Good customer service and even better food!

Today I went here to eat, all I can say is it's the most unhygienic place I have ever been to. The food was bland and undercooked! They made me wait over an hour for the food to come out. Over priced for small quantities of food. Food was dry and low grade! I will never recommend this place to anyone. Don't be fooled by tiktok!

Ordered a large mix grill, Chapli kebab and Extra large Nan for 2. Extremely tasty and wholesome food and left super happy and full. The tea and Almonds at the end was a lovely touch too. Staff were great, attentive, polite and quick. Very glad I visited.

Taste of Pakistan – An Unmatched Experience! Today, I ordered the newly introduced Platter 1 from Taste of Pakistan for takeaway, and I was genuinely impressed. The presentation was spot-on everything was neatly packed, fresh, and still steaming hot when I got home. The platter included a generous portion of beautifully flavoured rice, Sheekh Kebabs, Charsi Lamb Chops, BBQ Wings, Skewer of Chicken Tikka, Lamb Ribs, Masala Fish, Naan, Salad, and Sauces. What really surprised me, in the best way possible, was the thoughtful gesture from Nisar, who kindly added a Chapli Kebab as a complimentary extra. That kind of hospitality is rare these days, and it truly shows the care and dedication that Taste of Pakistan puts into their service. The Chapli Kebab was perfectly cooked, bursting with flavour, and added a lovely touch to an already fantastic spread. Every single item was spot on. The flavoured rice was perfectly cooked! light, aromatic, and full of taste. The Charsi Lamb Chops were tender and packed with flavour, while the BBQ Wings had that rich, smoky taste. The Masala Fish was fresh, flaky, and seasoned beautifully. Even the naan bread was soft and perfectly baked. The staff at Taste of Pakistan were amazing! friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. A special shoutout to Nisar, whose hospitality made the experience even more memorable. His kindness and attention to detail really stood out. What sets Taste of Pakistan apart is not just the incredible food but the genuine warmth and care they put into every order. You can feel the passion and hard work behind it all. I’m lucky to have this gem so close, and Inshallah, it continues to grow and become even more successful. If you haven’t eaten their food yet, you’re definitely missing out. Highly recommended!

Theres genuine passion in the work they do. Naseer Bhai is as genuine as can be, a great personality and very friendly with service. Simply the best Pakistani food! The Charsi Karahi and the Chapli Kebabs are a must. Very much a regular and a spot for friends travelling far and wide. Friends from Birmingham and as far as Middlesbrough have visited TOP and it is the best. Book in advance as you could be waiting.

A group of us went, and sadly, the experience was a letdown – especially after spending over £200. To begin with, they initially tried to seat us right next to the toilets. It took a bit of back and forth before they agreed to move us to a more appropriate table. Not the best start. The food then took around 45 minutes to arrive, which was frustrating given how quiet the place seemed at the time. When it finally came, the quality just didn’t match the price or the wait. The lamb chops were served on baking paper, while other tables were getting theirs on sizzling platters – it felt like we were being shortchanged. The curries weren’t great either. The chicken curry had a strong, unpleasant smell and wasn’t enjoyable. The lamb curry was slightly better, but nothing special – we’d give it a 5/10. We ordered Kabuli Pilaw but were told it had run out. However, when we went up to pay, we saw it being served to others. Instead, we were given some dry, leftover rice that tasted awful. All in all, poor service, long waits, and disappointing food. Wouldn’t recommend, especially at that price point.

My family and friends have made it a weekend tradition to dine here, drawn back time and time again by the warm hospitality and consistently delicious food. Since moving away, I hadn’t had the chance to visit, but today I found myself nearby and decided to stop in and I’m so glad I did. The food, as always, was fresh and full of flavour. The roti in particular stood out soft, warm, and incredibly nostalgic. It instantly reminded me of the roti I once had during a visit to Makkah, which is high praise in itself. During our visit, there was a small mix-up with our order, but it was handled graciously by a lovely waiter whose kind and professional attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. Mistakes happen, and it was clear the team was doing their best. However, I did have a slightly disappointing experience when the waiter was querying about the order. A young lady at the front desk responded quite loudly, and her tone came across as abrupt especially given the volume, which carried across the restaurant. It wasn’t the error that was the issue, but rather how it was handled in that moment. I later spoke to who I believe was the owner, who kindly acknowledged my concern and assured me he would address it. It’s worth emphasising that this single encounter doesn’t reflect the rest of the staff, who were, as always, welcoming and attentive.

Disappointed with Service and Attitude Ordered a quarter chicken but was served and billed for half. When we pointed out the issue, instead of resolving it politely, the receptionist became rude and confrontational, saying we should’ve spoken up earlier if the quantity seemed off. Very unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. Won’t be returning.

Very unprofessional staff at the billing counter today. We clearly ordered quarter chicken of the charsi karahi they provided half quantity and billed for the same l. When we pointed this out at the billing counter l, the person shamelessly saying we should have informed when the food was served. How do we as a customer be knowing the exact quantities in their term. They instead accepting their fault and started blaming us which was totally unacceptable however we wouldn’t mind paying extra though

This restaurant only accepts cash or bank transfer. So bear this in mind when visiting. Visited for the 1st time today, my uncle recommended some food items, so we ordered that, the food was delicious. I can now understand why the restaurant is always busy, the food is just amazing. The staff are nice, but it's very awkward as it's so packed with people they don't have anywhere to stand but in between the tables hovering over you, which I didn't like. The owner was lovely, he came round and said hi to the customers, was very friendly. We didn't have a booking so we were lucky to get seated. The restaurant looks very tired and could probably do with a refurb, more spacious seating and booking only so customers can come relax, chat and enjoy the amazing food. If your not bothered by aesthetic look, then this restaurant is definitely worth a visit for the food.

Never ever had such tasty Chapli Kebab no annoying spices. The large grill platter was so good. Not too spicy but juicy and tender lamb chops. The Naan freshly made and surprisingly very interesting chutneys. Mango shake was as it should be. And my most favourite was the fried fish!! Going in for a Lamb leg and the Kabuli Pulau soon InshAllah.

We visited towards the end of Ramadan after Iftar. The owner was so hospitable. Everyone was pleased with the food, the complimentary tea, and the sweets. The owner even brought extra rice for the sake of Ramadan. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, especially because of the warm, hospitable experience we had.

Being new to the area I was recommended this place by a work colleague. I have travelled the world and enjoyed Chapli kebab even in the NWFP made by the people whose delicacy this is. I arrived at Taste of Pakistan and after some confusion around me being and Uber / Deliveroo / Just Eat driver ( i was in motorcycle kit carrying a helmet) I was directed to someone to seat me. I was asked if I had a reservation and I said no. At this point he took a sharp intake of breath, shook his head and began to tut. Whilst I appreciate it was fast opening time I have dined at some of the most salubrious establishments London has to offer and I was taken aback by this response. I'm sure if Prince Naz had turned up unannounced or maybe Kier Starmer it wouldn't have been an issue. I promptly fired back that should he be unable to find me a seat i'd happily go back to Khan Karahi (Hounslow West) as they have no problem with the colour of my money. Ironically i was promptly seated at a single table. I believe the tall guy with the beard and shaved head is the gaffer and saw beyond my motorcycle kit and moved a chair next to where I was sat and even began to sweep up besides me. This shows brilliant leadership, loved it. I ordered a chapli kebab, one roti and a can of 7 up. Despite the place being busy the kebab arrived soon enough although looking a little darker than I expected. The roti then followed. There is an old english saying, never judge a book by its cover. The taste and texture of the chapli kebab were amazing. Again there is no need to complicate anything with excessive bits and pieces. The salad was simple and the chutney unnecessary to enable the taste of the kebab to shine through. Gen Z and Millenials will be happy with whatever is put in front of them. The old school Pakistani people know what authentic tastes like and they don't need to TikTok it. This kebab was one of the best i've ever had. Taste of Pakistan has now left me with a major dilemma. The meal was good and having found somewhere nearby that make a chapli kebab to the same level i am now torn between where do I go to enjoy my chapli kebabs in the future. If you want something special and don't want to fly to Afghanistan / Peshawar then this is the place to visit but be aware they don't take card so its cash only or a bank transfer.

I went even afterwards but can't update review, now today we were like more than dozens friends and colleagues, food was better, especially chicken karahi, Grill was given after Karahi so didn't enjoy as it should be given earlier and grill didn't taste good even but chicken karahi and lamb ones were perfect. Naan a bit hard, a crispy like which doesn't look good with karahi. Mango lassi was great and at the end a fine qehwa with sweet almonds, wow. Manager visited each table personally to ask, that's a good thing. Atleast better than wattan in Southall. Previous visit: was an enjoyable experience, The manager was friendly, Food made a bit of trouble in my stomach but maybe I ate too much lol(not much), The chicken wasn't cleaned properly (feathers)

Taste of Pakistan in Hounslow delivers authentic Peshawari street food flavors with a traditional touch. I tried their Chapli kebabs, which were delicious, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. However, they were slightly dry, so I’d rate them 8/10. Their Sindhi biryani had an amazing taste, but the presence of many broken chicken bones made it difficult to fully enjoy. I’d rate it 7/10. The staff were very cooperative and friendly, adding to the overall experience. To end the meal, they served us green tea (Kawa) and sweet almonds as a complimentary treat, which was a lovely touch Overall, Taste of Pakistan offers a great selection of traditional dishes that truly capture the essence of Pakistani cuisine.

We found this place after watching a YouTube video of Latif Inspired. We came all the way from Walton on Thames. We ordered the Chapli kebab and mixed grill platter with the large Naan. The food was delicious and worth the drive. The Chapli was so moist and perfectly spiced. The platter was amazing. Naan was so soft. This will definitely go on our frequent places to visit. It is a pity that Uber does not deliver to our area.

The service is attentive and our waitress tried really hard. Repeated the order to make sure it was correct. The staff are really nice and want to please you. The food arrived in her promised 15 minutes. Lamb chops quite skinny so did not need to be incinerated. Chicken Karahi was good and a large portion for 1/4 size. Lovely gravy and not not too spicy. Tandoori Roti arrived hot and they use a nice brown flour. Little salad served when you arrive and it was a nice complimentary touch. The chapli kebab i saw looked top class. The owners need to clean this place up a bit. Very tired walls and paint peeling off doors. The toilets were wet and not so hygienic. Not good enough in 2025. Now the caution part. Don't wear your smart clothes or your best suit. The cooking aroma inside is intense. You will surely need a thorough shower and ALL your clothes in the washing machine. This would put me off a repeat visit or wait till summer and sit outside.

Food was rank not cooked how Pakistani food should be gave a lamb karahi which just had meat put in and not cooked with the curry. Lamb chops tasted dead biriyani taste worse than southall £3 one . A wonderful representation of Pakistani food and culture. Food was wonderful, all dishes were perfectly seasoned and spiced - particular highlights were the Chapli kebab and the Karahi- so so good. But what made it stand out was the service - the owner clearly has deep passion for the food, the service, his staff and that was evident through the whole experience. Cannot recommend enough!!

They used to be good but now food taste is not good at all, Lamb karahi was just ok rest everything was below average, Kabli Pulao was full of oil, mixed grill was tasteless and hard. Will not visit again.

Filthy so called restaurant, very greasy. Can not taste anything. Karahi meat is pre boiled probably 3-4 days ago, chapli kabab full of onions,green chillies with very poor quality mince meat. Would strongly advise NO ONE TO WASTE THEIR MONEY AT THIS FLITHY TASTE OF PAKISTAN.

Despite the restaurant being quite crowded (a true testament to how popular and well-loved this place is), the service was efficient, and we didn’t have to wait long for our meals. We left with full stomachs and happy hearts, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Taste of Pakistan is definitely worth a visit—highly recommended for authentic Pakistani food lovers!

The food at Taste of Pakistan is delicious, especially the Chapli Kebabs, which have an authentic flavor. The staff is very supportive and welcoming. However, the Kebabs are too spicy for some people, including children—it would be great to offer both spicy and non-spicy options. Additionally, the restaurant lacks proper family spaces. Adding a private area for families would enhance the dining experience.
