I ordered mixed kabab by Uber today and I got dried lamb kabab it looked like it's been from yesterday or they before it looks as dried as in pictures and they took too long to deliver almost an hour Never buying from them again....

Ordered some food late last night. Waited hours and food didn’t come. I left my flat this morning and saw the food was put on the floor instead of delivering to my door. I called the shop to complain, A man answered the phone and was very rude down the phone saying he will get people to beat me up.

Placed a delivery 2 months ago and the food was not delivered, and after asking them to rectify this, they got arrogant, said they would not help and even started insulting me. DO. NOT. ORDER

Not all the meal arrived . Had to wait for chicken which was left behind at the shop eventually arrived cold and was promised it would arrive hot . Horrible experience and mediocre food

This is one of the worst takeaways I have ever experienced. The owner doesn’t care about anyone except take peoples money, he charges way more than others and loyalty to him means nothing, he’s always miserable and sad and doesn’t care if your a loyal customer or not, I would recommend nobody to be there. What a awful place.

I ordered a regular kebab quater pounder with chips meal only realised when I got home I had no chips or drink in my bag, and the to ladies could smile a lil more people would cut their right arm off for work n the 2 girls looked like they hated it

Ask about Ayesha's Kitchen or the pakistani cuisine that this joint has to offer Serious food on another level, take my word for it There's this sauce that comes with the biriyani and i don't think I've had it anywhere else as good as this 10/10.

Save your money and look else where. Although they accept card payment for delivery the quality and taste is poor. Thoroughly disappointing. Kebab meat was over cooked and dry. Reduced salad and not fit for the dog.

I have been ordering from here for quite awhile and food as been not to bad but just now I made a order and it was not made right a called to complain and the lady was so so rude it was unreal trying to ring me in knots wouldn't let me speak did not replace food and slammed phone down on me I will never order from you again so so rude you have just lost a loyal customer

The picture says 1000 words looks like dog sick and they decided to improvise by putting cheese in my order which was not asked for or even part of the recipe straight to the cat

worst yet,picked up phone to me to say hurry better hurry im busy.they accepted my order but then says have no drivers all coz i wantede to pay on phone.he made no sence and says he will cancel my ordeer and he hasnt yet so if order arives its not a paid order coz of the jerk.not recommended

I ordered lamb doner and pizza it gave me and my partner bad stomach pain the next day food tasted really bad would not recommend and will never order from them again. Food wasn’t fresh it tasted old

Sorry but abit disappointed. Food wasn't fresh, despite being told that our order was made just as they opened at midday. It wasn't even warm, it was cold and to be honest, looked like yesterdays leftovers. Our family member who ordered the food travelled from South East London, first time in the area, not the best first impression. If the food was cooked fresh, this would have been a delicious meal.

Very very poor customer service. I asked for stuff crust pizza they gave me normal pizza instead. I asked for Shish kabab got chicken shawarma instead. thats fine but lady was not even apologetic she sound annoying.. I was a regular customer. will never come back ..

Used to go here many years ago, then went downhill in a big way. But not now spotless very nice staff and the food is fantastic from the burgers to the pizzas

10/10 chicken burger ! food was well over 30 mins early ! I’m a chef de partie by trade,worked in Covent Garden Canary Wharf and next to Buckingham palace for a well known famous television chef. Even he would have loved the burger I just ate !!! Amazing food and service guys !

This place is under new management and today was my 3rd visit in 2 weeks. Kebabs & Burgers are lovely, i would definitely recommend.

The first time we went the person serving us was doing his sales pitch about how they offer more topping options for burgers etc, two from our group of four, decided to go to Chicken Cottage instead; on the second occasion, it was a more straight forward process when ordering.The food was ok, nothing wrong with the food but also nothing special.

Driver ended up in bracknell last time I ordered I lived in sunbury that was in 1999 not much seems to have changed so a solid 1 star from me.

Amazing flamed grilled quarter pounders always come here especially for these as not many kebab shops cook on a open flame grill. The only bad thing about this place is it could really do with a totally refurb the shop is looking rundown inside.

2hours after order made heard nothing and didnt answer the phone I called well before closing, I was chasing up an order not phoning to make one. Poor service. No order ever received

Terrible food. Had a lamb doner kebab. I don't know what the meat was, but it certainly wasn't lamb doner meat.

Ordered at 1 am told delivery would be late wasn’t till 2:30 am waiting till 2:45 still no delivery phoned restaurant was told it was on its way got to 3:10 am phoned restaurant no answer. Absolutely mugged off. £31 order and didn’t have the courtesy to call and say they weren’t going to make it just left 4 of us waiting for an hour and 45 minutes for food to not arrive and was obviously too late to re order from anywhere else. Thanks east and west ruined my night well done 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Seriously really bad quality of food. wings were zero spicy and the chicken was a really poor taste! I try to give this olaxe a chance a few times, but absolutely poor quality. I do not recommend this. Sorry east and west, not the best from you guys.

I am very selective about my food, and east n west have very tasty Peri Peri chicken wings and I enjoy them eating. The staff, I know most of the staff who are very professional and we'll mannered

Food was inedible as burnt cheese and jacket potato stuck in foil try, kebab had little meat and was cold only edible food was salad restaurant sent more food again hardly any meat after told would be a large so sent back and was refused a refund would not recommend anyone use this restaurant oh and the waiting time for food was an hour totally unacceptable

food is actually quite good. annoying slow delivery but what topped everything off was the TESCO COLESLAW. i ordered coleslaw as a side and they literally handed me a tesco brand coleslaw. is this even legal

Was hungry and thought I'd give a ordering app a try and stumbled across east and west , for £20 I got two 10 inch pizzas a large kebab with salad and chips and two sauces so not bad for value at all , kids enjoyed the pizza which was good with toppings and hot and kebab was good too. Arrived on time as it was a take away but first impressions very good .

Ordered some food here and I was so disgusted. Chips were very cold. Kebab was extremely dried, chicken was raw pink and fatty less meat. I rang up and complained they offered me free food so I accepted it they brought down extra foods and was still cold..... after I left a comment on their just eat website they responded to my comment saying I have to pay up for the free food and they are happy not to serve me anymore! Disgusting and rude customer services. Mind you it's foreigners running it so wouldn't surprise me there. Place will be inspected with health and environment soon and trust me this place will get shut down. Not gunna say how. But really this place is disgusting and filthy greasy pest hole! AVIOD AVIOD

Terrible food quality, tasted terrible, no flavour. Took over an hour to deliver. The chicken wings looks like they were popped in the microwave for about 5 Mins. Do not eat from here.

Used to be the best. Now is just OK. The chilly sauce is a winner
