My son called this place "the best reaturant in the world". Great food, atmosphere. Cheers.

Lovely food - pizza only available after 7pm which was a shame - but the pasta and garlic bread was good....freshly made and tasty...would deffo recommend and visit again

I havent visited this place much and I live very close for 4 years. The name put me off I think, it makes it seem too simple , the signage isn't great either . I would suggest rebranding the place because it should be packed every evening .. the food is top class !! And they do non pasta dishes, yesterday I had something from the special board , lamb with roast potatoes and vegetables in a lovely sauce . Was unreal ! Let me tell you have lived in Italy and never had a better home made tiramisu! Wow 👌

I went there with my Son and his Girlfriend before a gig at Aces & Eights - The food was amazing, and the prices were very reasonable. I plan to come back soon.

30/4/2024 just had meal mum and daughter very bad had the prawns and avocado for starters came on 2 iceberg lettuce leaves prawns flooded in thousand island sauce disgusting taste then had salmon tagaletti and saffron awful no salmon just flooded in cream sauce my mum had lasagne she only ate a bit was awful and payed 90 pound no alcohol either and had some saute patatoes was new patatoes bin in oven under cooked very hard very bad food should of walked out soon as starters came didn’t wanna be rude as was with my daughter it’s as far away from Italian food as the moon is from earth food is presented awful and is horrible nothing nice about the place I think It’s more for young kids ordering pizza was good years ago the moonlight cafe food across road thousand times fresher and cleaner and that’s a cafe needs big changes as no one will come back after eating there mark my words worse food I’ve had out

Pretty good all round restaurant in convenient to tube station.

We have been before. Its not close to home but worth the journey. Eight of us thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place. My son thought his cazone was the best he'd ever had. My risotto was superb and all the pizza guys were enthralled. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Forgot our drinks but still tried to charge us for them. Pizzas had hardly any toppings, kids' food came out after I'd my main and was the wrong dish. Complete incompetence both front and back of house.

The food was really good and came in big portions. The prices are very reasonable as well and cheaper than other places in the neighborhood. Service was attentive and quick. The only « bad » thing is the location. We came on a Friday night and the noises from the street (cars, ambulances etc) did impact the atmosphere of the place.

The pasta and pizza are both excellent. Best Italian food in the area.

The service was great, lovely waitress. I've been coming here for longer than I care to remember, but this is the first time I have felt disappointed. Pasta, pizza, and the normal Italian fare look great, but I ordered pollo con crema y fungi. Well, if that was a whole chicken breast, I'm a size 6!! Not only that, but the potatoes tasted terrible, as if they'd been cooked in old oil. In fact the place smelt of old cooking oil and so do my clothes now, It'll be a while before I venture there again, disappointed and still hungry.

Good value lunch stop here, generous portions of tasty Italian pasta washed down with an Italian beer. Lots of garlic in the garlic bread which we loved!!

There has been a mistake, we ordered the Vegan Spaghetti Napoletana pasta but we have had delivered a bolognaise, Please can we have what we ordered.

We’ve just arrived in England from South Africa and this was our first trip to London. We walked all day and were knackered at the end. What we found here was amazing! We used to own Italian restaurants for many years and I hate to say it, but that Gorgonzola sauce was better than mine! The Quattro, the carbonara and tag al salmone were excellent! Service was very attentive but not intrusive. Ambience was lovely. Well done folks and thank you!

Great experience at this relaxed trattoria. Probably the best gnocchi gorgonzola I have ever had. Felt really welcome and loved the warm atmosphere

I have been ordering from this place for 10years And within the last couple of months the food has completely gone down hill and no where as nice as it used to be, the food always comes cold too. Definitely won’t be ordering again. Very disappointed.

For me, there was an unpleasant smell when we walked in. No-one else in my party noticed it, so might have just been me! The service was ok, but pretty slow. My food was really lovely, but 2 of the people I was with said their meal was dry.

Driver repeatedly rang the bell. When I asked him why, he said because 'I didn't know if it was working or not'. I told him if he listened, he can hear the ringing tone from the doorstep. Apart from that minor irritation, good service provided.

Lovely food but got spaghetti when we asked for tagliatelle. We asked for no mussels due to mild allergy and we received mussels. Thank-you though

Had a 20 min delay on getting a coffee and a soft drink but otherwise food was great, decent portion sizes. Staff friendly but seemed under staffed for a friday so trying to do a lot solo.

Grat place for a pre-gig meal. Food was very good and staff were very good too.

Quite a small restaurant but the food, atmosphere, and service were all excellent. The prices are also reasonable. We celebrated my Mum's birthday here and the staff were very accommodating. All eight of us left feeling very satisfied :) I'll definitely be back to explore the rest of the menu. Thanks Spaghetti House.

Great place, delicious food and friendly staff!

Nice friendly service, excellent value and good solid tasty Italian fayre. Sat in the window, we watched the world go by and ate classic spaghetti Bolognese and a garlic bread with cheese = leaving very full and happy. Not a productive working lunch, but hey, sometimes you just have to go with it..😎

I enjoyed an amazing Fiorentina pizza here. There were many other tasty dishes on the menu but I'd not had pizza for ages, It was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious; the dough was perfect, there was plenty of topping and the cheese was flavoursome and stretchy! For pudding, I had some homemade tirimasu and it was glorious, all creamy and soft. The atmosphere of this restaurant is welcoming and warm. It is decorated in such a way that you could believe you were literally in Italy in a taverna having authentic Italian food after a busy day sightseeing. A must-visit if you're in the area.

Excellent food and service as ever

This meal was a present for my birthday. We both decided to have the same main course which was calfs liver with steamed veg. Very good 👍

So love Italian food and thought this place looks good so went with my bestie and found out I thought very wrong 😑 so it wasn’t the worst food in the world but would say just below average,the service was slow and the food not that good can say the garlic bread and the can of Coke were the best things about this place

Had such a great experience. We ordered the porcini and bufala from the specials which was a great choice! They also gave a very generous portion of seafood. The ambiance was very welcoming and charming. Amazing wines, food and service. The tiramisu was worth every penny. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations.

I’ve been walking past this place over the last 20 years and I’m kicking myself why I took so long to step and try a meal. A really nice atmosphere and clientele. I’m yet to sit inside and enjoy the restaurant as I’ve only order takeout. I’m so looking forward to booking a table here with my family. It will be a good night especially as this place is walking distance.

Update: Haven't been here for over 2 years due to covid and moving father away but still excellent! I should really make the effort to come here more often! ===== Genuinely delicious pasta dishes at a good price. Decent wine selection. My favourite pasta place in London. Try the mussels in garlic butter for starters and spaghetti frutti di mare for mains!

Food was good and the service is nice A comfort place to have a meal

I was only the third customer, and there was a really strong smell like stale cooking fat - Italian restaurants usually have a light smell of herbs and garlic. I had a reasonable spaghetti Bolognese with a pot of powdery parmesan, and some nice bread with no butter, and no bowl to pour olive oil and balsamic. My glass of Merlot wasn't particularly nice, so I had a glass of house red, which was a little better. Service was friendly and efficient!

The simple name suggests a more casual take on pasta, but actually the food was top quality. Really well made. Traditional Italian style. Pizza exceptional too. The place was very quiet when we went and I couldn’t understand why as the food was top notch as was the service. If you fancy ristorante pasta and/or pizza definitely pop in.

This is our 'local'.....been coming here for 45 years. It is still good food, good value, generous portions and friendly. Only downside is the accoustics which make conversation difficult if the next table is a bit loud.

Absolutely lovely! Came here yesterday for my birthday, despite being very local, last came here 15 years ago and had the best spaghetti bolognese ever, although this Chef has been here 10 years it was just as splendid! Walked in at 8 in the evening and hit by warmth, wonderful Italian rich cooking smells, cosy lighting and a friendly warm atmosphere. Couple of very well-behaved (Italian?) children with parents and another couple in the corner, but managed to create a calm and intimate atmosphere. Food, freshly made, was delicious, House red wine perfect, even got a free glass of Limoncello! Chef and waitress really kind, charming and friendly. Took advantage of the deal; Monday-Thursday 2 course pizza or pasta from the menu and bottle of house wine for £29, worth every penny! We highly recommend this brilliant place. Thank you.

Pizza was placed on side so all topping had slid of the base. Complete mess of what looked like an aright pizza.

Amazing place with amazing food and amazing customer service. This is an authentic, family owned Italian gem with a lovely owner who always (I visited 3 times) greets us with a big smile and lots of jokes and banter up his sleeve. So far I have tried their mussels, 3 different types of pasta, pizza and every single one of them were delicious, filling and tasty to the max. It really is a must-eat place. If you want delicious, authentic and affordable Italian, this is it! Thanks guys. See you soon !

There was hair on pizza!! Discusting and unsafe!!!! I was so hungry. It came so quick but when I opened the box I saw the someone's hair on it.

The hidden gem in London. I have been to the restaurant last weekend with some friends to celebrate my birthday. Since the beginning of the evening, I have been amazed by the service. The waitress accommodated us near the entrance as requested, she took quickly our order and advice us about the different meals they offer. We ended up having mussels for starter, which were absolutely fresh and the spicy sauce made them sublime. My friends then had other types of seafood with Linguine. I also tried the Pizza and we ended up having Tiramisu'. The staff is very smiley and friendly, the chef personally came to us to ask If the food was up to our satisfaction and at the end of the meal, he offered us Limoncello. I would like to underline that we all felt very safe and the place was spotless clean. Overall, I can absolutely recommend Spaghetti House and would go back anytime.
