My delivery note merely meant that I wanted the can of coke I already ordered to be the normal one and not the diet one as some restaurants give them instead.

Lovely food as always. I’ve been eating in and ordering here since I was younger. But I have noticed the tandoori chicken pieces and naans are smaller than they used to be. Otherwise it’s lovely restaurant and I have noticed complaints. Food quality is perfect and they are very polite.

The Brinjal Bhaji was horrendous / appalling /terrible !!! ( Take it off your menu !!! ) The Bombay Aloo wasn't much better either !!! The Kebab Roll & the Lamb Tikka Biryanithe was lovely !!! Thanx for the free Veg curry !!!

I was very impressed - it’s been difficult to find such a good quality restaurant in the area. Very tasty dishes, lovely depth of flavour. Everything is done with extra care to detail such as a slice of lemon with the onion bhajis, finely sliced onion salad with chopped tomato, exquisitely flavoured Tarka Dahl. 10/10 😊

Good food but yet again forgot item this time it was the naan bread out of three orders they forgot items on two occasions this time I contacted the restaurant and was told they were busy but would send out my naan obviously didn’t turn up I just wish they would check the orders before sending them out

Received the order. The delivery shouldn't be over an hour when they open at 17:30 and it was set very late. I live so close-by but since the weather isn't good hence i order and driver should deliver. I was surprised to see that it was not just-eat driver/ rider but the owner of the restaurant. Without any greetings or what not. I asked for my order receipt as proof, and he says,'there is no receipt' while saying that lying, he was folding my receipt in front of my eyes. It is very dishonest and quite cheeky to use just-eat where it is for riders to deliver rather than the person itself.

Food is great but it took 2 hours to deliver, when it was supposed to be 45-50 minutes.

We went with our friends and had a lovely time at this restaurant. Good food, atmosphere and friendly service. We were helped thoroughly regarding one our friend’s dietary requirements, nice to see that they accommodate for all their customers. Will definitely be going back soon!

Excellent, varied and well balanced food. The stage paneer was a surprise, more coconut flavoured than usual, less creamy, sweet and tasty. The lamb roagn ghosht was fantastic, as was the chicken sagwal. Highly recommended!

I called the restaurant and they were waiting for ages for justeat to pick up the food. Terrible service from justeat agin. I did try and get the restaurant to deliver themselves but it was down to justeat. Really poor, bad, seriously never again. Justeat service in Kentish Town is a joke. I’ve had food missing and not turn up from them before. I don’t know why I keep using you guys.

As always the food was great. Unfortunately the food didn't arrive in it's 20 min window, and another 10 minutes had passed before I rang to find out what had happened. I was told the food was ready but they were waiting for a driver, who would be there to pickup in 5 minutes. They must have taken longer because we waited yet longer than expected. Unsurprisingly the food wasn't as warm as usual. We have ordered many times and this experience was the exception rather than the rule. However, they could call/message in such circumstances, to manage expectations.

I heartily recommend the meat thali, great selection and really good value for money.

Ordered Aloo Chat, meant to be a starter dish but we got potato curry instead, mutter paneer is meant to be spicey dish but got sweet curry instead. Spoilt our meal. Also driver was not happy with delivery , he said it was far for him so I should only order from my local area.

Absolutely disgusting service. Order placed at 17.54 arrived 19.50 after 2 phones calls!!! Just eat failed to arrive at the restaurant and following my calls the restaurant tried to deliver, and still not able to find the address.Food was cold and will NEVER be using them again.

The food arrived late, lukewarm and partially wrong. From the multiple calls with the restaurant (we called) reassuring us that “the food just left “ and “will be with us in 5min” I can only assume that the delivery was in the car for 50min+ or…the owner was lying to us. In both cases- not good. We ordered from them just a couple of days ago and they forgot a part of our order but we decided to give them another chance. But now I just want a refund and I’m never gonna order from them again.

I wish I could give this review 0 stars. I’ve ordered from here for a long time and never had any issues until the new management took over last year. New Year’s Eve I ordered £70 worth of food and it took almost 2.5 hours to come, then half the order was missing. The driver called from outside and asked me to pick it up (rude). They delivered the rest half an hour later. All they gave was a free bottle of coke as compensation. The meat curries hardly had any meat in them. Need to find a new Indian to order from as their service is appalling.

Food from here is always amazing however on this occasion i ordered the lamb chops bhuna which is usually 6 pieces but i only got 5, and one of the plain rice containers were hard and cold which seemed like old rice. The coconut rice i ordered soft and fluffy and warm. Everything else was amazing as usual.

The food takes minimum 1hr we have waited well over hour and half before whatever time we order it’s the same and they always tell you shorter. They won’t take card, I presume it’s is so the driver can get a tip as he always try’s to short change us. The guy on the phone is always rude and even hung up on us when we called to see where our order was which was 30mins late. We have persisted a few times as like the food but it’s got ridiculous and will not be ordering from here again!

Food arrived 25 minute earlier than expected time, wasn't expecting it to come that quick. Missing salad... onion bhaji looks over cooked but crunchy. Delivery man needs to change his attitude, second time same person came said something while delivering it which I could not catch what was said and left in a hurry.

Called resturant 90 mins in and they basically said I had to wait 30 mins longer food finally arrived and was stone cold. I had to reheat my food to make it edible. Probally consider else where next time

The food is always tasty and the ingredients good. It is great value for money too. I have been going here for the better part of twenty years and it has always maintained consistently high quality. On balance, my favourite Indian of all time.

Ordered at 18:00 When the delivery arrived at 19:45 they realised that they didn’t have my order ! This restaurant is only 5 minutes from my address! 3 out of 5 orders from this place arrived over an hour late in the past. Will not order again.

Delivery to late , 2nd time mango chutney was missing from order !! We love there curry , but portion’s has shrunk .... Think 🤔 we will try and find another curry house , such a shame :-(
