After a fun filled day of family activities, my daughter begged to go to one of her favourite restaurant chains and, since we thought you can’t go wrong at Frankie & Bennies, we decided to visit. How wrong we were. Drinks were brought reasonably quick and, despite being just soft drinks, were the highlight of our visit as they were the only thing that would turn our correct! When ordering our food, my sister was informed her first option was unavailable due to there being no halloumi and, after choosing an alternative, told she’d be unable to have sweet potato fries due to them being out of stock too. No big issue though as original fries were fine. So, we sat back and waited for our food. Twenty minutes later and a new server appeared to explain that there were no fries in stock… yes, no fries. Miraculously, they could give us sweet potato fries which were in stock - the original server having simply mistaken “low stock” for no stock. Sadly, only my sister eats them so we decided to pay for the drinks and leave. The new server then went to speak to the manager and returned to ensure us that we could have the food for free as we’d already waited some time and they did not want us to leave hungry. In the end, we got our main items served with these fried dough o’s you’d probably expect to see on a child’s plate. I won’t lie, they were rather bland but edible enough to eat and subdue our hunger. We ended up getting our drinks free too due to the massive disaster that was unfolding before us as other staff were sitting more customers and not informing them of the items out of stock - our original server humbly avoiding all her original tables and serving the new tables - we overheard her again offer fries so I pity the rest of the evening for the staff. The only positive we have from the night was our new server who was an absolute gem to us and to everyone else. She was the one apologising to everyone and trying to find solutions, she was the one apprehending the chefs for not updating servers on the stock updates, she was the one who ran to new customers who had sat down to inform them of the stock issues before letting them make an order they couldn’t complete. I wish I had gotten her name as she deserves a lot of praise as she was the only server doing the hard work but alas, I did not. All I can say was she had dark hair and an accent and seemed to take pride about her job in which she has clearly a lot of experience! Sadly though, this experience makes me want to avoid not only this particular Frankie & Benny’s, but the brand itself in the future.

Two adults and two children. We ate there last week and as my 5 year old has Coeliacs, she had to eat from the gluten free menu (plain burger and potato skins). There must definitely have been cross contamination as she had a very bad stomach and with 4 visits to the toilet, she was very upset. You cannot advertise a gf menu if you are cooking with the same utensils as food which does contain gluten - one very unhappy, dissatisfied customer

The fish was like rubber and over cooked and grey Mask potato like stiff concrete My grandkids Pizza was dry overcooked One had jelly for dessert that was runny and served in a old condiment jar Service when complained offered no help Won’t ever visit again

Me and my family visited Frankie and Benny’s today and I can honestly say I have never been served by such a wonder waitress in my life, Cathrine was fantastic and could not help enough and the food was fantastic a quick mention about the manager also as she was very nice.

I went a few months ago and the menu was awful they didn’t have much on the menu as they had stopped what I asked for ?? So myself and my friend went last night And the menu was either great for vegans and gluten free !!! And that was it I had a pasta dish which was tasteless and I did say to the waitress how bad the menu was now ?? Drinks were £3.90 for a can of coke and I asked for a hot chocolate instead of a desert and was told the same as a few months ago they had just turned the hot drinks off and was cleaning it at 8.30 pm when they shut at 10 ?? As the puddings were so expensive I wanted a hot drink and couldn’t even have that !!! Will not be going back no wonder it wasn’t busy it sad as we used to come a lot very disappointed

Came here had a mix of food for my birthday. Was awesome ! From waiters to managers felt I was cared for. I got a birthday surprise by the kids and manager came out singing with the team. Was so brilliant ! Great team and so happy to come here every time with the family.

Amazing food and amazing service as always from the lovely Julija. warmly welcomed and seated by the manager. Really good menu selection and good quality food. Friendly efficient service in a relaxed atmosphere.

I went for dinner with a friend recently, and the experience was made excellent by the service we received. Our waitress, Beata, was really friendly and personable, more than was required. I was truly impressed by her personality and attentiveness. I'd go back based solely on this. The food was what you'd expect at a F&Bs, reasonable quality and price, but tasty nonetheless.

The food as usual was perfect. On top of this, our waitress Julia really made our visit even more enjoyable. Julia was very efficient, attentive and friendly throughout our meal. We were under a tight time schedule and Julia ensured a prompt service. We will definitely come back again. Thank you.

meals were poor, couldnt even get a simple dish of onion rings right, brought over cold, ask for new ones, brought over hot but so brittle and hard ( cos you have to be thick to not realise that theyjust put the old ones straight in the frying pan again) so i couldnt eat them. the coffee machine was out of order so we couldnt have a coffee they dont even have a kettle for a back up . waitress bless her was great and she knew the meals we had were crap.

This restaurant has always been hit and miss tonight it was a massive hit! Food perfect ( cooked as we requested it) and the staff were fabulous- Julia was a particularly star- service with a heartfelt smile - thank you for a lovely family meal.

Jessica was really lovely and was helpful in choosing options. She interacted really nicely with our son and kept checking things were okay and we were happy with our order. The service we received from our waitress Lubica really made our meal 1000x better than it was. The food itself was worth travelling the 2 hours or so from Birmingham for!!

Got a takeaway from them, wings were nice. But my partners beef burger was burnt and tastless. My chicken burger had one small slice tomato, not much seasoning. My sweet potatoes were alright. Not going to order from here again.

Everyone that has left a bad reveiw here is miserable or has to much money or not enough patience. Sometimes it gets busy and your food takes longer, as will all food places. however the staff in this frankie and bennys are always apologetic and always try to make up for it. The food in here always good, ok its standard food that youd get in a pub but thats what you oay for (the prices are brilliant espcially with a taste card). i feel sorry for the staff in here for the ammount of agg they get from people. Every single person ive been served by in this branch had been absloutly lovely to me and my one year old daughter. Its the only place i feel comfortable to go regardless of whether my child has a tantrum or not. The staff alone make it a lovely experiance and bring this branch up go a five star. Ill keep going back once a month because i love the food and all the staff in here. Recommended: ribs, potato skins, any pastas and fish and chips

With Cineworld reopen, my brother and I decided to pop into Frankie & Benny’s before a booker screening of Tenet. I was expecting a lacklustre, mundane and uninspiring meal. What I got was the absolute opposite. So much so, I felt compelled to write this review.We were greeted by Beata the waitress who sat us down, she was lovely from start to finish. Friendly, chatty and appreciated we were short on time because we had our screening in 40 minutes.We ordered the BBQ Chicken Burger and NY Chicken and Ribs. The meal comes with fries, coleslaw and onion rings. The food was cooked to perfection. It was t oily, greasy or overdone. The chicken was moist covered in delicious cheese and the onion rings. Simply the best I have ever tasted. Golden and delicious. The ribs were also delicious, sweet and sticky and grilled to perfection. I had to compliment the chef. Yes, this may seem over the top for what is just a burger and fries, but this was clearly cooked by someone who cares about what they do and wants to deliver the best for their customer.Food was consumed and we left very happy to watch our movie at Cineworld.A great evening and the meal at Frankie & Benny’s was fantastic. It was my first time there and I will definitely be returning.

My partner and I started off in pizza hut a couple of doors up but walked out after our starters due to how unclean the restaurant was. We wish we came here for the whole meal instead, could not fault Frankie and Bennys, the food was excellent, the service was superb and the restaurant was very clean and well organised with regard to COVID.

We really enjoy a family outing to this Frankie and Benny's in Feltham. The staff have always been unfailingly lovely to us, we enjoy the food and it's quick service.

Just visited the frankie and bennys @ feltham on the 15th August 2020 @ 0800 the only issue we had was my son orderd a rolo milkshack and tasted a bit stewberry which they swapped with no issues at all the lady who waiterd on us had a tattoo on her arm dark hair absolutely amazing and cute and the manager funny guy an awesome experience will go back there just for the fantastic service 10+ stars

Myself and my partner visited here for lunch today & it was nothing short of amazing! We were so glad to see them back open (it's our favourite date place) and all of the safety measurements in place made us feel so safe! We were offered a reduced contact service and even with regular waitress service they followed all social distancing rules. The food was amazing and came quickly as well as all staff being so friendly! Especially the host we were welcomed by. Definitely reccommend & we will be returning!

This is the first time I have left a review and I am only doing it because of the grate service I had from Beata. Took our order in a comfortable time after we sat down, as soon as our glass was empty she offered a refill. Very happy and friendly. When we spoke to her at the end of our meal she told us she loves her job. I don't often tip but this time I couldn't think of a reason not to.

Dined here tonight and was really impressed with the food. I had ribs which were falling off the bones followed by an amazing waffle covered with all sorts of chocolate!

Extremely bad. From the food to the cleanness of the place to the staff that was catastrophic. If I could give half a star I would, I feel I waisted £51 pound.

Waited to be seated for a long time before anyone welcomed us despite it being very quiet on a Sunday night. Incredibly slow service throughout whole meal. No one came over to clear our plates or ask for dessert. Food was less than mediocre. Considering the price, we were expecting much better.

The hand rolled dough on the pizza is really delicious and the service is prompt. My partners carbonara was good too. Not authentic but tasty. Marek was a really good waiter. Always a pleasure being served by him.

I went with my kids there for my birthday meal...it was very quiet so got seated straight away...the waitress herself was lovely and pleasant..she did everything right...we were all happy with our meal, came out on time...when it came to paying the bill it had to be adjusted twice as the price was incorrect...the man who took our payment was rather miserable and didn’t look happy...I wanted to leave her a tip but she had finished her shift...I could of left it with him but I felt he was he was moody and he didn’t say goodbye to us at the door...Im working in hospitality myself and felt annoyed by his behavior...even my eldest daughter told me not to bother leaving him anything

Had a great time with my family. Food was delicious. Lubica served us today. Service was great, quick & prompt. Great customer service and very friendly staff. Will go again.

Visited for lunch and ordered shared meat feast for starter costing £12.59. When received literally 5 mins after ordering it arrived luke warm. There were 4 ribs topped basted with bbq sauce, underside plain. 4 deep fried popcorn chicken. Fully loaded potato skins arrived with just cheese, no bacon and 2 huge slices of cheese on toast with a sprinkle of bacon. I expressed my disappointment as soon as it was delivered and the waiter looked at me perplexed. My partner ordered a pizza which was undercooked and soggy with a bundle of soggy wilted rocket salad pilled on top. This all came within 5 mins of ordering. Sent the whole lot back and will not be returning any time soon. Very disappointed indeed.

Serial repeat offender ! Been here loads of times , always pretty busy which to me must be a good sign , always nice food.

I always believe in checking reviews, but try to be positive. Sadly the negative reviews on here are true, in my experience.

Visited these place one evening with family. Very spacious with ample free parking. Variety of food and drinks. Portions are generous. Menu generally not available at other joints. Takes a while to get served but it's worth waiting for. Must try their STICKY WINGS, its delicious.

I was really craving a burger after work so ordered a classic cheese burger and chips to collect. I got there a couple minutes earlier than the time they said it was ready.

Perhaps it was because we were using a two for one voucher for food that the food on arrival at our table was cold when it should have been hot. Service was reasonable, but I have received much better in similar establishments.

Me and my family went there for dinner, very friendly gentleman at the door gave us a choice of tables so we picked the one we really like, our waitress was very helpful, food was really good, and my goat cheese salad was outstanding, very tasty and good presentation, 5 stars i will be back for sure.

Visited for a meal toady. Very impressed by the warm welcome, the service, the food and the choice of reasonably priced wine.Few special requests but nothing was too much for the staff very accommodating. Had a vegetarian option which was very tasty.

We got cold fries , chicken wrap was teste just garlic sauce . Meatballs on the pizza was discussing. I’m suprise cause we never had problem with food on different area . I will definitely no come back here . Waitress was nice but she didn’t even try to do something .

Frankie and Benny's is an American Italian restaurant chain and I ate at the Feltham outlet. Service was excellent and the food was great. My wife said that the Tiramisu was the best she had ever had

Had a pleasant experience in feltham franky and bennys, ordered a vegan burger. Lubica was attentive and helped with the different options on the menu.

Really not recomended. Ordered food delivery from them bacon cheese, spaghetti carbonara and southern fried chicken. Then on the page showed that the food delivered, but no ones came. Then tried to call them to ask where is my food but no ones answered. Then after half an hour i gone to restaurant to ask whats the problem and i been explained that there is nothing to do with them couse the bag with food is on the table and no ones coming to pick it up from deliveroo. After that i called to deliveroo explained the situation and they said that they will give me back the delivery fee couse they forgot to send some one to pick it up my food. But the reason why people ordering the food delivery is that they are busy or tired. And the funniest thing i picked my food came back to my house and there was a surprise again the southern fried chicken missing :) but i been charged of that. So after all that senario the food was cold and terrible we throw it straight to the bin. So i dont recommend Frankies and Bennys and deliveroo terrible.

Had the half ribs with chips corn and coleslaw. Rib sauce was tasty, ribs weren’t great. Chips were nice, corn came with no butter and the coleslaw was average. Mum had the hot dog which she enjoyed. Also had olive which came with no tooth picks so had to use our fingers. Had a pint of Samuel Adams to wash it down which was delicious. Great service but food could improve!

On entering the building, your greeted by a stale damp smell. Sticky tables, dirty menus and old chipped and scratched soda glasses.

Would like to thank our server for our meal last Friday, Her name was rebbie, what a wonderful service she gave my family and myself, very friendly and great sense of humour, dealing with my disabled sons dietary requirements with ease and professionalism. Making our birthday celebrations a more enjoyable experience, and the food was fantastic,I only wish other restaurants were as great as this one,

Thought I'd give it 1 more chance after the last few disappointing trips but nothings changed.....the spicy hot pepperoni pizza was extremely salty.....the chicken n mushroom pasta was just bland and watery....I thought ok I will let it go because hopefully the dessert will make up for it but i was wrong! The chocolate fudge cake was a slice of cheap chocolate cake put in the microwave with a plastic tub(the type u get yr chilli sauce in at a take away place) half full with ice cream......never again!

We loved this particular branch of Frankie and Benny's because the staff were so great! Helpful, gracious and polite. We will definitely go back there. Love the food and it arrived quickly and was fresh and got. The restaurant is nicely set out and has lots of booth seating.

Hadn’t been for a while so thought we would try it again. Went for dinner, starters were loaded potato skins which were really dry and Tuscan soup that hubby said was ok. Chicken pasta penne looked liked it had been under the heater for a while as sauce dried up, I had the full rack of ribs, which I can honestly say is something I have not experienced before. Meat fell off the bone but that’s where it stops, the ribs...... when you squeezed the meat water dripped out, no extra grilling so ribs were really pale in colour with some bottled bbq sauce drizzled on top. Absolutely awful. Chips and coleslaw fresh. The other thing to mention is the price of the drinks. Over £5 for a beer/cider, £7 for wine and £3.45 for large coke, a little too expensive for the standard of food you get. Sorry won’t be returning

Friendly staff, good food and reasonable prices. I would recommend a visit if you are going to the Leisure West complex. Much better than Chiquito's, which is next door.

My grandsons birthday and visited the bowling so food certainly was needed - not my chouof restaurant as not keen on chains but as a family it was the best choice. The staff were excellent- I think it was the manager seemed very stressed but ensured the service was excellent. Food was good and the staff sang happy birthday to my 7 year old grandson. Nothing but praise and for a first visit I will certainly be returning

I’ve never thought that now a days the food served in a restaurant can be that bad.

Hadn’t been here for ages so thought we’d give it a go. Was very clean and tidy! Food came quite quickly. The burger was near on £20 however I think only £4.50’s worth came out, stone cold. Waitress was lovely and took back only for the chef to argue with her. A new burger was brought out but by then I’d finished my dinner. My dinner was £14 but the standard of food was ridiculous for that price!! Found the manager very arrogant but did reduce the bill! Will not be returning.

I visit here every now and then. For the most part the waiters and waitresses are really nice and kind. Service can be quite slow at times but maybe they are just slightly understaffed. Food is quite good overall.

Slow service, disinterested staff, cold food, small portions. Asked for a high chair from one member of staff and she just stared vacantly at me and walked off to clean another table so had to ask another member of staff. Drinks took around 20 minutes to turn up and had to chase the waitress for one of our drinks. When the food turned up the chips were cold, no garnishes with the food and the steak wasn’t cooked to order. In amongst all this the staff were having domestics and the bar man at one point thumped a table out of frustration before saying ‘F*** sake’ I think this was because other customers were complaining to him. Long story short will not be returning here, this restaurant needs to be shut down.

I'm a regular customer and a recent lunch visit was unfortunately sloppy. Although a quiet weekday lunchtime, service was incredibly slow and the pasta dish I order frequently was not up to scratch. It lacked flavour and was quite frankly, poorly put together compared to what I'm used to. I don't know whether the chef was having a bad day or the kitchen lacked produce after a busy weekend but it was disappointing! Mentioned this to our waitress who was apologetic and said she'd have got me another plate, which was kind but I was with a baby and didn't have the time to wait around for another dish.

We had a table booked. They were very busy, the wait for a table was 30 mins. Considering they were full, we got served farely quickly. Food was great as normal.

Nice place, have good atmosphere, food is also good, but mainly from frozen. Pizzas are delicious. Staff is good but need training in wine opening as when we ordered wine for the table, our waitress brought it and just put it on our table, without even opening the bottle, not even mentioning if we would like to taste it! Other than that, it's a pleasant please if you want easy evening and are not expecting much.

He had a Very good service from federico and the food and drinks were amazing. We will come again to Frankie and Benny's at Feltham

After a family fun day bowling, we fancied a nice lunch. It has been a few years since I last ate at a Frankie and Benny's, to be honest I don't normally find the food that fantastic for the price, but there has been huge improvements! The pizzas use to be greasy but now they are light and crispy, the atmosphere was lovely and the staff very kind and attentive. Although the restaurant was fairly busy, we didn't feel over watched by other customers.

The person serving us was very good, and enthusiastic. However, the glasses for fizzy drinks were dirty/stained, I ordered cheese burger dough balls and they were really doughy....I know it's in the name but it's like a doughy pizza, not that nice.

Me and my friend went there as we have done multiple times before. I had a fantastic Pizza whilst my friends burger looked pretty darn good aswell. Service was quick and friendly with a mixture of familiar faces and some new ones. I have been to other frankie and bennys but this is one of my favourites. Shout out to Fede who was my server.

We visited here on the 30th of December for a family catch up. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic, particular shout out to Chris who made lunch extra special. Love the new menu and will definitely visit again.

So a few weeks ago we went to Frankie & Benny’s and they gave us salt less food. They said it was a “new” policy and that they do not add any more salt to their food and we have to add it ourselves after cooking the dish. It was better before but now I don’t go there anymore due to this reason.

Got the mixed grill. Terrible tough steak. The 2 segments of ribs looked chewed up. Onion rings were cold.Decent thing on the plate was the chips. No follow up to c how the food was. Did not enjoy the visit at all. U been warned.

I enjoyed a nice family meal here, however the manager (I think he was the manager) was shouting across the room and using Italian swear words. I speak Italian and so does some of my family, and to hear him shouting certain words was quite shocking and ruined my experience as the young kids could also understand. He seemed like a nice young english lad but should not be so ignorant to think nobody would understand him. Otherwise the food and place was fine.

I visit often for lunch with my other friends with babies as it's a nice quiet place for lunch in Feltham during the week.

We came here on Saturday for a family birthday and asked a table for 6. We were taken to a nice table and were treated really well and service was very good. We had two children with us and they enjoyed it too. Has a lovely atmosphere here
