I wouldn’t even give them 1 star in any of the categories. We ordered 3 meals costing nearly £25 and it was cold and tasted like the meals had been there all day long. The chicken literally looked like a rib cage and tasted like cardboard. Never again.

Food missed off delivery, called tye resturant and was told its not a big deal they would just add it on next time. I asked for a refund but was told it was pointless. They then delivered the additional food after i had eaten anyway so pointless.

The menu is misleading. I was not given what i ordered. I ordered chicken and cottage rice and was given only a few chicken strips. The order should have come with 4 regular fries, instead I was given a box of small fries.

No salad on burger - very very dry chicken burgers, hardly any sauce - a bit of dry meat in a bun - that's it.

The burger had no mayonnaise or lettuce. It was just chicken inside of two buns. Not worth the money.

The chicken was damaged and cold. 45 min delay too

I dont like giving bad reviews but I couldn't ignore this. For a chicken shop, each of my pieces I ordered were uncooked and dripping with blood. What else can be said?

Had to wait over an hour and a half for a simple burger and some strips when I called to ask about my delivery the shop didn't seem to care and when my food arrived it was cold and horrible will not order again.

Order delivered on time, wings missing from our order, however they delivered these promptly with a couple extra and the driver was very apologetic. Will order again.👍🏻👍🏻

I was really dissapointed The chicken arrived dry and burnt, the BBQ wings were drenched in sauce and looked like they've been in the heating rack all day. I literally and 19 curly fries in my portion . I ordered three sauces no arrived Extremely dissapointed. Never again

They forgot the piece of chicken and gave me 3 spicy wings instead which I didn't want. Burger wasn't great however everything else was brilliant. Love this chicken cottage, highly recommend!

they charge me one £1 more because apperantly he doesn't have enough change with him and I have been told by him that next time I order food I need to give right amount of cash .

The bbq box meal was terrible, and not worth the price, the wings were drenched I'm bbq sauce and was awful, the burger was small and wasn't what I was expecting, chips made up for it

I ordered a bargain bucket at 21.30 and was told I could expect delivery at 22.30. At 21.55 the doorbell went! Excellent service.

Chicken tasted rubbery and saturated in oil. the chips had no potato inside of them but were just hollowed slithers.

I was told at 2:30 food will be delivered then it changed to 3:30 then 4 we had to call them and they were extremely rude and didn't help us at all. When they arrived the delivery man was rude and nearly took the food away because we were complaining never ordering again

Food came earlier then expected which is always a bonus. Friendly delivery man I'm regular customer so he's used to seeing me by now lol but food came warm and cold drinks.

restaurant put a extra 20min onto delivery time so had to wait for hour and half then they forgot my daughters meal so had to wait even longer to eat

Waited an hour and a half for old tasting food that was barely warm. So disappointed such a waste of money.

terrible service over an hour and 40 minutes wait when I live down the road from them . for the food to come with no sauces. when driver came was rude and aggressive and will not be coming back

Terrible place, order was complete, they refused to complete it without ordering more, then refused a refund, then just eat arranged a refund and they even tried to skip that, Thanks to just eat I got my money back tho. never going to order again

please make sure your delivery man read "the message I left with my order" ! he did completely the opposite! very disappointed ! also I've asked to be delivered at 11.30 pm and my food order was delivered at 10.30 pm... another disappointment ! so you guys knows what's going on 😡

I never thought i'd say this but it arrived WAY too early, I requested a 3:30 arrival time and it came at around 2:40! However great service and great food as usual.

it was so bad service as on just eat website the kids meal say inc chips and drink but they did not deliver chips and were so angry when i called and tried to get chips included. The staff kept ending my call raising their voice saying i did not add chips but the website says inc in kids meal. The food was cold and they did not give a exchange or any kind of refund back very disappointed, never never again ordering from there, advise everyone the same

This is my third time ordering for delivery and it's always late! The person I spoke to over the phone was also rude, they put the phone down on me.

The food is alright but the service is absolutely shocking. I live five minutes drive away and they always change the delivery time to 1.5-2 hours totally unacceptable. I tried to order just now, the very rude and unhelpful man just kept saying he was busy and not making any sense. Then he told me to walk down to the shop?! Don't bother ordering a delivery from here.

Great quality as always. The delivery time was ment to be 7.10pm but it arrived at about 6.40 so earlier than expected which was even better! Driver was friendly

The curly fries and fries portion had minimized. ChIcken wings are much smaller than usual . Also the food was warm not hot. Otherwise food was ok NOT excellent .

The beef burger was not as advertised on the site, missing salad. The onion rings and curly fries were warm but very soft and soggy. The buns on the burgers were soggy due to too much sauce. The grilled chicken fillet itself was nice. I live 6 minutes from the restaurant via motorway, from order confirmation they took 1 hr 31 minutes to deliver. I had to call 3 times before someone answered, no apology for being late.

Took best bit of 2 hours to arrive and when I called them they were quite unhelpful. When it did get here the chicken was very good. However the chips were like cardboard and they didn't send any salt or napkins.

The order is too long to come but the food is gd quality and delicious 👍🏼

Fresh, hot, full of flavour. The food here has really improved. The popcorn chicken is now real chicken breast instead of processed meat

Ordered family bucket of 8 pieces of chicken and 6 wings instead I got no wings and 6 pieces of chicken. Called the restaurant and they said they mistaken it for mini bucket. Bad service for not checking the order instead of resending the remaining food which was just waste of petrol and time. This is not the first time they forgot something from my order. Used to be good. Food was late by 40 mins, with no call to even let me know. Food itself was not great, chicken strips were dry as if they where left out and then re heated. The two wraps were ok, not worth £3.50. Overall I wont be recommending this place to anyone who has any kind of high standard of food, for a quick bite if nothing else is available,... Maybe.

I am very unhappy ! The chicken tasted like it was out of date so didn't touch it after the first bite. Ordered two garlic mayo only received one. Ordered a Diet Coke received a normal. I haven't hat this experience before. Paid nearly £15 cos of card fee and delivery min.. and when I called I've been told they didn't have Diet Coke after 3 min of battle with the person on the phone who's English wasn't good to understand me. No refund offered and I won't order from ten again.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. The man who took my order was inconsiderate, the driver was SO rude. I placed an order, there was confusion with address, we called them and told them about the new address. The man over the phone said it was fine and he would deliver to the right address. The driver still delivered to the wrong address, did not inform me about it and kept me waiting for an extra 30 mins. We called them back saying why did they deliver it to the wrong address and not inform me. Their response to this was "it's your fault". They hung up on me midway through talking to them. I am very disappointed with their customer service. WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN!

Delivery driver was SO rude. Came 30 minutes late, gave me bad attitude, was rude in front of my colleagues. once I had questioned why he was late and only said it was "5mins". Never ordering from here again.

Fui a la tienda a las 19.30 horas y queríamos un medio pollo a la parrilla y me dijeron que no habría que esperar 20 minutos (esta es una tienda de comida rápida!!!!) entonces preguntó qué estaba listo y sólo la grasa de pollo bañadas de piezas eran preparada, así que a regañadientes pedimos una comida de 3 piezas. Debido al hecho de que había 4 personas esperando para ser servido y el chico de mantenimiento me miraba como si él iba a matar más, debido a la presión, pagué y enseguida a la izquierda de la tienda. Yo no creo que para comprobar la bolsa, pero cuando llegué a casa, la comida era de menos de un pedazo de pollo y patatas fritas no incluido. Lo sencillo es que orden??? No contentos con el servicio y lo peor es que las piezas de pollo estaban sub-estándar y muy grasosa con carne muy poco en ellos. Traté de llamar a la tienda y no hay respuesta después de 5 intentos, no estoy impresionado y no regresaré...!!!
