Their behavior is very rude and aggressive. I went there to pick a delivery for a customer today on 12May, 2025 around 00:20 am as a delivery driver, although I do delivery for 2/3 hours when I have time after my work. One of their fellows said a falsely accused against me to the customer that "I missed a drink to take that was included with the order", and another employee said, "I had stolen it". Although I was in front of that customer at that time whilst the customer was speaking over call coz I am the one who requested the customer to ask at the shop regarding this issue, later the day when I went again that pizza hut they misbehaved with me. surprisingly Now the matter is "How easy people blame others for their mistake and send it to others shoulders". Who knows, how many falsely accused they put on the riders in this way. Nothing but the worst experience ever.

Mohammed gave us a great service and had good conversation. Will definitely be coming here for lunch every day.

Best Pizza Hut in the UK! Fantastic Pizza Hut branch. We came in rushing to get 10 pizzas before closing and the staff couldn't be more accommodating. Despite it being close to closing, the manager and the personnel were beyond friendly and delivered 10/10 pizza. They accommodated our diets flawlessly, vegan, meat eaters, gluten free, they have it all! Being around Kentish Town often, this will be a place to go for me. Recommended to anyone. Best Pizza Hut in the UK!

Just had delivery of my pizzas from here as the crouch end one has permanently closed. I was so impressed, the food was piping hot, well cooked and a very speedy and friendly delivery service and this is considering it's much further away. I was suitably impressed and will order from here in future.

I had a great experience coming here and I was treated very good by the worker his name is Mohammed. They give me 10/10 service and food.

We've been regular customers here for months. The past two weeks the deliveries have been over an hour late. Today when I phoned the person said it would be 11 minutes (after it was already past the last estimated time. That was 30 minutes ago. Now they're not answering the phone. I'll be calling my credit card company for a charge back.

This place gets worse. Ordered something & they replaced it with something different. Didn’t tell me & upon opening the box I see something I didn’t order. I complained and they said they didn’t have what I wanted in stock. WELL DONT TAKE MY MONEY THEN! They’ve also started only using Uber drivers who take ages. If you don’t have what a customer ordered don’t just replace it with whatever you fancy you need to tell the customer & offer them the option to replace or refund. Crooks

Made an order 1 hour and 45 mins later still not here and despite trying to phone the shop to either confirm delivery or cancel no one answered. No customer service will never order again. And now they have taken my money from my credit card as no one in the shop to answer the phone to cancel the order. Will never use them again.

Waited FORTY minutes to phone me and cancel my order on me, citing "system problems". No initial communication of there could potentially be an issue on their end that could cause a delay with my order, but instead kept me waiting 40 minutes (in which time I would have expected the order to have been delivered to my door) to then finally notify me that the order would in fact not be coming at all. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. It is embarrassing for this level of mistake to occur and for the delay without communicating to the paying customer be so long.

We order from this pizza hut relatively regularly. I was sceptical at first...it's pizza hut. However, the pizza has been consistently great (we usually get the supreme or the veggie sizzler). The prices are also brilliant if you order for collection. We recently paid £10 for two sides and a large pizza. Absolute bargain.
