We visited around 3:00 pm. after visiting the British Museum and was quite hungry. Ordered peri peri chicken meals and hot wings, made really fresh, good portions, and tasty food. Cosy place, clean restaurant, and quick service with reasonable prices.

The chicken burger was disgusting and the staff barely polite. Just go elsewhere

Excellent! Food was quick, just what we needed before the comedy club

I could not believe how delicious the rice box was they recommended that I go for the lemon and herb sauce on the chicken and it was truly incredible to feast on. I also got Schezwan chicken wings and spicy chicken wings which was really spicy for real and the prices are really affordable.

The coleslaw was stale, the burger meant to have 2 breast pieces and cheese but there was one only, the sauce I ordered didn’t come but was complete opposite of it, extremely dissapointed will never order again.

The prices are great, the portions on the rice bowls are amazing. I got the garlic grilled chicken it was tasty but the mild sandwich had more heat.

thanks for extra dip , but the chicken was cold and very dry like its been there since you opened , very disappointed this is second time now I been let down , I am a returning customer but it needs to improve

Why do you even deserve a star where to begin. with you Customer service ? that’s isn’t a thing here. Missed half of our order they knew as they called our delivery driver when his standing in front of us. delivery driver put them on the phone for them to tell us the paying customer it’s none of our business about our missing food . Then tried to tell us the delivery driver had gone back to pick it up and dropped it to our door but didn’t have our number to contact us so left it on the door. I asked the fella did he expect me to go check let alone eat a burger that’s been left on the street to which he replied I made a good burger. Accusing the delivery driver of stealing the burger is disgraceful and could effect this guys job. This man might not be competent enough to make and send a burger but he got the one star for his sense of humour. Enjoy your burger and your one star

the chicken was broken. I want hot spicy but they sent mild spicy. can't believe how can a half chicken will be 2piece? and also broken. very disappointed. it was late 5minutes as well

I always moan about chicken wraps being bland but I have to say, this is the best I've had. Nicely fried and spiced chicken, salad and coleslaw and mayo so it's not dry. I also had a piece of chicken which was also good. Really happy.

please just eat do a training day and show your drivers how to deliver food it shocking I had to run around trying to find him, and the food was poor today really not happy

Best ever chicken shop in london. Fried chicken is good but peri peri chicken is best and i like their rice 🍚 it was so amazing feels like a good pulao with light spices. And the plus point is you find halal food in central London at cheap prices. They have offer first three days of week. Tuesday they offer whole grill chicken in just 10£.

The burger wasn’t spicy and I ordered spicy, the bbq spilt all over the order into the fries and one piece of chicken and was piercing through the original bag, don’t order because just eat won’t refund you.

The place has hands down the best spicy buffalo wings I have ever tired anywhere, the peri-peri chicken is great as well. Been ordering for a while and food has been great every time. Would recommend!

After reading a number of reviews, and fancying a chicken meal, I ordered from them. The chicken meal was mediocre, certainly nothing to write home about, the drink that they provided was artificial sugar, and like so many favourites adultrated in this manner was terrible. The meal was not awful, was cooked through, but lacked the pizazz it was claimed to have. Will I visit again?? Perhaps...everyone deserves a second chance

This is not a good restaurant and not a good conversation with driver. food quality is not good and delivery service is vey poor. Manager and crew member is not a good and sotlen person.

One I ordered after a while and then I clicked order asap as I am on break however it came 30 mins late nearly my break was over when it supposed to arrive earlier and to top it off some items were missing like chips and sauce and the food was overly cold idk what else I have left few reviews so far, the food taste good but they have few issues they need to work on. I also called the restaurant to check where my food is he said it’s out when it was still in restaurant honestly disappointed

always fresh, good portions and the grilled chicken is a top contender in the grilled chicken field..

I have tried may fast foods in London, but this one of the best. Tried their delicious half grilled chicken, BBQ wings, grilled wings, spicy wings and spicy fillet burger.

The chicken was deliciously juicy and tender, and the fries are well seasoned. The staff were nice and chill too!

Took a hour and a half for food to get me food arrived cold

2 hours late and when I tried calling they were incredibly rude and disrespectful to me. I expect some form of refund as cold food two hours late is just unacceptable from the restaurant and JustEat.

Missing items poor quality food

I ordered a lot from there but the past few times it’s always something missing from my order however the food is always good

The food is nice but it is so overpriced. If you come here don't get a drink because I paid £2 for a 7 up can. Just go to the sainsbury across the road to get a drink. But if your in the area and are hungry and tryna save some money, there's a McDonald's down the road and a burger King. If you have extensive money, come here. The food does not dissapoint

This time, the salad did not feel fresh, some parts has even turned from green to brown (it was not the natural colour). Grilled chicken was ok. On all previous occasions it has been nice but really let me down this time. Requested utensils which were not there.

The delivery time was good, but the vegetarian filling unfortunately was sloppy, as well as the salad, onions and tomatoes.

I'm giving 1 stars because of the manager customer service he is very rude with every customer naver knows how to smile also I'm not sure if he is the manager but seem like he is because he always waring white shirts. He need to learn how to serve customer

The foods pretty standard and over priced for why it is. The place is kept clean, but what good is that if the food ain’t that great and the service is terrible? I ordered some chicken and chips, and when the food was ready, I went to the counter and collected it myself. It wasn’t even that busy, and I don’t mind collections it myself. But what baffled me was that the guy who told me the food was ready waited there for me to collect it, then he followed me to the table right next to me to clear and clean the table. Also, he didn’t give me a fork or tissues, which I had to get back up to ask him for it. He asked what I needed, and when I responded to him, he told me to wait. The man stood there finishing his conversation with the guy behind him, and when he turned back towards me, it was like I’ve never spoke to him before and he was surprised to see me. Then he got the tissue and fork and gave it to me after I stood there for a minute or so. I don’t understand if he was purposely trying to provoke me or had a fall out with the owner to get him bad reviews or what?! Non of it made sense to me. He really did test my patience, but I’m better than him so I didn’t scoop down to his scum level and cause a scene. Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers.
