Pizza Hut in Hounslow

Pizza hut is my daughters favourite restaurant but she was very disappointed when we went to the one in feltham as was I.The food was served very cold and the manager was incredibly rude.The salad bar was also nearly empty and when we asked the to fill it up they said okay but unfortunately they never did.We told him that we will not come back and all he said was “don't”as if he did not care.Overall the experience was very bad and I do not recommend.

Worst experience ever the staff is so rude never ever gonna go again the food is bad too they should have some manners to how to talk to customers

The Manager here named Ismael needs to be seen to! Absolutely horrible, what a disgrace to a family restaurant, we arrived at pizza hut at 20:50 our family of 4 and Ismael (the manager) was stood outside the door telling not only us atleast 10 other people that we are not allowed in to eat! The restaurant shuts at 22:00! I will not be returning to this franchise! See photo below of time and person outside door!

Arrived before 9pm to be advised that restaurant was closing at 10pm and they were only serving desserts. Was not even allowed in the door was turned away in the car park. Would definitely not recommend this place. Ismael was the name of the person turning us away.

Terrible staff made me feel so uncomfortable and was rude to me and my sister the whole time I won’t come back here for sure they shouldn’t be working here !!!! Salad had flies around it and atmosphere is so depressing….

I was here for lunch on my own the staff were alright and food was the normal Pizza Hut fayre parking was more than ample although the restaurant is off the high street this restaurant would be very busy in the evening when the bowling alley was busy

My family and some friends went to have lunch at Pizza Hut feltham and it was so disappointing. It’s been a very long time since we had Pizza Hut as so many close down. We had buffet and it was horrible . Not much variety and the margarita pizza was disgustingly thin and burnt. Salad were really bad, They had lots of them but they were soggy. Glasses were not clean. Amazing it was still open. Never again we will go there.

Took my daughter to dine in as she is 16 and never been in to a Pizza Hut and after this visit will never visit again. Manager awful. Restaurant fairly empty but he made us wait till a member of staff was ready to seat us when he could have done it himself. Ordered the buffet on the phone and then waited as no one explained where everything was and how it operates but we figured it out by watching and then waited for our drinks till I had to go and ask where they were. Turns out they were given to another table so the lady gave me two fresh ones and took the third from the other table rather Tegan give us three fresh ones. Glasses were filthy. It is no wonder that there are no or more so fewer Pizza Hut sit down restaurants left. £16.99 per person and a coke was £3.69 each total £61.74 oh and still no ice cream(I say still as a review mentioned it back in January)

I went to Pizza Hut feltham and today there was some friendly staff and the manger was great his name was called Nadeem and he was so friendly and knew what he was doing and served us in a friendly way which made us to come another day

If you wanting cookie dough! U won’t get no ice cream. How’s a restaurant for over a week No ice cream or any alternative.

They was so rude, they was lady ignoring us and the manager was being rude to us and we just wanted to eat never again will I come here customer survive has to improve and the wood was horrible unless they just made food for us because definitely undercooked

We visited today Pizza Hut, Feltham, Leisure Centre. The girl named, Stacy, was very nice and served to the best. Not only our food was served hot but everything tasted delicious and perfect. She looked after myself and the kids well and ensured that we dont have any complaints. Amazing service! And I mean it! Well done, Stacy! Well done, Pizza Hut!

We ordered our starters and a drink each and after eating these we were going to decide what pizza to have. We were so lucky because we decided to leave after our starters and eat elsewhere. The restaurant was very dirty, especially the area we were sitting in. The toilets were revolting, which was when we made the decision to walk out. Given the current circumstances we felt it would be safer to leave.

The pizza was really delicious. Great thing about unlimited salad if you buy any main meal. The prices are a bit pricey for my taste. Can’t say bad things about the food but cleanliness of the restaurant was really bad. People are like pigs and think they can do what they want and don’t care about dropping food on the floor throughout the restaurant. The staff do their best to keep it clean but with the amount of dirty clients it’s almost impossible. Good food-bad/dirty customers.

Me and my three children decided on a pizza after bowling as part of my daughters 4th birthday and opted on the short stroll across the car park for Pizza Hut in Feltham Leisure Park. We entered at approximately 3:30pm and having never been to a Pizza Hut before felt a little lost as to whether we were to seat ourselves or not. We stood patiently at the door without being acknowledged so after being passed by the young waitress on a number of occasions I asked the question. "I'll seat you" came the reply. "Let me just clear a table". This was despite several clear tables. After being pulled around the restaurant we eventually ended up in a round comfy booth at my request back at the point we started by the main entrance. We were given menu's and waited a further 20 minutes before someone came over to take our order. It did give me a chance to observe that clearing the empty tables and sweeping floors appeared to be more important than taking our order despite catching the only two waitresses eyes a number of times. Being so close to the entrance I watched guests coming in and having the same frustrating experience as us with some opting to seat themselves with others asking if they had to wait to be seated. At this point I was getting a tad frustrated and asked the kids if they wanted a Domino's instead however they wanted to create their own ice-cream so we stayed. Eventually one of the waitress came over and took our order yet despite having two young children with me (4 and 6) I had to ask for the children's activity sets and crayons. We opted for two kids pepperoni pizzas with refillable drinks and create your own ice cream and an adult sharer meat feast on thin crust and cheesy fries. Apparently they didn't have cheesy fries so we opted for regular instead. We waited a further 20 minutes for our food which wasn't particularly unreasonable and the saving grace was the Harvester salad cart however I did enjoy a bowl of two of nachos with salsa, sour cream and jalapeños while we waited and the kids got stuck into the activity sets. When the food arrived the waitress informed us that the chef had made us a deep pan base instead of thin crust and did we want to wait for him to make another one. We declined and had the deep pan unsure of the turnaround of another pizza. The food was very nice, we all enjoyed our pizzas and the fries were good. When we had finished the kids excitedly went to the ice cream station to make their deserts only to find most of the shakers empty, no smarties and empty sauce pots. I looked around to notify someone but as the two waitresses appeared to be run off their feet dealing with guests approaching them from their tables we took what they could. We got the bill of £46 which would have been reasonable if the service was better and the ice cream station had all the items, especially as this was the reason the kids opted to stay in the first place. It felt very impersonal throughout and you could see that two waitresses were not enough for a restaurant 2/3 full. Two other gentlemen, one slightly older and I would assume to be a manager, appeared throughout the service and as we neared the end of our meal they did seem to be getting on top of things. From a watchful guests perspective they were obviously understaffed and lacked any real direction. Sorry guys but next time it will definitely be a Dominoes.

I went there today got there had to wait for a table where the waiter put us next to a children’s party we asked to go to a different table but he said no even thou there were other tables then he gave us a menu we waited 20 minutes to get served the waiter came over and started to serve someone who came in after us we then had to go and get someone to come and serve us no one asked ask us if we wanted anything else when it was time to pay the bill we then had to wait 15 for someone to take our money

Really bad ,in every way ,dirty restaurant ,rubbish food (one good waitress) the rest of the staff have no idea where customer service begins .Do not go any where near this place .

lovely meal, good host, the kids loved it and excellent for parties and fun overall. Recommended for family day out

Had a big family get together. All ordered our meals. Meals started arriving slowly, but surely. However, one portion of chicken was brought out as only half a portion with the reassurance that the rest was on its way. Everybody else' meal arrived, but still no chicken. Waiter was very apologetic, kept coming back and chasing it up. Eventually we had to speak to the manager. We were compensated, however, as we all decided to take our dessert home, it all went wrong again. One dessert had to be made fresh because they had forgotten it. Unfortunately the level of service from the kitchen staff was appalling. We are in no way blaming the waiter who couldn't have been more helpful. We will not be returning and would not recommend going in a large party.

I remember a decade ago, Pizza Hut Feltham was a nice place to go for an evening dinner. The restaurant had a classy and comforting interior, the pizza used to taste amazing, the bread croutons in the salad area had flavour to it, and they used to give us mints when we get the bill.Now, it's absolutely awful, and it's a real shame. The interior looks like a cheap diner with hard wooden chairs, the seats felt sticky and dirty, the pizza tastes terrible, the bread croutons are now plain, the staff look tired and unmotivated, and my biggest issue - they stopped doing green chillies as a topping!! That was the last straw for me, i will not be returning to Pizza Hut.Some advice: Don't try fix something that isn't broken.

We went for a meal as a family, there were 6 of us. Service from start to finish was appalling.Restaurant filthy! Food all over the floor. One customer complaining about hair in the salad cart. Our starters arrived before our mains. Staff were inattentive and rude, all stood together chatting at the bar ignoring the customers. Once we had finished our food we waited 20 minutes before a waitress made eye contact to get someone to take our desert order. Then left us with the left over dinner plates, serving us the deserts and expecting us to eat them in amongst the dirty plates.I asked the waitress to clear the table, she was rude and didn’t even take all the plates away or wipe the table. This place is an absolute joke! Don’t bother.

To start off good, salad was always stocked up and tasted amazing for as far as that goes. Sadly apart from that I came here with my little girl and other half and we not only could see tables dirty as you see stagg just sat there chatting, the toilets smelt weird, the buffet looked appetising till all 3 of us tried eating and it tasted gross. No check backs to see if we was okay or anything so we waited for a fresh new batch incase it was old and it still wasn't nice to the taste. This is my first ever bad experience in this branch and not happy at all I just paid full price and left soon as cause I didn't feel happy at all with this visit and probably won't return.

Visited this branch whilst in the area on the Sunday and was able to choose where we wanted to sit, which was nice. However the service was very slow once the order was received and when waiting to order deserts and the bill. We ended up having to go to the bar to pay the bill in which she just entered the amount into the card reader without showing the receipt. No customer service. Too busy chatting and gathering around to stand whilst customers waiting to have tables cleared or pay the bill. Wouldn’t eat here again

We decided we wanted pizza hut buffet so we popped into Feltham branch at lunch time today we got greeted by Michael who seemed to be the only staff member there

I visit fairly regularly as it’s my nearest Pizza Hut that has good parking. We generally get there at 12 to beat the rush. Staff are decent but generally only one person serving so can be slow. Food is always good as it is at any Pizza Hut

Me and my boyfriend went to grab some take away and we have been ignored by all the stuff. We were waiting for someone to see us around 10min, stuff was looking at us but no one came to ask if we need any help!! I never go back there again, unless they will change the stuff and the manager!!!

Attended for lunch on a Friday lunchtime with kids and it was busy which was to be expected during half term. It took an age for anything to arrive and the worse bit being the wait for pizza to come out for the buffet. There was a queue of about 25 people waiting for something to eat and we were met with attitude from the young girl when we asked how long it would be. I felt that none of the staff present had a clue what they were doing. It was laughable really.

The worst restaurant I’ve ever had the misfortune to visit. Most of the tables where dirty and full of grime and food, as there the seats. When we asked staff if they could clean the table, they implied that the table was clean. I was given a very greasy and dirty glass and when asked if they could change it, another dirty glass was given. I opted to drink my water sparkling water out of the bottle. My partner asked for tea and a soiled cut was brought over with lipstick on and to add insult to injury when the food finally arrived after sitting and watching staff stand around laughing and joking, the plates served where dirty.

Ok, if you like pizza. An average restaurant, average food and not cheap. Only go if your children drag you there.

I've been to a few Pizza Huts in the area having lived here over 30 years but this one is the worst! The service was shocking we didn't get our kids drinks until we nearly finished the meal and one of our kids meals took so long that we just got up and got him a plate from the buffet. The service and lack of just seemed a bit of a mess really, and other patrons were also getting agitated with the lack of competence. Was a shame as we went there to celebrate my nephews birthday. Pizza was decent to be fair, and the unlimited drinks and icecream was a nice touch. What ever happened to the pasta salads at the salad bar buffet??? Far too over prices for the service and lack of salad options available now. So probably won't go back to pizza hut again. Cheaper to get take out or go to another pizzeria for a better experience.

Waited an age for the pizza when it arrived it looked like it had been dropped, coke missing, driver maintained he had delivered but then got a call from the Manager to apologise

I’m still sat in Pizza Hut and have to say this has to be one of the worst experiences ever. Not expecting high quality cuisine we were still disappointed by the mediocre buffet. This was made even worse by the fact we have been to the buffet twice and on both occasions the food ran out. I have been sat here for two hours and if it wasn’t for the fact I’m visiting London I would have left. Service absolutely abysmal!!! Two portions of chicken wings- 40 mins!- for two children!!!

Gutted we ended up at this place after we'd done a bit of shopping, we were both a bit peckish and as we hadn't been to a pizza hut for a few years we thought we'd give it a go and soon ended up regretting it, the staff didn't seem to intrested all, we decided on a gluten free pizza and a couple of salads but the unlimited salad bar was nearly all gone and none of the staff seemed to want to replenish it, I asked to change the mushrooms on my pizza for sweet corn then the waitress came back and explained they didn't have and sweet corn, so I said could have Cajun chicken on my pizza instead of caramelized onions? "Sure" said the waitress and then she came back and said that they "didn't have any Cajun chicken" so the salad bar was nearly all gone and they didn't have sweet corn or Cajun chicken, there is a 24hour Asda about 500 yards away but none of the staff are bright enough to go and by some sweet corn, then my wife came back from the toilets and said "they are disgusting and badly need cleaning" as we waited for our pizza we noticed all the food all over the floor around the salad bar and ice cream bar, none of the staff seemed to want to be there and showed no intrest, bit of a shame really as I use to like pizza hut but defiantly won't be coming here against.

Waited at entrance for 10 minutes to be acknowledged by a staff then we waited 40 minutes for someone to come and take our order as we have hungry child couldn’t wait any longer and left the restaurant.

I haven't really been to Pizza Hut for a while and rarely go and see that they've remained good.

I've been to many pizza hut restaurants in my lifetime, and this is by far the worst. We arrived at about 5pm, had our drinks order taken about 20 minutes after we had sat down, with the waitress saying she'd be back soon to take our food order. Drinks arrived, but still hadn't had our order taken. After around 40 minutes, we finally got our order taken. Food is decent though. Finished our main meal, and sat for another half hour or so with our plates stacked up waiting for a waiter to come to check on us, but had waiter after waiter walk past us and took no notice of us. With many pizza hut restaurants, I'm not in much longer than an hour, we were here almost 2 hours. Disgrace of a restaurant.

Took the children there in summer holidays only two other tables were occupied! Once shown to our seats we were told someone will be over to take our order ! After 25 mins watching the 3 staff chat away behind the bar to themselves I asked to be served . They came over asked what we wanted to drink alas the 3 drinks took 15 mins to arrive after we had finished eating . Absolute joke of a restaurant I can honestly say it’s probably the worst place for service I’ve been to.

Literally the worst experience. So many empty tables yet we had to wait 25 minutes to get a table for TWO. on top of that there was no acknowledgement that we were there.

Been a fan for Pizza Hut buffets for years, Cheap, cheerful, and mostly know what you are getting.This is one of the newer pizza huts so is nice and clean, food was very tidy at the buffet, only thing I would say is that the pizza's can be a little slow at coming out.

Only one server when we visited . Felt sorry for him as he was pulled over by every table . Some for their bills , some for their placed orders and some for placing orders . Our order taken after 20 minutes to be told after 10 minutes of taking order that garlic mushrooms are not available so can’t do the pizza that was ordered. Very bad service either because of cost cutting measures or very poor management . Have enough time I hand if you want to visit this place .

Such a shame because some of the staff are really nice. Unfortunately there is no organisation. They cram as many people in as possible. I’d rather go Staines.

Visited with my family, party of 5, booked a table and given menus. We all chose what we wanted and waited for the waiter only to be told they only had deep pan pizzas when we were all looking forward to stuffed crust/cheesy bite bases. Children really disappointed as this was a big treat for us. No apologies just had to pick something else. Service was okay but we should have been told on arrival about lack of pizzas rather than after choosing what we’d like.

Come here on 4th of July with friends the pizza was very cold and no pasta the customer service was very bad they still mad me pay fro the food has it was cold and some of the salad see it is better days

Unlike my review yesterday (Park Royal) the air conditioning was working correctly

I went there at 3 pm when very few people were in the restaurant. I had to wait and when I asked for service I was told I had to wait when clearly there was no rush. My son was really looking forward to it. I left after the appalling way I was asked to wait to be seated. Not going their again!

This is a nice family friendly restaurant that’s part of a chain and therefore serves very consistent food. I had no problems with the food nor the staff even though it was a busy Saturday. I ordered the meat feast pizza which was cooked to perfection. The fries and the chicken bites were also delicious. I was happy with my visit to this store and would return again.

Thankfully we were not in a rush. The service was painfully slow - 1-2 people worked while 5 of them just sat chatting at the drinks counter... avoid if you can.

Booked a table as unsure how busy the restaurant would be. Even with a table booked we had to wait 5mins for a order to be made.

Overworked. Underpaid? Haha. Not sure what the deal is but they need at least 2 more table waiters on my recent visit. Place was busy but the service was slow and had to physically walk to the waiter a few times to move the process forwars. Food was decent for this type of cuisine but I imagine there are better Pizza Huts around!

The service was good although the staff did appear overworked and looked very tired, I kinda felt sorry for them, and the ice cream factory ran out of ice cream, which was very disappointing.

Never like going there however as convenient when go to cinema so you end up going there !!! Empty restaurant tonight but still waited 20 minutes for the table !! At the end reached out to someone but told wait in the door as not ready to give a table !!! Seriously can’t even let people sit though it is empty !! Get it sorted or please close or allow the space to used by someone else who actually care to serve

Cannot tell you what the food is like I didn't get that far I rang up I was asked for my order at the time he was very polite then he forgot my order ask me again it didn't understand so I told him again and again and again went to come to pay with credit card I like to read the numbers out 3 or 4 times in the end he was trying to get angry with me as if it was my fault it so I told him to forget the order very rude person on the phone so I will never use them again there's more than enough pizza companies around they have polite staff

I been to this place number of ocassions. We always opt for vegetarian or seafood option. The location is good as it is close to tenpin bowling and Cineworld cinema..there are plenty of parking. The decor is a little bit out of date and it's too bright inside. The service is really good and the staffs are friendly despite of it being awfully busy at some times. Always had good time when visited.

pizza hut was somewhere i looked forward to . not now. especially this branch. what terrible service. I hate being told like a child where I can sit or not sit. Im paying to eat should expect to be treated like a human. If you wanted to be treated like cattle this is the perfect place for you to dine. Wont be coming to this particular restuarant, heed my advice if you dont believe go there and find out for urselves.

Really good pizza Hut located in feltham high street that deliver. Many times we have used pizza Hut in Feltham for home deliveries and the pizzas are always on time and always tasty and fresh. Legend pizza Hut.

There was food all over the floor, the tables were sticky, the waitors looked so tired and dead where they worked overtime and extra shifts. The food was rushed and not cooked

Went for the weekday buffet between 12 and 4. Went there expecting overcooked and cold pizza but was pleasantly surprised. Was seated very quickly and once i had advised we were for the buffet, they took our dribk orders and showed us where to go. Great selection of pizzas available plus some spaghetti sides and a range of salad. Extras like garlic bread on offer from the menu at a subsidised price too.

I visited Pizza Hut a few weeks ago. The food was good but a bit expensive. The desert is really nice. The buffet salad makes you full before eating the main.

Had a fantastic evening with close friends, we were greeted and served by a lovely host called Jasmine who went that extra mile to ensure her guests were well looked after. Jasmine took our order, explained everything in a clear manner what I have to say is very professional. Around 15-20 minutes later our food arrived by a waiter no older than 20, who did not seem interested in serving their customers!! Face stated it all, it was a lot off effort for him to look after people on a Saturday, for me that is wrong and that is why I did deduct a point.

Came in this early evening with two friends of mine and a colleague of one friend. Was served by Jasmine who is absolutely fantastic. Looked after us so well with her care, consideration, how she is with her customers, she's very attentive and chatty. It's exactly what we needed when going out to eat with friends, great service and entertainment. The fact that Jasmine said we made her day, just made our day even more. She's awesome and a real asset to the company. We would like to wish her all the best of luck in her university studies and hope she goes far in life. Thank u for being amazing and for making our evening spectacular.

Spend 20 minutes for waitress to come and take order, one of them passing over cleaning tables next to us while we sitting and waiting to be served. After study menu few times and almost remember it we decide change place and left.There was two more waiters chatting next to the bar.Horrible.

Had to wait a long time to be sat down despite the waitress nodding at us as soon as we walked in. After having stood waiting for 5 minutes we were seated on a table with no cutlery and surrounded by messy tables. Staff were completely unattentive. Had to go up to pay and even then staff were too busy figuring out which table they had served and how much the bill was but just going round in circles. I used to like this place, such a shame.

Good old Pizza Hut you always know your going to get, a good value meal . Nice and helpful staff . Worth going to at lunch time during the week as they do an all you can eat buffet .Yummy ....

This was our first visit to the Feltham restaurant since its revamp.. Maybe Saturday evening isn't the best time to go but even so I would expect there to be functioning toilets and a minimum level of cleanliness.. Sadly not here.. The men's toilets were out of order so had to use disabled which was truly rank.. Tables all around us were food splattered and not wiped down and there was so much food on the floor. New menus were food stained. We should have left but the kids were starving.. My husband had his jalapeño dippers served in a kids crayon pot.!!! Could not believe my eyes.. The salad bar was poorly stocked with food on the floor.. Our garlic bread arrived as we were finishing our pizza - the waitress said 'sorry, our kitchens a mess at the moment..!' No kidding... To cap it all my 9 year old was walking to ice cream factory where she slipped on melted ice cream and landed in her knees and tore a hole in leggings. She was very upset.. No staff interested.. There seemed a reasonable amount of staff but they weren't overly interested.. I asked one to inform manager but who knows if they did.. We won't be going back..

Arrived at 1'oclock on a Monday afternoon,we were taken to a seat where the seats were full of crumb's and the table was filthy! I asked the waitress could she please wipe it down, pointing at the mess.)I think it must have been a chore for her looking at the expretion on her face) it wasn't even busy only a few tables were occupied which is why I wondered why there was only a few slices of veggie pizza on the counter! I have been to this pizza hut before and it's been pleasurable but after this experience will not be returning. I think they need to train there staff on what customer service is !

I had gone with my daughter for her birthday celebration and there was no no welcome. Zero service from any staff apart from Jasmine. The Manager Abel had to chase on every thing . No check back in the food. No cutlery . The drinks fountain has flat drinks on any options. Told the manager not interested to listen and said to me that is what is it... asked for cake plates given after long time with no spoons and had to ask for spoons 3 times. No personnel gesture from any of the staff for my daughter's Birthday not even a simple Happy Birthday.. that is really disappointing .. I had a decent bill. But not even a simple thank you and have a nice day.. from any of the staff apart from Jasmine when I spoke to her....I want to take this seriously and want some explanations from the area manager or some one... about this.. please. Never go to this Pizza hut... very very bad. Happy to contact me for the response....Daksh Thakar

We always use Pizza Hut when wanting a takeaway at work as they are always reliable and on time and the Pizza are always good. In fact they don't last long at all. Very good value and service and will always re use.

Love love love the salad bar! So happy that they still have this. A good range of food and the soft drinks are refillable.

A wonderful Hut with great food if you love Pizza. The staff were fantastic and helpful. It's clean and comfortable inside. A must for families and friends on a day out to enjoy.

When me and my girl friend turned up it looked really busy but we was able to get a table near enough straight away and got served quickly unlike in the past where it used to to a while, we couldn't order certain starters and sides as the guy serving said that there microwave was broken, but the food we ordered in the end didn't take that long to come out.Even tho the food was good I feel the service could do with some work as the guy kept coming to our table constantly like he was trying to rush us when it was more quite so there was plenty of over tables that other costumers could use.

The restaurant has recently had an upgrade with new menu and new look.The service isn't the greatest but not the worst. Slow to get the bill at the end and wouldn't let us take leftovers home which I have done at many other pizza huts.Food was fairly quick and simple.Price is good.Location is great. 5 mins from bus stops and Feltham town centre.10 mins from train station.On site is a cinema, bowling and bingo.

Pizza was ok. The staff wasn't. Tried ordering over the phone and finally managed to get through after around 10 minutes and order took almost half an hour longer to be delivered without calling customer to apologise.

I think it's way better now because they have refurbished the inside and it looks a lot nicer. Recommend if you want pizza on a Saturday evening with some friends.

A tricky review to write...I booked a 'pizza making party' for my son and 19 of his friends, despite the fact that PH usually only allow a maximum of 15, Abel one of the managers okayed the booking. However in a phone call a couple of weeks later with a different manager, Nigel, I was left feeling slightly nervous about my booking as he made it clear that he wasn't comfortable with the large numbers (19 children and 20 parents).Whilst I could understand that perhaps the booking was rather large and he wasn't the one who had taken it, I do feel that at that time it was his duty as a manager to reassure the paying customer, as opposed to putting an element of doubt in their mind.Following that I did speak to Abel who did his best to reassure me that the party will be well looked after.On the day we arrived and the tables were well set (chefs hats,masks, colouring & balloons)for our party in a nice more private end of the restaurant.We were introduced to our host Nick who was very friendly.Our guests started to arrive and at that point we were satisfied.However half an hour into the party and the manager called myself and my husband to one side and told us that they had a problem as the fans and ovens were not coming on in the kitchen... My heart sunk as I had selected the restaurant so that my child and his friends could actually have the pizza making experience.The manager then proceeded to tell us that he could only give us what was in the actual restaurant itself (fries,salad bar, ice-cream & drinks) and that he would be closing the restaurant to the public.We actually couldn't believe that was happening...We then requested that if our party had come to enjoy pizzas then they should at least have the capacity to order pizzas in from another branch.The manager then checked if that was a possibility and came back to us with a yes. He also made us aware that as those pizzas were being ordered in we would have to pay for them, but that everything else that we consumed in the restaurant would be on the house.I was satisfied with that, with the exception of paying for the pizzas as essentially those are at the heart of their menu and it was a service they themselves were failing to provide.However I didn't want to ruin my son's day and both my husband and I remained calm.We also understood that these things do happen from time to time and yes it was beyond their control, it was just unfortunate timing for our party.Luckily the food arrived within 20 minutes and both the children and parents were satisfied with what they received.In actual fact it became like a private party as we had the whole restaurant to ourselves.The party came to an end and our guests left very thankful. Nigel the manager had also managed to take off 50% of the charge for the pizzas.We did feel that our party host Nick deserved a special mention as throughout the day he went out of his way to fulfil every request that we had and as such he made sure things were running as smoothly as possible given the circumstances.He was so obliging that even some of the guests commented on his commendable conduct.Thanks NickOverall an unfortunate situation for pizza hut,these things happen, however we felt that the staff managed to rescue the day.The star rating was difficult to decide on due to the events that took place, it probably warrants a rating between average and very good.

I've been here throughout the years. It's always been the same, which is pretty average. They've refurbished recently and it looks nice but the food is always average/poor. Shame really as they could do so well.

Terrible service.Food was slow, overpriced and tasteless - seems like they bought the cheapest ingredients to serve at 10x the price.Staff- the worst part. Very slow. Very rude throughout but the icing was when the rude waitress (older lady) who served terribly the whole time asked how much my boyfriend would like to tip whilst holding his card in her hand and waiting to tap in the number. So shocked, he didn't no what to say and stumbled on £5. She huffed and said "it would be better if you have cash" he told her he only had card and another huff followed. No thank you no goodbye. At least you got £5 tip which you didn't even deserve! Awful, so rude.

I visited this particular Pizza Hut today just before going to the cinema. Most of the staff were friendly and very informative about their new Christmas menu deal. The service was good, the food (sharing pizza and salad bar) were tasty and the restaurant seemed clean.

There were only two employees serving for everyone. They were extremely stretched. cucumber for the salad had already finished. The management needs an overhall.

I stopped visiting pizza huts anywhere after a visit here.lying staff and a very rude manager..this is a long time back about a year or so ..i just found this restaurant on tripadvisor while giving other reviews so only fair i give my opinion on it.what was worse was pizza hut hq customer services did nothing about our complaint when we actually called and emailed.so safe to say i will keep on discouraging people going there.

Am pleasantly surprised by some of the positive responses. We went there yesterday, and were simply ignored, to the point of us getting up and walking out. It was not busy either. The place looked good from the outside, but the service was very poor. Not a nice experience.

Easy food place to visit if you're going to the cinema in Feltham. Had a good combo deal with large pizzas, sides and drinks for one price between six of us. Salad bar that you help yourself to is always good value, and well stocked. Drinks are refillable. Good value when you've got a group of hungry teenagers to feed.

Food was all okay and as expected. Unfortunately half the restaurant was closed but still the only girl serving was struggling to keep up. We waited longer to pay the bill than for food to arrive!

Went there today for the buffet arrived around 12:30 sat down straight away, from our last visit (and no that wasn't great) the staff seemed to have changed and the Manager seemed to be fully in control all the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was good the salad bar kept topped up as was the pizza buffet. It was getting pretty busy must mean they are doing something right, as the place was pretty much full when we left. everything was clean and presentable, maybe we had a good day or maybe others just got the bad one

We tried to go to Nando’s; however, we were told that for a group of six the approximate waiting time would be 45 minutes, we decided to go to Pizza Hut instead. The restaurant was less then half-full and they had the lights turned off for the back dining area, it seems even for a Bank Holiday they do not expect a lot of diners. The rest of the review is mostly negative, but to make some positive points, the restaurant and toilets were clean. We were seated straight; however, the table was too small for six adults to have a meal. We were informed we would be moved once a larger table is clean, we ended up being seated while it was still dirty and the waitress had to clean it in-front of us. The salad station was half empty, we waited thinking the staff members walking past it would realise they need to put out more food. One of our diners had to tell a staff member that the salad station needed refilling and within five minutes, most items were refilled; this is not something we should have to point out. From our experience at another branch, the salad station has always been full even when it is completely full and with a waiting queue. The ordering process was a mess – one of diners ordered from the set- menu thinking it is available to everyone, after taking the complete order from the rest of us, she told us that we cannot order from the set-menu because it is for children up to the age of 12. The person who ordered it from the menu is 28 and was annoyed why he was not told beforehand that the menu is restricted to children especially as the waitress asked him for all four of his choices. That particular diner ordered a portion of mac-and-cheese instead; however, a few minutes later we were told they have no mac-and-cheese, which is understandable as it was a Bank Holiday Monday, but did not help the dining experience because of the previous mistake. The pizzas were nice and everyone enjoyed them but we had to ask twice about the two platters we also ordered, which seemed to be cooked at a higher temperature than normal to service us quickly because the garlic bread was over-done. By the time we were served the platters, we were put off our meal and decided not to order any dessert, we all just wanted to leave. One diner had already walked out by the time we had to make a second request for the platters because he was fed-up; this was the same diner who tried to order from the set-menu. When we asked to take the leftovers home, we were just passed a takeaway box and were expected to do it ourselves. This has never happened before, the takeaway left-overs have always packed for us; I suppose that is a number of differences between the Hayes (Middlesex) branch and this one – the last time we went to that branch, we had to wait and the wait was worth it. Our waitress was clueless; the other staff members were just walking around like they did not want to be there and their facial expressions said it all. When we were given the bill for the meal, I told the waitress we would need a reduced bill because of the awful dining experience. In the end, I spoke with the manager, Shane, who took the issues on board and removed the cost of the drinks from the bill. I was happy with the way the manager dealt with the issue and earns the review an extra rating; however, in the future, we would have to consider whether we would dine here again. The previous reviews show that the restaurant needs serious improvements, from the 30 TripAdvisor reviews already posted, 21 are below average (7 poor, 21 terrible).

Took ages to seat us, we stood at the door forever before anyone seated us. Once inside the pizza buffet was fine, refillable drinks are good value. No one came to check on us once whilst eating, edited over 15 minutes too soy do went to the counter out order hadn't even been put on the system. Gets very busy at lunch times and some people are absolute vultures

Visited with partner and it went wrong from the start. Messed up orders dirty tables, staff on another planet as they didn't know what was going on. Tried giving me a bill before I'd even received my food

We visited PH on a Saturday afternoon, and boy it was some noisy experience.Granted there was a birthday party going on, but that was not the noisiest fallacy, it was the blaring loud music, which just didn't allow any conversation on the table. As a customer all I can say is the cacophony of music just didn't blend with the ambience the were going for.That said the most off-putting part was the sense of impatience and nonchalance that the staff projected. They didn't seem to care if we are not ready to order and still making up our mind, and for the stuff ordered there were some impolite instructions given. Never going back there again!

Came here with my wife and 3 children and we was very pleased with the food and the staff.The pizza Hut itself is very nice warm and welcoming.We all managed to eat for 42.50 so great value for money.The children and us all enjoyed our food so a big thank you to pizza Hut fir a great evening.

Went with the family after watching a movie, and what a mistake.Had the buffet, all the pizza on display was stone cold and the pasta....over heated to the point that some started to change colour and turning rock hard....the sauce on offer....overall....don't bother....

We arrived at 15.00 just for something before we went to the cinema. We did not check on trip advisor. Boy do we wish we did.As stated the staff where not attentive at all. Although the restaurant was empty. A small birthday party was in the middle section, about 8 teenagers and 2 parents. One of which would be constantly walking around to get staffs attention.We got seated and ordered quickly but that's when got bad. Our drinks took about 20 minutes to get our drinks (two bottled drinks) and about another 20 after that for our food.The food was not really what we expected and seemed small. We ordered the big sharer which should fill two hungry people. It didnt. The pizza was also lacking in toppings having ordered the meat feast. Was more a vegan feast.We never had anyone clear our tables or check on us. We had to venture to the ice cream bar without any clue. It was all poorly stocked same as the salad bar. (Don't forget it's not busy)The ice cream tasted powdered and very unappealing. The biggest floor was the staffing. There was no clear leadership and they seemed to wonder around aimlessly. We counted 5 foh members which should have been more than enough.Over all a very very bad experience and could have been avoided with a little bit of interaction with the staff.We constantly tried to get attention but cutting short of standing up and dancing or screaming at them.We had sat near the door and could very easily have walked out without paying. Which we really did feel like doing.

seriously disgusted with the service and the food at this visit will not returning at all I would rather starve then go through this experience againwaited 15 mins to be served when seated then the staff DID NOT look like they wanted to be working the food was seriously disgusting waited forever to pay our bill and toke ages to get change

Mixed review, the food was good but the staff were strange. It wasn't at all busy yet we were made to wait a while before being seated and then when our order came food was missing.It took ages for them to bring out desserts and clear plates away.Just got the impression staff there are lazy.I had cookie dough for dessert and it was burnt!

Service was okay, not great but okay, girl was alone even that was after 5pm, We been ask to sit on new clean table that was still wet...After ordering we went to get some drinks and all glasses were dirty, staff me never told us it's because dishwasher...just after insisting we got hand wash clean glasses

Place was busy but still well served , staff was very polite and friendly,everybody had a good time , can't say much about food as the it's a pizza place but did have ribs

Great place to chill out with family after catching a movie at Cineworld next door. Love their free unlimited salad bar. Would suggest the sharing pizza for 2 people
