Please can Cafe Nero clean and update the furniture it’s soo dirty we have been visiting the cafe for years but I wish the owner could give it a thorough ‘deep clean’. It is in a lovely busy location but needs some TLC Thank you to the lovely staff. Good service.

I am not sure how this place is still open. It should be closed down by the council. It is so dirty and the toilet is disgusting. It is a health and safety issue. Cafe Nero you are letting your own name down. Filthy disgusting place full of diseases

The dirtiest cafe nero ever-floor and dven seats were completely dirty with food on top-disgusting-time to clean or for major action to take place-where is the management?

My recent experience at Caffe Nero in Hounslow was less than pleasant, primarily due to an unfortunate encounter with a staff member (regrettably, I did not catch her name). This specific individual's behavior was concerning, indicating a need for immediate training in customer service. I found this staff member to be exceptionally rude and argumentative. Even when I attempted to address a simple issue, her response was far from professional and also displayed a lack of basic manners. What is even more disconcerting is that this is not an isolated incident; I have observed this same staff member engaging in arguments with other customers on numerous occasions. To ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers, I strongly recommend that the management takes swift action to provide additional training for this particular staff member at Caffe Nero in Hounslow. This training should encompass basic manners, effective communication, and conflict resolution techniques. It is crucial to instill in every employee the importance of treating customers with respect and courtesy.

As per the website it should be open till 7pm but they close at 6pm itself, when I asked them they did not even reply. This is not the first time the staff is doing this. Very rude behaviour as well.

Hi I love the location of this coffee shop. It’s in a nice hustle bustle place but the place is heavily used. The furniture has gone old and grubby The cafe needs to be refreshed and new furniture put in. It’s become old and smelly. Please can the owner give the place some Tlc. It needs it!!!!! If you don’t give it a face lift people will stop coming here

just been in coffe nero this morning 15/11/2021 between 11:00 to 11:05 and theres a customer there complain about the serveis and the staff been so rude with the customer and told her you are a ( bitch ) , and there’s another customer ask about the coffee he don’t know enough English and they treat him like stupid, it’s really bad experience for me to see very bad and rude staff work for nero coffee

Cafe Nero, Hounslow provide a positive oasis of calm. I frequently enjoy breakfast there-porridge and coffee- whilst listening (this morning) to Elgar's Salut d'amour. Classical music is usually played in the morning. Although the sofa and chairs are a little shabby it is all part of the charm. I found the staff helpful and obliging. A great place to relax, read a book, listen to decent music, and drink great coffee.

Nice set up and plenty of space (some Cafe Nero that I have been too can be very small, usually to do with the layout of the buildings that they are located in. Good staff that provide quick service and a friendly atmosphere. The cost and quality of the coffee / food is the same as at other Cafe Nero. Seems to have plenty of seating (varied too with Stools, comfy chairs and standard chairs). If you want a brief respite from shopping I would recommend here.

Been now four days in a row service is the worst I have experienced in any Cafe Nero the staff do not listen to your order do not give you a tray for multiple items and always seem to want to put your drink in a take away cup they put spoon straight into your cup if you want one or not not very hygienic I will not be back to the cafe Nero I asked for a scone with jam and cream the clotted cream was frozen so the staff member put it in the microwave

Always good service in here and the Romanian gentleman who has served me the last couple of visits makes the best coffee ever! Some Caffe Neros arent that nice but this one has a nicer layout than the ones in the North of England ive been to.
