Ordered from Deliveroo, and the food arrived in just 20 minutes—super fast service! Everything we ordered was delicious. We especially enjoyed the massaman curry with coconut rice, pad Thai, and prawn crackers. Each dish was flavorful, and it all arrived fresh and hot. Really happy with the quality, and we’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

Had a tofu Thai green curry with coconut rice there twice. Sensational to say the least!!

This is the most authentic tasting Panang curry I’ve ever had in the UK. It was so full of flavour and absolutely delicious. Highly, highly recommend!! Unlikely to go anywhere else for a Thai takeaway now and I look forward to dining in someday.

We stumbled across this place by a stroke of luck while attending another event locally. What a wonderful restaurant! The service is outstanding, the people are lovely and the food is exceptional… Really authentic and thoroughly delicious! I only wish I lived closer! Highly recommend!

I'm a regular customer when we don't fancy cooking and I love Thai food! I always order tofu and veg pad Thai and veg spring rolls. I mostly do take away and it's always very quick. The portions are so big that it makes 2 meals for me. Recently, I had a problem with my order and they handled it very well.

I was in the mood for some Asian food, so I tried Thai green curry, Tom Yum soup, Pad Thai chicken, and egg fried rice. It was my first time at this spot near Tufnell Park station, and I have to say, every dish was amazing, definitely a 4.5 out of 5 for me. The service was quick too, which I really appreciated. I am already looking forward to coming back soon. Thank you!

Best Thai’s restaurant in Archway area, close Tufnell Park station. The staff are Thai so you can enjoy authentic Thai cuisine. I recommend you try Pad Thai.

I was craving Thai food & Thai iced tea so my friend and I decided to come here as it was local. The restaurant is small & cosy, decor was beautiful! We had it little ones with us and they were very accommodating! The food was really delicious(went for their lunch menu & extra starters) their Thai iced tea was amazing, we ended getting two to go! Will definitely come back!

Do not buy fruit bubble tea there, just ruined experience. It is not popping and they do not say. Instead chunks of jelly are impossible to suck up.

Nice little local Thai with a nice interior. Seems like grandma is in the back cooking. Very tasty and fragrant drunken noodles. Great service my dish was way too spicy and they were kind enough to take it back and give me something a bit more mild.

We had a takeaway from this local Thai restaurant with good customer ratings. However we were really disappointed with their dishes once they’d arrived. Even though we threw them into a hot oven to be sure they’d be really warm and ready tuck into once out, all the dishes were lukewarm! Furthermore, they were jammed into their boxes - so the Pad Thai noodle dishes were in a solid block with little sauce and no peanuts. Worse still were the king prawns: huge but with shells on (in sauce?) and actually so overcooked they were mushy inside :-( This review gives me no pleasure but is written in the hopes this restaurant will up its game! A real pity as we love Thai food!

Me and my friends love this place so much, we’ve visited over ten times and we order from them very often. As a vegetarian, the food is very flavourful and the variety of options is super large, which can be hard to find when you have dietary restrictions. The portion sizes are very decent for the price! I would highly recommend the Pad See Ew! The drunken noodles are also fantastic! The actual restaurant has such a nice chill vibe, perfect for a catch up with friends over a nice dinner.

Saturday afternoon visit. Ordered stir fried chicken with chilli and basil with steamed rice. So so so flavoursome (a bit salty!), with generous portions. Good service as well.

Small but friendly. Just had very delicious tilapia fish and massaman chicken. Rich sauces and carefully cooked vegetables. Didn't have alcohol.

We go to blue moon thai often since it’s affordable and cheap. The restaurant is nice and the staff and owner are friendly and nice. It’s a lovely, cozy neighbourhood thai restaurant serving very humble dishes. The dishes are nothing spectacular but they are delicious and affordable for a quick and easy meal.

This is a lovely spot serving gorgeous Thai food at very affordable prices. The service was excellent. I had a chicken red curry which was delicious. We would definitely return in future.

Me and my wife came here for dinner before seeing a gig at Kentish Town Forum. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We had salt and pepper squid, chicken satay, sticky rice and prawn pad gra prow - all were totally authentic and full of flavour. The portions were generous, too. A great find - I'm sure we'll come back.

This place was very disappointing. The steak curry was very watery and only had very little veg (red pepper & green beans) even shows broccoli and other veg. The flavours in general weren't great and not good value for money. I won't order from here again

When looking around in the afternoon for food Blue moon was open earlier than a lot of the other restaurants in the area, which was convenient when we were attending events at local venues that fell outside the usual timing for lunch / dinner service. Food was excellent quality and the menu had a wide variety of dishes. Definitely will be back again if in the area

This is a fantastic little Thai restaurant. The exterior looks very unassuming and the interior is a lovely place to be. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was tasty and reasonably priced with really generous portions. We had 3 starters. 2 mains and 2 sides. And every single thing was great! They have a good drinks menu with a few cocktails, a few wines and beers. Nothing too crazy but enough to find something you'll like to enjoy with your meal. Highly recommended! I will be going back.

Friendly staff but food wasn't anything special. It was surprisingly lacking in taste and spice. The restaurant itself also wasn't very clean from the walls to the bathroom.

I usually come here with my partner for a quiet date, but I’ve also celebrated many birthday dinners and family gatherings too. amazing food, friendly and attentive staff, great prices… my favourite are the duck+prawn pad Thai, chicken wonton, prawn crackers and red Thai curry. so happy this restaurant exists 💜💜 thank you for your hard work 🙏

I visited on a Thursday evening. The restaurant was empty, however there were a few delivery pick ups, and walk-in take away orders while we were there so it's clearly popular. The food was good, service was fine and the the restaurant was clean and calm.

Excellent food served by experts in Thai cuisine. We come here for our staff party and receive wonderful tastes accompanied by even better service.

We decided to go to Blue Moon Thai Cage for a quiet, after-work date. Since it was the first time one of us has had Thai food, there was little to no expectation, Despite this, Blue Moon really impressed us. We ordered all our food at once, instead of having starters and then a main, and shared everything between us. We ordered Salt and Pepper Squid, Ped Makam, egg fried rice, and Kow Pad Kaprow Duck. The standout dish was definitely the Duck; it was really flavourful and paired well with the egg fried rice. The Ped Makam was delicious. However, we thought it had too many vegetables (compared to the duck and rice in the dish). For drinks, we had the San Island and Coco Lada mocktails that were as good as they looked. Overall, if you are looking for a quiet evening meal, with authentic Thai food, great vibes, and good music, definitely head down to Blue Moon.

Update March 2023: Blue Moon has new opening times. Monday-Thursday 12:00-15:30 & 17:00-22:30 Friday-Sunday 12:00-22:30 This is one of our favourite Thai restaurants. We've been here many times and usually enjoy the food very much. We ordered via Deliveroo multiple times as well and had no complaints. Small but cosy place. It can get quite tight on a busy evening since there is not much space between the tables. Nice staff and very tasty & fresh food. Fair prices. There's a set lunch menu as well (see my pictures for more details).

The food is very good but relatively standard Thai/ East Asian menu. I recommend the curry or stir fry, you have to order the rice extra! The thai ice tea is a must as well! The place is relatively small and therefore there is a smell accumulating from the kitchen, you might leave with clothes smelling like Asian kitchen!

I have been to numerous Thai Restaurants in London, and they, for me, do the best house thai rice, chicken and prawns. They are so nice and helpful, don't even mind to pick up takeaway, as the food is always freshly cooked. Cannot recommend enough if you love Thai food.

solid thai food and decent prices

Our goto Thai restaurant in London. We've dined-in and ordered from blue moon several times and it knocks it out of the park 99 times out of 100 Soul food, great taste and portions. Pad Thai and Panang curry are our absolute favourites, and can never get bored of the flavor. The host is amazing, very tuned in and 5 ⭐ always.

I really like the food here. It's so tasty, and the spice level is good. I particularly like the amount of veggies (and meat if ordered) that the curries come with. The mocktails are also great. The lunch deals are surprisingly cheap for how good they are. Definitely reccommend.

Excellent Thai food! Bit of a wait, but very worth it. I had Massaman. Delicious curry and tender chicken pieces. My son, who eats Thai every other meal, said it was some of the best Thai food he has tasted.

Food is tasty. But over the last few months portions have become way smaller and the staff are not very attentive.

No-fuss and tasty lunch option in the area. Express lunch menu is £7.95 for a main or £9.95, with decent portion sizes. Quick and attentive service. Pad Thai was a bit thicker and sweeter than I’d expect. Others’ photos seem to look different than what I had. Not the absolute best Pad Thai I’ve had in London, but it was tasty.

Sad excuse for Thai cuisine. You should be ashamed. Zero spice in curry, even the chillies are sweet instead of spicy. Ordered house specials and the meal just left me sad. Maybe it's good for people who order pad thai..

This restaurant is first of all family-run which is very important for the quality of the food. The people who work there are very nice, the environment is very relaxed, small and welcoming without any pretensions, and the food is really good. I often go there if I don't want to cook at home and I am always at ease. I highly recommend the restaurant and the food, I find there is an excellent value for money.

Was out with a friend looking around the area for something to eat. We first went into east and west across the road from blue moon which had slow service and no interest to the customers inside. We left from waiting a long time for menu’s and an order and came to blue moon instead. With a warm welcome menus on tables a quick order amazing food, big portions and friendly staff. Will defo be back!!

Lovely food and faster than expected delivery. Singapore noodles could've been hotter (but I'm an avid chilli fan). Will definitely order from here again!

The portions are unbelievably small and overpriced. I had 7 pieces of beef in my stir fry for £9 with no rice or noodles. Never again. Requesting a refund

Quick and efficient delivery and tasty food!

The menu did not say anything about the chilli in the noodles, but I was able to pick out the big bits! The rest of the duck noodles were lovely and I enjoyed a little heat in it. Some of the starters were unfortunately soggy but still tasted ok and the satay sauce delicious. Overall a good meal that I would order again.

My order was incorrect. I received a veggie pad thai, but I ordered a different variety. The pad thai tastes more like a lo mein, and my order was incorrect.

What I’ve found with this restaurant that I’ve used for a number of years is this. 4 salt & pepper king prawn for £7.95 . 4 ,. There used to be a time you got 8 . A box full of lettuce , onion & chillis , I’ve pointed this out before .

I had a great experience with both the restaurant and the delivery man. I made a mistake in my address and the delivery guy was really patient and gave me advice for future orders. Definitely will order again!

Lamb was chewy and Inedible. Nearly £13 5 prawns for nearly £8 4 doughy won tons. Unhappy with the waste of money. Won’t order again.

The Blue Moon has been my ‘go to’ local Thai restaurant for at least 10 years and the food has always been excellent and the service good. It is with much sadness that I need to report that I will no longer be giving it my custom. Tonight I booked for dinner with a friend, my first time INDOORS in a restaurant since last year. I specifically asked to be seated by an open window to ensure good ventilation. I am double jabbed but my friend and I both work with extremely vulnerable older people so take extra precautions to protect them. When I arrived and was seated at the back of the extremely stuffy and unventilated restaurant, the very harried waitress told me she had forgotten to write down my request for a table beside a window. But we were moved and a few small windows were opened.Not ideal but better than nothing. And then a very unpleasant, aggressive customer complained his child was cold, so the staff shut all the windows except a tiny one above our table. 5 mi utes later, the man complained again that his child was cold (but they were a long way away from the 3”gap of fresh air opened above our table and it is August!). I tried to negotiate politely and respectfully and the man raised his voice and was prepared to escalate, he told me clearly he was not prepared to listen at all or even let me speak one sentence, and his manner was so needlessly aggressive, I realised there was no point in continuing to engage with him. He was clearly a bully and incapable of civilised compromise. Rather than cause distress to the other diners by continuing the exchange, my colleague and I discussed the matter, decided the potential danger of Covid transmission was too much for us and the service too cowardly, and we left. I will not be returning during this pandemic and advise others to not risk eating in a hot, crowded, unventilated environment either, at this time.

The pad si lew is totally tasteless. Don't know what's going on? They usually have good food quality but this time it's like they forgot about seasoning the dish.

One of the dishes was unbelievably spicy when there was absolutely no mention of that on the menu. Couldn't eat it, wouldn't have ordered if it said

Very tasty food worth the wait or early surprise!

Really disappointed with the food. Beef was not fresh, full of fat (ie. impossible to chew) even though what I ordered was apparently the ‘house special’. Even the egg fried rice wasn’t nice - the egg was separated into egg white and egg yolk. Super disappointed as most places are cheaper, but I paid more to supposedly get better food and it was a complete waste.
