Really don't understand the 3.9 avg. rating, the atmosphere is really nice, food is good, staff was polite and prices are fair. Only thing is that, as a Brazilian, the menu cannot be considered Brazilian cuisine, more like a pan Latam type of thing. But still good.

Overall it was an okay experience. Service and food was good. Music was a bit loud which took away from the overall ambience however the venue had been fitted out really well with lots of floral features giving an authentic feeling whilst dining there

Visited Cabana early evening for dinner, it was fairly busy but the service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated, the food arrived reasonably quickly and was very tasty. We booked via the fork app which provided us with 50% off our food which is definitely worth doing prior to your visit. Would return again when next visiting London

That they charge me 12.5% ​​of tips for a non-existent service seems like a scam to me. If we don't call the waiters to order, they won't come. The food leaves a lot to be desired, small dishes with a rather weak flavor. Not recommended

Myself and four lovely ladies came here for dinner and were served by Dewan. His service and attention to detail was amazing and he made the whole experience very memorable. The food was amazing and he gave such great recommendations!

Had a delicious Sunday lunch with 3 of my friends. The flavours were to die for and the cocktails happy hour was a great treat too. Had amazing service from Dewan so special thanks to him. We'll be back!

Quiet Sunday afternoon only few tables in however we were waiting for service such a long time, nobody checked on food or if we need another round of drinks so service definitely needs to be improved, decoration is beautiful and with the music resto gets really great vibes.

Place was good vibes, atmosphere was okay , music a bit too loud. However regarding the food, we were highly disappointed by the quality and value of the starters and mains. The only plate that was worth it was the chicken skewers personally. The food was overpriced and the portions were tiny or cold when they arrived. Unfortunate as it had relatively good reviews

Went a few months ago early on a Saturday evening before a show. Good location and easy to walk to. Decoration was good as was the ambience. Felt cosy on a rainy day. Was seated quickly and it wasn't too busy. Sat where we could see the kitchen and the chef cooking. 2for1 non alcoholic cocktails were nothing special so won't order again. Food was tasty and the sweet potato fries are recommended. Also had blackened salmon snd rice. Take note that the main toilets are down a steep staircase so if needed do ask to use the disabled (user friendly) ones upstairs.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and will not be returning. Despite the place being almost empty, the service was shockingly slow and dismissive. It took ages to get drinks and food, and the staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than serving customers. Getting their attention to place an order felt like an ordeal. One staff member in particular was incredibly slow and dismissive. When we asked for the bill, she never brought it over, so we had to go to the counter and interrupt their conversation to pay. The attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. The food? Overpriced and disappointing. Portions were small, and while the presentation was nice, the taste was utterly mediocre. We left still hungry and cold, wondering why we even bothered. The restaurant is well-decorated, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. One younger staff member was polite, but the other ladies, who appeared to be in charge, were rude and dismissive. To top it off, when we asked to sit in a specific part of the restaurant (which was empty), the staff initially refused, claiming it was reserved for larger parties. After making a fuss, they begrudgingly let us sit there, which was completely unnecessary considering the restaurant was nearly empty. On top of all this, I had a wet umbrella and asked if there was somewhere I could put it. The response? An awkward "no," which was baffling given the only thing this restaurant seemed to have plenty of was space. It’s now obvious why this place was so empty on a weekend. The combination of bad service, subpar food, and high prices made it a waste of time and money. I strongly advise others to avoid this restaurant.

Went here for a friend’s Birthday celebration, fantastic evening, lovely food (flat iron steak was cooked to perfection), good cocktails…. Will definitely return!

Visited for my mothers birthday. We appreciated them fitting us in post theatre on a Saturday night. We order a mixture of drinks which were all well priced and served in good time. Unfortunately the food wasn’t as good. Small portions, pretty bland, some of the stuff tasted far from fresh and overall really disappointing! We noticed a slight odour (potentially sewage) which was off putting but not a deal breaker. Service was decent. Quick to take the drinks order and serve the meal but clearing the table took 15m start to finish. Considering we paid around £35-40 a head the whole experience was far from perfect!

It's an amazing place for friends or colleagues to hang out. The manager, Christina, and the other staff were very welcoming and supportive.

Great Brazilian restaurant! A beautiful discovery, a sublime decoration. The staff was very friendly and the dishes were original and delicious. Go there with your eyes closed, we booked with The Fork so we benefited from a -50% discount, it’s worth it 😀

I recently had a reservation here and I was extremely disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of the staff during an internet outage. When the WiFi went down, the staff seemed completely unprepared and unable to think outside the box. Instead of offering alternatives, such as manually taking orders or suggesting payment methods like cash or card swipes that didn’t rely on the internet, they only gave two options: either wait indefinitely or leave. It was frustrating to see that the staff couldn’t come up with simple, practical solutions to keep service running smoothly. Their lack of flexibility and initiative turned what could have been a minor inconvenience into a much bigger issue, leaving many customers, including myself, feeling frustrated and poorly treated. I hope the management takes this as an opportunity to better prepare their team for such situations and focus on delivering a more customer-focused experience in the future.

Convenient for a pre matinee lunch- looked more promising than it was. My buttermilk chicken burger was pretty dry, all the elements described on the menu were there, but in as small quantities so as to not fail Trade Description Act but hardly generous: one small lettuce leaf, three tiny cubes of avocado… doubt we’d return

We came for drinks and some food, they took the order and they only brought the 2 glasses of Prosecco, we waited more than 45 min for a starters and tacos, the order was lost and they only realised when we asked, they apologised but the food didn’t come on time!!

Good food, great ambiance and service! The only downside is that the portions are kind of small (my big complaint almost everywhere in the UK unfortunately) and it didn't keep me full until dinner. They have good options for vegans and vegetarians. The waiter was very nice and attentive and the atmosphere relaxed - it was a rare sunny day so we sat outside.

I was here for a travel function and found the staff to be friendly and the food we were served to be very good. Only a couple of minutes from Tottenham Court Station, once you ignore Google Maps!

Came here on the fork plus 2-4-1 cocktails night. The food and drinks at those prices were pretty good.

I came for my birthday as I wanted to “feel home” as a Brazilian and there’s simply nothing Brazilian about this place. It’s all commercial and the themes simply don’t make any sense. The cocktails we ordered came wrong more than once, service took a long time, we had to ask for the same thing more than once because we would simply not have it. The food didn’t come at the same time for everyone and it’s pricy for its quality. The menu refers to inspirations in samba and bossa nova but not a single samba or bossa nova song was played the whole time (the songs were in fact very unpleasant). Really would never recommend this place and I strongly regret not checking the Google stars before going.

Food is very mediocre and for the price would expect much more. Portion is quite small too! Dessert was quite nice though. Overall didn’t feel like it was anything Brazilian. The Brazilian bbq in Chinatown is much better!

Booked a bottomless cocktail brunch at Cabana for a special 50th birthday feast and was not disappointed. The cocktails were flowing, the food was spectacular and the service was 5 star!!! Recommend, and definitely plan to return soon.

Enjoyable evening. Value is fine and service was good for a Saturday night. Food was at a level expected. Burger was good, flat Iron steak was tasty and enjoyable. My wife really enjoyed the Cassava side. Alcohol adds a fair amount to the cost which is similar everywhere these days. No problem returning again.

I would recommend this place for food and ambience which was lovely, but not the free flowing drinks as there is nothing free-flowing about them. The glasses of Prosecco ordered get stuck behind peoples cocktail orders and you end up with empty glasses all the time. We also sat for 20 minutes before we got our first drink served. The staff overall are lovely but there was one particular lady which I think is maybe the manager. She had a face of thunder throughout and I saw her roll her eyes at us. We barely had any interaction with her as her lovely staff were serving us. I can only asume her eye roll was because I asked if we could order our next glass of Prosecco now when she had just put one down. I did kindly explain that this was because they were taking ages to arrive, getting stuck behind cocktail orders. Lovely food, great decor, nice staff but that one miserable staff member just added to the empty glass situation. I hope she doesn’t rub off on the others. As for the bottomless, most places have bottles of Prosecco to one side that they top up your glass with easily. I would highly recommend Cabana consider this. The drinks queuing order sadly just doesn’t work for bottomless deals in venues with cocktails and limited bar staff. Definitely worth going for the food and decor but I would say avoid the bottomless/free-flowing drinks menus.

Great place with an amazing aesthetic. The food was really good and portion sizes were bigger than I could eat. We had an amazing waitress, Jasna , she made the experience even better! Would definitely recommend!

Had the BEST night celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary yesterday. When we arrived the staff delivered us complimentary glasses of Prosecco which was a lovely gesture 😄 food to die for, we had the corn ribs and chicken to start, then chicken skewers and ribs for mains ( again amazing) but the best thing ever on the menu is ….esquite fries OMG AMAZING!!! Final nice touch was the complimentary cheesecake at the end ❤️ would highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again xx

Went as part of a theatre package. Food was good. The dough balls, burger and grilled pineapple with vanilla ice cream were all good. However, the service was generally pretty slow. We had four servers. Very mixed. One good, two ok and one poor!

Food average and not memorable. The atmosphere is nice and cosy. If you don't use apps to give you a discount, it won't be worth it as it's overpriced.

Incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional, that's what you'll find when you go to Cabana. I reserved a table for 2 people at 9pm, we arrived at the place at 8:45pm, 15 minutes before the reservation, we waited approximately 5/10 minutes at reception until someone came to serve us, the bartender was ready to help us, he located our reservation and directed us to a table chosen by him, after the bartender walked away I saw another employee, I believe it was his superior, embarrassing the bartender, I didn't understand until the moment the bartender returned to our table and said that we would have to order our food and eat until 9:30pm because they would close and we would have to leave, from then on everything started to fall apart. The bartender apologized but he couldn't do anything as he was just taking orders, his superior disappeared and then came back saying that the general manager had said we should leave at 9:30pm, what's the point of making a reservation for 9pm for dinner and going out? to 9:30pm, and how would there be time if in the 20 minutes we were in the restaurant no one even offered us a glass of water but at all times insisted on saying that at 9:30pm we would have to leave the restaurant. After so much disrespect we left the restaurant, and we intend to never return, a totally exhausting and stressful experience. When I got home I noticed that I was still charged by the reservation app for security reasons, seriously!? It even seems like a joke. As an extra note, the atmosphere is well decorated, but from what little I've seen of the menu there's nothing Brazilian about it, don't waste your time and money at this restaurant, they'll want to close the doors in your face, even with a confirmed reservation. The bartender, I understand, couldn't do much and was very sincere and wanted to help, but his superior and the general manager were unprofessional and on top of that there wasn't even a good excuse for us having to have dinner in 30 minutes. Something that didn't happen since we weren't even able to ask for anything. Horrible, unbelievable until now, I've never seen such a poor service and dishonest restaurant like this. If there was a grade less than zero I would definitely give it. Apparently it’s always happen there, employees advertise us about it, by the end.

Came here for bottomless brunch with the girls. Food was amazing dont get me wrong. Only 5 drink choices which only 2 were bearable. Ngl service was meh my friend was accidentally sick and they didn’t help just gave dirty faces and she had to clean up herself as someone working in hospitality i see that as quite disrespectful. Good food but service needs to b worked on.

Food was nice but not outstanding. Came here for the pao de queijo but it wasn't the same as the authentic ones I've had abroad. A bit pricey if you pay the original price, the Fork discount saved us some money and no fuss when paying. The portion size looked average but quite was filling. Our favourite dish was the grilled spicy chicken.

First off I should of got her name but our host was so great! Started us off with a laugh and a smile and was just warm and lovely the whole way through. Food was good, however I did expect more from the tacos assume they would come as 3 atleast but they only came as 2 or 1. Still tasty. The chicken was good but I wish I got the skewers over butterfly. The steak was really good but the chimichurri sauce wasn't what we expected as blended rather than chopped. I would still definitely come back again great pre theatre meal.

The cocktails were nice, hence the 2 stars. I ordered a chicken burger which was really dry, bland and definitely overpriced. The service wasn't great either. I was the first to order since I have allergies and when I asked about allergens, the lady (I think the manager) started rolling her eyes and seeming frustrated. There was no allergen menu so she started listing off things that HAD allergens, but the communication was totally unclear so I had to ask for clarification. I just settled for the safest option as I was being made to feel like an inconvenience for asking about allergens. The others on my table agreed that the service was awkward, bordering 'poor'.

Popped in for an impromptu happy hour after work - the drinks were inexpensive but not watered down at all, the service was friendly and fast (great since I needed to catch a train) and the theme and atmosphere made us feel like we were on holiday even though it was rainy outside. Will definitely do that again.

Really like the atmosphere prefectly goes with the brazillian theme. Food options are limited but vegetarian options are available. Booked through Fork and received a half price deal on food. 5pm to 7pm they have Happy Hour deal where you can enjoy 2 for 1 on house cocktails every day. Food was decent not great really like there fries. They have surprised us with cheese cake from restaurant side for birthday celebration. The staff are lovely and very accommodating.
