Nando's in Hounslow

The food was very good and was served promptly. Unfortunately, we had to order online but the instructions from the member of staff were hard to understand due to poor English. The restaurant is very tired with worn floors and outdated surroundings. It could do with an upgrade and in person service akin to the pre pandemic period would be preferable.

This branch is a disgrace. Ordered delivery and received half-chicken that was very watery and with no flavour or colour. It appeared like leftovers that they re-used and tried to disguise. Complaining to the Nando’s helpline is really frustrating. They only pretend to care. Stay away.

It was a very enjoyable dining experience, and our waiter, Saurav, was very kind and helpful. I overall had a very nice time with my friends, couldn’t have asked for a better night out for dinner. Thanks, Nando’s!

The food is still good but the general quality of care has really declined in some branches of Nandos. Ordering on the app from your table and cans of wine etc adds to the general fast-food feel and it’s irritating when things aren’t available. The Chiswick branch early last night seemed to be taken over by badly behaved teenagers last night and the staff did nothing to contain them, despite families also trying to quietly enjoy their food. Really disappointing Nandos.

Not luxury but does what it says at a decent price, highly recommend the chicken livers just tell them to reduce the grilling time slightly.

Never happened before when the restaurant was open but when I had to order online I called them to asked something WOW they were so rude I couldn't not believe I was shocked this lady seemed to be in a very good mood, She was talking over me all the time, I decided to cancel the order but it was too late!!!! NEVER AGAIN

After asking where my food was after an hour of ordering , I was told I could not ask the waiter where our food was as couldn’t speak English which I find absurd.

5 of the last 6 orders via deliveroo have been either late,cold, wrong or something missing. They cannot seem to get the simplest order correct! I have also tried collecting but when you call the branch they leave you on hold then when they finally answer the background music is so loud that they can’t hear you. What a complete shambles! Will never use this branch again.

Very disappointing visit as it was my favourite branch. As soon as I arrived, clearly the staff was avoiding me so I waited 10 min to be seated just because my friend asked for a table to this miserable and rude waitress. She sat us at the back and literally throw the menus on the table and asked if we’ve been at Nando’s before in a very sarcastic and disgusting attitude. I could see they were busy but, us, customers has nothing to do with. Me and my friend decided to leave and we went to Hammersmith branch which was also busy with an impeccable service, great food and a very friendly staff. I’ve particularly never seen this waitress in Chiswick before but I did recognise the others as I’ve been there several times.

Delicious chicken, good sides, plenty of bottomless drink and fabulous Portuguese tarts. All served by hard working, friendly staff, at very reasonable prices.

Best Nando’s in London. Food is quick and lovely. The customer service is 5/5 and is what draws me back every time with friends,boyfriend, family. Don’t compare to any other Nando’s in London at all.

Never visited this Nando's before and never will again! It seemed extremely busy with people waiting to pick up there takeaway and full of uber eats etc delivery drivers coming and going waiting to pick up takeaway as well. Staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to cope. We did get a table and ordered whilst listening to customers arguing with staff for having to wait over an hour for their food which wasn't very pleasent. Our food did arrive and was undercooked with no spice. Staff were pleasent and did feel sorry for them. I think Nandos needs to look at the very large amount of delivery drivers walking in and out at a steady pace wearing there motor bike helmets and being served a lot quicker than everybody else! Will not use Nando's again.

Très pratique car ouvre très tard ! On commande d’abord au comptoir on paye ensuite et on est servi à table. Il y a des menus pour les enfants et les portions sont bien étudiées! En Angleterre on pense beaucoup aux enfants : chaise haute, coloriages, crayons de couleur cela permet de les occuper pendant que la commande arrive. S’il manque une commande, aucun problème ils arrivent rapidement pour la servir !

After sitting at the table and being ignored, I got up and asked how to order. Was told to go to cash register area and order and pay there. When my main entree came, it was missing the side order I ordered. So, had to ask for that it. Also, had to ask for my water. The waiters were more interested in talking to each other than waiting on customers. The food was good and spicy like I expected. The price was 9 pounds for the two items.

Queues can sometimes be very long, but the chicken is worth the wait, shame you have to go to the counter to order! Take away is the best option.
