Pret A Manger in Hounslow

The absolute best Pret I’ve been to. All the staff so friendly and wonderful energy and smile from Drush (I think he may be one of the team leaders) - really makes u feel welcome 🙏🏻

My father and I have been regular Pret customers for many years now, and it’s become our habitual meeting spot for work and leisure. However, in all our years of going to Pret, we’re yet to have a customer service experience as pleasant and unique as the one at Chiswick High Road today! We were one of the first customers of the day, served by Shahab, who was incredibly friendly and evidently in a joyful mood. After ordering, we sat down, awaiting our order to be called out. To our surprise however, Shahab went above and beyond, and brought our coffees directly to our table himself (with a smile), which we both thought was very kind and thoughtful!

latte was not a full cup, total rip off for £4

I come to Pret in Chiswick every morning and the Staff (Crushi, Shahab and Ana) are absolitely amazing, welcoming and they really make the start of the day better. Food is good, it has variety and everything very clean too. They really do know how to treat their customers.

I felt uncomfortable about the presence of one customer, but quite good customer service was delivered to me when I was purchasing my food and I was happy about the food I bought because it was tasty and the quality was good.

The branch used to be good but I was surprised when I went back recently - it was so filthy. The tables and seats were covered with crumbs and leftovers and there was even grease here and there on the seats, which could easily smear your clothes. The only available toilet cubicle was blocked. It's a shame because the location is great with lots of sunlight coming in and food was still good but the filthiness put me off.

This shop is so badly understaffed to the point it's not quick to buy anything there. Add to that the Insultingly high new prices, I don't see the point in going here

I ordered a coconut latte (as I’m lactose intolerant) and a guy called Askin (if that’s how you spell it) served me a latte with normal milk. I told him that I asked for a coconut milk and he got really rude about it and told me that I didn’t, without apologising he just slammed my latte on the side. I could have had a serious allergy to milk. Really unprofessional if you don’t like your job don’t do it. Terrible.

Pop in to get warm, while awaiting for my new tire. Very friendly and welcome staff :) Good flavoured late and Mac & cheese.

My experience was lifted to the sky with the lovely Suruchi, she is so lovely, positive and made my day!! It's really hard to see genuine happy people nowadays, My coffee was also excellent and I really wish she spreads her happiness to others as it's very catchy ❤️❤️💯💯🙏🙏🙏

The staff at this pret are super lovely, friendly, and helpful, especially the regular staff on Saturday and Wednesday mornings when I mostly visit! Thanks so much for all my great soya cappuccinos 😁

I pop in Pret in Chiswick often, and every time I'm greeted by Crushi. He is so helpful, accommodating and kind. He spreads so much positivity and it honestly makes my day. Best Pret in London!

I live locally and always go to this high street Pret. However today I had a bit of a bad experience. After gym I went there to get an iced latte and a pastry as usual then proceeding to the waitrose nearby. Before going home, I went back to Pret and ordered a raspberry cooler, but it seems the barista recognised me. Guess what; he made my drink without any proper regard to standards. He poured the cordial first, then ice, and turned on the tap and let it overflow quite a lot before turning it off. He successfully made an overly diluted drink for me. Normally, the raspberry cooler should have some freeze dried raspberry inside as well, which this one didn’t have. I don’t understand why he had such an attitude, I am a Pret member and pay 30 quid a month to get drinks by scanning the barcode. If he doesn't like the fact that I got another drink after 30 minutes has passed, then he should complain to the higher ups about the Pret policy. I feel this treatment was spiteful by someone who judged me to be "overusing" my membership when I'm totally lawful in ordering drinks consecutively.

Love having a Pret on chiswick highroad! They have a great team over there and such friendly service. Shout out to the manager Crushi who always goes out of his way to welcome me and leave with a smile.

I would like to give the manager at Pret Crushi a positive review. The staff are always happy, its a warm welcome and happy vibe. I have noticed since he has been at this store, it is always opened an time, clean and tidy. I came in today and asked for the mango and banana sunshine bowl, that wasn't out yet. Crushi went and made it himself for me. Please keep him at Chiswick. We need more managers like this in this area, I live and work here.

Stopped by and was served by Shabs, who was wonderfully efficient and incredibly kind. I am always so grateful for great service & this guy deserves a raise!

Just because one of them thick guy can’t make a coffee I had to come back and tell him can you remake my coffee and guess what I got a £80 penalty ticket for parking just because this thick a$$ can’t make a coffee.He shouldn’t be doing this job.

Unfortunately I arrived at Pret this morning at 7:45 as the website says they open at 7:30. When I got here the doors are closed and the sign says 8:00 a.m.!

I love visiting Pret in Chiswick ! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the crew is incredibly friendly and attentive. Favourite member is definitely Theo, he is very friendly and informative about what a customer needs. Highly recommend stopping by for a tasty treat served with a side of positivity!

For members only now. Prices have been jacked up to enable the 'discounts' for members. But occasional visitors like me have to pay crazy prices at Pret. Not worth visiting anymore.

Title: Disappointing Experience Due to Rude Barista and Inconsistent Service I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at Pret A Manger Chiswick, primarily due to the rude and disrespectful behaviour exhibited by a female barista. On multiple occasions, I have been mistreated and spoken to in a derogatory manner by this particular staff member. During one visit, I was asked by the same female barista if I was deaf simply because I was not waiting in the "right" corner, which was an unnecessary and offensive comment. Additionally, despite clearly labeling my drink preference as coconut milk due to my lactose intolerance, I was served a drink with regular milk, leading to severe discomfort and digestive issues. Furthermore, the quality of service I receive is consistently subpar. Whether it's failing to fill my drinks to the top, neglecting to properly shake my hot chocolate or ruby cocoa resulting in a tasteless beverage, or exhibiting an overall lack of attention to detail, the level of service provided is unacceptable. I reached a breaking point when I had to confront the barista directly about her rude behavior and mistreatment towards me. It is evident that she harbors disdain towards me, creating a hostile and unwelcoming environment. As a paying subscriber, I should not feel intimidated or unwelcome in a place where I should feel comfortable. It is disheartening to feel as though I am not valued as a customer and to experience such unprofessional conduct from a member of your staff. I urge Pret A Manger to address these issues promptly and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity. Until then, I am hesitant to continue using my subscription at this location.

The best coffee in Chiswick! I am so happy finally Pret A Manger opened in this area! Since Thani am here every day for my fav coconout flat white and toastie ! Delicious! Staff members are always very kind and providing very good customer service!

Its feel like i made a mistake to buy pret plans ,service is not good , latte is not good like a boiled water,what else i say about the staff the ladies staff is rude , they dont know how to behave with customers speaking so arrogantly dont listen what we say about the order, they are not professional they don’t now how to serve customer

Rude staff not welcoming customers, serving customers like they are giving free coffee better to look by manager because i see that this people are not professional .

I was disappointed by the unprofessionalism and lack of respect displayed by a staff member (female) barista! her dismissive attitude was so rude and left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Please notice this is not the first time… is disgusting to see how a person and act in such a disrespectful way making you feel awful while you are buying a coffee. I hope the company addresses these issues to improve the customer experience.

Usual place to get some work done when out on the road doing site visits. Food and coffee always good and made better with a Pret subscription

Terrible. They didn’t have my order in stock and said they called me to let me know. I received a call when the driver was at my door who explained to me he didn’t have my order but said the restaurant called me many times. I have proof of one call from the driver only

Very impolite, rude, and arrogant staff in general, but in particular the team leader(s). We believe that you need to retrain your staff to show respect and friendliness to customers. The other coffee houses on Chiswick High Road make more of an effort to do so.

Very unkind lady and can’t make a proper coffe I came here this afternoon to get a coffe and it wasn’t the first time but will be my last time. I ordered a caramel latte and it was the most disgusting drink I’ve had. It gave me a bit of stomach pain and was very bitter. This was the most bitter coffe I’ve had from pret, I highly recommend the Pret A Manger in the Chiswick business park even tho it’s far it’s worth it

This Pret is SO AMAZING. Other Prets are always dirty, crowded, and full of lazy staff. However, staff from this Pret work very hard and maintain the shop cleanly, even the bathroom. They are very lovely and always make me feel better.

Black Bean Taco Soup should be named Fire Roasted Tomato Soup with 6 or so black beans. Guaranteed to cause heart burn but not much flavour. Ugh!

Great new Pret store on the High Rd. Offers a good selection of hot drinks and sandwiches - friendly staff, never have to wait too long to get served.
