Visited for dinner over a week ago. Ordered a vegetable thali for £19.95 - bland and luke-warm curries. Mutter paneer was the worst I've ever eaten. My partner's special chicken curry was delicious so there are clearly some dishes they do well. The poppadoms and dips to start were also decent. Won't be going back.

We first visited Kkini in May 2023 to celebrate a family birthday. We loved the simple, yet stylish decor and the service. Most importantly, the food was delicious and great value. In fact, we loved it all so much that we have visited about ten times since then, bringing several friends who have, without exception, been equally impressed. A fantastic neighbourhood restaurant.

Really surprised on how much this place has gone down hill. The roast’s were extremely poor, cold, bland and unimaginative. I should have known as the place was empty on a Sunday, and only 2 were on shift. Nice staff, really bad food. Don’t waste your time & money.

patron is a truly special place and almost feels magical with its candlelight and wood floors and general whimsy. the perfect place for an impromptu date - it's elevated but not too serious, true to it's french-neighbourhood-sidestreet-café-restaurant personality. the service was wonderful, we felt very well cared for and our waiter was very sweet (our bill had the name Vaia, i hope that's correct as he was lovely and deserves the recognition). we were a bit worried to show up with no booking on a friday night, but there was plenty of space for us. we ordered duck confit, tomahawk pork chop, frites, potato gratin, and the creme brulee, all of which surpassed expectations and were delicious but of course the mains portions are quite small. the seasonal matcha cocktail was also rather nice and i'd love to return to try another! the prices are reasonable enough by real world standards and great by fancy london restaurant standards. a delightful evening, thank you!

Had to wait 45min for 4 chicken wings and garlic bread. When I chase after 20 min I was told effectively to sit down and shut up. When I complain after 45 mins I was then classed as rude and was refused further service. Enter at your own peril.

Not to be confused with long gone Neighbour, this is called Neighbourhood Organic and is only open during the day. We went for breakfast but is was totally unsatisfactory. I didn’t read the small print and just wanted tomatoes on toast but it came with a lot of unwanted hummus on dry bread with a salad in a separate bowl. My friend had quite good scrambled egg but the mushrooms were again in a separate bowl, all three of them costing a £1 each. Plus the baffling salad. She said her bread was hard and dry. Coffee was good but with unenthusiastic service and a £26 bill we won’t be going again. There are other places better nearby.

I am so torn as I really like this place, love its coffee and products and visit it very often usually for coffee or food to go during the weekend or weekdays. I always find the lack of music disturbing but I recently visited the space to work as I thought that it would be a good place to sit and focus on my work but the ladies that work in this place are SOOOOOOOOO loud.. I have never seen anything like it. Even if I was with a friend I would not have been able to chat with them as the two ladies behind the counter were constantly chatting extreeeeemely loudly. Such a shame honestly this should be a place to sit down and relax but NOPE! Only coffee to go moving forward.
