Decent pub to watch the football but volume was not that high. So annoying. Thinking why have so many sport screens then?

Manager and staff aren't friendly, to customers only with the regulars . They drink with regulars making other people feel unwelcome. The toilets smell dirty garden erea dirty as for the drink beer the glasses are dirty and the beer is not fresh taste off stale flat or watered down . Overall the pub needs a refresh new management to make it better it could be a lovely run pub under new management.

A local pub for local people. Cheerful and prompt service but no food . Cheap prices so what more could you wish for?

We were there to watch the Champions League. Drinks were very reasonably priced, the locals were friendly & by chance the band was playing that evening. We didn't eat at the pub that night.

Bar staff inattentive. Serving regulars walking up to the bar and ignoring newcomers who have already been waiting for a while. Very disappointing. Gave up and went to The Bulstrode instead - much better service.

Not what I expected! went specifically to see a band. Have to praise the small young barmaid who worked tirelessly - she worked like a machine but always made time and always remembered our order. Good work

It's a nice pub. But as you walk in, you get a strong smell of urine... probably from the carpet. I have been a regular. I normally enjoy the bell. But the carpet definitely needs a clean to get I'd of the strong smell of urine. It was like sitting in a public toilet.

It was an live music event, lot of people enjoyed. Quite crowded bat the atmosphere was incredible!

Dropped in for a beer before dinner, enjoyed the brews and the banter, very comfortable atmosphere.

Very reasonable prices, nice staff. No frills but a good place to have drinks.

Not bad if I'm in need of alcohol real quick. Prices aren't horrible.. Beer garden is okay for a smoke though it can feel a lil claustrophobic. And somehow, even with people there it just feels rather lonely lol. Not saying don't go, by all means grab your pint - but that's the extent of it really.

Found it. Disco music left the place empty, supposed to be background music. Hardly a soul in there. Toilets shut off from clients by security locks killed the place off altogether in my view. No atmosphere in there at all. Staff clearly indifferent to all this leaves me thinking not recommended, couldn't hear myself think the noise was so disturbing. Q why open up a Public House if you dunno what 😳 🤔 goes! Bad vibes, no thank you.

Great atmosphere, great bar staff, exceptionally well priced. Myself and 7 others visited the area for the Army v Navy rugby game in Twickham and used the bell as our base over the 2 days. Couldn't have gone better!!!!.

If this pub was in America, it would be the quintessential "old man's bar" in the best possible way. The barmaid is great, the customers are friendly and it has a throw back vibe you're going to love. If the weather is good, go back into the garden and sit at a picnic table.

Young lad with the eyeglass is very rude..don’t even have one percent knowledge of customer service..he threw my half of the drink on the sink coz i told him he put too much water on brandy.. apart from this everything is nice here..

I'm.not sure if its changed hands the usual people arent they .but it has gone down hill. Bar staff not a clue just stand bout using there phones and blatantly ignore you ..have no idea regarding drink .one wiyh a mask on whole entire time .tried yo tell him what I wanted he shrugged sorry cant hear music too loud and left me stood there .I was landlady myself and no way would I have let my staff loose behind the bar without any knowledge..lots of scuffles occurring tween ladies and swearing and abuse ..not very nice pub at all .on other hand music is brilliant shame bout the pub .

Definitely a pub for locals. Took a stool at the bar then waited for an age to be served even though i don't think anyone else was waiting. this is a pub where nobody makes any kind of effort. the two serving looked like they got out bed, said, I just can't be ar$ed today, and then went to work. when the staff look rubbish they attract a similar looking clientele (i am sure that everyone in the place was lovely). The pub itself had 4 TV screens on I think, none of which were necessary. 2 showing horse racing, and 2 showing motorcycle GP. neither was live and nobody seemed remotely interested. The one saving grace was that the pint of Stella artois that i order tasted fresh and clean, i was pleasantly surprised, but not enough to want to stay for more than one drink.

The door staff are really poor. They ID’d my grandfather, he’s clearly over 18! It would be biologically impossible for all 3 of our generations to have been produced if he were under age.

After having to prove my age to the bouncer (I’m 79) the bar staff kept me waiting 20 minutes to serve me a pint of IPA that tasted of vinegar with the consistency of phlegm. I can only assume they took exception to my chirpy “never say potatoes” attitude.

Very poor. Aggressive confrontational door staff. Flat bee- in a dirty glass. Food contained hair. Unidentified smell. Smashed glass entrance - should have known.

The staff and management are very rude drunk on the premises whilst on duty and very abusive towards customers I will not be returning to this place again and I strongly recommend no one else does unless attitude improves rapidly

Friendly staff and lovely little Garden area. We went as they were part of a festival taking place outside the pub and they had an outdoor bar.

I love sushi here and the shorma…. But nothing can beat th Fresh shushi…. Simply love it.

Ok place. The front area itself is not attractive at all, but their saving grace is the garden at he back. Hounslow really needs some nice looking and attractive pubs/bars. A lot of new developments coming up, more and more young professionals, singles and families moving in, yet, nowhere I'd love to invite my friends and neighbours to go for a drink.

The best pub in London I have been drinking there since the 1970's. Cheapest prices in London X great manager and very friendly staff providing great service. Out front seating and a nice back garden X I recommend the Bell as well worth a visit

Had a really nice night with karaoke on Saturday 2nd July bar staff was great apart from the Asian girl behind the bar started being really rude and swearing at us even the security people couldn't believe how rude she was ,sorry she shouldn't be working there no customer service at all won't be coming back due to the rudest of this one person.

It's an ok Pub, drinks are cheap, staff are ok, Shame it is in Hounslow tho...those who live in Hounslow will understand. The best thing going for this pub is that drinks are cheap and they always have footy on and I think quiz night on a Thursday ( I think ). Unlike the Bulstrode which is a semi decent pub and has eye watering astronomical prices and they can't afford to show any sports - their words not mine☝🏽

The Bell - Hounslow The oldest pub in Central Hounslow, with a real large church bell as its sign. The pub is huge but sadly has no real ales in at present, though the barmaid who served me seemed to think bottled Dppm Bar is one, and I was thirsty enough to settle for that. Music playing in the background and though I was only there for three quarters of an hour between buses but I heard Toni Basil singing Mickey three times. Not a bad song, but they ought to expand their play lists.

Bar staff looked like they didn't want to be there and we inconvenienced them when we ordered 2 pints. No smiles and change rudely slung onto the bar.

This is a local pub frequented by locals. It is located at the bell's corner right at the beginning of the High street. Prices are great for beers and gins. Friendly service!

It was nice. I played pool by myself my wife having a soda. People looked regular, not very very friendly, young gal pretty cold but I guess this is what you get from a pub in Central housnlow. Western style atmosphere :)
