What a wonderful local cafe. Generous portions, excellent food and such lovely people. Had the feta, avocado, jalapeño peppers on sourdough with a poached egg. Why go to Gail’s? When you can support your local community!

Was in Kentish Town and wanted a "toasty" brunch: more than a breakfast cafe, not a full meal. Pot luck. Very happy. Coffees super, croque lovely. Mum ordered two poached eggs & chips! Super service & value. A chap next to us had a glass of wine with his choice. Something for everyone, very accommodating staff. No complaints

It is a truly lovely with a very warm welcoming staff. A beautiful area with a nice relaxing music, great for everyone, family, friends, solo dining and drinking. It has a wheelchair access, baby changing facilities. A highly recommended place to visit for a meal, the best coffee in the heart of the Kentish town.

Looked nice enough when walking past, so stopped in for breakfast. Great food and great value, with lovely friendly service too. I had the potato & chorizo hash, and my partner had the full English, both were lovely and plentiful. Coupled with a few coffees and a tip, the total bill was still under £30. Definitely recommend, and a much nicer option than the Maccy Ds over the road.

Briefly visited here with my partner for drinks before journeying on to King across station. The service was exceptional and the ambience was perfect; relaxing music and a very cozy feel. Prices were also reasonable and it was right by Kentish Town Road station

I went here with 5 give friends for brunch and it was very nice. The chorizo hash and the pancakes in particular are very nice! Lavish servings of Nutella on the pancakes were a particular highlight for my friend who lamented other eateries had been tight with their hazelnut spread in he past. I had the burger and was slightly disappointed with the quality of the meat, but the chips were exceptional. Seasoned with rosemary they were sublime and made a change from bland fries that are usually served in cafes. All in all I would go again and would recommend it.

I lived in Kentish town for 2 years and this was the best restaurant. Tasty food, excellent service and all at a reasonable price. Thanks again for a lovely meal!

Fab for breakfast and brunches with a great variety to choose from but all equally well done. We’ve had full English, American pancakes, croques, salads etc and all been great. Quick and friendly service.

Had dinner on Friday evening (Valentines Day) with my husband, sister and brother in law. The food was delicious, decent portions and reasonably priced. Service was friendly and attentive, with drinks being topped up, asking if all was OK with the food etc. My steak was cooked exactly how I’d asked for it, and with a generous amount of garlic butter on top. Delicious. I’m so pleased Renoir now opens for dinner as well as breakfast and lunch, and the atmosphere transitions well from daytime to evening ambiance. We’ll be back

Delicious! The food was well cooked and the salad was fresh. We all enjoyed our dishes. It was reasonably priced and the staff were friendly. What more can you ask?

If your travels take you by way of Kentish Town, you won't want to pass by Cafe Renoir Bistro. Upon entering, we were greeted by a friendly host, who seated us. The place is cozy, warm, and welcoming. After looking over the menu, we chose for the starter, the garlic stuffed mushrooms and for the main course, the grilled fillet of sea bass. Which was a great decision. The portions are good sized and the pricing is affordable. The garlic stuffed mushrooms are a burst of flavor served with a small, mixed vegetable salad and whole grain toast. The sea bass is served with delicately sauteed vegetables and potatoes that were cooked to perfection with the flavors being brought out perfectly. To finish the dinner, I order a macchiato, which I saw two other patrons enjoying. One sip, and I realized why. This place not only has the best food in town, but the best coffee I've had anywhere. I give this place a solid 5 star rating. Next time your in Kentish Town, stop into Cafe Renoir and enjoy!

Went for brunch with some friends and greeted with a very large menu! You really have every continental choice as well pancakes and full english breakfasts available. Portions were huge, you really can't leave hungry and we appreciated their selection of fresh juices and smoothies. It's fairly well priced considering how much food you get, but if you're after a proper greasy spoon/cafe for a fry up, this is over budget at £12+. The only complaint are the eggs. All of ours were over done and a bit rubbery. Not great when you asked for poached.

There’s a ton of variety on the menu, and the food is delicious! My fiancé wanted lunch food, and I wanted breakfast food - we lucked out with Cafe Renoir, which had a huge menu and served both. I had the avocado toast with tomatoes and a poached egg, and my fiancé had the eggs and bacon on a bap (bap = hamburger bun) with fries on the side. All was really, really good. We also ordered smoothies to-go at the end of our meal, and they were very good and well priced. The outdoor seating was lovely and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Lovely place to go for breakfast. A little more expensive than other local cafés but portion sizes and quality make up for that. I like the selection of teas. Service always quick and friendly :)
