Never had a bad experience with staff / customer service. It's not a restaurant with servers it's a take out place!

Barely any chicken just batter..

Really bad service, most staff don't understand what you want. They charge full for food little portion now. Really unhappy. Not great customer service. Really disappointed as they are the only warm food provider on the campus. Thanks for being racist in your answer. This country accepts all kinds of ppl. But seems you have an issue personally with nine English speakers. So the customer is not right in your case. Will be sure to publish your sorry answer to all your customers and social media.

The pandemic has been harsh on this one. Previously one of the better choices in Chiswick Business Park, and now barely surviving with way higher prices (increasing every few months) as the rest of places in that area. Menus have been reduced (no miso aubergine), food taste has changed, everything is more expensive, in a slow decline. I blame this on Enjoy Work as the park has gone downhill in the last few years.

Just a quick lunch. This is a restaurant where you can eat and drink. Curry is the main dish and you can enjoy a warm and delicious Japanese curry rice bowl.

Good food, good ambience. They offer 50% discount on hot food after 4 pm.

A place for a quick oriental dish. The food is good and tasty, but everything is pre cooked. Think of a Pret a Manger but for oriental food. They try to serve you as fast as possible. It gets busy from 12:30 to 1:30

prices have gone up above inflation and the portions have shunk. No longer the great value it once was.

Great value for money for the area. There's a number of hot dishes to choose from, portion size to cost is very good, especially for the area. It's meals are often far cheaper than vans nearby, and the seating area is really nice. The staff are always polite and friendly.

Always enjoy the food - on the hot food counter, Katsu curry and egg fried rice is a sure winner. Dumpling options are also good and the sushi with the sriracha mayo is lovely! I have the loyalty app so get points every time which build up to free food very quickly!!

Big fan of this place been eating there for years. Their chicken katsu curry is a must, and all the prices get discounted at four just before they close so go grab a bargain! Always friendly staff as well, shout-out to the lady from Barcelona great job!

Chicken noodles had almost no chicken in it. Quality has definitely gone downhill. Sushi fish quality is not what it used to be. Eat here alot. The breaded chicken katsu now looks smaller than before and low quality. Lack of competition due to many closed restaurants in the park seems to have made things less competitive as we have fewer options.. please raise prices (slightly) and keep the quality you had before...

Always come here for lunch at my break from uni. Staff is very friendly and kind, the staff that always serve me was a tall gentlemen with glasses he is very kind and friendly. Always has excellent customer service

Fantastic local Japanese place, their katsu curry is absolutely to die for. Great loyalty scheme too that rewards the local office workers greatly! Update March '22: even in the trying times after a pandemic, Gochisou continues to provide warming, reliable, local, high quality food. If you're on the business park, you *must* go! Update: August '22: continued phenomenal service, and their loyalty/reward scheme is fantastic value. Got a large mixed katsu for free!

After not working in the area for 5 years it was nice to see Gochisou still open. The food is as good as ever.

Really great Japanese food. Small menu, big flavours. The katsu is always spot on and the dumplings are wonderful. The staff are wonderful and always polite and bring a smile to your face.

Ok food. Reasonable prices. Generally very busy. Only criticism is that the menu never changes and they only have 4 or 5 hot items. So can be repetitive if you go there regularly. Chilli Prawn is fairly spicy and my recommendation for a first time visit.

Pracuje w Business Chiswick park przez kilka lat i chodze tam kilka razy w tygodniu. Wg mnie maja bardzo dobre, zdrowe i swieze jedzenie. Bardzo smakuje mi losos i opcja wegetarianska. Dodatkowo mozna zdobyc potrojne punkty we wtorek i piatek i co jakis czas mam posilek gratis :)

Great Bento and Sushi. Like all good eateries which offer good food they are extremely busy during lunchtime. However service is quick despite the long queues.

Stopped here for a quick bite, 1st time I have ever been here, Decided to go for the large chicken katsu curry £7.50 it was and it was absoulety smashing loved every bite of it also their was beautiful seating area to eat in The only thing that didn't make this review a 5 star was the tub the food came in was not sealed and couldn't be sealed therefore food was dropping over my hands which is not ideal if you wanted to take it back to the office

Good warm food, great katsu and efficient service

Lunchtime food. Limited hot food menu which hasn’t changed for sometime, but maybe that’s why I like.

Gotta love the food these guys have. On this occasion we went for the chicken katsu curry with rice. After 4pm there is the opportunity to pick up warm food for half price, if there's any left! Either way, it's highly recommended any time of the day! #gochisou #katsu #curry #chicken #rice

Excellent take out. I particularly like the Chicken Katsu Curry. Sushi is just OK.

Sushis, salades et plats chauds, service rapide, terrasse. Tout pour un déjeuner rapide et détendu.

All plastic and cardboard that customers use in the restaurant go into the bin and landfill. For a glass of water, they hand out single use virgin plastic cups. Two bins are provided and since it is full of plastics and cardboard only, I presumed it was post sorted by a recycling waste company. The management confirmed verbally and by email that they don't bother. Apparently the customers "know" to place all their recyclables on the shelf above the bin (no signage informs you) Utter nonsense of course so i thought I'd write this review to ask, no to beg, the office workers using this place NOT to use the bins provided but place all the rubbish on the shelf above the bin. Not sure how it will all fit or if these will ever make their way into an alleged recycling bin, but raising awareness is the only way this is going to change. The owners didn't seem to have a conscience or a plan when i asked them.

Was unable to log on to Gochisou Mayfair for this review, so had to use the Chiswick High Street site. I am a fan of Gochisou Mayfair for many years. However, based on my last visit, I would rather go to Wagamama for donburi! Went for ramen but was told that that was no longer available, so ordered two chicken teriyaki donburi. Big mistake! The rice was sticky and lumpy, the chicken was pale and tasteless. The only flavour came from the teriyaki sauce, which was watery. Presentation was most unappealing - a few shredded vegetables or a shake of sesame seeds might have liven the dish up. Eating at Gochisou is not a cheap, but I expect to pay for quality. However, based on my last visit, I feel cheated!

I've been coming here for several years now and the chicken Katsu is the best. Lunchtimes can be busy but people move through fast. Service is swift and the food is excellent.

What more can I say?! The Katsu is world famous in our business park and the staff are delightful. Very nice dine-in sexton inside as well. The food is always fresh and is even half price at 4pm. But the Katsu. Goodness me how on earth do you make it taste so good. Today is my last day working here and one of my last days in London. Eating this chicken Katsu every week has been one of my greatest highlights. If you haven't had one yet you are seriously missing out. Thanks for being awesome guys. jamata!

The sushi boxes were average (sushi rice flavours weren't quite there, but at least the fish was fresh) but the warm food (on the left to the entrance) was practically gone at 12.30pm so I was surprised that it was not replenished quickly during their peak trading hours. Portion-wise, it's decent for a working lunch, and in my opinion, better than the other options available in the Chiswick Business Park.

It's great cheap clean and deleciouse food

The place is nice and the experience can be pleasant if the place is not too crowded. The sushi is tasty but the other hot meals like sweet and sour etc. need to be improved.

Amazing Katsu curry and sushi bento boxes!!

The sushi here is average and the food overall I would say is the same. I would go as far as saying this is over priced for the portion size offered. There are plenty of places in Chiswick that provide this cuisine at a much better value.

Restaurant is in Building 5 of the Chiswick Business Park opposite Gunnersbury Station and offers Japanese takeaway and eat in sushi and bento box as well as hot dishes such as chicken and prawn katsu, miso, etc. Tried the chicken katsu with rice which was good at a cost of around £5.95 served in a cardboard bento box. Not spectacular but nice and warm and pleasant.
