The food here was amazing! We both had the Massaman curry. The portions were reasonable but the flavour was outstanding and it was very rich. What made it extra special was that the chicken was fried and crispy. It also had a fried egg on top and the white was also very crispy.

Plastic plate + child portion?? My friend ordered a dish for the same price as mine (£12 each, massage for her and Thai steps for me) and she received a decent portion of food. I won't come back. Too bad, the food was good.

We went to Seven Dials Market because the atmosphere is nice and the place is friendly. So we took the opportunity to dine at Yaay Yaay and we were disappointed with our respective dishes. The rice is undercooked and cold which is very unpleasant to eat. The pork was good but the chicken was very fatty and very hard to eat so we couldn't finish it. I do not recommend this establishment, I think that better restaurants are to be preferred within the Seven Dials Market

As a Thai I was dissapointed of my Pad Khee Mao, it tasted like Pad Thai with a hint of basil.

There stall at Battersea. Ice cold noddles, leave one dish sitting for 10 minutes whilst they send fresh (same dishes) out. Waiting to complete the order, learn how to rotated hot food.

awesome food here, we got the pad kee mao (which was my favorite) and the pork shoulder. The veggies were fresh and the fried tofu perfectly textured in the pad kee mao. The sauce was nicely spicy but not that hot. The service was great, super fast, and the woman was kind and helpful when I made a mistake with my order. Highly recommend.

Various options to choose from. Located inside Seven Dials Market. We had Pla Sam Rod, which is a chef special dish made with crispy deep fried salmon, sweet chilli sauce and purple jasmine rice. The salmon was perfectly cooked, however the egg was submerged in oil when cooking and turned out over crispy and done. Overall the dish was very simple, there was no mystery on flavors. You can cook it at home

I’m a simple man. I see Khao Soi on a menu and I’m immediately there. It was really tasty, although a little sweeter than what I had in Thailand. The portion size was good. I’ll definitely go again.

I so regret not coming to this place earlier. I ordered take away - fried rice, can you believe they use the fancy purple rice? it was affordable and quite large portions too. Such a good place for poor students. And the vibe is so great. The chicken was minced but still okay!

It was pretty good. Tasty. I asked for it very spicy but there was no spice at all, no chillis or anything, I am a person who loves spice so it was abit disappointing. The food was still nice though, I enjoyed the flavours and freshness of the salad. And sticky rice is my absolute favourite. I wouldn’t re order this dish, I’d try something else on the menu, hopefully something spicy 🌶️ 😋

Is very very good food love much

First time in Seven Dials market and it was well worth it. Atmosphere is electric and there is so much to choose from. We decided on Yaay Yaay and the food was absolutely delicious. I tried the Mooyang which was mouthwatering. Pork was tender and the purple rice...OMG. Chicken Panang was spicy and full of flavour and it was hard to choose which dish was better. Definitely recommend a visit. Service was quick and friendly too.

We ordered the chicken and prawn pad Thai. The chicken pieces were half cooked and smelly.The noodle was too dry and just tasted sour. Had two bites and tried the prawn one. It was moderately OK.

Had Tofu and Veg Pad Thai here. It’s relatively affordable and they had really big servings. You can also opt for either chicken or prawn pad thai instead of tofu. Overall, it’s not my favorite place for pad thai but it’s good for a quick lunch fix if you’re in Seven Dials Market.

Always return here for a work lunch. Staff are happy to pack your order for takeaway. I always amend my order as I can’t eat egg and staff are always attentive to this. I normally get chicken kaprow with medium heat. You can customise your spice level. They also take Seven Dials/Covent Garden discount so don’t forget to use this if you work or live in the area you can save 10%. I have forgotten my discount card sometimes and not sure if it’s because they remember me but they have never decline the discount which is nice. Worth a visit!

It is a Thai restaurant with a variety of menus to choose from. Especially the basil and pad thai were delicious. 👍👍

Had pork chef special dish. Purple Rice was quite hard, lots of pork but really tasteless. Fried egg on top was totally solid- disappointing

I feel good every time I go back to eat Thai food at YAAYYAAY. Panang curry and spring rolls with oily vegetables are very delicious and very Thai. I have never been disappointed every time I eat Thai food here. I would like to tell many people that this Thai restaurant is one of my favorite places to eat.

I have come back to travel to London. I have gone back to eat Pad Thai and Pad Kra Prao at YaaYYaaY restaurant again. I know it's like eating the same taste as in Thailand. I feel like I've never been disappointed once I've come back to eat food here.

The kaprow chicken was lovely. It was delicious !!

I ordered the beef kaprow, pad thai and the slow cooked pork. Kaprow was quite tough to chew and sadly it tasted a bit like it was just reheated food, Pad Thai had some good flavour but I would have hoped for more acidity in it? The slow cooked pork was the tastiest I would say! The staff was very nice and smiley though :)

The food was delicious that I got a takeaway and ate it so quickly when I got back home! I went during lunch time on a busy Wednesday so the staff were on their feet. The staff took time to explain what foods were not spicy and was patient considering there was a queue behind me. I had the red curry jasmine rice with beef and then with chicken after. I thoroughly recommend!

Often I complain there's no Thai food to be had in London. And then I remember yaay yaay. I wouldn't know if it's authentic or not, but it is spicy and delicious and makes me happy - what more could you want?

This stall in seven dials has wonderful staff and some tasty thai foods 🤩 Wonderful for just one person. The Mooyang is sweeter side with little bit salty, and the portion was hefty and filled me up. I would recommend here if you are looking for something real Thai street dishes tonight.

The Som Tum here is a flavor explosion! Loved the fresh ingredients and perfect balance of sweet and spicy.

I like the somtam set dinner. The set comes with sticky rice and fried chicken. The portion was fairly generous for £13.

This stall in seven dials has wonderful staff and some tasty thai foods wonderful for a party of guests or just one person. The pad thai is more on the sweeter side with not much kick or spice, but the portion was hefty and filled me up. The market is as expected very crowded and very hot in the summer, so I wouldn’t recommend it so much if you are looking to come alone.

Restaurant located in Seven Dials Market. It has good quality food to be a fast food place. Pad Thai is always super tasty and gets prepared quite fast. Staff is very friendly, they are always smiling and trying their best to keep their customers happy. Compared to others places it might be about a pound more expensive but it is just better quality it's a bit different from the typical type of food that you eat in the UK. They offer simple dishes. There is nothing out of the ordinary which is great meanwhile keeping it Thai and with their flavours and spices.

I used to eat Pad Thai. Stir-fried basil at YaaYaaY restaurant has arrived. The food is delicious. It tastes like being in Thailand. The service staff are nice and cute. The price is not expensive and I will come back to eat again.

Great atmosphere inside seven dials market. Came for Thai food which was slightly disappointing. Flavours weren't great and the salmon didn't taste that good. Was let down by the food as I expected a lot more in terms of flavour especially.

Like getting a pad thai with tesco but more claggy and paying alot for it. Eat somewhere else

Best Khao Pad Krapow I've had in Europe - went by Seven Dials to get pasta and got snared by this dish instead. Excellent fried egg, perfectly seasoned chicken and fun to try purple rice! Look forward to going back.

Tasty Thai food in a buzzy food market. The person who served me was very helpful in letting me know which dishes were vegan. I had the Pad Thai with tofu and veg.

This place does some great Thai dishes, not sure there’s a low rating. I tried the beef stir fry with rice and it was authentic Thai to me, though wish it was a bit more spicy but that’s because I have high spice tolerance. But you can always asks for extra spice. Loved the food! Can’t wait to come back!

Chicken was raw inside. I returned both dishes and was refunded but I think this is unacceptable. For many like myself who have come to London to enjoy Christmas with family and friends it can be a terrible experience to end up being really sick in bed or even, God forbid! end up at the hospital here in London. I understand that it was really busy for you but what really worries me is that when I returned the plates with the chicken and I asked you to tell the chef, his reaction seemed to be that the chicken was fine and that I must be wrong. Look you don’t have to be a chef to tell that a chicken is bad. I can see that his pride was hurt and that he didn’t want to admit it but this is no game and people can sue you for this kind of thing or can make serious complains to seven dials market administration which might lead to your evacuation from the premises.

Amazing, authentic Thai food. Pad krapow tasted just like street food stalls in Thailand, complete with a kai dao mai suk (fried egg).

I’m very sorry to say this, but this was hands down the worst pad thai I’ve ever had. The noodles and veggies were underdone. Sauce watery and one note. I took two bites and couldn’t finish, so there was some added guilt about wasting food (and money).

Not usually one to complain about these things but was really disappointed with my visits to yay yay. My boyfriend’s chicken looked grey but my food was okay at first. Then I found a dead insect in my rice. Disgusting would not recommend.

I fell in love with seven dials but this is the first time I went to Yaay Yaay. The menu looked great. I ordered the deep fried salmon and my husband ordered the chicken. The staff were so accommodating and altered the spice level to suit. The food was seriously great, the rice was the perfect consistency. The flavours and textures were on point for the whole of the dishes. I'm now obsessed with deep fried egg. Would highly recommend, will be back next time I'm in London!

The Pad Thai prawns are as delicious as the original and the plates are huge, suitable for the price, I think it's delicious and inexpensive.
