Davy's of Regents Place in Camden

We got itsu from Euston last week and it was brilliant so we were delighted when we saw an itsu near our accommodation in recent park. We ordered a chicken noodle soup and it came full to the brim with soup but literally like 8 strands of noodles. My 2 year old was starving and wanted more food but the serving wasn’t big enough even for a baby. The katsu chicken was just chicken (not katsu) bathed in curry sauce which it doesn’t specify in the menu. We have allergies in the family and this isn’t suitable. Overall a huge disappointment and won’t be coming back

Interesting attitude and service received from counter staff around 5pm today. Guessing just a new face and not quite equipped with a service mind yet? Used to come here every now and then, the prompt service and smiley face always unbeatable but sadly not today. You can’t paid £2 for a half-filled tea and if you’re not sure, pls ask ur colleague rather than handing it straight to customers…Not to mention you’ve just been doing some cleaning and went straight to make the drink… Hygiene matters

Amazing atmosphere and very polite staff. Just a heads up, they DON’T have a sushi fridge like the other itsus!

This week I went to the best Itsu in London, I loved the environment, everything was clean and pleasant, all the staff were super attentive when serving me. Thank you very much Gustavo for this unique service.

Excellent service and fresh food. Came in last minute with 30 people and the staff dealt with our huge order very efficiently while still ensuring all other customers were being served. Very friendly staff also.

From the moment I stepped into Itsu Regents place I was blown away by how welcoming all the staff were. Especially the team leader Ethan, whenever I saw him when I visited the shop he always had a smile on his face and was constantly interacting with customers and making sure the store was clean and tidy. He helped me choose an amazing Korean stir-fry noodles which was delicious. When my order was ready after a couple of minutes I was greeted with a smile from my server and because of this experience I have no doubt in my mind that I will definitely come back for years to come. SUCH a disappointment at this store yesterday. Big Itsu fan and visit Camden branch (round the corner from my work) regularly. But made the effort to go out of my way for this one. Totally not worth it. Only 3 varieties of gyoza on offer (chicken, veg, pork), Insta states 16 varieties?!! Most of the other dishes are available at Camden 🤦🏽‍♀️ food tasted fine but this branch not as good because there’s no sushi!

Initial impressions were positive but unfortunately I had received the wrong item ordered. I ordered the vegetarian meatballs in coconut sauce for my partner to take away; instead, we were given a chicken dish. My partner who is a vegetarian was disappointed because she ate a small portion of the dish and had only realised then that she had eaten meat.

The tap-to-order system is efficiently set up, the staff are very welcoming, and the food is great! The half price happy hour is excellent for student meals while it lasts! Very happy this location finally opened.
