I’m from Veneto, and I can assure you this place is truly authentic. The flavors brought me back to my grandmother’s cooking, an emotional experience. The carpaccio is one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff is incredibly kind and made me feel at home. I’ll definitely be back and recommend it to everyone I know!

Popped in today to have lunch and we were very disappointed. We are both vegan and not only there are only two options for us (we chosee one each) but when they arrive both were flavourless and tasted like it was directly taken from a can from Tesco. The salad was covered in salad cream (from Heinz possibly) with two halfed cherry tomatoes on top and the aubergine was not well cooked, just sliced and fried and put on top of a tomatoed can of chickpeas. The service was nice, the food, not good. Not for Vegans/Vegetarians

We had a wonderfull time at opso The food was exceptional. During and after our visit we all agreed that the service was special. From the warm welcome we received, to the efficient service and politeness of all staff. We were made to feel very welcome, and thoroughly enjoyed the ambience, cocktails, food, wines and desserts. We will be back first stop when we are back in London

Deliciosa comida de Srilankan y gran servicio al cliente. Esta es mi segunda vez visitando Hoppers y no decepcionó! Pedimos el cordero biryani, curry de langostinos, pan de tolva y aperitivo de pulpo.

Super déjeuner dans ce joli pub typique ! Accueil parfait Terrasse extérieure sympa proche d’une jolie petite place ! Je recommande

Food was good - staff were very pleasant and friendly - would have given 4 or 5 stars but find the attempts to add on charges to the meal without giving proper notice or offering a choice to the customer spoiled the experience making you feel exploited - when I questioned this the waiter told me that the manager tells them to do it. They offer prawn crackers the minute you sit down, which you then naturally assume are complementary (after all they are in most Chinese places, and are very cheap basic items) ; but turns out they charge for them without telling you, then after the meal they add a 12.5% ‘service charge’ - ( I was happy to leave a tip and intended doing so )- but they add it on to the bill without asking if you want to pay it! - there is no warning or notice of these charges and these tactics are unacceptable and a real shame - if they need the extra 12.5% then just add it to the meal price so you know what you are paying! I always tip unless I have good reason not to!

Comida increíble, personal amable y gran ambiente. Sin duda recomendaría ir allí. La zona es bastante agradable también! Tenía el calamar y el pastel de carne y los dos estaban... ¡DELICIOSOS!

Pub encantador con interior antiguo. El amable y acogedor personal recuerda lo que beben los clientes habituales: ¡es increíble! Bueno para una tranquila copa de vino durante el fin de semana. Las flores hacen que el pub sea muy atractivo y diferente.

Excelente servicio al cliente, ambiente y sugerencias de comida / vino. Todo esto junto con una pequeña fuga de agua de la calle que causó inundaciones en el sótano mientras estábamos comiendo. El personal, especialmente Omar, continuó atendiéndonos como si nada hubiera pasado. Hacia el final de nuestra cena, éramos los únicos clientes que quedaban. Nada de prisas, nada de cernirse sobre nosotros en un esfuerzo por cerrar para lidiar con la fuga de agua. Recomiendo encarecidamente Diwan como una opción para la cocina libanesa, la hospitalidad y el ambiente fantástico.

From the moment we entered we knew this restaurant was secial. The music , the interior & the staff made it feel like we had flown to Mexico to an upmarket eatery. We were nor disappointed- Margaritas simply delicious- tacos were sublime- we ate a selection & shared a main - we ended with probably the nicest warm chocolate pudding with cherry vanilla icecream. Very stylish setting in the Conrad shop.Good choice of light meals ,sandwiches and drinks. Pleasant and helpful service .Not too expensive.
