Tops Pizza in Hounslow

Brilliant. Food was great. Delivery driver was excellent. couldn't have been better.

I said not to include yogurt sauce on first pizza and not to add garlic base BUT YOU ADDED IT

I was amazed by how quick it was! it was ridiculously fast! no complaints here!

The delivery driver was awesome. he was both friendly, polite and happy to engage in a friendly chat upon delivery. In short, he was the best. The food was also great. Full Points, all round. Excellent :)

Food not that great. The dough was too gooey. I believe it wasn’t cooked thoroughly so I had to put the pizza in my oven to make sure it’s cooked evenly. Delivery was late.

Very poor service the pizza wasn’t even cut at all from any sides and stuff failed to operate and was very rude with a attitude plus didn’t receive the proper order there was 4 dips was missing again this is the 2 time they done it n not even accepting their mistake

the delivery guy was very good. thanks a lot love the pizza as always. First time I tried chicken. the coating and the flavour of chicken was not good. no seasoning at all for chicken. please do upgrade sometime nice recipe for chicken. as I am chef and don't want to disappoint you. thanks anyways.

Food was cold, pizza was very dry

way too expensive compared to other options on Just Eat and doesn't taste as good.

Had to contact the restaurant after the web site told us our order had been delivered, they told us our food was still with the driver eventually turned up 17 minutes late and the food was luke warm very disappointed but very hungary so ate it.

Driver proceed that delivery was delivered on my app and he arrived 20 min after

I need a VAT receipt - it wasn’t provided and I can’t see any way of obtaining one. Won’t be using just eat again as I need VAT receipt for expense claims.

Used to love this place but starting to get a bit too expensive.

Delicious pizza at a decent price

Food was as expected, desert was more of a ice cream then a cheesecake but nice... Driver doesn't follow the instructions so disappointed as I clearly asked for not door bell and that exactly what he done 🤦

The pizzas were cold and soggy! Not crispy and because of the evaporation they were soft. I ordered because I had family over but it was such a disappointment because none of us enjoyed the pizzas.

Pizza wasn’t good. It seemed undercooked and there were too many onions . You can even smell the onions. The chicken was just ok ..we usually order from tops pizza and it’s always good but this time don’t know what happened..

Unfortunately the pizza was delivered in a very bad shape.it looks like had an accident resulting the all slices are mixed together and on top of each others.which was very disappointing to me. And to wife .the only reason I can think of that the pizza had an accident went on the floor !!! Very disappointing.

Pizza is good but I've never had coleslaw which tasted of fish before. Cross contamination in the kitchen which could see this place closed, I think.

Clearly left a note requesting the driver not to ring the doorbell as it was very late. He still rang the doorbell, very annoyed due to this. There are other people that live in the house and being so late. What is the point of leaving specific notes if they are not going to be followed

Yesterday, I had a very unpleasant experience with my pizza order. I requested a 12-inch Tandoori Lover Pizza with extra toppings, including pineapple, green chilies, green peppers, sweet corn, and chili flakes. However, I received a call from a female team member who informed me that they were out of pineapple toppings. I requested to cancel my order, but she assured me that she would arrange for pineapple to be added. To my disappointment, when I received the pizza, there was no pineapple or chili flakes, and I even found uncooked chicken on it. The taste was completely disgusting, and my wife felt nauseous immediately. I called the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction, and the same person answered. When I asked why the pizza was missing pineapple and was not properly cooked, she remained silent and put the call on hold without responding. I tried calling again, but she never answered. As a regular customer of Topz Pizza, this experience was so repulsive that I have decided to never eat pizza from this company again.

Very unhappy with the order ... our guests were leaving and thats when the order arrived. I had placed the order at 3.10 n it got delivered at 5.05

Food quality is terrible. The pizza was sour. How is that even possible? Nachos were worse. Tasted foul - rubbery and flavourless. Not worth the full price. Glad I got it discounted at least.

When I was ordering pizza it shows delivery time by 20min., but after placing order pizza it showed me more than hour to deliver a pizza and it delivered by an hour and pizza was not hot it became cold.

Cheese taste like rubber and it arrived cold. Wont ever order again, this is the same pizza as it used to be good in the past. Seems like the owner/chef gave up on quality over money. Avoid this restaurant

Food was nice The customer service was shocking I'm not sure if you pay the lady to be rude and then to pretend she doesn't understand what I am saying but even with broken English you can gasp the words how much longer it has already been well over the delivery time of 35-50 mins. I ordered at just gone 14:20 it arrives just before 16:00

Not made as well as Kingstons Tops Branch - Garlic Herb base was actually tomato base (Red on the inside so altered the usual taste) - difference in flavour and less toppings than usual. Otherwise good service.

We regularly order good from here , but since last three times food quality is not same , no proper sauce on base of pizza , not properly cooked as well as whenever we order food by cash payment, we always have something and something missing in order, This time We order 2x 1.25ltr cola bottles which were missing. Paid extra £5.70 for nothing

Tracking not accurate. Delivery driver shouted at me that he was waiting 10 minutes outside and I didn't open the door. I only recived a notification on my phone that the order is close and I think driver did not knock on my door just pressed a my neighbours' bell button. I understand its possible that I didn't hear but he should have called just after knocking. Instead someone called me after waiting so long outside? with very rude manner and raised voice, almost shouting at me through the phone. I actually got quite scared because of it. Apart from this the food was okay.
