I didn’t receive my order!!!! I’m still waiting!!!

Sauce was salty on both pizza. We couldn’t even eat half of each

The pizza sauce and dough tastes so fresh. Highly recommend the cheese crust too

Chicken dippers were not cooked properly, they were cooked inside but the outside was a bit soggy, had to cook them in the air fryer for a few minutes then they were lovely, same with the garlic bread, pizza was ok’ish not sure if you have changed the tomato base but it didn’t taste right, I can’t say if any of the toppings had gone off because we are fine after eating it but the pizza had a weird taste, we use to love this place but not sure if we will be using them again

We always order Tandoori Paneer pizza from this shop But this time we order same but they give us Chiken pizza and never eat non vegetarian food in my life I called the staff was very rude and saying come tomorrow to talk that was horrible i have ever seen from any staff Staff name Prince He was very rude behaviour I never recommend this shop to anyone ever I hope customer service should take an action on this shop and staff

I have nothing against the time or quality, but I have a small reservation about the person who delivered it to us! Instead of calling, the delivery guy started knocking on our roommates' windows, which is why we're having a bit of a fight ourselves!!!

The worst service EVER!!! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN. DELIVERY LATE AND WOMAN HUNG UP THE PHONE INSTEAD OF LETTING ME KNOW WHAT TIME THEY ARE COMING.

Food was delivered to hotel and left in reception, no effort was made to contact me, I called the restaurant to see where the food was and they said left at reception, sadly by time i had found out the food was cold and inedible

Food not that great. The dough was too gooey. I believe it wasn’t cooked thoroughly so I had to put the pizza in my oven to make sure it’s cooked evenly. Delivery was late.

Very poor service the pizza wasn’t even cut at all from any sides and stuff failed to operate and was very rude with a attitude plus didn’t receive the proper order there was 4 dips was missing again this is the 2 time they done it n not even accepting their mistake

the delivery guy was very good. thanks a lot love the pizza as always. First time I tried chicken. the coating and the flavour of chicken was not good. no seasoning at all for chicken. please do upgrade sometime nice recipe for chicken. as I am chef and don't want to disappoint you. thanks anyways.

way too expensive compared to other options on Just Eat and doesn't taste as good.

Had to contact the restaurant after the web site told us our order had been delivered, they told us our food was still with the driver eventually turned up 17 minutes late and the food was luke warm very disappointed but very hungary so ate it.

Driver proceed that delivery was delivered on my app and he arrived 20 min after

I need a VAT receipt - it wasn’t provided and I can’t see any way of obtaining one. Won’t be using just eat again as I need VAT receipt for expense claims.

Food was as expected, desert was more of a ice cream then a cheesecake but nice... Driver doesn't follow the instructions so disappointed as I clearly asked for not door bell and that exactly what he done 🤦

The pizzas were cold and soggy! Not crispy and because of the evaporation they were soft. I ordered because I had family over but it was such a disappointment because none of us enjoyed the pizzas.

Pizza wasn’t good. It seemed undercooked and there were too many onions . You can even smell the onions. The chicken was just ok ..we usually order from tops pizza and it’s always good but this time don’t know what happened..

Unfortunately the pizza was delivered in a very bad shape.it looks like had an accident resulting the all slices are mixed together and on top of each others.which was very disappointing to me. And to wife .the only reason I can think of that the pizza had an accident went on the floor !!! Very disappointing.

Pizza is good but I've never had coleslaw which tasted of fish before. Cross contamination in the kitchen which could see this place closed, I think.

Clearly left a note requesting the driver not to ring the doorbell as it was very late. He still rang the doorbell, very annoyed due to this. There are other people that live in the house and being so late. What is the point of leaving specific notes if they are not going to be followed

Normally very good but check the toppings before the driver leaves. They put sweetcorn on my Mexican Hot. Disgusting!

Yesterday, I had a very unpleasant experience with my pizza order. I requested a 12-inch Tandoori Lover Pizza with extra toppings, including pineapple, green chilies, green peppers, sweet corn, and chili flakes. However, I received a call from a female team member who informed me that they were out of pineapple toppings. I requested to cancel my order, but she assured me that she would arrange for pineapple to be added. To my disappointment, when I received the pizza, there was no pineapple or chili flakes, and I even found uncooked chicken on it. The taste was completely disgusting, and my wife felt nauseous immediately. I called the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction, and the same person answered. When I asked why the pizza was missing pineapple and was not properly cooked, she remained silent and put the call on hold without responding. I tried calling again, but she never answered. As a regular customer of Topz Pizza, this experience was so repulsive that I have decided to never eat pizza from this company again.

Wrong toppings on the pizza and missing garlic bread. Called the store and they told me that it is impossible when I had the wrong pizza in front of me.
