someone to be working in the service industry.

Really like this place. Very rustic undecorated place which I like. Got served quickly and at the back is a place wherelive bands can jam.

Amazing Monday night jazz. Why go to Ronnie Scotts when you can go to the Red Lion! Not to be missed, and worth the train ride.
