Lovely place, excellent food, to be repeated

Price performance is a good place. A good option for a stylish dinner with small groups.

It was a beautiful restaurant, felt like we were in the Amazon. The food was delicious. I had the pão de queijo which is my all time favourite Brazilian food and it was 5/5. The sirloin steak with chimichuri was perfectly medium rare, delicious! My friends had different other dishes like the spicy winds and the feijoada which they also both liked. Our server was attentive as well. We will be coming back!

The food here is great, and service is friendly. However, every time I've been here, it takes ages for the food to arrive. Fine if you have the time and you're enjoying a few drinks as you wait. Not recommended if you're trying to fit in a quick lunch/dinner

I've been to Cabana twice because I love the steak so much. It's served with corn ribs (this is a winner) and some delicious brazilian sauces. The service is good as well.

Plus points : decent tasty mains plus the entire restaurant is really stylishly designed and cool. I can imagine this has the potential to be a great first date place. Downside: awful drinks (cocktails were atrocious, watered down cola and juices. If you are going, have a bottle eg Coke or beer. The bar staff clearly need a wake up call here! Really tiny portions for shared starters. 6 tiny nuggets to share? Very overpriced mains too at £20 for 3 small chicken thighs and fries. £75 for a shared steak? (This isn't Hawksmoor!) The waiting staff also didn't seem to have much of a clue except maybe one with curly hair who was actually friendly! Cabana probably gets the tourist crowd but there are so many alternatives in that area now that id pass on this next time.

This restaurant is located about 3-4 min walk from Tottenham Court Road tube station. I went on a Monday at 1pm so it was almost empty, however the service was extraordinary. Great cocktails and the food was nice. I have the churrasco steak and added the blackened prawns. Great chips. Also the pao the queijo was really nice

I arrived at 11:30, the restaurant is not open, I went to ask a man who was inside, he said it only opens at 12:00. But on the website it says open at 11:30... Update the website's opening hours

Food and drink here is decent. Burgers and sides are delicious. Steak was alright. Price can be bit high. As it’s in central London. Staff were very nice and friendly. Restaurant interior has a street vibe in it. It goes well together with there Brazilian theme. They have a house sauce condiment which very nice. I would love to go there again.

God awful. Ordered a salad but it came without half the ingredients, was overpriced and terrible presentation. The tomatoes (see pic) were either defrosted or canned prior to being served, they were so limp and flat. The server was trying but his attention span was non existent - I told him the meal was bad and he said I'll pass it on, but did nothing to make it up to me as a customer. Great music playlist though.

The food was very good. Interesting and flavourful. The only problem we had was menu items being unavailable. We were excited to order the tacos (Brazilian) yet both types ie salmon and duck were “finished”. This is not some small restaurant but a big group. To run out of tacos at 8pm was extremely disappointing. Also in line with other reviews service was abysmal. Let down by a manager who on multiple occasions when we tried to get his attention he fobbed us off. Very poor.

Booked through First table and received a half price deal, this is the only reason I am giving it 2 stars. If I had to pay full price for these items I would have been sorely disappointed. The staff are lovely and very accommodating but sadly I don’t go to restaurants for the staff. The food is not great, for what you pay- it does feel like you’re getting ripped off. Rice rock solid, prawn looked slightly under, a heaping plate of beans with very little meat. The corn and sweet potato fries were great though. The ambiance is really nice and it’s well decorated, just a shame on the food!

Front of house women is very rude and not very welcoming. She would be best as backroom staff. Food is average (The chicken was bland and slightly burnt), fast service which I can’t fault. The place is very aesthetic if you are one to post frequently.

Excellent food and great service

Second time here, and food as fantastic as I remember. Went for the chicken skewers, wings, beans and fries. Authentic char to the chicken (you can see them flame grilling it in the kitchen). Beans were okay (just something I’m not used to ordering but still taste fine, maybe a bit watery for my liking) Overall great meal, with good app offers (checkout their app)

Excellent Food and Atmosphere at a good price. I have no idea why others are reviewing this location as being poor with their service, we were sat, ordered and eating within 20 minutes of entering the restaurant.

Food was okay, but they gave our starters to someone else causing a long delay. We then had to ask for cutlery as none given. When the steak arrived the waiter dropped a piece whilst carving it and it was overcooked. The food was tasty but the disorganised service let it down

Staff member was very rude, assumed that me and my friend weren't playing customers, and didn't let us in, but he was bald so he's the real victim here. I feel for you man

Visited this chain restaurant on a Sunday evening. It was quite quiet on arrival but full the time we left. The service was fantastic. The staff were friendly, attentive and made some good recommendations on the cocktail menu. The food was really good. We enjoyed the miso garlic butter and bread, and buttermilk chicken to start, then the pulled pork hot pot. It was so good! The hot pot was particularly tasty with the charred kale making the difference. The cocktails were great too. This is a great place for a date night, family meal or group party. They’re well set up for all.

Excellent food with very quick service. I would definitely eat here again...only downside was the prices but this is London. The chips were outstanding.

Depuis que le cabana de Westfield Shepherd's Bush est fermé, nous avons essayé cet autre Cabana et une très bonne expérience. C'était un midi en jour de semaine donc il n'y avait pas trop de monde, cer avis ne représente donc pas un service où il y a du monde. Le décor et l'ambiance sont au top, les cocktails et la viande aussi ! Pas de viande à volonté pour ce type de restaurant brésilien mais les portions sont généreuse et la viande 😋 Le service n'était pas exceptionnel, ni rapide ni particulièrement aimable, surtout vu le peu de monde dans le restaurant.

The food and drinks were very good, but the service is chaotic. The waitstaff is rather abrupt and often disoriented.

This is an awesome place to have a drink with friends. It is well lit and beautifully decorated. It has both indoor and outdoor seating. Service was good. If you go there during the off peak hours you will have a really quite and peaceful experience.

Great food and drinks - would recommend the dough balls and fried chicken snacks/starters. Service was quite slow, servers didn’t know the table numbers so multiple times delivered the wrong items to our table and ultimately gave us an incorrect bill which included another tables drinks on it.

Worst place iv ever eaten out service was disgusting and food never again

Service at 5pm Sunday 17th Dec was poor. Would expect more than 2 Waiting staff for weekend before Xmas for a 50+ cover restaurant. Waiting a V long time for food, most came out either cold or incorrect, or not at all. Felt sorry for the waiting staff who had to deal with the complaints from quite a few tables. No sign of any management intervention at all. Food that was correct was quite tasty, pity, as it could be so much better here

Would highly recommend this restaurant for a pre-theatre dinner. Food was excellent, cocktails were fantastic and service was great, would highly recommend.

Positives - cocktails are good value. Service is not great at all… if you’re eating stick with the pickies and starters… four of us had an array of mains and they were pretty poor.

Completely mediocre to average food across multiple dishes. Context: we stumbled upon this restaurant an hour or so before closing via The Fork, which was giving 50% off. I can't imagine paying full price here as it definitely wasn't worth it (maybe they put less of an effort because we were paying 50%?). The good: - service wasn' as bad as we expected from some of the reviews - cool spot and atmosphere The bad: The fried chicken we ordered was overcooked and essentially burnt. The individual pieces were tiny - the kind that would be left over at the bottom of the bag of store bought fried chicken - and then they were cooked for far too long to the point that the outside was more of a crunchy crust. Speaking of crunchy crust, the fried sushi bites suffered the same ailment. My molars were not happy. The grilled chicken and steak mains were ok (not particularly good or anything) and were small portions. The churros were definitely served with nutella rather than an actual chocolate sauce.

Ambiente legal, mas somente isso. Comida ruim. Chopp pessimo, com sujeira dentro e cheiro ruim. O steak que pedimos estava com gosto de queimado. As frituras também mal feita e mal apresentada. Pelo valor que foi pago esperava mais. E por fim um atendimento terrível. Não tivemos uma experiência boa.

The only thing that saves this place is that the food is tasty. Service is HORRIBLE! We were seating for so long and ready to make an order, no one was coming to us, so, I just raised my arm to attract some attention from a waiter or a manager. I was holding my hand for so long. Then the manager finally saw and shouted in a mean way, like a nazzi “you can put your hand down”. I’m not an easy getting scared type but omg, that woman scared me 😂😂😂 after that we were scared to ask for anything, lol. Guacamole and cheesecake were nice

way bellow expectations . We have 2 some starters that only 1 arrived, only to be told by the time the main course arrived that the other started is not available since 4 pm , and it should not have been added to the order. Fair enough, mistakes happen. The rack of ribs was .. about average, OKish taste wise , but the meat was fairly hard and chewy . The ribs are meant to be soft and come of the bone easily . In the end no one was coming to our table to clear it or to give us the bill . So I have decided to use the QR code facility to pay the bill. Only to realise on the receipt of the payment that the QR code displayed on our table was linked so another bill . So I have paid someone else's bill. Luckily I have double checked and made the staff aware and adjusted the payment . This could have caused a huge embarrassment if we would have just left . Sorry Cabana, you need to massively improve ...

The service and staff were great. They made sure we were able to take advantage of the £5 cocktail deal and kept filling up our water. The food isn't anything to write home about, it's fine. It's all pre-made frozen items that are thrown together in a flash. It's disappointing that almost all of the mains come with no sides. I think £15 for a butterflied chicken breast is a bit steep even for London. Best for happy hour drinks and in-a-pinch food.

Not real Brazilian food. Dry and tiny pão de queijo. Service is decent and the terrace is really nice. Kids eat free in the summer which has been handy. But what’s bugging me are the Sunday late night dj/club sets for some private event. The music is super loud and disruptive (I live nearby) to the point it’s disturbing my family’s sleep. Their guests hang around making noise and being drunk until the early hours. Come on Cabana, have some respect!

Service and drinks were really good at Cabana, the Honey Berry Caipirovska was an excellent drink to start the evening. The combination of vegetarian and vegan starters we ordered were fantastic, especially the corn ribs. The traditional hot pots we ordered as a main course were tasty but the starters were the stand out dishes of the evening. Would recommend a visit for cocktails and nibbles over a full meal, but a place not to be missed.

This restaurant had everything to be the greatest Brazilian place in London. There’s just one problem, the food. The Menu is very confuse and not well elaborated, and for sure is not 100% Brazilian. Judging by the menu I wasn’t expecting original Brazilians flavour in the food and I was right, I tried the Feijoada and I couldn’t feel or even see any pork, that was only very salty and I’m sure that had a bit of curry (which I don’t mind but didn’t expect in a Brazilian feijoada). My husband had a stake, he ordered medium, it came rare, he works with Argentinian barbecue so he was surprised that in a Brazilian place the cookers doesn’t know hot to prepared meat. Anyway the restaurant is pretty, the decoration is great, missing a bit of music. The staffs was good.

We were looking forward to this meal after seeing Mrs Doubtfire at the theatre. Unfortunately it fell well below par, the food portions were tiny and well overpriced. The chicken skewers were thigh meat, which was not on the menu and didn't taste like they had been marinated for 5 minutes let alone 24 hrs. We politely declined the £10+ service charge which is added on regardless of party size. All in all a pretty mediocre experience.

I love this restaurant. They have the best, juicy chicken grilled burger in the city. Also, I love how nice and welcoming the staff are. This was my second visit. Would go back again for sure. 10/10

Great atmosphere, tasty food, excellent service

If you are looking for a authentic Brazilian (Rio)/Amazonian experience, Cabana is definitely not the right place. The food offer is a mix between Mexican with a few Brazilian dishes And unfortunately our steak came TWICE burned on the outside and too rare in the inside (a very basic mistake for a so called Brazilian restaurant) The truffled Cassava on the other hand was a very delicious and authentic dish.

The music was painfully loud. We requested it be turned down, which it was. Then it was turned back up again, very loud. It doesn't make for a convivial atmosphere in which to enjoy your meal, as a group. The accessible toilet is on the ground floor but you need to ask staff where it is! On my most recent trip the corridor to accessible toilet was blocked by two heavy barrels and a large aluminium ladder. The toilet was not clean.

Food was good but unfortunately I they had run out of what I wanted from the menu, so settled for what turned out to be a very good burger. Service was friendly if a little slow but, like many other bars/ restaurants they are short staffed. Would visit again as atmosphere and food good.

If I could give -1 star for the service, I honestly would. I don’t usually leave review but this one deserves one. My friend and I decided to eat at Cabana on Thursday evening around 7pm. We were given at a table behind the bar, completely hidden with chairs towards the wall which was already not a nice experience as you couldn’t see anyone but the wall. Our order was taken 15 minutes after we were sat. The waiter repeated the order correctly but somehow, when we got our food, the side was completely wrong. We talked to the manager and explained the situation and he said he would sort out the bill at the end. We had our food which was good btw and then we were left at the table for 1 hour. No one came to check if everything was ok or removed our plates. They didn’t even apologize or explained why the service was actually bad. I got up several times to ask for someone to come to the table and still no one did! Shocking. We managed to order desserts at 9:30pm (2hours and a half later) and asked for the bill, bill that took 15 minutes to get to the table. We politely waited but I can assure you, if we walked out without paying, no one would have noticed. We got the bill and guess what: it was completely wrong. The waitress started laughing rather than apologising for the mistake. So we had to wait 10 more minutes to get the correct one and hen we did, the wrong item delivered to the table was still charged on the bill. Had to ask the manager to sort it out again. I have been working in hospitality for a very long time and to see such a shocking service, is disgusting. There is literally no excuse for this kind of service. It’s pretty sad considering the food was actually good. Sort it out.

I always love going here when craving some Brazilian food. The atmosphere is wonderful, perfect for chatting. The service is always friendly and speedy. Highly recommended!

Très bel endroit, En revanche la serveuse avec les cheveux longs et le pansement au cou a été très mal polie. Elle ne voulait pas nous recevoir alors qu’on avait une réservation. Elle mettait la pression pour mettre les clients dehors alors qu’il était 21h30!! Elle était désagréable, pas de sourire. Elle nous a apporté l’addition avant de débarrasser les assiettes!! Je crois que le propriétaire doit faire un effort sur le choix de son équipe!

We enjoyed a nice deal with The Fork but the best was the kind and great service. Italian manager was amazing! The veggie burger is one of the best I’ve ever had! 10/10. My friends didn’t like the quality of their meat dishes so I would recommend trying the other options.

Great place to eat meat, fresh and juicy in taste. Cocktails are amazing. We opted out for a classic caipirinha and the honey&raspberry caipirosca (both well done). The atmosphere recalls the South American kiosk with plants and soft lights. A little piece of Brazil close to Tottenham court Road station. Waiting staff is really nice, we just wait a little bit longer for our order to be taken but that’s fine for the whole experience we had 🙏🏼
