KTM ROX in Hounslow

From one of the very best Nepalese restaurants in london to one of the worst, I’d say. I first visited here in 2019 and was really impressed but now even the taste has changed. The taste isn’t like what it was before. Customer service is not good. Staff do not care about the customer but talk amongst themselves. That is very bad customer experience for sure. I’d definitely suggest the owner to focus on making it a brand again and cause it has lost it touch.

Looks like they have changed the Chef. Absolute horrendous food we got it for today to celebrate Nepalese New Year!!!! Very salty lollipops, horrendously smelling bhutuwa and very very bland momos which came with a different sauce than they used to. Never to try again. Vommiting and complaining wt uber eats.

Ktm Rox was in high street ambiance and food is good but there is so sad to say there staff worst in there they don’t how to welcome the customers and how to serve the food also in the Uk I have visited many Nepali restaurant, I did not see the worst staff ever.

Went on a Friday night. Had a live band playing. The service was good but had to go uo to bar to order when its busy and have to dodge people not suitable when dressed up in non sensible shoes. Food was amazing hot, fresh and taste delicious.

A bit sad and disappointed. Food & ambient is vey good 👍. All the food tastes nice but on the other hand SERVICE is terrible.. i cannot see any welcoming & friendly staff at all .. Think Front of house need to be trained well even it is runed by family .. hope they get it sooner ...

We tried few dishes here and have to say worst nepali food ever. Really needs big improvement in the food. The chicken chowmin was all burnt and sukuti chatpate wasnot even like chatpate so bland and the dried meat felt like soaked in water. Not worth the money.

Nice food good selection of drinks and even more worthwhile if you go during Happy hour for the cocktails. I've been to this place twice so far with my family and on each occasion have thoroughly enjoyed it. Good service and live entertainment and very friendly patrons, so no need to worry about trouble. Only down graded to 4 stars as the toilets need to be vastly improved.

A place where you can eat and enjoy various dishes with a pleasant atmosphere accompanied by good music with a band.

The food tastes like sauce. There is no flavour apart from soya sauce and ketchup and chilly sauce. The ambience is ok. There nothing interesting about this place.

We went for dinner on the 28th Dec and although the service and atmosphere was good, the food was quite disappointing.

Last time when I had dinner all the food was good but this time was trash and cocktail was just lime juice, the recipes for jhol momo may be changed but worst taste and experienced my dinner was worst here. In my opinion Consistency on recipe does help and very less information about allergies and no any information of ingredients, which is very dangerous mights leads big health issues and most important thing they didn’t asked about allergies. So the communicate was poor. But it can be improved just little pushed. Sukuti in chatpat was also worst experienced.

I booked a table, but no one was aware of that and then got a very dirty table. A big parcel was on the other table...feel like I was sitting in a storage room. Food was too salty. I was very disappointed as reviews seem to be good here.

Good food but don’t try the Shuuka lamb which requires acquiring a taste unless you are used to dry salty dish. Otherwise it was a good experience with drinks and food.

I booked a private area at XTM ROX for my baby shower. It was beautifully decorated by the venue prior to my arrival. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We are able to play are own music and a microphone & speaker was also provided by the venue. Overall the party was very happy with the food and service and I would recommend this place for parties. Thank you XTM ROX.😊

Lovely food lovely atmosphere and the most dedicated staff members who I observed to be so hands on in a busy environment. Massive thanks to the manager Ashanga who was brilliant. Being our first time he went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. He also showed me the party area marquee as I’m considering to celebrate my sons b day here. Super impressed !!! I definitely recommend !!!!

This is by far the best food in the world. Momos to die for and Jodan noodles, are two best dishes in my opinion but everything is stunning! Such a lovely place and a great find a few years ago. We go regularly, and they deliver. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough

Nice tent experience for having food

I would not recommend the place as it looks like it has not been cleaned since ages and the food is not so good either. The place is really unhygienic as every where you can find spiders and cobwebs and flies. The lady staff was not welcoming either. I would not rate more than a 1 star.

One of our order was missing and when we told the waitress she was so rude and just saying no I bought it all out without even listening to us to the point that we just gave up. The momo was just onions so sweet and the Alu nimiki was just lemon, chatpatey had no flavour only chilli powder. The guys at the bar had a grumpy face the whole time. Overall super disappointed in the food and staff.The only thing good was the atmosphere and music.

One of the best bars in the area. Amazingly cooked food, great atmosphere and good vibes and happy hour is defo a bonus!! Special mention to a lady called Maz. She was so lovely, funny and on job. Thank you Maz for giving us the best experience, I look forward to returning! :)

Loved Spicy Chicken Wings and Chowmein

They should stop selling Veg momo as it is the worst I have ever had. Chicken momo is good & I liked it but veg momo is trash. Veg momos look is trash and taste is trash. I ordered both chicken & veg mom for delivery and I am very sad about veg momo. I am posting picture of both veg & chicken momo I got. 1st one which is looking dark is veg momo. By the look itself it looks like 6 month old momo from Frozen

We didn’t like this place. Staff is really friendly and nice. Bit place looked dirty and everything is old there. Inside the greenhouse was smelly and hot, we changed the table for outside. Food is nice but too spicy. And cocktails wasn’t really good.

It was my third time in ktmrox…bt never felt as bad as today…the place was full dirty…service staff was a bit good but every order we placed took more than 30 mins to be on the table…never had a thought, kitchen would close at 9:30 and no one did effort to inform us so that we could place our orders…ordered sisa and waited for more than 40 mins to get it and yet wasn’t good and asked to replace that…again took more than 20 mins and then we were informed that we should leave the garden within 15 mins…still we had our order pending and got it after 10:45 and were supposed to leave the garden carrying our momo plates inside the restaurant…was really embarrassing as we were there to celebrate wife’s birthday…..the experience was really bad… would never visit again and nor will recommend anyone.

I celebrated my son’s birthday today and I never felt so relaxed and comfortable in anyone’s birthday before. Food is absolutely delicious and team is equally good and I am really grateful that we have such a stunning and wonderful place in Feltham. Special Thanks to Josh, Ashanga and the kitchen team. I will recommend this place to everyone and I will gladly celebrate another party here.

Really bad customer service, I was waiting on the bar and no one ask for service. Bar staff really ignorant and rude.

Very nice food but the place is getting worse: there is clutter everywhere - you can always see chairs on tables or somewhere in a corner, the outside area looks quite sloopy - it should be cleaned and tidied - again clutter everywhere, dusty, spider webs, those grey cushions that have been around for ages look faded. Definitely this place needs little touches - it could look very nice but it doesn't. The food is very nice but the place is not appealing.

We had hosted a party at KTM on 22nd April 2023 and had an amazing experience. The team had made amazing arrangements right from mouth licking food to the stunning decorations and the service was spot on!! 😊 A big Thank you to the entire team of KTM ROX for making our event memorable😊

Came with my parents and girlfriend and we were surprised despite it being a pub with west coast hip hop playing, how authentic and delicious the Nepalese food was. We ordered the chatpate which were delicious spiced puffed rice with potato and other delicious things. The Chili momos were similarly delicious. I ordered the Nepalese thali and it was a great selection and portion for the price. I look forward to coming again and trying some of their other dishes.

This is the go to pub at feltham. The food here is amazing. The drinks are a little expensive but the food quality makes up for it when the bill comes up. Staff is friendly, respectful and prompt. Live music is also available here.

Lovely looking bar and garden! Enjoyed a couple of drinks with the family. Will certainly be back.

There is not a single disappointment even after visiting multiple times to KTM ROX. Quality of foods and vibes are worth the visit!! I mostly admire the garden on the back where you can spend quality time with family and kids. Talking about the foods, most of the nepalese foods I tried so far are yummy and worth the penny however my personal favourites are open pork momos, pork Jhir and chicken chowmein, of course with pint of beer :) I highly recommend to everyone out there to visit this GEM. Thank you KTM ROX for your hospitality amid this corona pandemic. Keep up the good work!!! Cheers :))

Food & drink quality is always really good. Visit every now and then for dinner & drinks. Service is always friendly & welcoming. Recommend the chow mein, it’s delicious!

Food is delicious. Bollywood DJ is brilliant. Staff are nice and very patient.

This is a lovely place just close to Feltham High Street. Ample of garden sitting with little igloos which look lovely. We went there for happy hour which is from 5pm to 7pm and had a lovely time. The food especially the chiili momos were delicious. We good order from the app which was quick and easy.

Rude customer service, everyone acting busy with no acknowledgement I was standing at the door. All of them avoiding eye contact intentionally. Even a “sorry we are busy will be with you in a second would have been nice.” First time here and definitely my last. Learn the basics of customer service

That fried rice with chicken is amazing!

So first things first , the food was pretty average in my personal opinion . The Alu dum had a bit of tangy taste which is not common in our place . Often times alu dum taste sour once it had gone stale or not stored properly so I prefer not to have the sourness in my alu dum but that’s just us . Secondly we ordered pork momo , my freind found the taste of Chimping ( Nepal hogweed ) which I have no idea what it was . So finished it for her 😜 however the skin of the momo was extremely thick to my liking . In my opinion the skin of the momo should be very thin or thick ( raised ) like bao . The noodles were okay , very oily to my liking , wish they used less masala . Again the taste differs from person to person so these are all our preferences, I am sure there are people who likes what we don’t . Coming to the ambience , they have set up the place very cozy . The fairy lights is what attracted us the most 😝 so all the points for that and the person at the counter taking our orders . He was approachable and welcoming . The lady who served us seemed very tired and not friendly at all . This place has the right location and the potential to grow .

Friendly atmosphere, momos are amazing!

Nice place ,have place to sit outside ,they have kind of transparent dome . not much parking available, but you can find free parking around for couple of hours.

My wife and I had a very passionate argument about booking a stay at the local Travelodge. You can check out my review there to see why. However, what changed our night despite the arguing was KTM ROX. We were intrigued by a Nepalese focused restaurant and the vibes seemed immaculate as we walked nearby. The service there was great and accommodating, order was taken and served quickly. More importantly, the food was fantastic. We had a big plate of fried momos and also a plate of some fried rice. The flavors were intense and the spices lit up our tongues. It was a fantastic way to cap off our last night in London after a night of yelling at each other and now it serves as a really funny memory from our trip.

We visited this place on Tuesday evening, it was peaceful and we loved the ambience. Now coming to the food, we tried some authentic Nepali dishes like Sekwa, Momo, Newari platter etc, and to be honest the food was really good. Small details like radish pickle, white sesame seeds Saag and aloo dum were spot on. We are from Darjeeling, and we were searching for an authentic food in London, and we have found it here. Will definitely visit again. It might be on a higher side in terms of price, but what price can u put on a food that makes u happy? In terms of that the price is peanuts..

Firstly to start with would be amazing owners with great hospitality, the most delicious Nepalese food in the city so far , lovely outdoor and indoor spaces. Can’t wait to try this place during winter with fire place and amazing food and great vibes . A truly must visit place -

To cover his genuine bad reviews about his service and health and safety reviews They ask asked group of his friends to give good reviews.( I guess) Anyway it there business and viewer your choice to eat in a filthy restaurant. To the owner comments on my previous reviews don't make any sense. I think your confused which group and friends your were talking about. Once again I have seen rat roaming Dirty cutlery Frozen food In hygiene toilet Smells pie on the floor In my opinion there are better clean place to enjoy viewer . Heath comes first then food tastes. I really recommend this place! I've been coming to KTM ROX regularly since they opened and alway enjoy the great atmosphere, the friendly staff and the fantastic food! I am already looking forward to the next visit!

Incredible, in a word. This was recommended to me by a colleague and I was blown away. Nepali food I've had in the UK is often bland and dumbed down for a British palette but you can really tell the staff at KTM ROX are passionate about delivering an authentic experience. However, they are always so welcoming and are happy to explain the menu if you're less familiar with the cuisine. They make the best momos I've ever had and the pork jhir is to die for. The restaurant also doubles as a bar, and there is regularly amazing live music to enjoy after a wonderful meal. I now insist that all our work socials take place here and my colleagues are always too happy to oblige. However, it's equally brilliant for date night or lunch with family and friends. Thank you to all the staff for making our visits so special. Can't wait to see you soon!

Great place? Without a doubt. Free parking on the high street for customers. Not something we can easily find in other restaurants in the vicinity. The food is all authentic Nepalese, fresh and delicious. Friendly staff and the manager even showed us some techniques used to roast their spices which was really nice. The lights in the evening were fabulous! Would definitely go back again for the food and cocktails happy hour! Definitely worth a visit.

Avoid KTM Rox for health and safety reasons Saw rat roaming in the Garden Filthy toliet Rubbish food Waited long for food order then served with kind of cold food. Chips was still frozen from inside so I guess most of the food they is frozen quality cheap stuff. Cutlery not washed properly Had food posing after going there. I am sharing my experience . Strongly suggesting not to go there. You have lot better choice in the area. We regularly go to weather spoon pub in Feltham and never had any health issues and quality and customer service is highly maintained. KTM Rox is not value for money. They have tried to put pod with cheap plastic cover in the garden you can smell plastic while eating food. Garden party music was so loud you can't listen anything. Not worth going there . This is my experience ...

The Manger here has visions that he owns the pub and makes decisions without consulting the actual owner. We had a very bad experience today contrary to the past performance, that's all it takes, for today for some reason the chef was off and food was half cooked and terrible. Don't go there I beg you, I happen to see the kitchen....calling the council for food hygiene issues......what a shame....

Absolutely not worth going here food was terrible, manager was very unhelpful, didn’t want to take on any feedback, and his attitude sucked. Kitchen was dirty and does not deserve to be in operation. Complaining soon to Hounslow Council. Would have given-be star..never ever ever go to this KTM ..just a cheap cheater and getting health issue with the oily food and unhygienic food

Cannot big this pub up enough! The main event here for me is the the Nepalese food. It is delicious! Proper restaurant qaulity (nothing like standard pub grub). I would happily come back just for the food. Decent variety of drinks, beautiful outdoor area with the sheltered pods. Deffinently worth a visit in the late evening with with garden illuminated. Last but not least the live music is brilliant. GET DOWN THERE NOW!

I have been to this Pub with my friends for food I can tell you the food is absolutely beautiful I highly recommend. Is you like Asian food.

Found this fantastic place totally by accident on a stop over for the rugby. Neither me or my friend were familiar with Nepalese food but Josh (co owner/proprietor) was super friendly and helpful, helping us navigate through the menu and making some great suggestions, as well as giving some background about the cuisine and the restaurant itself. The food was absolutely fabulous- momo dumplings being the pick, but everything to hot, plentiful and really really tasty In addition there was a fantastic selection of beers and a live band that played throughout the night in an adjoining room, so you could enjoy the music and have a chat All in all a brilliant night, we will certainly be returning

to overpriced for my taste the food is good but the amount of momo you get for what you pay is little. food can be good but not so overpriced same with drinks. to little amount for what you pay. not going bk there . you will likely either leave hungry or leave broke. also very poor service, reading on review that they have the worst barman makes it even less likely for me to ever go bk there

Love the food here, chilli chicken Momo is amazing. On weekends the ambience is very nice. Little pricey beer for a pub in Feltham but the food makes up for it.

We visited this place before 2022 and changed from ugly dirty gazebos to plastic igloo or as they call them glass rooms it looks better but still missing a lot. The princes for weak water drinks our like in City London however lack of taste not mentioning microwaved food which got worst when we last visited Overall overpriced and not what you will expect. This place have soo much potential but … exactly but Shame :(
