Have been away for 6 months and came back to such a warm welcome. This is such a great coffee experience. Coffee good, service quick and efficient . Look forward to coming here every day. Previous..... Service always excellent. Drinks are made with a smile. Come here every day. It's my favourite coffee shop in London.

Large Pret here. Today queued for a while, only to be told I couldn't have my smoothie because their payment system is broken.

The pricing is fair for the quality, which is reassuring in such a bustling part of the city. Overall, Pret a Manger near Tottenham Court Road strikes a fine balance between convenience, quality, and value. While it may not offer a gourmet café experience, it’s a reliable and enjoyable stop for a quick, satisfying meal or coffee.

Their coffee is amazing. They have the most delicious cappuccino and the best cheese croissants. Literally, do not go beyond the store when you go to London.

Great cosy place for a coffee, snack and chat.

Extraordinarily poor, they close much earlier than reported on the website or sign outside the store. Extremely rude member of staff, Zac, who has no concept of manners, possesses no people skills whatsoever, everything is such a challenge and was rude beyond belief. My expectations for Pret aren’t extremely high, however this is a new low, for any retail or food service establishment.

If you have nothing better to eat. But organic caffe for 90 Pc is rally nice 😀

It's good to eat something quick

Ranking 5 star here. Standard pret chain store but one thing I loved about this is the ample of space at the back. Lots of sofa seats and air conditioners were cooling. Came on Saturday afternoon to feed my little one and she was really enjoying the atmosphere. Quiet and cosy. Very family friendly place for sure.

The store is decent. Plenty of room when the back section is open. However they keep changing the closing times without updating anywhere online? Not just on Google maps but even the pret app isn’t updated? I generally end up going to other stores in the area just because I never know if this one will be open or not.

Went into Pret this morning. Around 10.15am, went to use the toilet. Absolutely disgusting for a woman to walk into such an unhygienic toilet. It's only 10.15am?!?!?! It looked like it had not been cleaned for DAYS. sort your cleaning staff out Pret, you need to do much much better than this, managers should be spot checking the toilets regularly, no? Clearly not at this pret.

I came in with a big order for work and everyone was lovely and Ruth even helped me carry my coffees back - 10/10 lovely team! Xx

I think I met a rudest staff in all the Pret branches last weekend. Here’s how the man with a thick beard handled my order. I said ‘Can I have a sugar-free vanilla latte?’ He said like ‘what is that?’ Umm.. I thought like this is strange that this cafe worker dont know it? but ok never mind. So I asked ‘OK, you don’t have that menu. then can i have vanilla latte with half sweetness?’ And he said ‘NO’ 🙁 At this point I was quite embarrassed cause I have never heard a simply aggressive NO from any Pret staff before🙄 Well anyway, in the end I asked him to use only one pump of syrup and he said ok. In the end, I got just a normal vanilla latte with full pumped syrup 🤠yeay

Love All the Pret A Mangers in London. Food is alway good and I'm a big fan of the Pret Fizz Rhubarb Lemonade. This location is great in particular because they’re open on Sundays! Bathrooms can get a bit rough in some when they’re busy, but if you let a worker know they'll take care of it.

They never have cold drinks despite being in the menu. They also lowered the quality of drinks in general. The membership is a scam.

Went to this Pret today and wanted to order a shaker. Was told “no shakers at the moment.” When I asked why I was told it’s because they run out. It’s 1 o’clock in the afternoon. If you can’t be arsed making them then you need to pull them off the menu. Will be cancelling my subscription it’s not worth the money.

Would’ve given it a 4 because of service but one of the employees was rude and had no care in the world. Go to another Pret.

Went to pick up a Too good to go package. The app said between 5:30-6:30 pm. I was within the timeframe. However the store was locked and the female employee was constantly ignoring me.

Very slow service, even though the store was empty of customers. After waiting, I got a delivery order that was spilled in the bag, even though I doubted that from the beginning.

This newly decorated pret shop is bright, nice and clean, toilet is the nicest one among the pret shop in the region. However, the staff is really poorly trained. They pre-made espresso. When you order double espresso you actually only gets a single shot. Also, they constantly run out manu items.

Came in, ordered the Festive gingerbread latte. Coffee was made and handed to me. Took the lid off to have a look and it was nothing as advertised, no cream on top or cinnamon. Eventually got a member of staffs attention to ask where the cream was, was told "It's a festive menu item you have to ask for the cream". I literally pointed to the menu when ordering where the big picture of the coffee with cream was, how much more direction to you need? He offered to put cream on but made it sound like it was effort too much effort for him so I declined. I understand they were busy but a little better customer service would have gone a long way here. Ended up paying a premium for syrup. I'd advise going next door to the store that starts with G. Better service and better value for money.

Just came to pret today as my best friend had a hospital appointment, I’d never been Pret but my friend said they were really good. When I paid, it came to £10 which included one of the worst hot chocolates I have ever had in my life. And I’m a hot chocolate fanatic, the food was mediocre and my friend said that the guy who served us both preferred me as he didn’t even smile at her, ask her if she had a club card or offer a napkin, which is disgusting behaviour. You don’t make someone else feel like that, it’s terrible. So for all these reasons Pret gets 1 star (although I wish I could put zero) and we are never going to be going back there. Even my friend said the hot chocolate was weird and she rarely gets one because of health problems but decided to treat herself, the cup was only just HALF WAY (for a £5 drink?!). Now we are out £20 for one of the worse hot drinks and sandwich’s we’ve ever had. I never even do reviews but I was so fuming at the price of their condiments for something that I could’ve done 1000% better myself. Save your money and avoid this place.

Be really careful when coming here. You can be harassed, punched by other customers who got in front of you in the line, be threatened to have you phone broken and smashed, and the staff won’t do a thing, only smile at this and hide.

On the morning of the 6th of October there were 3 waiters taking orders, one of them was a curly haired male with a very unfriendly attitude, I repeated at least 5 times that I wanted a latte, he never understood and asked me back "are you serious", he finished the order and then turned around and complained to his colleague and spat at him in a very loud voice, as an Asian I felt that I was being discriminated against because of my accent! As an Asian I felt I was being discriminated against because of my accent or something else. A very interesting branch, I won't be coming back.

New store. Aircon not fit for purpose. The further intro the shop towards the toilet the more it becomes unbearable.

This is for the new pret which opened after this one closed. They make dozens of coffees in advance which wait for customers to arrive, which is not very often since most people know not to get a coffee from here. The coffee if bitter and undrinkable

Americano tastes like it's been heated for a week. Absolutely terrible. And even if you sit here you get the coffee in paper to go cups. First and last time I go to a Pret A Manger.

Worst experience at Pret. I do understand the store could run out of some ingredients, but this store would not make drink even if they have them. They try to let us not sit in their tables at 18:10 because they want to clean them, while they are meant to close at 18:30. If you order maybe 15 minutes before their closing time, then you are not likely to get much choice because they will have cleaned all of the machines even though they have milk and coffee.

Racist staff, said I jumped the queue TWICE trying to humiliate me when even the woman behind me said I'm first. Please re-train your staffs to be respectful.

I was not in a bad mood but the staff here were sometimes unbearable. I always have smoothies here. One day I came, asking for a mango pineapple "smoothie". Yes I said "SMOOTHIE", even though I was wearing mask, the shop was not noisy and I spoke loud enough for him to hear me. Stop joking and asking me to repeat again and again with such an attitude! Too disappointed even if your purpose is to train the new staff.

Getting a bit too expensive for what it is

This particular branch of Pret cannot be faulted for its service which is on the ball. Cleanliness of tables? Well that's another matter. They seemed more focused on serving and filling counters up than making sure that tables were wiped down. Much needed in the times we are in. This is also an incredibly busy cafe so turnaround is quick. The food was lush as always and they do a cracking cup of English Breakfast tea.

Slow , lack of empathy with customers

I like pret in general but 7/10 baristas don’t know how to make a flat white(not just pret,the other big brand caffès) , some more training would be nice

I good place for coffee, but we was siting down having coffee, when a guy came with a hoover slamming chairs around so he could hoover under the tables and it just ended the relaxing vibe we was enjoying. First time I have seen hoovering being done in prets during opening hours.

A very busy place and service is bit slow at peek hours at tills. Queue go out of doors, and it's not very good if it's raining outside. Food and beveragees are all is good.

Closes earlier than the 7pm advertised time!! I went there at 5:25pm and they were shut.

Ordered a soya latte and once I tried it (had the soya sticker on it) when I left, I tasted it realised it had milk... I’d have gone back to have another one made but was already late to my lecture and it was packed. Luckily I merely have a dislike for the taste of milk and not an allergy! I’d hope they’d have been more careful considering allergies and people’s dietary choices.

Rude staffs, they only care about doing what they have to do, no customer service.

Out of all the Pret A Manger in central London this has to be the worst one. Their costumer service is below zero. The staff are very arrogant and till this day they have not improved.

Got there just before the queue started and ìt was just fine . Lovely fresh sandwiches, chilled fizzy water and a pot of mango chunks all eaten in the sunshine watching a not too busy Tottenham Court Road. A bit like it used to be :)

Pret is Prets. Shame they keep lying on ads about ENDLESs drinks on the subscription because it's not. It's five per day. FFS stop with the signs saying it's endless

I come here every now and then for the already very known "Chicken Ceasar & Bacon Baguette". Today I was surprised to discover that one of the best sandwiches they have morphed into a banal chicken baguette with some rocket and bacon. No Ceasar sauce, no Italian Mature Cheese! Why they still call it Ceasar? What a deception!

La joven que me atendió no sabía cómo funcionaba la cafetera y tuvo que pedir ayuda. ¡Entonces no sabía cómo funcionaba la caja registradora y, después de intentarlo durante unos minutos, me di por vencida y me dejó tomar mi café gratis! Genial para mí, pero no tan bueno para Pret. Me pregunto si tienen un programa de capacitación para el personal.

Regularly visit Pret for their outstanding organic coffee

For some reason I tried it just before leaving London. I only had one of the sandwiches and I have to say it was one of the best I've had in London.

Tots els pret són molt similars però això no li treu encant. Jo hi he dinat i sopat molts cops quan vaig a Londres. El personal és molt amable (a tots els que he provat inclòs el de l'aeroport de gatwich), el menjar és sa i de qualitat i sobretot està acabat de fer. Per a mi és una manera de menjar a Londres sense deixar-me el jornal. A sobre et cuides i tens millors digestions.

Bekannte Kette mit sehr vielen Filialen, die meisten auch Sonntags geöffnet - leckeres Essen zu vernünftigen Preisen, eher hochwertige Zutaten - das passt gut.Die Toilette ist beschämend verschmutzt, was überhaupt nicht zum sonstigen Aussehen und Image passt.

Lovely location, but the cleaning standards are low. With the same cloth/paper they clean the tables and the chairs after. Asked twice for extra milk till I was given a bit extra. Otherwise good customer service!
