Avoid Chips were really low quality until they change I ordered ringer burger meal which should of come with bbq sauce and Mexican cheese which the staff didn’t have and didn’t tell me he just put normal cheese and mayo the fillet size was decent better than ilford lane Chester’s and other chicken shops wings were okay

I really like Chester’s, for me is the best fried chicken. The man attending is very friendly. Food was really tasty and cooked in that moment.

Bad tastes bland took ages to turn up I can make a better pizza. Donuts exploaded it’s cold fries and drink were missing

Was told 10 mins on the phone. 35 mins later food was ready. He took the call at 11:55 and completed my 2 meals in that length of time. When I complained that it's taking too long he said its only been 10 mins ma'am. Absolutely unexceptable for fast food. Next time say 40 minwait then. Not ordering again!

This is by far the best chicken shop that is near my college. They have some quality wings now. The spices they use for their wings are unbeatable. Better than KFC or any other chicken place I’ve personally been to. The service is very friendly and they give you free dips and seasonings which many places don’t do nowadays. Although they use to have a better peri salt for their fries. They seemed to have changed and I seriously prefer the older one. But apart from that this place is honestly very good. And has a great aesthetic. Prices are good too for todays standard

A nice looking place, the food for me wasn't the best. I ordered 3 burgers and some chicken strips. The burgers were okay and the strips, unfortunately, were tasteless.

This restaurant acts as a virtual kitchen for Absurd Bird on all delivery platforms. I ordered 30 mins before the restaurant closed. Both chicken burgers were sent raw. They couldn't resend the order that night as the restaurant was closing. They promised compensation for the day after but then didn't refund anything.

Chicken wrap I had was ok, pizza was dreadful. Literally had a very minimal amount of toppings, all I can taste was cheese. Disappointed to say the least

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Absolute scam shop for delivery. They took our order and never delivered it. The shop number doesn't even work so you can't get in contact with them to ask what's going on. Eventually had to drive over 2 hours later to figure out what was going on and I received a message from justeat after I had complained saying it was being made now. It's too late. I live 15 minutes away from the shop. That would be delivered almost 3 hours after it was ordered. My girlfriend had to eat something else so it's pointless. They gave me a bunch of bull about being busy when they clearly weren't. Told me to contact justeat for my refund. Justeat denies the refund. This was a purposeful attempt to scam me by this company relying on justeat to be incompetent. I need my refund. First time we ordered the food was actually really quite nice and I was impressed with everything. Second time I ordered a pizza and it was stone cold. I complained to justeat to get a refund and they claimed it didn't warrant it despite 100s of orders with no problems prior. Third order is what happened above. No food is worth the aggravation and feeling of injustice that comes from being scammed by this shop.

I used to be a regular. Last time I got food poison,I tried to contact with them several times and always the manager was not there, very disappointed for the customer service that they offered that was zero. Shame as until that day I used to say the best place in Hounslow for eating burger with lovely food and lovely staff

Not recommend to order from them, ordered pizza via Uber eats, after an hour try call to the shop, they couldn’t tell me when my pizza will arrive as check via Uber help restaurant use their own drivers. At about 2am try phone again to shop but this time no one even pick up phone. Driver show up by 2.20 am about one and half later to my surprise driver couldn’t deliver pizza to my door as he couldn’t park his car so he expected me to come downstairs to the high street and collect pizza directly from him. If I would like to pick up pizza I would order pizza for collection. The main reason of ordering the food is to be delivered to the door. Right ?? (That’s why we pay premium on the food)I understand that sometimes is hard to park but in this situation as the driver mentioned he is at front of the gym where he could park safely( I check by windows there was enough space for few cars at this time in the morning) and deliver pizza to me. Quick recap. No update about where driver is and when food will be deliver. Show up basically about 1.5 late without apologies or anything. Refuse to deliver pizza to door. Unprofessional services

We have ordered a pizza and the quality was definitely different from what it was when it first opened. Super disappointing, waste of money , definitely dont go to that place doesn’t matter how hungry you are, for 10£ you can definitely eat better pizza.

Hi everyone..pay attention using this shop!!! Im not sure if that guys they know what they cook or how should test the food !!! I just have a loaded chips 🍟 they look , smell, tested horrible....I still believe they try poison me!! If you love your family never go there !! Great little Chicken Restaurant, the lady who served was so bubbly and super nice! The place was clean! Food was great with chips nice and crunchy

First order was correct and hot a couple of weeks back but tonight's order the pizza was cold it was thin crust when I orderd deep crust and the delivery driver didn't even bother knocking on my door just phoned to say his outside when in fact he was sitting in his car

Worst service ever - been more than 2 hours waiting, ordered though Uber eats eta times kept on changing, no shop phone number to contact and at the end a cell phone number to contact from Uber eats , spoke to the guy and he said will be with me in next 20 minutes and hour later no food no response. It’s a terrible service ever as I was such a regular walk in customer. I hope the money is refunded and your staffs are just to incompetent

Food never arrived, phone not working. We’ve ordered our food on uber we’ve been charged £35 but no food came at all… this is the first time ever happened to me. I wonder if anybody else had the same experience. NEVER GIOING TO ORDER AGAIN …. AVOID THIS PLACE ..

Delivery always delaying. Not the best place to order if you have kids who are waiting to eat. They never deliver on time. Been waiting for my food for almost 2hrs finally arrived and they forgot to put chips. 2times they got my order wrong no fries inside.

I first ordered on Uber eats and it was not nice (cold soggy) but I went in passing by and the food is absolutely beautiful. I recommend to eat in instead of using food delivery apps. Chips were piping hot and chicken was perfect. They also do desserts such as apple crumble. 5 stars from me

Called to check on a delivery. 5-10 mins, great. 30 mins later, I call again. 5-10 mins. Cool. 20 mins later it turns up, cold, dry and the dips are proper lols. Shame as it has good reviews I was excited to try it. Won’t bother again

The wings were so fresh and the taste was really amazing , fillet burger I would say one of the best around Hounslow area…. We also tried peri peri wings and grilled full chicken I would give their grill chicken 11/10 , chicken was marinated perfectly and cooked so well I would definitely be coming back… Recommended Place to munch around Hounslow!

Someone called me from this shop's number and were impersonating he is from a Car Phone Warehouse, a smart number recognised the number as a number belonging to this chicken shop. I asked do the person also sell chicken and chips as a bonus for their clients, then the guy endedup the conversation :). Later I called the number back and ordered some chicken for take away.

We enjoyed our takeaway….. staff very friendly and helpful! The food was great, fresh and good portion size, definitely be using again!

I was disappointed and gave this place a 1 star because i came (as a regular) as was given bad quality. However thought of another chance as staff friendly, went in today they were auper welcoming and as always friendly. Changed to 5 star well done guys keep it up. P.S I have high standards I don't give high reviews to just anyone

Had whole family's meal from there today. Food is such good quality that even after having to travel for 30 minutes home and eating it at no warmer that room temperature, it still had all the taste. The spicy wings were uniquely full of flavour that you don't find at bog standard chicken shops. Portion sizes are generous. The shop seemed clean and well managed as well. Staff were curteous and served with a smile. All in all a nice place to eat good quality takeaway food.

Always love coming here, I try to try something new each time as there is so much to choose from. This is time we had the Tex Mex Wrap, Half Pounder Cheese Burger Meals, with Chicken Wings. Ordered through a delivery app, food came nice & hot! Tex Mex wrap was good & had a great kick to it. Half Pounder was very yummy, not overpacked with all the filling spilling out [you know what I mean, you get those burgers that everytime you take a bite half your burger is hanging out!] Wings tasted good too. Want to try the nachos next!!

I had a wonderful experience at Chesters. I went there with my family on Tuesday 26 April. We decided to have our Iftar there and ordered family fried chicken meal. We told the serving staff that we need our food at 8.20 and we got it at that exact time...no delay. The quality of the food was excellent and service was outstanding. He even gave us dates for breaking our fast. This came as a surprise. We left the place as happy customers. Thank you very much.

At Chesters Hounslow customer satisfaction is very important, a honest feedback I think will be much appreciated. The twice I orderd from them I have not been disappointed, the pizzas are absolutely delicious. Really enjoyed the food at Chesters! I ordered their Loaded fries which I highly recommend trying it has so much flavour it was incredible and great portion too! The chicken fillet burgers were cripsy and fresh. The Peri Peri wings tasted really good just like Nando's! Love their fried chicken it was very tasty with a kick of spice and good meat on them too. Definitely worth checking them out as they are so affordable with great offers and a variety to choose from! Their service was excellent, will definitely be back to try their pizzas next 🍕

10/10 customer service. Cannot fault that. But the food is incredibly disappointing. I am a chef of 30 years and have cooked in the finest establishments all across the globre. The 1 star is for the food only. You can tell when something is made with love and when it is not. the food here at Chester's is definitely not made with any love. Not even a gram of love. I can best describe it as tragic. I tried the wrap, fillet burger, spicy wings and bbq wings. Chicken in the wrap was dry and bland. The fillet burger was also very bland. There is 0 spice and 0 flavour in it. The spicy wings are small, and of bad quality. The coating was not fresh. Flavour however was alright. The bbq wings genuinely brought a tear to my eye. Not because it made me happy but because they were that bad. They were just peri peri wings soaked in barbecue sauce and thrown in the microwave. Not good when you have Rooster's next door who have top quality wings and burgers. I would rate Rooster's a 3.5/5. A much better option.

Tried chester Ramadan special deal for the first time and it was superb...the quality , the quantity all was good enough...also the deal is very reasonable n perfect for two persons The customer service was good n they do make up for their mistakes.. Been there Twice both times very disappointed second time hoping it might be better but No..it was worse..chicken over cooked dry and rubbery..fries were reheated and seems it was cooked in old oil asked for chilly sauce and got bbq..38 pounds down the tube...avoid at all cost s better burger placed around..

Very poor service, i had to wait 2h for an order that didn't even came. The employees don't even know that the order has been cancelled. A lady called me saying she will prepare the order and send it to me in 10 min as they had an issue with the drivers and i have waited another half an hour. When i called them they said the order is sitting there waiting to be collected but the lady told me before that she have to do it again as its been collected but obviously not received.. A big mess.. i will definitely not ordering anymore from them.. and i'm still hungry..

Terrible, ordered fillets burgers and some chips through the the deliveroo app. Delivery didn't take long so can't really say its the drivers fault for the food being cold as the restaurant is not very far from me. They gave me 3 burgers when I ordered 2 which I thought was a nice gesture but then when I opened up the burgers the buns were stale and rock solid, the chicken filets were cold and dry as hell. The chips were greasy and overcooked, had no flavour at all. This is my third time ordering from here and probably my last, wish the experience was similar to the first time I ordered from here but it seems the quality and care levels have decreased massively. I would avoid.

Great chicken, surprisingly good chips... and genuinely fresh ice softy ice cream, I was proper impressed... OMG COOKIE DOUGH WAS GOOOOD

Hit and miss.. first 2 times pizza was amazing dough was cooked perfectly but every single time after that pizza was overcooked or dry, also the garlic sauce tastes different each time. Friendly staff who I spoke to over the phone added extra sauces on request but needs consistency.

Chesters has come to town and taken out all competition around them, and rightly so! Their food is miles ahead of what else is around! The customer service is 10/10 too and the food is 11/10! Thank god they came to Hounslow as every other chicken shop in probably the whole of Hounslow wasn’t up to scratch! Well done Chester’s keep it up!

Best fried chicken in hounslow, they've hit it out of the park.

Food: • The pizza crust was perfect. Not too hard and not too soft (perfect crunch). • It was created in the most perfect love heart shape to represent Valentines Day. • The fillet o fire chicken burger was fireeeee 🔥🔥. Being a chilli lover it had the right amount of kick to it. • It was served with peri peri chips. Damn these went well with the freshly home made sauces (chilli sauce and garlic sauce). • The portion of fried chicken wings were so damn good. To be honest, better than my local 😉. • The popcorn chicken was served with barbecue sauce. It was fairly decent. • The loaded fries were very tasty. The jalapeño and sauces gave the fries the right kick. • In my experience loaded fries are usually served soggy. However, these were crunchy. • The grilled chicken wings were full of flavour and moist. Very, very, very nice. • The chicken leg and thigh pieces were juicy. Drinks: • I also had a combination milkshake of kinder bueno and ferrero rocher milkshake. This was banging. It just could have been slightly more thicker. Service: • I cannot fault the customer service I received. Very friendly and down to earth. On a side note, I would say Chesters Hounslow is a hidden gem. Tried out Chesters Isleworth for the first time today and was really impressed with both the food and customer service. The food was freshly made, portions were generous and great value for money. They even gave the kids ice creams on the house for waiting patiently for their food. Keep up the good work and we will definitely be back! Thanks

Went with friends to get food here the wings looked like tarmac and the pizza looked like something out of food tech. Only giving this 2 stars after all that terrible food the the milkshake was the only thing that stood out for the proce its really good but yh not coming here unless i want a milkshake

I visited this Chesters only 20th Jan 2022. This is different to the normal chicken shop, as everything was fresh, we had pizza, double cheese burger and their most recommended milk shake. Staff is polite and caring and they asked me at least three times whilst we were eating in there. Definitely recommended. Will be visiting soon.

Ordered from here 3 times now since there was a good offer on Deliveroo that popped up, first experience was pleasant and everything was delicious (fillet o fire burger and chips). Second time ordering the chips came cold and tasteless, and the burgers came drenched in mayo and the breading was just all over the place since the burger was so soggy. I thought this was just a one off but unfortunately this happened the third time too. Shame since I thought I found the best chicken shop in the area after the first experience. Saying this it might be a different experience if you are not ordering a takeaway and just eating in, this was just my experience.

My wife and I went in to treat ourselves some delicious fast food. And to our surprise the food was even tastier than we thought. A great place to be and filling our appetite with a variety of special meals and pizzas. Do try it out and you will want to go there over and over.

I have been visited today . I would love to visit again . I travel from 15 mile to taste their food. This is the reason why I adore to visit this place. As my 15 mile is not wasted. Great testing food but 😳 lime wing was so delicious. Staff are very cooperative.
