Gochisou in Hounslow

Really bad service , most staff don't understand what you want. They charge full for food little portion now. Really unhappy. Not great customer service. Really disappointed as they are the only warm food provider within the campus.

The pandemic has been harsh on this one. Previously one of the better choices in Chiswick Business Park, and now barely surviving with way higher prices (increasing every few months) as the rest of places in that area. Menus have been reduced (no miso aubergine), food taste has changed, everything is more expensive, in a slow decline. I blame this on Enjoy Work as the park has gone downhill in the last few years.

Just a quick lunch. This is a restaurant where you can eat and drink. Curry is the main dish and you can enjoy a warm and delicious Japanese curry rice bowl.

Good food, good ambience. They offer 50% discount on hot food after 4 pm.

A place for a quick oriental dish. The food is good and tasty, but everything is pre cooked. Think of a Pret a Manger but for oriental food. They try to serve you as fast as possible. It gets busy from 12:30 to 1:30

prices have gone up above inflation and the portions have shunk. No longer the great value it once was.

Great value for money for the area. There's a number of hot dishes to choose from, portion size to cost is very good, especially for the area. It's meals are often far cheaper than vans nearby, and the seating area is really nice. The staff are always polite and friendly.

Always enjoy the food - on the hot food counter, Katsu curry and egg fried rice is a sure winner. Dumpling options are also good and the sushi with the sriracha mayo is lovely! I have the loyalty app so get points every time which build up to free food very quickly!!

Big fan of this place been eating there for years. Their chicken katsu curry is a must, and all the prices get discounted at four just before they close so go grab a bargain! Always friendly staff as well, shout-out to the lady from Barcelona great job!

Always come here for lunch at my break from uni. Staff is very friendly and kind, the staff that always serve me was a tall gentlemen with glasses he is very kind and friendly. Always has excellent customer service

Fantastic local Japanese place, their katsu curry is absolutely to die for. Great loyalty scheme too that rewards the local office workers greatly! Update March '22: even in the trying times after a pandemic, Gochisou continues to provide warming, reliable, local, high quality food. If you're on the business park, you *must* go! Update: August '22: continued phenomenal service, and their loyalty/reward scheme is fantastic value. Got a large mixed katsu for free!

Really great Japanese food. Small menu, big flavours. The katsu is always spot on and the dumplings are wonderful. The staff are wonderful and always polite and bring a smile to your face.

Ok food. Reasonable prices. Generally very busy. Only criticism is that the menu never changes and they only have 4 or 5 hot items. So can be repetitive if you go there regularly. Chilli Prawn is fairly spicy and my recommendation for a first time visit.

Pracuje w Business Chiswick park przez kilka lat i chodze tam kilka razy w tygodniu. Wg mnie maja bardzo dobre, zdrowe i swieze jedzenie. Bardzo smakuje mi losos i opcja wegetarianska. Dodatkowo mozna zdobyc potrojne punkty we wtorek i piatek i co jakis czas mam posilek gratis :)

Great Bento and Sushi. Like all good eateries which offer good food they are extremely busy during lunchtime. However service is quick despite the long queues.

Stopped here for a quick bite, 1st time I have ever been here, Decided to go for the large chicken katsu curry £7.50 it was and it was absoulety smashing loved every bite of it also their was beautiful seating area to eat in The only thing that didn't make this review a 5 star was the tub the food came in was not sealed and couldn't be sealed therefore food was dropping over my hands which is not ideal if you wanted to take it back to the office

Las porciones son ligeramente en el lado grande y pueden dejar una sensación de relleno, además son un poco caros. . Quizás una porción más pequeña a un precio más amigable con la billetera ayudaría a mejorar la experiencia.

Good warm food, great katsu and efficient service

The quality of the food here is substandard. It is not even close to real Japanse food. Their sushi is dry and flavourless and their Chicken Katsu is dry, oily and the curry is way too bland.

Low quality and overpriced Japanese food. I wish a different chaun would open here!

Lunchtime food. Limited hot food menu which hasn’t changed for sometime, but maybe that’s why I like.

Gotta love the food these guys have. On this occasion we went for the chicken katsu curry with rice. After 4pm there is the opportunity to pick up warm food for half price, if there's any left! Either way, it's highly recommended any time of the day! #gochisou #katsu #curry #chicken #rice

Excellent take out. I particularly like the Chicken Katsu Curry. Sushi is just OK.

I visit this place regularly once a week. You get good quality food for reasonable amount of money. Also good for taking away.

All plastic and cardboard that customers use in the restaurant go into the bin and landfill. For a glass of water, they hand out single use virgin plastic cups. Two bins are provided and since it is full of plastics and cardboard only, I presumed it was post sorted by a recycling waste company. The management confirmed verbally and by email that they don't bother. Apparently the customers "know" to place all their recyclables on the shelf above the bin (no signage informs you) Utter nonsense of course so i thought I'd write this review to ask, no to beg, the office workers using this place NOT to use the bins provided but place all the rubbish on the shelf above the bin. Not sure how it will all fit or if these will ever make their way into an alleged recycling bin, but raising awareness is the only way this is going to change. The owners didn't seem to have a conscience or a plan when i asked them.

Sin embargo, basándome en mi última visita, preferiría ir a Wagamama para donburi! Fuimos para ramen, pero me dijeron que ya no estaba disponible, así que pedimos dos donburi de pollo teriyaki. Gran error! El arroz era pegajoso y desiguales, el pollo estaba pálido y sin sabor. El único sabor que proceden de la salsa teriyaki, que era aguado. Presentación era más atractivo - unos vegetales triturados o un batido de semillas de sésamo podría haber animar el plato. Comer en Gochisou no es barato, pero espero pagar por calidad. Sin embargo, basándome en mi última visita, me siento engañado!

I've been coming here for several years now and the chicken Katsu is the best. Lunchtimes can be busy but people move through fast. Service is swift and the food is excellent.

Qué más puedo decir? ! El Katsu es famosa en todo el mundo en nuestro parque de negocios y el personal es encantador. Muy agradable comer en sexton dentro. La comida siempre es fresca y es la mitad de precio en 4:00 pm.Pero el Katsu. Dios me lo haces en la tierra el sabor tan bueno.Hoy es mi último día aquí trabajando y uno de mis últimos días en Londres. Comer este pollo cada semana katsu ha sido uno de mis mejores momentos. Si no he tenido aún estás seriamente perdiendo. Gracias por ser impresionante chicos. jamata!

Las cajas de sushi eran normales (sabores arroz de sushi no estaban allí, pero al menos el pescado estaba fresco) pero la comida caliente (a la izquierda de la entrada) estaba prácticamente desaparecido a las 12.30 así que me sorprendió que no se reponía rápidamente durante su pico de comercio . Porción adecuada, decente para un almuerzo de trabajo, y en mi opinión, mejor que las otras opciones disponibles en el Chiswick Business Park.

It's great cheap clean and deleciouse food

The place is nice and the experience can be pleasant if the place is not too crowded. The sushi is tasty but the other hot meals like sweet and sour etc. need to be improved.

El sushi es normal y la comida en general yo diría que es el mismo. Me volvería a ir tan lejos como diciendo que es muy caro para el tamaño de las porciones. Hay un montón de lugares en Chiswick que ofrecen esta cocina en una mejor relación calidad-precio.

Restaurante está en el edificio 5 del parque empresarial Chiswick Gunnersbury enfrente estación y ofrece comida para llevar y comer en sushi japonés y bento box, así como platos calientes como pollo y gambas, miso katsu, etc.
