Gave me all wrong items. Gave me coleslaw not beans. No wings. Terrible. I wanted 45 mins for no reason

today my food was supposed to come by 14:50 as I scheduled the order. but I arrived at 15:40. I called the restaurant 2times but they were blaming the driver that he didn't go there. as the restaurant was 10minutes far from my work place so I went there then I saw 10 drivers were already waiting for their food there. I went and found that my food isn't ready at time 15:20. I had to come back with empty hand. rider told me that this restaurant always late. I want my refund.

food was so cold i had to microwave it to warm it up just so i could eat it. drink i ordered was tango paradise punvh but got apple tango which i do not like and even the drink wasnt cold. very disappointed will not be ordering from here again

We have been visiting this chicken hub joint since almost 3 months we like the food here that’s y we come to enjoy it but we didn’t knew that they have been charging wrong amount all the time the meals costs less but intentionally the guys in evening shift charge more in all orders when I confronted them they are arrogantly saying this is what u get

the driver was extremely rude. I had to argue with him over the phone, as he wanted me come down to the street to get the order.

You need to update your map, when i put in the the post code the delivery driver goes to the wrong entrance every single time

After one year not picking up deliveries I go to pick up and staff instead working were checking the phone and I did remark during work is no time to check phone so I called attention and they just laughed. Unacceptable to be on the phone during work hours. Just a bad service and stated to one of the staff and he even laughed. So just a zerooo for everything.

Always order from here but today they have given me missing items and also i am unhappy as i paid extra for turkey rashers and i didn’t also receive this

really good seasoning in the fries, burger a little salty but boss flavour, pieces of chicken cooked well and the apple pie is almost the same as maccies

From this restaurant, you will get the best Peri Peri chicken you can expect and best food package you will get. I will definitely order from them again.

This place has no consideration for allergens. The allergy list is being the counter. You have to take a photo and work out what you can and can't eat. A simple task of putting a copy of the allergy list on the customer side would be a significant improvement. But not importantly, the employees have no clue what ingredients are used. And the attitude I encountered made me go to McDonald's. There goes my efforts support smaller business with my desire for unhealthy food.

I am absolutely appalled. I placed an order expecting a reliable delivery, only to be left completely disappointed. I scheduled my order time on 2:50 but the food came to me at 3:10. what's that?if you can't serve food in time then why doest just eat have this scheduled time system? the restaurant is so slow that I saw 2:50 when I'm supposed to get my food they're making the food. if they do late like this then how the rider will bring the food to me? very disappointed

I'm a regular customer here . I ordered food by just eat today. The food was half cold. I scheduled the time at 2:50pm on just eat but the food came on 3:10pm. 20 minutes late! Seriously? If you guys can't make the food on time then why do you do online platform selling? I checked my phone at 2:50pm as I didn't get my food then I see they're just making the food on that time when I was supposed to have it. That's 2 times happen with me. Very disappointed. yet again took hour 30 , driver was in store for 40 minutes , cold chips , ripped bag , order 4 dips hardly any sauce in them below half , waste of £30 use to be good but it is going down hill now

We visited around 3:00 pm. after visiting the British Museum and was quite hungry. Ordered peri peri chicken meals and hot wings, made really fresh, good portions, and tasty food. Cosy place, clean restaurant, and quick service with reasonable prices.

Excellent! Food was quick, just what we needed before the comedy club

I could not believe how delicious the rice box was they recommended that I go for the lemon and herb sauce on the chicken and it was truly incredible to feast on. I also got Schezwan chicken wings and spicy chicken wings which was really spicy for real and the prices are really affordable.

Great food, everything was tasty. I’ve got all the sauces I ordered which was already much better than McDonald’s. Thank you very much!

The coleslaw was stale, the burger meant to have 2 breast pieces and cheese but there was one only, the sauce I ordered didn’t come but was complete opposite of it, extremely dissapointed will never order again.

The prices are great, the portions on the rice bowls are amazing. I got the garlic grilled chicken it was tasty but the mild sandwich had more heat.

Why do you even deserve a star where to begin. with you Customer service ? that’s isn’t a thing here. Missed half of our order they knew as they called our delivery driver when his standing in front of us. delivery driver put them on the phone for them to tell us the paying customer it’s none of our business about our missing food . Then tried to tell us the delivery driver had gone back to pick it up and dropped it to our door but didn’t have our number to contact us so left it on the door. I asked the fella did he expect me to go check let alone eat a burger that’s been left on the street to which he replied I made a good burger. Accusing the delivery driver of stealing the burger is disgraceful and could effect this guys job. This man might not be competent enough to make and send a burger but he got the one star for his sense of humour. Enjoy your burger and your one star

I always moan about chicken wraps being bland but I have to say, this is the best I've had. Nicely fried and spiced chicken, salad and coleslaw and mayo so it's not dry. I also had a piece of chicken which was also good. Really happy.

please just eat do a training day and show your drivers how to deliver food it shocking I had to run around trying to find him, and the food was poor today really not happy

Best ever chicken shop in london. Fried chicken is good but peri peri chicken is best and i like their rice 🍚 it was so amazing feels like a good pulao with light spices. And the plus point is you find halal food in central London at cheap prices. They have offer first three days of week. Tuesday they offer whole grill chicken in just 10£.

Did not receive what I ordered

The burger wasn’t spicy and I ordered spicy, the bbq spilt all over the order into the fries and one piece of chicken and was piercing through the original bag, don’t order because just eat won’t refund you.

Quality and portion is not good

The place has hands down the best spicy buffalo wings I have ever tired anywhere, the peri-peri chicken is great as well. Been ordering for a while and food has been great every time. Would recommend!

After reading a number of reviews, and fancying a chicken meal, I ordered from them. The chicken meal was mediocre, certainly nothing to write home about, the drink that they provided was artificial sugar, and like so many favourites adultrated in this manner was terrible. The meal was not awful, was cooked through, but lacked the pizazz it was claimed to have. Will I visit again?? Perhaps...everyone deserves a second chance
