Kkini in Camden

We first visited Kkini in May 2023 to celebrate a family birthday. We loved the simple, yet stylish decor and the service. Most importantly, the food was delicious and great value. In fact, we loved it all so much that we have visited about ten times since then, bringing several friends who have, without exception, been equally impressed. A fantastic neighbourhood restaurant.

We were in the area and found this hidden gem. Great food. Good atmosphere and very busy with locals. Will be back.

I love the food, but I don't feel comfortable eating in There is one female server with glasses, that repeatedly asks me what I want to eat, without giving me a menu. She is also very cold and will ask if I've paid for my takeaway, before it has been prepared. Much as I like the food, I'm reluctant to offer any higher ratings because of the servers attitude.

the food services was really good, the waitress even help us to grill the meats! the grilled meat were juicy and tender our favourite was the japchae, korean fried chicken with sweet chilli sauce. the galbitang beef short rib soup was sold out during the dinner time.

Great Korean Food. Good starters. Good BBQ Meat. Good desert. Good service and location. Prices are good. Will be back.

We had a great meal at Kkini. It is reasonably priced and offers an extensive menu with the option for Korean BBQ. I had the bibimbap and really enjoyed it. It was the right level of spice and was a very generous portion. Great options for starters too.

A varied menu offering a variety of Korean dishes. The BBQ one is the obvious choice as there's a BBQ set into the middle of your table and it would be a shame not to use it. If you're not sure about anything the staff are only too happy to help out. Definitely a change from the ordinary.

Great food, served fresh and hot. The fried chicken was lovely. The bibimbap was great, with a good portion size too. We also had the seafood pancake which would be my favourite item!

I cannot praise Kkini high enough. Excellent service. Fantastic food. The portions were do big we took some back with us for a late night snack after an evening event. It was also great value for money. I would highly recommend dining here. If you ever want to open a restaurant in Cambridge we would welcome you.

The food was delicious. We had several small starters and sides and the mixed grill meat. Most impressed by the small starters & sides, they tasted amazing and fresh. We chose to grill the meat on our table (there is a grill on each table, deffinitely a new experience!) The menu overall looked very well balanced, plenty of choices and combinations without being too excessive. Good Mojitos and wine. The place is small, cosy and newly opened. The staff are lovely! One of the best dinner experiences.

We had the mixed grill freshly cooked in front of us by such friendly and attentive staff. Such a lovely evening, would highly recommend. Looking forward to trying more of the menu.

Excellent food and service. I’m surprised about the previous negative reviews. I’ve grown up eating Korean bbq and have been looking for a place in London. Very impressed. Great service, very attentive. Food amazing. We had the glass noodles which was excellent, bulgogi bbq pork and kimchi rice. Delicious. Totally recommend it. Will be going back for sure.

a buzzing friendly atmosphere, lovely helpful and cheerful front of house staff and from the quality of the food, as flavour packed as it was delicious, obviously very talented chefs and kitchen staff. Great value too, thanks a million; everything in life is better with an egg on top! Catherine

made a mistake then blamed me and tried to charge me for dishes they didn't even serve us. how on earth was I supposed to know about their own mistake? It's not like I didnt expect to see a chicken dish because I had ordered...

After hearing from a friend about the place I decided to give it a go. The food is decent, but the staff need training. overall, it’s OK if you’re starving and craving korean :)

Disapointing! I heard good things about this place but we left quite unhappy. Service was very poor, no smiles, no eye contact, asked for wine recommendations and manager gave us her suggestion because “is the most expensive one of the list”(!?). I ordered a Bibimbap...

First time having Korean BBQ. Order the mixed meat BBQ which tasted great and normally I do not like steak but the rib eye was seasoned and cooked amazingly. Starter, main, sides and drinks for 2 came to £53 which is great value
