Caffe Nero in Hounslow

Caffe Nero coffee is the best, HOWEVER… Since the new manager and couple of new staff, it is UNPLEASANT sitting in the café. The place is UNCLEAN. Tables may be cleared by staff, however most times customers do this task when drinking in. The tables, chairs and floor are dirty. New staff are hostile. Especially management, who comes across as insecure when dealing with certain types of customers. One can overhear staff conversations, apparently they are doing manager responsibilities without a managers pay, even when the manager is present. Regulars observe the manager does not care for the place when there is a break in customers (as previous managers did). One feels like an inconvenience. The verbal manner of new people is poor at best. This is our personal favourite coffee and was also a pleasure to drink in. It is very sad. The regional manager who stopped in often, does not seem to be around…as far as we’ve observed. Hopefully HQ will take these observations on board. The place has lost regulars – the current atmosphere is unwelcoming. We want to continue with CN, please help.

Really gone downhill. I was asked if I wanted my coffee in a takeaway cup which I refused - wanting a china cup. After this was served she then said would you like me to transfer this to a paper cup because the dishwasher is broken and the cup has only been cleaned by hand. A bit late right? I also bought a soup and asked for our to be reheated. Or was served in the pack because no bowls because of dishwasher. The cakes fridge was also out of action. The soup was served tepid with no serviette. Pretty poor really.

located opposite Turnham Green Park. always nip in here when we visit Chiswick. great for sitting in or takeaway. friendly and helpful staff who are actually interested in helping you. food and drinks are lovely. went in during the heatwave and found it to be an oasis of coolness. literally cannot fault it in any way.

I ordered a drink, it was served in a dirty cup, I told the girl serving that the cup was dirty and could I get a clean one please, no apology, and served a 2nd drink in an even dirtier cup. I asked for a refund and was told that the staff member serving me did not have the authority to issue a refund, I was offered a 3rd drink in a takeaway cup. There were NO clean tables, there was an old man sitting in one of the chairs with both hands down his trousers so I wasn't about to sit near him. I went outside to sit. Told another staff member the tables were all dirty, she was outside having a cigarette, she said she had just cleaned the tables, I told her they are all still dirty. I will not be going back to this store again, how they manage to stay in business I do not know. Go to one of the many other coffee shops along the high road, avoid this one like the plague.

This was my first visit and last time ordering from the Cafe Nero on Chiswick high street, I requested marshmallows and cream, staff was too lazy to add cream and no marshmallows were added 😑.

Staff outside smoking - three times during our visit while girl inside struggles to cope with customers. Bin is full. Tables are dirty and full of used cups. Smelly plus dirty floor. It used to be immaculate but no longer. We won't be returning.

Staff is never wearing face masks or when they do, it's down on their chin. Unfortunately, I don't feel safe coming here and the staff is never polite or friendly, they act like doing you a favour by being there. Coffee is just OK.

Staff rude and helpful. Did’nt at first award a fully stamped card. It was slightly ripped at the top and they said they couldn’t see the stamps properly. Really was it worth upsetting a customer at the starry of the day? I won’t use this one again.

Pizza is not bad, don't order patatine (chips) they are disgusting. Not Italian for sure. The fist experience was better than the second. Will not order again, sorry.

Don't expect good quality pizzas, the reviews are far too generous - I gave one star for food quality. By far the worst Calzone I've ever eaten (would be nice if they thought about ratios of all the ingredients and didn't just lump as much as possible in without mixing the ingredients around). I can only assume someone new was in the kitchen and read which ingredients were on the menu and treated like a checklist.

Food arrived delicious, hot and on time. Delivery driver was friendly. Minor point of feedback: I ordered the vegetariana pizza and it came with courgettes which I don't like and wasn't mentioned on the menu.

Super fast delivery but I think I've eaten better tasting pizza from the frozen options in Sainsbury's. The confection of the bread base wasn't very good either, gooey in the centre and super hard on the crust. The ingredients were not even cut, but instead thrown on the pizza in massive bits, making the whole thing very difficult to eat. I won't be ordering again.

Good coffee and friendly and efficient service from young man who I believe is manager. Always a relaxed atmosphere and remembers your drink if you are a regular.(Even if you haven't been for a while) Some other Caffe Neros in West London are not so good. I think customer service is key.

The Bufalina has always been great. Regret that they stopped delivering to my area.

my first and last experience! food arrived with no cutlery and no tissues and the parmigiana was box was all covered in oil. considering they were delivering at a business centre obviously I am in an office I couldn’t eat my food and the guy simply said they are trying to save the environment so they don’t have cutlery and tissues. Well it was gonna be good to at least know that before you order but it doesn’t say anywhere. The parmigiana was awful, the aubergine pieces were cut so tick and were not even cooked inside. it was obvious they just microwaved and brought it. I had to put it in the bin. What a mess in my office and just wasted £14 and left hungry. They didn’t even try to make it better or offer something instead the guy on the phone was so rude and didn’t seem to care. I will Never order again from this place and I wouldn’t recommend it. Pure waste of time and money.

Super quick and hot as always. We use these guys all the time when we need a quick, good meal for us or the kids. This time we ordered while driving back from a holiday. The driver got their first, but wouldn’t leave the food at our door because it would get cold, so he met us en route. That’s real service. Thanks Pepe Nero.

Order was late but this was due to an accident which is understandable and they were good at communicating this delay with me. However, disappointed to find out that what was advertised as prosciutto was in fact just ham, which was a shame because the pizzas themselves were good but the ham made that pizza rather dull.

The food was great with quite good portions and arrived on time at the right temperature. The delivery person was also extremely friendly. The calzone was huge! Really, really tasty.

I was expecting proper italian pizza, the pizza arrive undercooked, with some of the cheese barely melted at all and the base was thick and soggy. The olives that i chose as a topping tasted purely of brine. Cake was good though. Delivery was on time and the driver was nice enough.

The worst. Pizza was cold and soggy. Had to walk 4 mins to meet the driver as he couldn't find our flat (even though we had written instructions..) and he was unable to speak fluent English in order for him to communicate via phone for directions. Called restaurant 5 times in the last 15 mins to complain and nobody is picking up. Cold, soggy pizza with the toppings sliding off when you attempt to pick up a slice. Rubbish delivery.

delivery guy really friendly arrived early, hot and fresh. we had tropicale and bbq salsa 12” pizzas. great quality! best we have eaten in the area and comparable on price. my partner enjoyed his tirimasu although a little frozen still. my chocolate cake didn’t taste fresh. overall the best pizza delivery we have had in the area! Pizza was good. Lasagna was not good. It was sour as the sauce used seems to be just tomato paste, and there was barely any meat in the layers. Literally small bits of meat here and there. I wouldn't write this review if I didnt think something needs to change. And it's that lasagna.

By far the best Just Eat experience I've had, especially for pizza. The food is piping hot, and authentic wood fired pizza using fresh ingredients, with chared crusty edges on the dough. The delivery is usually earlier than advertised, sometimes up to 20mins early.

First time we have ordered from here; we usually go to Santa Maria or L'oro Di Napoli however SM was closed so we thought we'd try somewhere new. Pizzas were delicious and piping hot. Would definitely order again.

I was highly disappointed when I received the pizzas. It was nice that they were here early, but it was the pizzas that were disappointing. They held very little flavor. I understand that the bufala had basil but you only need three to five basil leaves, I got a whole plant on there! And it said nothing about having oregano in the pizza, that’s why I did not call about my intollence so I was highly upset when both pizzas were covered in oregano Dont put stuff in the pizzas that isn’t not listed in the ingredients!! Who does that! That’s how a girl does eating something from Pret! If you want to avoid lawsuits list the ingredients you are going to use or stop adding stuff you don’t need. I know the pizzas don’t have flavor but that’s gonna get you jn trouble. Sorry, I’m ranting now, but I was highly upset with you guys!

I ordered the vegetarian pizza. tomato sauce was scarce and bland. veg toppings were massive chunks that weren’t easy to eat without making a huge mess and big parts of the crust was burned.
