Received an unsolicited call from this place claiming to be from Three. Guy hung up on me so I phoned back. Same guy said I wasn't speaking English and hung up again. Phoned back and a different guy answered asking if I wanted curry. Suspect they have a side business phishing.
Me and my friend when’s two days running getting different stuff to eat I saw his fish and had to go the second day to try this as it looked amazing and cooked fresh to so I did and I want let down the best fish and chips I’ve had in ages and would definitely recommend to everyone to go there .
Had a lovely little breakfast at My Place yesterday! Our server had great energy, the vibes were immaculate, ✨️not to forget the barista was very warm and welcoming ☺️
The food was so so good too!
Would honestly make this our hang out spot 10/10 recommended, you won't be disappointed! 😁
Takeaway
Absolutamente horrible. Nunca más.
Ahorra tu dinero.
I stopped by chance as I was in transit at a hotel whilst staying in the area (near Heathrow). Food was good! I ate in. Not many tables. Clean. Staff were lovely especially the lady. Portions are huge! I went with the Chicken Shish Wrap. You can customize accordingly. I included all the salad but only the chilli sauce. So good. Freshly made and divine. Felt healthy too. Not greasy. Huge menu. I had a bottle of water to drink with it. Not like a normal greasy kebab shop. This is like a nice family-run small restaurant and takeaway with good quality food.
Visited Chiswick High Road branch this afternoon. Not overly welcoming by the staff especially the two waitresses. A smile wouldn’t have hurt! Ordered the sashimi which cost £24. King prawn rice, spicy squid, veg spring rolls. 8 pieces of sashimi- 2 pieces we couldn’t eat as they were rubbery & so overpriced it was ridiculous! Chucked on a plate with some grated veg. Awful presentation! I’ve had better spring rolls from a frozen pack of 50 from a SE Asian food market! The squid wasn’t spicy & it was over cooked.. not sure how clean the oil was as the squid came out very dark. The KP rice was the only thing that was passable. Wouldn’t go back here.
Gracias Gorgina.
I ordered chapli kebab for takeaway when I collected and 15 minutes later I opens my kebab to eat ,was disaster smell of cardboard because they choose to serve in wrong packaging and oil&burned meat and I saw 3 big pieces of chapli kebab but too dark as it was look like burned /or fry in burned oil
The taste was the taste of damp card board , some bitterness and extremely hut by using too much pepper in their recipes
I could not eat it and was not good experience and I do not recommend it at all
Ordered a delivery via the restaurant directly. I have used this place for a number of years now However I won't be using them anymore. My issue is that I can't imagine the Chef or cook is blind. So I take it as an insult when I get sent food that should never have been sent to ANY customer let alone a long time regular like mysel. The Chicken Balls were dark brown, hard and some welded together. Believe me they looked and were ridiculosly bad. The Curry was like water. Totally lacking in flavour and body. Awful. The FACT I was sent this tells me how contemptuous they can be. AVOID

Asked for a chicken fillet burger meal and gave me a chicken steak then wants to argue with me on top of that no mask warn or gloves warn threw the food straight in the bin would not reccomend
Decent prices in the shop.
Extortionate prices on just eat and Uber eats. Very, very unfair and selfish of the staff. They do the best jacket potatoes around which is such a big shame as I currently cannot get there personally.
Food in this takeaway is good. We used to go there to eat in regularly, were very disappointed with the service, the lady behind the counter, who takes the order, very, very RUDE, the delivery drivers over crowding the restaurant, and very rude. not going back again. We have been to many Chinese restaurants, but this is very rude. Every time, we used to spend about 50 pounds for 2 people. Because the staff were so very rude. Not going again.
Overall great food, fresh ingredients, nicely cooked, reasonably priced. It would be perfect to have toffee latte back on the menu. Guess due to a delay my cappuccino and meal had gone slightly cold, had to be heated but still will order again.
After a fun filled day of family activities, my daughter begged to go to one of her favourite restaurant chains and, since we thought you can’t go wrong at Frankie & Bennies, we decided to visit. How wrong we were.
Drinks were brought reasonably quick and, despite being just soft drinks, were the highlight of our visit as they were the only thing that would turn our correct!
When ordering our food, my sister was informed her first option was unavailable due to there being no halloumi and, after choosing an alternative, told she’d be unable to have sweet potato fries due to them being out of stock too. No big issue though as original fries were fine. So, we sat back and waited for our food.
Twenty minutes later and a new server appeared to explain that there were no fries in stock… yes, no fries. Miraculously, they could give us sweet potato fries which were in stock - the original server having simply mistaken “low stock” for no stock. Sadly, only my sister eats them so we decided to pay for the drinks and leave. The new server then went to speak to the manager and returned to ensure us that we could have the food for free as we’d already waited some time and they did not want us to leave hungry.
In the end, we got our main items served with these fried dough o’s you’d probably expect to see on a child’s plate. I won’t lie, they were rather bland but edible enough to eat and subdue our hunger. We ended up getting our drinks free too due to the massive disaster that was unfolding before us as other staff were sitting more customers and not informing them of the items out of stock - our original server humbly avoiding all her original tables and serving the new tables - we overheard her again offer fries so I pity the rest of the evening for the staff.
The only positive we have from the night was our new server who was an absolute gem to us and to everyone else. She was the one apologising to everyone and trying to find solutions, she was the one apprehending the chefs for not updating servers on the stock updates, she was the one who ran to new customers who had sat down to inform them of the stock issues before letting them make an order they couldn’t complete. I wish I had gotten her name as she deserves a lot of praise as she was the only server doing the hard work but alas, I did not. All I can say was she had dark hair and an accent and seemed to take pride about her job in which she has clearly a lot of experience!
Sadly though, this experience makes me want to avoid not only this particular Frankie & Benny’s, but the brand itself in the future.
