The food order was wrong, there were no hash browns as ordered.

2 vegan sausage rolls were left out of my order.

shocking this greggs is, im alergic to eggs and they sent me a bacon and egg instead of a sasuage egg, my hot drink did not arrive food was late and cold, first and last time ordering from here, DO YOUR JOB PROPER.

in a day of my birthday Gregg's delivered me an empty box of pizza, that's quite of a surprise 🎉

Today I was shopping at Greggs and I have not experienced such rudeness and rudeness from an older worker in a long time. He was very rude.

normally good but steak bake burnt to a crisp and cold. breakfast baguette cold. cappuccino isn't really a cappuccino more like milky coffee

The fruit salad was out of date, there was no caramel in my coffee and my sandwich was broken

My drinks were right they sent me the wrong sandwich really disappointed was looking forward to it

I ordered my lunch today through Just Eat app! I was missing two things from my order! After lots of times ringing the shop I had no answer and no one picked up the phone. I then emailed Just Eat about my order and they will not give me a refund on the two items that are missing! Really not a happy customer, terrible customer service and I will not be ordering in the future from this shop!

We love Greggs, but this branch has messed up our order on more than one occasion. They forgot to include all the drinks!

So, I do not wish for my comments to come across as disrespectful but I have ordered here a few times and I find that something about my order is always wrong. I ordered BBQ bites with wedges which usually come in a box together. this time i only got the BBQ bites, no wedges. I am grateful that the order will be refunded however I ordered this for lunch and now one part of my lunch is not being provided. just as a helpful tip,, please can staff be more aware of order so that these occurring issues don't continuously happen. thanks

This branch of Greggs always misses out items from the order

It took over an hour for the order to arrive.

Ordered my food, however it came with an awful service from the manager or assistant manager, a young man who I think from what I can remember of his name tag is Arron or another name that begins with A. He was angry or fed up and was taking it out on the customers. His customer service was clearly left at home. The pasty was cold that I got but I decided not to go back in as I was put off by the attitude.

Get your sausage rolls here, they're lovely!

Rude Indian guy sunday morning so I walked out. In complete contrast to Paul who is absolutely exemplary

I normally order the sandwiches but this time I ordered The family pack namely, regrettably the fried chicken was over cooked and dry which most of my order was not eatable and I had to bin it money in the bin

My 3 drinks weren’t present in the order.

The food took almost an hour from the point I had ordered and arrived cold, the driver had a previous stop before mine, even after I had already waited a good 20 minutes.

My star biscuit was missing from my order!

I didn’t get my correct order fully. No wedges 2 boxes. Not given one of my drinks. Wrong donut. Pizza was a bit burnt like the sides.

The food came after 1.30 hours, the initial ETA was showing just 20 minutes. I had to buy something else to eat as I was heading for a meeting.

the bag that the food came in was all split open in many places so the driver could have touched or done anything to it it such a carless driver

Most of the time the food was good but when I got the margarita pizza all the cheese stuck to the top of the bag so I just had soucey bread it was still good tho

i didn’t get any of the food i asked for. There was no pizza at all, it was replaced with 2 cakes that i didn’t like nor wanted, and the strawberry donuts was replaced with other flavoured donuts. the whole order was replaced with things i didn’t want, i would rather have been told about the switch up instead of receiving the delivery.

Everything was absolutely brilliant, the best Greggs team is in Chiswick hands down!

It's pretty small and does not appear to sell any hot food. I visited at around 10:30 am and there were no hot items available.

Staff members Isabel and Paul were incredibly friendly when serving me at the Chiswick High Rd location of Greggs. Not only that, the service they provided was excellent.

The food was good but the delivery was a little late, driver apologised and said it was due to Hammersmith bridge being closed, this was the main reason we ordered from Chiswick branch and not Hammersmith, just so it makes it easier for drivers to reach us by going over Chiswick bridge.

Allergic to orange juice and was given orange juice as a replacement for apple juice

Packaging didn't work for everything especially hot drinks over 3rd was in the bag due to spillage in delivery process. Some of order request missed too. Liked however warm and cold food delivered in separate bags

I like Greggs when I go in person but I have a job where I can't leave the site without authorization from above so JE should be ideal...'cept it aint. I dunno how it takes so long to ride from the shop to my work. It turned up cold, though the food tasted nice. The tea was a disaster, no milk, no sugar, just...tea. Most of it spilt inside the bag. And it wasn't hot either. So I don't think i'll order again, but go in person if I can.

Everytime I order the cheese and sausage bean melts and other pastries at least 80 percent of the time they come freezing cold. Please Greggs can you keep your food heated properly

I popped in for a quick snack and was served by the wonderful man Paul he offered me a meal deal which included and Coffee with my steak bake which made me a very happy man leaving the shop .
