I actually can’t stop thinking about the pad Thai I had here. It’s been 3 weeks and this place was soooo tastey! We ordered 3 dishes. None disappointed. Lunch portion was smaller than dinner nothing unusual. Place is nice and clean and very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and welcoming which is always a big thing for me! Fantastic place and extremely well priced!

This has new ownership from a visit some years ago. We went on a weekday evening as a family. The lady who served us was a great guide on what accompaniments we should have with our mains and made sure everything was right throughout the evening at the right level. It was a lovely meal and look forward to visiting again.

Fast friendly service with the food served hot and fair prices. Free WiFi! I require a gluten free diet and enjoy the green curry. It’s medium spicy and very good. My husband enjoys the pad Thai and spring rolls. We have been there twice in one week already.

Went there for lunch on Sunday with friends. The staff were friendly and the ambiance was great. All the dishes we ordered were flavorful, especially the spicy squid salad. I think it's one of the Thai restaurants that offers a wider range of vegetarian options. I had vegetarian papaya salad, spicy fried noodles and mango sticky rice for dessert, which were all really nice. Overall good food and good value for money.

I'm new to the area and stumbled upon this place. Absolutely brilliant family run business. The menu has something for everyone. Food is delicious and well balanced. The whole restaurant is well looked after and extremely clean. I urge you to ignor the handful of negative comments and give this place a try. I will absolutely be back!

Really good Thai cuisine. Quite slow on a Sunday evening. Rather short wine list but that goes with the territory. The sancerre was good. Every dish (duck, soft shell crab, weeping tiger...) nicely prepared and presented. Friendly, unobtrusive service.

I ordered the pad Thai - takeaway - and was disappointed, sadly. I had high hopes for the meal, given the stellar reviews - but, my meal was terribly bland. The service - placing my order by phone and being greeted at the door - was lovely.

Sadly very disappointing. After searching for a Tai local to us (given we have a young baby and wanted a nice date close to home) we came across Ing Tai and seen it before in passing. We had a good feeling this could become our go to, going by the Google reviews and how long the establishment had been there, so we thought let's give this a go! How wrong were we. As an experienced foodie couple, who are far from food snobs and donot expect Michelin star, but simply recognise flavoursome good food( frequently visiting 4 fabulous Tai Restaurants) we actually feel very annoyed and disappointed we didn't travel the extra mile...as this didn't even come close sadly! Upon arrival we were greeted by the young man asking us to take a seat whilst we await a table to be seated(There were empty ones)...looking around not many happy faces without their dishes and asking for things; spoons/water to note 2 of them...of course just an observation but something said to me leave. Truthfully I didn't... as were hungry and other Tai restaurants, when we checked would close a short while after us arriving. I assumed they were short Staffed as the man was dashing back and forth past us, meaning the wait to be seated resulted in being ignored completely, despite visibly sat waiting. After waiting shy of 15/20mins for a table, (which was available from the minute we walked in)we sat down. We realised it was wise to order drinks and food at the Same time as had noticed other couples and tables sat waiting sometime(i assumed was the reason for the unhappy faces) So we ordered in one hit to be safe... It actually came very fast, to which I thought oh brilliant! maybe I had made a premature judgement or seeing we had our young baby with us, they didn't want us waiting. Safe to say i wish they took longer with the food. The best part was the bottle or wine! which actually I wish we hadn't of ordered...as took longer to consume in an awkward atmosphere after explaining how we felt and the waiter dropping all of the plates smashing them afterwards. Overall The food at Ing Tai in comparison to other Tai restaurants we've visited( the other side of the water in Richmond to similar value) was bland & small in portion. The tip of the iceberg was being told they would remove the service charge to compensate us. which obviously as most of us whom dine out, are aware this is at our own discretion anyway! I felt this was a very poor effort from Ing Tai, despite explaining how we felt about removing the service charge and politely then declined a pudding as honestly.. we didn't want more of their food to eat. So instead they said they would remove the sticky rice at a cost of 3 pounds from our bill... The female waitress said 'I am not the owner and nothing wrong with the food and where you eat in which town is different'. I quickly realised sadly the principle was going upon death ears and then the chef coming out to stare at us, despite trying to be polite and having a discreet discussion about it with them made me feel very uncomfortable and I just wanted to pay and leave by this point. Interestingly, Upon leaving we were approached by a group of people whom had also been set aside to stand waiting for an allocated table. They stated they too had received a unwelcoming aura and felt 'fed up' so decided to leave. Of which I wish I'd of realised and listened to my gut upon arrival, as I too felt it wasn't going to be a good idea ... Although I did not want to to dismiss supporting a local business and potentially ruling out finding a local Tai gem....but to no avail it is not. The service unfortunately was very poor and I'm left very disgusted to be honest.

Probably the worst dining experience I've ever had ! We was seated in the lobby for 10/15 minutes then shown to a table that was available and ready from the start. The Poor young waiter was running around like a headless chicken trying to run the full restaurant by himself the bar,ordering,cashing up lots of smash noises from plates etc where he obviously couldn't cope (not he's fault). We then received the food and I was incredibly shocked by the quality and portion size. We order the Chicken Thai green curry, Chicken Pangnan, beef pad Thai and sticky rice. All flavourless, the chicken and beef unrecognisable if you had your eyes closed you wouldn't be able to identify the meat (chewy and rubbery). The Currys had no flavour whatsoever which was a shock as Thai food is usually full of flavour. The pastes were Very watered down and of no volume/thickness. Green curry no spice at all, Pangnan which is usually my favourite dish no flavour at all to go with the rubbery chicken. The Pad Thai noodles were horrific and bland to go with the tasteless beef. I was truly disappointed and felt we needed to let them know (the best compensation offered was the service charge removed which was non existent anyway !!!) Stay well clear from this restaurant it is disrespectful to Thailand to serve food like this....Avoid !!!!!!!!

Absoloutely delicious food!! Best thai in west london. Lovely atmosphere with very pretty interior, wait staff was rushed off their feet but still very attentive and so friendly and polite, they also dealt very well with several rude customers also in the restaurant. The food was fresh and perfectly spiced, will definitely be back!

Have been here several times in the past five years or so and it NEVER disappoints. Excellent food, friendly staff, reasonably priced, pleasant surroundings - what more could you ask for ? I thoroughly recommend the Weeping Tiger !

Came with work colleagues on Sunday night. Great food and friendly staff. My fish cakes were really delicious with the taste of lime leaves in them. Beef basil leaves was really nice too. My colleagues enjoyed their veg curries. Well done.

Ing and her team could not have made us more welcome. Food was fresh and outstanding, beautifully presented and tasted wonderful. Definitely worth a visit.

Ordered five dishes and all of them were incredibly bland and hardly resembling the authentic taste. Noodles with ketchup anyone? I can see however how this can appeal to the people whose experience of Thai cuisine does not extend beyond pot noodles. Not sure if the chefs are Thai.

Definitely 5 star. Our waitress was so lovely and interactive with us. We were a group of six, from 84 years to nine and each one of us felt individually looked after. Food was delicious and very reasonable for London. Beyond expectations. Thankyou. We would give it 10 out of 5!!!!

Visiting from the U.S. and happened upon this spot. We had a delicious meal - Chicken Satay starters, I had Penang Curry (asked for extra spicy and was not disappointed), and my wife had prawn and cashews. The Penang Curry had a depth of flavor rarely present outside of Thailand and my wife loved her dish as well. The food and service was so good that we dined there the second (final) night of our stay. If we lived here, we would be at Ing Thai at least a couple times per week.

This restaurant is worth 5 stars. I ordered lunch, but forgot to mention i want lunch menu, and this meal was not on lunch menu. When i came they did not charge me a full price but only a price for lunch menu. The meals are wondeful, the staff is very polite and the place is nice. Perfect restaurant !

Been going to this restaurant with girlfriend for quite a while now. Food is always delicious especially Penang chicken curry. Weird experience this time though my girlfriend was taking to waitress and she wouldn’t even look at her, I felt disgusted as I felt it was because girlfriend is black if I’m honest. Waitress was falling over herself to help other couples there at same time Not sure We’ll be visiting again

Was really excited to try this out based on the reviews but sadly it didn’t live up to its previous reviews! There were 2 pieces of small potato in the massaman and about 3 tiny pieces of beef. Thai green had a fair bit of chicken but both curry’s were VERY watery, the sweet chilli sauce was very very watery and just looked like orangey liquid. Spring rolls were soggy. Portion sizes aren’t great and food was cold. sadly, won’t be returning

The smell as you walk in is incredible and so inviting. I can not fault the service or food in anyway. Everything on the menu sounded fantastic, everything we ordered was well seasoned, well presented and great value for money.

My son and l went for dinner here and it was fantastic. The decor was lovely and place is clean. The food was delicious and excellent service. We had wine, starters and main meal and the bill was very reasonable. Great food at a great price. Will definitely be back 👍🏽

Best food I have ever eaten. Four of us had different items and they were all tasty. I had the Tom Ka soup and chicken /cashew satay as a two course lunch. (They don't advertise their bargain 2 course set lunch for about £11 which includes about 6 starters and 10 main courses.) . Including a bottle of wine and 3 sweets we ended up having meals for less than £20 each. Do go at lunchtime its clearly a quality bargain and if you get Kestrou the new Hong Kong waiter you will be well looked after.

Food was absolutely divine !! And the staff very welcoming and attentive The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to how cold the resteraunt was. I was Literally shivering and battled not to keep my coat on. another table felt the same. Through no fault of the owners, I can only think it's due to the Cost of living which has hit us all and businesses really badly.

Stopped here for lunch today after seeing an advertisement for their lunchtime deal. I was welcomed in by a lovely lady and she made me very comfortable. The Green curry is absolutely fantastic and I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu! I HIGHLY Recommend this restaurant!!! See you soon Ing Thai

We dined at this restaurant several times and had also food delivered to our home. We were always very happy with their service and quality of food. Their menu offer is great and everyone can find big choice and variety of dishes. The drink choice is also good and priced very reasonably. The decor of the restaurant is nice and inviting. You will feel very welcome and will leave very satisfied. Excellent value for money and nice experience!

Got a delivery from here, the best thai I've ever had!!! Every bit was perfect!

Enjoyable meal in civilised surroundings.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken which arrived with very little chicken, watery sauce with some taste. The plain noodles were so oily it took the taste of the sauce away. Normally i would send it back to the kitchen, but the lady serving, being only member of staff out front, didn't look like she cared about her customers, and seemed put out by our presence. 10% service charge shouldn't happen.

This restaurant has so much potential: good location, very good food, BUT it falls down due to the TERRIBLE SERVICE! The old lady is very rude and seems put out by the fact she has customers, yet charges 10% for her abysmal service, if she would only smile and pretend to welcome us it would help. This is the reason for my terrible rating. Be nice or get new waiting staff!

I've eaten at the Ing Thai Restaurant in Brentford before and its standards have slipped. This time the vegetarian spring rolls were oily. My Stir-fried with chili, sweet basil, peppers, onion was not memorable at all. I shall never dine at Ing Thai Restaurant again.

We’ve just moved into the area and this has become a local treasure. The food is really good and the prices are very reasonable. It compares very well with a Thai restaurant I go to in Covent Garden, the Thai Pot, but is much cheaper. The owner is welcoming and I can’t fault the food. Wine list is limited but adequate.

Myself and my wife loved the food here. Would definitely recommend this place to all thai food lovers.

Just ordered for the first time the food arrived luke warm but it is cold outside. I found the food to have really great flavours. Why not 5 stars? It's the portion sizes of the dishes very small in comparison to some of the competitors. Am I still hungry I would say yes and I'm not a big eater.. That all said tasty food..

Super place. Walking distance from local Premier Inn. Had a take away for all 4 nights stay. Super hot food. Very tasty. Around £20.00 for 2 mains rice and prawn crackers. Would highly recommend.
