La Casetta Cafe in Camden

Friendly, cozy neighbourhood restaurant. There was a varied menu with lots of tasty sounding options. Went with a friend for a catch up and the service was attractive but not intrusive. Started with olives between us and the portion size was just right for the 2 of us and the olives were juicy with a little salt added which was nice. I thought I would pretend to be healthy and have the goats cheese salad but did sneak in some roasted baby potatoes, didn’t need them, but still managed to finish them ! My friend ordered the Chicken Venetto which looked really good with a creamy sauce. The pretending to be healthy failed again when the dessert menu turned up, I had the panna cotta which was very sweet but very creamy also. My friend had the lemon sorbet, simple dessert but he said it was refreshing, ended the meal with coffees. A bit of my usual route when in London but well worth the diversion and would definitely go again.

Very friendly staff, food was delivered very quickly, it wasn’t busy, it was a Sunday night, but the food was good, nice glass of wine too.

Convenient location and quick and nice service. My pasta was slightly over cooked and under seasoned. So the food is catered to the average public, but still far from being authentic Italian.

Like an earlier review I chose La Casetta because of the great reviews it had received. A small bistro style restaurant with lovely staff and excellent food. Pasta was super. A nice bottle of Pinot Grigio too.

Staff took us in fairly late and provided amazing service. Food portions are good and the taste is authentic.

Horrendous food there were six of us, we were the only ones in the restaurant. The food was greasy and also the pasta tasted like it was out of a can. One member of our party complained about his food no apology, no asking anyone else if the food was ok. £125 the bill came to and it wasnt worth half of that!

Not a bad place and not bad prices. Wouldnt give it 5/5 though but worth a visit if you are hungry and in the area. Pleasant service and very cosy place. The pizzas arent bad at all. Have to turn down the AC though and could do with some music to give it a bit of atmosphere.

We held our work social do at this lovely restaurant and had such a fun evening. The food was delicious and it just kept on coming! The staff were so attentive, and ensured that our glasses were never empty. I would strongly recommend La Casetta for large groups. It was also very well priced considering everything we had to eat and drink!

Amazing food. So tasty and fabulous service. The burrata is a taste sensation 😊. Will be back next time in lomdon

We went to La Casetta Cafe as a family of 2 adults and 2 children, whilst in London from Australia. What a fantastic Italian! The risotto and pizzas were outstanding! Great food and a great atmosphere. Would thoroughly recommend!

We ran an event nearby and I contacted La Casetta Café to see if they could do delivery at a set time, in order to fit out schedule. From the outset, the manager, Osman, was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He personally delivered amazing pizzas and drinks, exactly on time, and even offered to help carry it all up to the meeting space. The food was delicious and not a single slice of pizza remained at the end! Highly recommended and if I ever get the chance to visit the restaurant I most certainly will!

Booked in advanced easily, table had been reserved. Great menu, good prices including wine. Starters, mains & half a bottle for 2 £70. Serve excellent and food very quick and well presented and tasty. This place is a lovely treat in this area.

We called in for lunch on our way to Sadlers Wells. A small restraurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Very good service and our food was delicious. I had a seafood pasta which was excellent.

I visited this place every Friday in the last few months with my friends from the Uni. We all tried the whole menu, very tasty food and great staff.

The food here is really well done, the service is great, and the atmosphere is super chilled. Is a proper Italian restaurant with no messing about. Highly recommend.
