Avanti Pizza and Pasta in Heston in Hounslow

Placed an online order via their website. Went to collect the food at the time confirmed, the staff looked at each other and said they dont check those orders. I won't be going back there again

First visit. Chicken had been on the shelf for a long time and was re fried. Awful food. So bad I would not feed to my dog. I would not recommend 0/10.

Delicious... Only for take out or delivery, no dine in. We ordered half cheese pizza and half pepperoni pizza and they allow it by paying £1 more that the original price. Good service...

First timer. Got a med. Veg. Thin Pizza and it was good.

Told to pay by only cash , told to throw the trash outside in a public in . All this for stale chicken , unseasoned chips and tiny wings. Don’t come here.

I was told by the person serving me to bring cash and not card to pay for my food next time i visited.

Excellent pizzas and halal as well. I Recommend take away if you are nearby. If not, they also deliver through Uber Eats and Just Eat

Today I ordered the Veggie pasta as recommended by my colleague. It was good. I think this is my new favourite now.... I love pasta so much and the veggie pasta tastes quite similar to the one I make at home. The staff there are friendly and funny always asking me about my day and all.Totally recommend the veggie pasta and the grilled chicken wings .

Very rubbish customer service and roud Girl with terban ,always miss the toppings and never admitted,pay ur money somewhere else and enjoy ur pizza rother then this shop .

Ordered 5 chicken wings neal deal the chicken was stale and the smallest portion of chips. Was given food in the garlic bread box. Your prices have gone up but your quality and portion size has dropped. Was a regular customer but not going back.

Pizza was an absolute delight !!! Did not like the chicken wings..garlic bread n fries were good. Ordered via uber eats. Good value for money.

Very bad experience I had. I waited 20 mins for my chips and came back home and found 3 hairs inside my chips. Never going here again and I don't recommend anyone going here. Very bad place

very bad service, awful and very rude staff. Ordered pizza from them very SPECIFICALLY mentioned ALLERGIES but they didn't pay any attention to the detail and sent me what i didnt ask for, whcih was going to put my child at serious risk if I hadnt checked it before he touched it, I wouldnt give them any star only to beware people from them I had to GIVE THEM A STAR and write a review.

Good offers like 3 pizzas for just above a tenner.

Been going here for a few years the pizza has always be OK,but last Sunday I brought a large pizza and the next day the all the family had bad tummy so from how on we will not go to this pizza place

We got free food because the owner was a good friend of mine. Lovely people lovely food! ;)

I have ordered kids meal 2-3 times ...they guys never gave proper meal...they always ignore not listened properly and then served incomplete meal..prices & items mentioned in Menu are totally different It happened 2-3times ...I will never ever go there...not referring other to go there..worst service,,

I just ordered from this place for first time. As they are directly opposite to Farm pizza we always wanted to try these guys. There pizza doesn't taste like pizza. There pizza base were pretty made base with high salt in there, I could barely taste any toppings onit. Cheese these guys use is very poor quality. Once pizza cools down cheese started to look like chewy plastic looks. Everyone be careful there pizza is not the best.

Wish I could give it zero. Gave me the wrong pizza. Ordered half and half. Had the audacity to charge me for it and gave the whole pizza the same. Rude on the phone. Unwilling to fix the problem. No customer service skills.

Food was awful late and tasted disgusting and the Management was unhelpful in listening to the comments. If you want to be on the toilet the next day eat the cold left over Avanti food!

Most distgusting food i have ever eaten in my entire life, me and family got food poisoning and when we called to explain they were not interested. I spent ovef £40 Don't ever go there!

I ordered a chicken pasta, It was bland, oily and full of tomatoes and surprisingly the pasta didnt come with chicken. Would not be eating there again.

I wanted to deliver a Valentines Day pizza and pasta dish as a surprise to my daughter and granddaughter in Lynnwood and would like all to know the pizza was especially yummy and my daughter thought her chicken Alfredo also delicious. Avanti went the extra 100 miles to make this a special surprise for my granddaughter adding three extra fun balloons and a chocolate cake that my granddaughter said was divine. Thank you to the Avanti team for making Valentines Day special for my girls and a special thanks to Maggie for organising it. Cristina in London

Bought pizza today, tasted like rubber

Great pizza but forgot to put pepperoni and I paid £11 for two large pizzas and then when I checked the leaflet it says collection 3 large pizzas for £11.49 . Guy on the phone could have told me that so I’m a little annoyed about the dishonesty .

Very bad customer service ordered XL pizza and they send 3 medium pizza blaiming me for ordering 3 medium anyway called them to complain and they agreed to send 2Xl pizza and pay extra £10 ,again they sent 2 large Pizza and not XL . I really don’t know if they don’t know what XL means . Pizza was not tasty at all Unfortunately will not order from them again

I like this place but if you go in, then be prepared to wait ages.... I would suggest getting them to deliver and as they are on Just Eat, use a code!! Get it delivered to you and save money and hassle of waiting around in the shop. Decently priced. You will get your money worth. Good taste.

Their delivery persons used to be way too friendly and indiscreet. Thankfully that changed. Extremely fast delivery, alright food most of the time. However, please stop making things spicy when it's not on the menu! Not everyone can eat -or wants to eat- spicy food.

I've stopped going to this disgusting "pizza shop" ever since they went "halal". Yuck! So disgusting! So backwards!

Pizzas here are well worth the trip to the restaurant. There is a huge price discrepancy between ordering delivery and picking up from the shop. Be warned! Pickup if it is an option to save your ££.

Good value pizza better than farm pizza, which is a few doors down

I used to get my pizzas there every weekend even if farm pizza is next door But the quality has dropped big time my last order the pizza base was over cooked and burned on the edges and the cheese definitely not mozzarella as I had a bad tummy after also the kebab didn't taste fresh at all. Really disappointed 😔

Worst pizza ever. Very heavy and oily dough and staff very rude. Placed an order over phone, i was told to collect in 15 mins, I reached the shop in 12 mins and staff instead of asking me to wait replies, "you ordered 2 mins ago over phone why you here now"

Rubbish pizza I ever had in my life...the crest was chewy. ...

They have a variety of pasta dishes on menu, but make all the pasta in the same sauce...even white sauce pasta made in tomato sauce...

Pizza came with poor quality pieces of chicken and peperonni. Stingy on the number of pieces too. Will not buy again from here.
