Amazing food, excellent service - some of the best pizzas we’ve had in London and the pasta sauce was delicious!

Pizzas are good the problem is that it’s the second time that I ordered a margarita pizza to take away and end up with some sort of spicy / chilli flavour. I cannot eat spicy food therefore totally ruined my dinner. I will complain personally but please be careful when making the pizzas thanks

One of the best pizza we've had in London. We've been here multiple times and quality is always top notch. They have halal pizza options with peperoni and ham. We had the meal set, more than enough for 2 people. Antipasti, risotto, and sides were also good. Also thanks Rahul for the amazing service!

I would give zero if I could. I have celiac disease and I ordered via Uber eats. I called the restaurant few days prior to my order to ensure it was safe for me to eat at. I was told it was going to be okay. I placed an order via Uber eats and ordered the tiramisu highlighting my dietary requirements after I specifically asked if it was gluten free MULTIPLE times. I was told it was and reassured MULTIPLE TIMES. Yet, when the food came via Uber eats it said it was not safe for me to consume on my my receipt (NO NOTES ANYWHERE ELSE AND I AM GLAD I FOR SOME REASON CHECKED THE RECEIPT). This is not acceptable as I could have actually been very sick from eating a glutenous meal. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Driver take my order and went left and right and after 15mins come to me very bad delivery service got cold pasta not happy

Cute little restaurant with very tasty food. We had home-baked bread with ricotta as a starter and then very good pizzas with special, unusual toppings. The waiter was very shy and quiet, but very friendly. There is a star deduction in the ambience because we were quite cold.

2 meals in 2 days, everything went very well and the dishes were very, very good. I recommend 👌🏻

Best food ever, proper Italian flavours. Rahul, our waiter was just one of the bests. Attentive, polite and never too pushy. Very attentive to our children as well. The extra mile was extended to two miles at least :-) Many thanks for the whole dinner experience.

Met with a friend for dinner before a show and had a lovely time. The food was excellent and staff was absolutely lovely. Pasta and tiramisu were our choices and so delicious. I look forward to my next time in the area to enjoy their food and space once again.

On se faisait un plaisir de retourner à ce restaurant après plus d'un an loin de Londres. Grosse déception, à tout point de vue, si vous avez, comme nous, connu le vrai napolitain restaurant n'y retournez pas ou vous serez déçu Nourriture décevante, de basse qualité, ambiance moins intimiste et musique forte. Bref, déçus et ce fut notre dernière visite malheureusement... alors que c'était une excellente adresse auparavant pour nous 😏

We were happy to return to this restaurant after more than a year away from London. Big disappointment, from every point of view, if you, like us, have experienced the real Neapolitan restaurant, don't go back or you will be disappointed Disappointing food, low quality, less intimate atmosphere and loud music. In short, disappointed and it was our last visit unfortunately... although it was an excellent address previously for us 😏

So, just wanna write my view of having frequented this restaurant very frequently and having ordered from it as well. This is the best pizza I’ve ever eaten - globally. The service too is awesome. What isn’t is the management - once when a deliverer made a mistake, I got a call from the manager screaming at the incompetence of that driver, to me. No need for that. when eating at the restaurant and trying to add service charge, the waiter informed us that they don’t receive that tip unless it’s cash - in London?? So to the manager (not sure if it’s the one of the full store or just a line manager), please get your anger issues in order and treat your staff fairly. It ruins the experience to know you’re treating people worse than necessary. And let us tip them.

We get take-away from here every few months, whenever we visit London, and it's reliably wonderful. They have a proper oven, and they know how to use it. Some of the classic pizzas, some more unusual ones. Love it.

Quartieri should be proud as the best pizzeria in Kilburn. My partner and I love it so much we moved to Kilburn to be closer to it :)

We went for a dinner with friends to spend a nice time together. The food was amazing and the tiramisu was delicious. Rahul served us and the service was commendable.

Good is good. The dough of the pizza just a bit gummy, but they use very good ingredients, so the pizza is good anyway. We tried a couple of more things and they were also quite fresh and well made. Ambience is good although is on the main road and at this time of the year, with the door open, it can be a bit noisy. Maybe they could use AC instead. Overall a good found! We’ll be back

Lovely place and excellent food.

I used to go or order here quite a lot. I've ordered again a few weeks ago and today, and the quality has sadly gone to very poor. I ordered a margherita with addition of tuna, and the fish was a hologram. I had to add my own tuna to it. The other pizza was a Tartufata and the mushrooms were so stale that were impossible to eat. Not sure how the make-the-most-margin is a good strategy in the long run. Will never order again.

Walked in late (10pm) and still received a warm welcome, excellent rigatoni & pizza & salad. Good portions, good price and lovely service. Even asked us if the music was too loud (it wasn’t but so kind to ask!) Even treated us to a complimentary delicious crema di limoncello on leaving. Old school hospitality is the best! Will be back with friends.

Today I ordered a pizza from Uber Eat. It has nothing to do with Italian pizza. This is a shame on Italian pizza. Look at the pictures of this pizza. I make better than this at home. I paid for it. The price for 2 pizzas is £30.This thing is very frustrating, I am very upset

It's a Gem in Kilburn, i don't know why is not rated as one of the best pizzeria in London. Alfredo is the Maestro making outstanding pizzas as he's a true piazzaiolo born and bred in Naples to do this job so whatever your choice's gonna be it will be amazing and cooked with love, passion & great skills. Very nice & relaxed atmosphere, the prices are good and Rahul is a great host ready to make you feel at home and quick service. Ladies & Gentlemen, if you never been here and you want true Italian food in a nice environment, you got to try it!

Forgot the chains, this is as authentic as it gets. Yes Franco might have the profile but this place has the flavour!! The base alone could be devoured with olive oil alone but the toppings are fantastic. The real deal!!!

What a true delight Quartieri is. Really welcoming, friendly and attentive service. Wonderful authentic food and delightful wine (in our case). If we are back in that area we will definitely eat there again.

Mixed fried Neapolitan snacks were a great starter with white grillo wine from the region. A huge pizza of sausage and friarelli - special broccoli from Naples - also went down well with a rich and powerful primitivo wine from Sicily. No room left for dessert but there are lots of interesting ones on the menu.

Small restaurant with a nice atmosphere and great service. We were greeted very friendly, the ordering process was uncomplicated and the staff were very courteous and quick. The starter (bruschetta) came quickly and was delicious. The pizza also came out just right, it wasn't quite to our taste. A bit too dark and the dough not as crossy as in Italy, but still good. Price/performance is right and there are real Italians in the team. Very sympathic.

Quality has dropped hugely. Ordered pizzas from here and it’s just not the same. No longer authentic, you get a free chips and cheap ketchup with the pizza spend? Seafood pizza had mostly prawn tail shells on it. Overall disappointed!

I really hate to do this as I have been coming to pick up takeaways from Quatiteri for over 3 years and usually the restaurant is fantastic- however today the chef and the team really dropped the ball. I ordered 2 pizzas and a caponata from here - one Neapolitan - one Margarita with proschuto. What we got was 1x baked bread with anchovies, and some random cherry tomatoes (no capers, olives pizza sauce or cheese) and 1 Margarita with ham (not proschuto). The caopnata was very oily and had no flavor it tasted like it had been sat for days. Very upset with this, I hope next time the food will be better.

An abysmal drop in quality since I last went. I ordered the pizzas on Uber Eat and I received these pizzas with counted toppings, mozzarella saved on the margherita which if they hadn't put it on perhaps would have been better, spicy potato croquettes. I suppose there are no longer any Italians working there and if there are perhaps they should take a course again.. It's absolutely not worth the money I spent and unfortunately no one will give it back to me.

Awful customer service, stingy management and ant in food! Visited the restaurant last week. The pizzas were great as usual. However the service was appalling. The manager served us expensive bottled water without providing us a chance to refuse. The situation worsened after we found an ant on the tiramisu we ordered. We showed this to the waiter who spoke to the manager. The manager seemed unconcerned by this and instead of doing the right thing and refunding the cost of the tiramisu and apologising, he decided to offer us a discount of £1.80 to a total bill of over £50. I will no longer be visiting this establishment and would encourage others to do the same.

I discovered this place 7 years ago and it was one of my favourite pizza in London (proud to say I’m from Naples and pizza lover) and now that I’m living in the area I used to go on Sunday night with my boyfriend, we both realised that the quality of food it’s becoming more poor time by time, and I don’t know if it’s because we used the Fork in this occasion but was worst than ever!! So sad and disappointed.

Cozy place, we ordered many times the pizzas at home and it never disappoints. Tonight we at at the restaurant and it was even better then at home. Highly recommend it. Bravi

Every time we come the food is unbelievable

I went to this restaurant last night with some friends who have been there in Sept. They noticed immediatrly the change of management and the pizza was average in comparison with what was before. Also, we ordered the tiramisu and we believe the cream used was off as the taste was disgusting. I will not recommend this place for pizza. On top of that, there was an incident with the phone of my friend as the oil dispencer was leaking and unfortunately, his phone was on the table and the result was the oil went all over his phone. When he tried to address it to the waiter, he told:"Sorry Sir, nothing I can do". We will never go back to this place.

Excellent food in an excellent location! We had an outstanding lunch. We choose to have a pizza. If you want to enjoy a proper Italian pizza, then this is the place!

We've been several times now, it's always great, they're always very accommodating, and everyone brought along has agreed. Great pizza, fair prices, friendly service. Friend who came along last time was a huge fan of the green wall and decor which I hadn't really noticed before but actually is a nice touch.

I have already experienced a lot when it comes to gastronomy, but this service is the non plus ultra! We just had a drink in the plan. But that was a special experience! I had never experienced such wonderful service before 👌🏻 such a courteous host, it's a joy. Very friendly, not too much, not too little, perfect in the truest sense 🤩 that was a special experience for us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the pizzas, but since I already have experience in the job, what When it comes to pizza, I could already tell that it is a highlight in London 😏 apparently the pizzas look perfect 🤤 at second glance I saw that it was an original wood-fired pizza 😯 that must be a culinary delight that I definitely have still have to catch up! We are looking forward to the next visit and are grateful that there are still such restaurateurs 😌

Ordered takeaway pizzas from the restaurant and were ready in five minutes! Delicious - great service as well. Would highly recommend the stoke baked pizzas.

Excellent pizza, very reasonable prices, nice atmosphere, friendly service. The food's the absolute star here, the pizzas are some of the best in London, and - great discovery - if you order a side of meatballs with sauce and use it to amp up your pizza, it's next-level deliciousness.

I come here often with the family. Very easy and friendly and very fair value for money. Wife is Italian from near Naples and this is our go to in the area with kids. And service is great.
