Costa Coffee in Hounslow

No wifi! I regularly stay in this area for business. Everytime I go, I find that the wifi is not working. I basically want to work there, so it wastes my money every time. It is also in a mobile data black out spot. Sort it out Costa!

Not very friendly staff, very cold place to visit, staff should concentrate on serving customers rather than each other, also Muffins were very stale.

Como es de esperar de costa. . . limpio personal amable variedad de bebidas calientes en la oferta. Mi única queja con costa como compañía es que su comida y sus aperitivos son muy caros. . Creo que mucha más gente comería allí si los precios de los alimentos fueran más bajos.

La experiencia del servicio es bueno. Pero deben mejorar todo en su selección de pasteles y frescura. Cada vez que vuelva a comprar dulces siempre es duro. Debo decir que tienen gran batidos que solamente se ofrece en rollo de verano.

Perfectly good coffee served well. Pricey for everything as always in Costa. A little claustrophobic inside.

We were dissaipointed by coffee of this place. First of all, all coffee places offer free filtered water for clients and here you can only buy a bottle or you can take glass of water from tap, barista can't make a good latte . We ordered cake and even didn't get a tissue as it has to be. Tables are unstable so it is easy to spill your drink. All in all very poor quality place to have a coffee break.

Coffee tastes of nothing and the place always just feels "grubby" - sorry, there are better options just around the corner and elsewhere nearby with stronger and hotter coffees and cleaner premises

If you like Costa restaurants, this one is perfectly serviceable. Coffee is OK but croissants are not always the freshest. The location is in a block of flats by a supermarket and Kew Bridge. Not great but perfectly reasonable. Coffee is not bad

This is a fairly new Costa in the area being rejuvenated near to Kew Bridge. Visited when staying at the nearby Travelodge. Plenty of seating & fairly quiet when we visited. Everything to the usual Costa Coffee standards. As it was fairly quiet it was also clean & tidy which sadly cannot be said for some Costa Coffee shops. Coffee was perfect & not too hot for me. Previous reviewer comment stated coffee was too hot, seriously how can coffee be too hot, much better hot coffee as at least hot coffee can cool down.

This is a fairly new Costa and is light, bright and a very nice place to sit. Unfortunately I was underwhelmed by the coffee. Normally Costa serves reliably good coffee rather than fabulous coffee however I asked for a flat white and got a latte - far too much milk and far too hot.
