The best restaurants in Hounslow London

I've ordered a 13.5" pizza but instead I only received a 12" one. I've called the store and the delivery driver collected the pizza but no one has contacted me to process a refund. Terrible customer service...

Delicious lunch, nice atmosphere, beautiful surroundings. Staff very friendly and helpful. Best of all, when I asked for a tea, I got it in a proper teapot! (Not just a teabag in a mug.) Looking forward to going again.

Worst restaurant in Heathrow the salad only contained cheap lettuce. Poor quality food. No variety. Untrained incompetent staff. Incorrect information displayed on their website in regards to pricing and opening times. They always disappoint.

Food was nothing special .Not much meat mostly rice and noodles. Nothing like what is advertised on menu. To top things off got a £60 parking ticket after paying a £97.00 for a party of 5.

Not at all busy when we visited at 14.00 on a Friday. Bacon or sausage baps tempting but advertised as only available until 11.30. Saw someone eating a Cornish pasty only to be told that they had the last one. They did have jacket potatoes. As far as cakes were concerned there were 2 pieces of Victoria sponge, 2 of chocolate cake and 1 scone. Clearly not too many coach parties anticipated. I asked if, as it was Christmas and not at all busy, it would be possible to break the 11.30 pork curfew and was told that it would be possible to have 1 bacon bap but sausages a bridge too far it seemed. I suppose one should be grateful for very small mercies however puzzling. On the positive side they do proudly advertise cold sausages as well as ice cream for dogs. Whether I could have had one of these sausages heated and made into a hot dog I thought best not to ask. It seems to me that The National Trust really should provide a better service for its loyal members, not to mention potential future members who may well be put off signing up by such a lacklustre welcome. The manager Viktor was very rude, not professional and was bullying his employees . Do not work with this agency.

I have been going at this coffee store for a while now. The staff is amazing! These girls are fast, polite, they care about the customer and also they keep the store clean and tidy ! Way better place for enjoying your coffee than any other in the area!

DO NOT BUY. I Ordered a photo cake, only upon collection was I told that the cake would only last a few hours and the photo would be 'ruined'. Being made to leave that cake with them and purchase a secondary cake at full price from them for my event the following day. It is a scam. No indication on the website that cakes only last a few hours or to collect the same day. Awful customer service when trying to find a resolution. Many reviews stating similar issues and incorrect text etc being put on the cakes. Regret not reading these prior to my purchase! But save your money and go to many other fabulous bakeries in the area.

Very bad experience. I was invited to my friend's 40th birthday party. At the last day time of the party was changed, party was delayed for more than two hours. When we came - tables were not ready jet and we had to wait more about 30 minutes. Service was awful. Tired, lost waitresses without any smile on their faces. Food was not bad, but after all it couldn't fix the situation.

One of the best Tandoori chicken you can find in the whole of London, mark my words. This place is so much underrated. Loved the food here though the ambiance can be more better. Good staff!

Saw the bad reviews but gave it a go anyways and couldn't be happier. Super friendly workers, 10 min wait time and perfect Domino's pizza. 5/5

Genuinely don’t know how this place has 2.6 stars. I was expecting the worst when I ordered a whole oxtail & jollof meal for £10… I thought it would be tomato based party jollof. The flavours are ALL there & oxtail just falls off the bone. Such good portions for such little prices! The fried prawns 7/10 Lamb patty 8/10 Highly recommend and will be a returning customer 🤍

i chose them over deliveroo .. one of the worst chicken biryani ever.. the chicken wings were salty and burnt.. chicken 65 was soo oily .. a big NO.. total waste of money and unhealthy
