Hot Plate Buffet in Hounslow

Worst restaurant in Heathrow the salad only contained cheap lettuce. Poor quality food. No variety. Untrained incompetent staff. Incorrect information displayed on their website in regards to pricing and opening times. They always disappoint.

Food and service are awful. I can't even describe it. Not freshly prepared. Service is bad and waiters arguing with each other. Cold food. Don't bother.

Food was nothing special .Not much meat mostly rice and noodles. Nothing like what is advertised on menu. To top things off got a £60 parking ticket after paying a £97.00 for a party of 5.

Today we visited with my family Hot plate and the food was pathetic, oily and salty . We checked online the buffet menu it was mentioned variety of dishes but there was rarely some dishes with raw rice.Never recommend anyone this pathetic food . With this price in buffet they are not having variety in there dishes . All dishes in starters are fried. Money not worth

Bought Groupon vouchers for a family of 6. The policy is maximum 4 so paid full price for 2 people. The food was excellent. We are vegetarians so the choice included vegetarian soup, spring rolls and samosas for starters. Mains was bhindi masala, chole, paneer with peas curry. There was no Dahl. There was vegetarian noodles and egg fried rice. There was also a pasta dish in creamy sauce. The man brought us fresh naan and it was also very good. Deserts were amazing. All in all it was a very good dining experience. After dinner we enjoyed tea and coffees on the sofas in the lobby. Drinks are naturally pricy being a hotel. At the time we visited there was construction going on in the car park area. Although there were a couple of spaces available we were discouraged from the reception man who was outside smoking about parking inside so it was a case of having to find parking outside. I later understood from reception that parking was £12 so on the basis of the parking issue I won’t return but had a good evening and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to you.

Firstly, the images that you may see on the Park Grand Hotel website and associated websites are not a true reflection of the restaurant and food on offer. The hotel air conditioning was not working. The mineral water bottles brought to the table were warm....

Good quality clean environment delicious food. Yes I’d recommend. Indian and English dishes. Starters, mains and desserts. Plenty of meat and vegetarian options with hot naan bread made to order

Its really good have for money and there is a decent choice of starter and mains. Dessert choice was a bit poor. The isn't amazing but certainly isn't the worse. Allround not bad.

Great little restaurant if you are staying in the attached Best Western and don't really feel like leaving the hotel.

Food was average. The desserts were displayes on a central cabinet without sneezeguards. Watched kids lick the frosting off multiple cakes without notice by staff. Yuck.

The park grand is very good for links to all motorways and the quality of the rooms and staff are very good and friendly I have stayed in this area with other larger hotels and I can sat the park grand is value for money

Have eaten breakfast and dinner here when staying at the hotel. Food is very good and fresh. They have a small bar as well so beer and drinks can be had.

Nos alojamos en el hotel best western y como nos conducimos pasado vimos algunos restaurantes indios de todos los 'comer solo deportivos 'logotipo que estamos hablando de mí, este lugar va a ser horrible en el mejor de los casos. Con ver esto, quedamos muy decepcionados, pero como entramos en el hotel vimos un buffet asiático.

There is a great choice in the buffet and the food is always fresh. The choices changes daily. The salads are great, fine curries and the guys in the kitchen will always prepare you a fresh naan bread to order. Always enjoyable.

Good buffet with choices of several cuisines Indian, Thai, British, and Mexican. Small plates make it hard to try too many dishes at once so plan for several trips. Large plates were around but not by the serving dishes. Some of the food heaters were too high so the food was a bit overcooked. Service level was average as it is a buffet. Nan bread would have been nice with the Indian food but none was present. Good choice if you are staying at the hotel and don't want to taxi out.

Must try buffet in the park grand hotel. Hidden gem with lovely ambiance and a lovely restaurant. Went for business meeting but will be back with family for sure

Food was fresh and though not a huge choice it was adequate and well cooked. Staff were friendly and attentive. It's a good on the go restaurant in a relaxed atmosphere.

Nothing special here and limited variety in food when compare to any other buffet restaurants. Food quality is acceptable. We read their online menu and Dal Makhani was not available that day. Considering the price, i won't go there again.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. I had the buffet, which is mainly Indian. I liked it, but if you don't like Indian, the buffet probably isn't for you. But found the quality of food really good and also very good value for money.

We arrived at this hotel for one night before flying out to Thailand. Rooms were lovely very clean and comfortable. We went down for drinks and something to eat in the evening. Considering we were the only four in the restaurant and bar the staff were very slow and didn't remember what we had order to drink and had to be told three times. When we sat down to eat we ordered asparagus with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce to start. It came out with no hollandaise sauce but scrambled egg when we asked the waiter why he just smiled and went off to the kitchen and then didn't come back to tell us why untill we asked him later again why there was no hollandaise sauce and he replied the chef had forgot. So for main my boyfriend and stepdad ordered lamb chops, mash and vegetables in a red wine sauce. The lamb chops were cooked just right but instead of red wine sauce they just put mint sauce out the tub all over the mash which was far to strong for anyone to eat. My mum order and sirloin steak and asked for it to medium rare it came well done and it was more like a frying steak then sirloin steak and was just gristle so we had that taken off the bill because it was no at all worth the £17.00 that they were selling it for. When asked about the red wine sauce they said quite rudely that red wine sauce was not on the menu so when we had a look it had no mention of mint sauce only red wine sauce. Wouldn't recommend

Very nice interior. Apart of a best western so easy parking and john standards inside. The food matches that. The chicken was fresh and the pork steak was great. Really enjoyed our meals. Would go again

Good selection of basic Indian food, several veggie options, plus some other random items like pizza, fries, and sweets. Fair price for basic, good buffet. Friendly service.

I stopped here for dinner one evening the food is good and plentiful the only thing wrong with this buffet is the normal one which is people use tongs without washing their hands after using the toilet other then that this buffet is very good

I have a look in Internet for a buffet restaurant next my home and I find Hot plate buffet. In the Web site there is a section with all the main course, cannelloni, fish and chips, Indian food, Chinese food.....I decided unfortunately to book a table. I soon I get there i try the "noodles " and rice with korma. I think is the worst korma I ever had and the noodles was without salt at all. I went back to the buffet and was missing half of the dishes was write in the manu, so I ask explanation to the manager. The manager apparently wasn't there. So I ask to a waiter, the waiter was shame and she send me to the chef. Even the chef was embarrassing and send me to other lady that apparently was the supervisor. She try to convince me that a Boiled fish with a grey sauce wash the fish and chips......after that my wifi find a mosquito in the prawn chips.... I even show to the supervisor the Web site with the manu, but she try to give me a useful answer. My point is :why you a have in your Web site a menu and if I come to eat in don't find anything? Why is not a manager available? Why £13 for a poor food and without taste?I will never go back to this kind of buffet restaurant. Shame

So there I was with a friend parched and really looking forward to our favourite - Chinese with a fusion of Indian dishes buffet style....The buffet was 13.95 per person and as we started with our starters we were pleased with the range of pickles and poppadoms laid out. We soon realised after starting to eat that the poppadoms were stale or soaked in oil. The buffet trays weren't the right trays, the Chinese dishes were not exactly Chinese. None of what you would expect, no chicken or beef or prawn Chinese style or in the basic black bean sauce. In fact no Chinese dishes at all, bar the plain bland prawn fried rice, bland, no seasoning and over fried rock solid spring rolls and what looked like sticky 2 day old noodles in soy sauce.The Indian curries were over cooked, no spice range or flavour, just ridden with oil which had thickly settled as a layer above the curries. The chilli paneer was what seemed and tasted like fried in chillie sauce not at all the authentic style of chilli paneer.Very disappointed as we started with the poppadoms we were now obliged to pay the full 13.95 or would have turned around and left straight away. Ambiance and environment was very off putting, we were the only two people there at 8pm and through our whole meal.Will not recommend a friend and was not money well spent.Minus rating if possible.

suggested by my freind this place is worth paying a visit. situated in a 5 star hotel. very nice decor and lots of choice...eat as much as you can for 14 bucks is very satisfying..will definately come back again..

I have visited here on a number of occasions whilst staying in the hotel, the staff have always been friendly and attentive, the area is nice enough and the prices are reasonable. The food on offer is largely indian, with some Chinese, thai and European dishes as well. It's all edible, and some of it, especially the curries is very good, especially fi you've just got in from work/ off a flight and you just want something to eat. I feel it would be less successful if you were going out for an occasion, or were hoping for something special.

Avoid scrambled egg for breakfast. It is not normal scrambled egg - it is like a scrambled egg puree - yuck !

a superb meal at a very reasonable price ,great selection of food at this buffet style restaurant , starters ,main and suite all included in the price ,just help yourself. if you are not sure what you wantjust ask the staff they are so helpful , especially a young lady by the name of "Bhakti", who looked after the whole evening until I could,nt eat any more, next time I go to the rugby at Twickenham I will definateley pay another visit
