Firstly, you can no longer eat at the premises, only Takeaway (not on delivery apps either)
Secondly, food is very good
Third, customer service does leave much to be desired with no waiting system on busy days (chaos reigns) and staff not friendly, helpful or informative (it was different years ago)
Forthly, they have got items wrong , but have corrected mistakes made, but check your order.
A previous review mentions a bad hygiene rating form Richmond, but it's in the borough of Hounslow...(?) The current .gov hygiene rating is 4.
I think things could clearly be better but no idea why this has such a low Trip advisor rating
Visited on Monday around 12 noon for brunch. Food was good but service was really bad. Asked for the table to be cleaned which meant dabbling here and there without giving a good clean. Ashtray wasnt emptied. Really wanted to show the waiter how to clean a table properly. He came across as lazy and like he didnt really want to be there. When we asked for the bill , it was as if I'd asked him for ÂŁ100. This was my first visit and my last visit.
I'm at sat here at my table, nothing on the buffet to eat apart from noodles, kept asking the waitresses about food and was told 10 minutes,...Still waiting...Dirty Plates everywhere, the customers had to be clearing their own tables. This place used to be good but I don't know what happened...NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY YOU HAD TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING IN ENTRANCE!!! RIP OFF!!!!
Ordered via Deliveroo, arrived stone cold. Ordered the cheeseburger pizza as I like the one Dominos do⊠and it was horrendous. The thinnest layer of cheese, overcooked, dry and the âbeefâ tasted odd. The slices were rock hard too.
Thought weâd try them as we donât usually as theyâre quite expensive. Should have stuck to our local independent pizza place.

Tell them the rules and regulations about selling food to their customers, we pay our hard earned money for good quality food not vomit, they should be ashamed about this complaints.
Please can Cafe Nero clean and update the furniture itâs soo dirty we have been visiting the cafe for years but I wish the owner could give it a thorough âdeep cleanâ. It is in a lovely busy location but needs some TLC Thank you to the lovely staff. Good service.
No wifi! I regularly stay in this area for business. Everytime I go, I find that the wifi is not working. I basically want to work there, so it wastes my money every time. It is also in a mobile data black out spot. Sort it out Costa!
Just donât bother going to this place. Itâs dirty, really poor service and the food is truly awful. It was far more expensive than a Weatherspoons and there is a Wearhersppons only a few hundred yards away. Worst value for money I have ever experienced.
