So, just wanna write my view of having frequented this restaurant very frequently and having ordered from it as well. This is the best pizza I’ve ever eaten - globally. The service too is awesome. What isn’t is the management - once when a deliverer made a mistake, I got a call from the manager screaming at the incompetence of that driver, to me. No need for that. when eating at the restaurant and trying to add service charge, the waiter informed us that they don’t receive that tip unless it’s cash - in London?? So to the manager (not sure if it’s the one of the full store or just a line manager), please get your anger issues in order and treat your staff fairly. It ruins the experience to know you’re treating people worse than necessary. And let us tip them.

Food was great, as well as the atmosphere and the service. We celebrated my husband’s graduation as we always order their pizza from uber/deliveroo and they kindly served dessert with a congratulatory note on the plate. Thank you :)

We get take-away from here every few months, whenever we visit London, and it's reliably wonderful. They have a proper oven, and they know how to use it. Some of the classic pizzas, some more unusual ones. Love it.

Good is good. The dough of the pizza just a bit gummy, but they use very good ingredients, so the pizza is good anyway. We tried a couple of more things and they were also quite fresh and well made. Ambience is good although is on the main road and at this time of the year, with the door open, it can be a bit noisy. Maybe they could use AC instead. Overall a good found! We’ll be back

Lovely place and excellent food.

I used to go or order here quite a lot. I've ordered again a few weeks ago and today, and the quality has sadly gone to very poor. I ordered a margherita with addition of tuna, and the fish was a hologram. I had to add my own tuna to it. The other pizza was a Tartufata and the mushrooms were so stale that were impossible to eat. Not sure how the make-the-most-margin is a good strategy in the long run. Will never order again.

Walked in late (10pm) and still received a warm welcome, excellent rigatoni & pizza & salad. Good portions, good price and lovely service. Even asked us if the music was too loud (it wasn’t but so kind to ask!) Even treated us to a complimentary delicious crema di limoncello on leaving. Old school hospitality is the best! Will be back with friends.

Absolutely rubbish! I got pizza with nduja, the big issue, they didn’t use the proper nduja which must be used.Was completely full of oil .

Today I ordered a pizza from Uber Eat. It has nothing to do with Italian pizza. This is a shame on Italian pizza. Look at the pictures of this pizza. I make better than this at home. I paid for it. The price for 2 pizzas is £30.This thing is very frustrating, I am very upset

It's a Gem in Kilburn, i don't know why is not rated as one of the best pizzeria in London. Alfredo is the Maestro making outstanding pizzas as he's a true piazzaiolo born and bred in Naples to do this job so whatever your choice's gonna be it will be amazing and cooked with love, passion & great skills. Very nice & relaxed atmosphere, the prices are good and Rahul is a great host ready to make you feel at home and quick service. Ladies & Gentlemen, if you never been here and you want true Italian food in a nice environment, you got to try it!

Delicious pizza I had the puttanesca with extra burrata. Rahul was very friendly serving us and helpful.

Forgot the chains, this is as authentic as it gets. Yes Franco might have the profile but this place has the flavour!! The base alone could be devoured with olive oil alone but the toppings are fantastic. The real deal!!!

What a true delight Quartieri is. Really welcoming, friendly and attentive service. Wonderful authentic food and delightful wine (in our case). If we are back in that area we will definitely eat there again.

Mixed fried Neapolitan snacks were a great starter with white grillo wine from the region. A huge pizza of sausage and friarelli - special broccoli from Naples - also went down well with a rich and powerful primitivo wine from Sicily. No room left for dessert but there are lots of interesting ones on the menu.

Pizza was not bad even though they tent to skulling out ingredients. There could have been more mozzarella. Been offered a Birra Ichnosa from Sardinia by staff and pizza chef!

Small restaurant with a nice atmosphere and great service. We were greeted very friendly, the ordering process was uncomplicated and the staff were very courteous and quick. The starter (bruschetta) came quickly and was delicious. The pizza also came out just right, it wasn't quite to our taste. A bit too dark and the dough not as crossy as in Italy, but still good. Price/performance is right and there are real Italians in the team. Very sympathic.

Quality has dropped hugely. Ordered pizzas from here and it’s just not the same. No longer authentic, you get a free chips and cheap ketchup with the pizza spend? Seafood pizza had mostly prawn tail shells on it. Overall disappointed!

I really hate to do this as I have been coming to pick up takeaways from Quatiteri for over 3 years and usually the restaurant is fantastic- however today the chef and the team really dropped the ball. I ordered 2 pizzas and a caponata from here - one Neapolitan - one Margarita with proschuto. What we got was 1x baked bread with anchovies, and some random cherry tomatoes (no capers, olives pizza sauce or cheese) and 1 Margarita with ham (not proschuto). The caopnata was very oily and had no flavor it tasted like it had been sat for days. Very upset with this, I hope next time the food will be better.

An abysmal drop in quality since I last went. I ordered the pizzas on Uber Eat and I received these pizzas with counted toppings, mozzarella saved on the margherita which if they hadn't put it on perhaps would have been better, spicy potato croquettes. I suppose there are no longer any Italians working there and if there are perhaps they should take a course again.. It's absolutely not worth the money I spent and unfortunately no one will give it back to me.

Awful customer service, stingy management and ant in food! Visited the restaurant last week. The pizzas were great as usual. However the service was appalling. The manager served us expensive bottled water without providing us a chance to refuse. The situation worsened after we found an ant on the tiramisu we ordered. We showed this to the waiter who spoke to the manager. The manager seemed unconcerned by this and instead of doing the right thing and refunding the cost of the tiramisu and apologising, he decided to offer us a discount of £1.80 to a total bill of over £50. I will no longer be visiting this establishment and would encourage others to do the same.

I discovered this place 7 years ago and it was one of my favourite pizza in London (proud to say I’m from Naples and pizza lover) and now that I’m living in the area I used to go on Sunday night with my boyfriend, we both realised that the quality of food it’s becoming more poor time by time, and I don’t know if it’s because we used the Fork in this occasion but was worst than ever!! So sad and disappointed.

I went to this restaurant last night with some friends who have been there in Sept. They noticed immediatrly the change of management and the pizza was average in comparison with what was before. Also, we ordered the tiramisu and we believe the cream used was off as the taste was disgusting. I will not recommend this place for pizza. On top of that, there was an incident with the phone of my friend as the oil dispencer was leaking and unfortunately, his phone was on the table and the result was the oil went all over his phone. When he tried to address it to the waiter, he told:"Sorry Sir, nothing I can do". We will never go back to this place.

We've been several times now, it's always great, they're always very accommodating, and everyone brought along has agreed. Great pizza, fair prices, friendly service. Friend who came along last time was a huge fan of the green wall and decor which I hadn't really noticed before but actually is a nice touch.

I have already experienced a lot when it comes to gastronomy, but this service is the non plus ultra! We just had a drink in the plan. But that was a special experience! I had never experienced such wonderful service before 👌🏻 such a courteous host, it's a joy. Very friendly, not too much, not too little, perfect in the truest sense 🤩 that was a special experience for us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the pizzas, but since I already have experience in the job, what When it comes to pizza, I could already tell that it is a highlight in London 😏 apparently the pizzas look perfect 🤤 at second glance I saw that it was an original wood-fired pizza 😯 that must be a culinary delight that I definitely have still have to catch up! We are looking forward to the next visit and are grateful that there are still such restaurateurs 😌

Excellent pizza, very reasonable prices, nice atmosphere, friendly service. The food's the absolute star here, the pizzas are some of the best in London, and - great discovery - if you order a side of meatballs with sauce and use it to amp up your pizza, it's next-level deliciousness.

Drawn in by the lure of neopolitan wood fired pizza. We were greated by an over enthusiastic Indian. We were up sold the valentines deal £14.99 starter, pizza tiramisu. We were a Family of 4. ! Apparently it was on the board out the front…! This technique was also done on everyone who walked through the door including a mother and son.! We went with it just to get some peace. The pizza was good. But when he brought the bill for the DEAL £49.99 🤣🤣 if you say both in Indian it sounds the same .. So £170 for pizza and wine with the special deal. WELL DONE … I certainly was. Piss take these days especially when we paid in full and left to see NO pricing in the board outside. I hope it was worth it quartieri

The staff were lovely and the food delicious. very attentive to our needs. Great proximity to The Kiln Theatre. A great little find which we shall return to in the future.

Delicious pizza fritta and calzone. The frittura could be better: a bit oily and lacking of saltiness but the zeppole were amazing and the tomato sauce as well. The service was so nice, the head waiter works hard and really care about the customers! The pizza was delicious (we took one calzone and one pizza fritta). The appetiser of frittura can be better: the zeppole were delicious and the tomato salsa as well but the crocchè and arancini were a bit unflavoured and missing salt. The fried vegetables were a bit oily. Anyway a really good place for a delicious napolitan pizza ❤️

The WORST pizza I have ever had. It said on the menu with “roasted potatoes “ and when the pizza arrived it had 5 French fries on top. We also ordered calamari as a starter, which originally advertised for 6£ and then the Indian guy was like “we changed the menu” it’s 10£ now. It ended up being two slithers of a leftover calamari which was clearly frozen, undercooked, and tasteless. The service was appalling. The Indian guy smelled like an ash tray and he was beyond rude. He even wanted us to pay for the service charge, which we refused. STAY AWAY! Go to any Dominos pizza, which will be better than this frozen Aldi pizza.

USED to do a solid margarita. New owners and the food had gone down the pan. Avoid.

We ordered for delivery. The pizza was nice but the tiramisu made us laugh. 2 savoiardi with a spoon of cream on top (you can’t charge 6£ pound for that!) and it was all melted because you put it together with the hot food. Also, the fries were mushy.

Really disappointed with our experience here. Just after new year we went to the theatre and booked a table at Quartieri ahead of the show. Positives: a warm welcome, nice atmosphere, speedy service, close to the theatre. Negatives: major confusion over ingredients - we ordered a Nduja and had what amounted to a Margherita after the waiter offered to make it "less spicy". Also ordered a Puttanesca which came without any anchovies, later discovered it was a vegan Puttanesca?!?!! That wasn't obvious on the menu. Also ordered Bruschetta with roasted artichoke, garlic, basil, tomatoes. It came as bread with artichokes and none of the other ingredients. The charring on both pizzas was also excessive and gave a bitter taste. Left feeling disappointed and will not be returning. Emailed the restaurant the next day to raise my concerns but they haven't replied.

It's really poor for the price. You get a dull knife with the pizza, so it's almost impossible to cut it, and when you manage to do it, it's so "wet" that everything falls off the pizza. In addition, a service fee of £5.18 when you are there for approx. 20 min. Terrible.

The food was amazing, the service was amazing, food arrived early even though my family and I came in late, the place felt comforting, a nice place to eat without people shouting or screaming. We had a nice, the tiramisu was amazing definitely a must when ordering from the place the pizza tastes exactly like Italian pizza it reminded me of the place me and my child went to when we were in Italy, the pasta was top tier, pasta that I never tasted before my son and me were delighted by the food , it looked so mesmerising. 5 out 5 100%

Stay away. Ordered a Rigatoni con Polpette in uber eat but received an Indian meetballs in sauce with no pasta. Spent almost £40 to cook my own pasta. Even the Caponata that we ordered was not really like a Caponata. It's a disgrace and completely misleading.

AWFUL....we ordered 2 Margheritas at 1800, then a friend arrived so we ordered 1 pizza at 1830. The latter order arrived 15 mins after ordering, 90 mins after the first order we are still waiting for two Margheritas. The girl who picked up the phone blamed the driver instead of offering a solution.

My daughter birthday My experience was unforgettable ❤️I spoke to lovely waitress before I arrive to arrange a surprise for my daughter’ birthday .. she was sooo happy to help and she put a balloons and cake with drinks .. It is supposed to be an Italian restaurant but nothing in that restaurant relate to italy other than the music , the food has no taste like frozen food , regarding to the prices it’s not worth it.

I used to go there 5 years ago and it was great services and delicious food. Just been there recently with my family and it was a very bad service and two mistakes with the food order so it take so long for the food to arrive and it had arrived separately. Drinks has arrived to our table after meal very delayed. That was a terrible costumer service and the restaurant it was very empty - just us as a costumer! No reason for this awful service - I will never come back and I don't recommend this place.

Never AGAIN. I decided to take my friend for a birthday treat. The place is very beautiful, well kept. The young lady who served us was polite, but probably new, she made a mistake with our food, we got the pizza befire our drinks, we ordered Aperol spritz and they came with negroni. We had to call the manager to clean up our table and serve desert, he was not kind, friendly or just professional, he looked like upset that we bothered him , we felt like they were doing us a favour. If that guy (italian one) is either the owner or manager, he has a lot to learn in terms of customer services/business. No wonder why the place was empty, we were the only customers. Not a place to go at all

we just got a pizza and it's an absolute nightmare! it is not cut, burned, in fact, just two pieces of coal and a pile of empty dough with a drop of filling! very bitter and impossible to eat. it is impossible to eat and completely ruined our dinner with the family

I got delivered one pizza and chips. Everything was good especially the pizza base, but the portions were a bit small in my opinion. Maybe I will order from there again.

I would happily give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the service. Frittura was good, and good portion too. Pizza was big and super tasty. Everything priced well for London. The problem was the service. Ordered a pizza and got another one with pork on top. I cannot eat pork otherwise I would have eaten anyways. I just can’t eat pork. The waiter took it away and wasn’t happy. After a minute the pizza came back and looked pretty similar to the one just taken away. We lift some topping and could see the old topping underneath. We ask if that was the same pizza where they just remove the pork and topped with different meat , because the pizza was slightly cold and looked the same. Other than some huffing and puffing we get no answer and the pizza is taken away. Eventually the right pizza arrives, slightly raw dough but not too bad. It’s not a customer fault if they are given the wrong order, twice. We understand the being busy and the making mistakes, we are all human. However, an apology would have been nice, or at least not having the huffing puffing service. It’s nice to be nice.
