Costa Coffee in Hounslow

I have been going at this coffee store for a while now. The staff is amazing! These girls are fast, polite, they care about the customer and also they keep the store clean and tidy ! Way better place for enjoying your coffee than any other in the area!

A nice branch of Costa Coffee, friendly staff, good selections of sweet treats, they do run out of toasties because it is so busy and get be difficult to find seating during the weekends.

I believe this chain is equivalent to DD in the USA. They are everywhere and stores are always packed for breakfast. We decided to give it a try and it is a decent coffee place. If you are a coffee aficionado and drink strong Hispanic coffee this is the closes you will find.

was served by a tall, short haired brunette barista who was very snappy and rude to me and my mother. after making a mistake with my iced latte, there was no apology from them at any point. super unfriendly service and i do not want to come back at any point. they also were very rude to other customers who or darker skin didn’t speak english, rolling their eyes at them and being super impatient with them. i don’t know if the barista was having a bad day but it doesn’t give them an excuse to treat customers differently

Passed by here many times and went in for a drink the other day and we were a little disappointed. We both ordered a coffee caramel with vitamins but unfortunately it lacked taste as we could hardly taste the caramel. However there was a good selection of cakes etc and we had no complaint about them. There is seating inside as well as quite a few tables outside, service was good and the cafe was clean.
