The restaurant followed our special request to pack the food as per our instructions, arrived hot and well packed. Very reasonable charges

Chicken was cold and tasted like it was reheated and chips were reheated from this afternoon.

Restaurant ignored the special box that so called just eat says you must add things you do not want, no chillie sauce please twice in the notes and all 4 burgers wait for it had chillie sauce completely ruined the food complained to just eat aparantly the box is there if the restaurant wants to look at it chips soggy and because they didn’t have garlic bread they didn’t call me and gave me chicken nuggets which is very suitable for a vegetarian household well done AAQA wasted my food MUPPETS

I stupidly missed my delivery and it was very busy at the shop but they still re delivered to me in a very short time. I’m really grateful, will definitely order again

Got the order wrong luckily I took picture of my order when I rang he shrugged it off and said he would make up to me next time and then proceeded to tell it was late and they turned off machines at 9 .40 pm which is rubbish I’m not doing a next time not happy

This company is awful to order from. Always forgetting items, always late, the shop inside looks very unhygienic too.

Great food as always. Apparently the just Eat menu is 6 months out of date in terms of prices. Just Eat are not updating it for some reason. So you may order a 12” inch pizza but get a 9” pizza. If you do order via Just Eat, call them up to confirm what you are getting.

I decided to order from this place having dropped in one day a few weeks ago. I’m so glad I did! Delicious.

This order didn't match the quality of food order in the past. I picked thin crust but they sent me thick crust that too with uncooked pizza base in some of the places. Disappointed.

Normally purchase from here all the time but today when we ordered initially the time on the website was 1 hr 20 mins for delivery so we called to say we will collect in 20 mins as advised by the restaurant. After picking the food up ourselves we arrived home to find one the food was stone cold, burger was dry and one of the orders was incorrect!! After calling the restaurant they hung up on me twice after accepting that they made a mistake they said they will deliver the correct food for my parents which took 35 mins to arrive after they said that they will be within 20 mins. My dad has now gone to sleep with an empty stomach as he has work at 4 in the morning!! Again the food arrived cold, I am less than 0.5 miles from this place, when we went in they weren’t exactly busy but still our food was cold!! These lot are really terrible and myself and everyone else I know who normally purchase from here will be told from me not to do so as this experience has been diabolical!!!

firstly they give delivery time for 2 hour plus their food quality was v poor it's look like I have take out peri peri chicjen from freezer 🤨 pizza is cold and v hard stuffing over cooked I will not recommend and I will not order again...

25 mins late, called restaurant who informed me my order had been on the road since 5.50 35 mins later it arrived cold with no sauces as i had specifically requested. Considering i spoke very highly about this restaurant the first time and am a regular today was very disappointing

First time order!!! If you like Northern Pizzas and sauces this place is the best proper Desi Pizza's i picked my own toppings and the chilli and garlic sauce that was with the chips was spot on!!! Well Done will be ordering again soon

ordered a donner from here and it was burnt, hard and dry will not be ordering again.

The worst wings I have had in my life, not fried properly, barely any meat just fat, the coating was basically lumps of flour that were not fried at all. The chicken pieces were burned, but tasted better than horrible wings. Fries not fried evenly... Half burned, half fine... Won't be ordering again.

Diliverd the wrong food and wouldn’t give a refund or diliver the correct meal all they said was take it up with just eat the manager had terrible customer service skills really poor

first of all food came after 1 hour and 40 mint first i have tried chips which was horrible i think chips oil were changed ages ago , pizza was very bad no taste at all peri peri burger was plain restaurant did not put any peri peri sausce ,In the end disgusting food !! its better to sleep hungry rather than order from here!!

Food quality was very good, as always, but this time was some problem. I ordered meal 23 (20 wings, 3 chips and drink), was meal 22 (8 pieces, 8 wings, 3 chips and drink) and was no complete, just 7 pieces and 4 wings in te box, different drink as well, in my order was Diet Cola, comes Sprite. no more order from AAQA Fast Food.

Food was bad reselling me old food which a customer probably caused at least 2 weeks olds.Pizza tasty sour the smell of the pizza was that of expired milk.Overall bad service. My advise stay away from this place even their chips and chicken wasn't good standard.My advise spend me for better quality otherwise don't complain if the food is terrible.

Have used just eat before and no problems. This time, I began the order- ordering 2 x 10 inch pizzas on the website, as they had 2 for one offer it showed the second pizza as deducted but then required me to spend some additional as it did not meet there minimum order requirement - I therefore added a small pizza at £3.99, proceded to payment and paid. Only once I paid did I realise that just eat changed to 2nd large free pizza to give the small £3.99 pizza free and charge the full amount for the 2nd £9.99 pizza- a complete con! Spoke to just eat live chat and whoever that was simply refused to understand or did not understand what I tried to explain. Even worse than being ripped off was that the food arrived and the driver rang me from the front to go out and pick my pizza up and then when I opened it inside it was absolutely horrendous, squashed pizza falling to bits. Complete con from beginning to end!!!

where do I start food was 30 minutes late, when I called them the staff where extremely rude telling me how they don’t have time to talk on the phone yet I’m a paying customer I replied and told them they’re late they then began to laugh at the amount of my order which I thought was rude and then decided to put the phone down on the side and walk away where along staff member came along and kept refusing to put me through to a manager as none of them had the capability to sort out a unhappy customer order has turned up wrong too worst service ever.

the chicken fillet burger was lovely but it is quite spicy and there was no indication of that so my elderly aunt was in a lot of discomfort in her mouth as she dislikes spicy food very much. other than that, very nice

Oderet buy one get one free pizza on the app ( received order confirmation) the restaurant called after 30 min saying there is no offer available regarding the pizza. Very dissapointing and the person on the phone was rude.

ordered a 10" pizza. the BOX was just about 10" however the pizza was 100% definitely NOT 10". It was hardly even 8" which is a big difference and definitely not value for money. the quality isn't worth the money. do not buy the pizza here!

Really very bad quality food wrap is smelling. After receiving the order of buy one and get one free pizza they called and said there is not any deal and its just eats mistake they are not revising on their website ordered thin crust and received thickest pizza ever. On my original order I order home made samosa which was not available so they were going to send wings but there is no Somosa neither wings in my order overall worst quality will never order from them again

Bad choice. order wasnt confirmed in time to begin with so rang the resturant and cancelled. Despite that, pizzas turned up at the door which we accepted so not to disrespect food. Undercooked base, and no taste. never going to order again.

Delivery was very fast, chicken was very dry but other than that was good, would order again.

I do not rate this place at all. Last night I ordered 15 pounds worth of food. Given their minimum is 15 pounds I had to make the order up by ordering quite a bit. The order was accepted and delivery time was added on. Furthermore, when food arrived most of it was very oily and the 5 or 6 samosas we ordered did not arrive. Therefore, I do not rate this place.
