Closed for refurb ,never opened again what a shame great food .tried leaving messages no reply . Tried to find their other outlets (Croydon , Camberley, Beckenham .)

It is high time Tasty does something about their TERRIBLE customer service. The servers are rude, look as though they do not want to be there, do not greet customers, slow, disinterested. The food at Tasty is not the issue, but dealing face to face and over the phone with these servers is what is deterring me from this establishment. Why won’t I go to their competitor where they treat me with care and respect?

Verry good service and verry nice food

We booked the table and reached on time but we still had to wait 10 mins for the table to be ready. All the staff members were very helpful. Though I found it to be busy and had to wait close to 30 -40 mins for our order to be ready. Both my kids enjoyed their time. Nice pleasant ambience. Definitely recommend it if you are looking for a family dinner.

Really good burgers, tasty and full of favour. Service from Molly was exceptional, she was attentive to the whole restaurant by herself and was very friendly and professional.

Dined at Glasshouse for the first time on Wednesday evening with my husband and had a wonderful experience. The customer service was excellent—special thanks to Nisa, who was approachable, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the evening. The food was amazing—thank you, Chef Claudio! We appreciated how he personally checked in and welcomed feedback, making sure everything was to our liking. Truly a memorable night. We’ll definitely be back!

Ordered 2 weeks ago and food was almost 30 minutes late for quoted delivery time and cold on arrival. I sent the food back with the driver and when the restaurant called, I asked for a refund which was not issued. This is the first time I've had a problem with them, but because they were unwilling to refund my money, it's also the last time they'll ever get a penny from me. Extremely poor customer service.

Was looking for an all day breakfast today and stopped into the Crayside. Lovely breakfast fresh cooked. The mushrooms and eggs were cooked to perfection. Wonderful service, very quick and polite.

We went this afternoon for my cousins birthday. We did the bottomless brunch (£50pp). It was really disappointing. There were only 4 cocktails to choose from, Prosecco, beer and house wines. We went specifically because we wanted cocktails and were very disappointed with the options. The food portions were very small and we actually found the sliders ridiculously spicy to the point they weren’t enjoyable. Sides are £5-6 each for chips. Considering the price we definitely expected more. The one positive was the staff, they were attentive and quickly came straight over whenever we finished a drink. For what ended up being £60 each it was terrible. We left stone cold sober (after 16 cocktails) and hungry. Good food we could have gotten over it but the whole experience was just meh. Wouldn’t recommend especially if it’s a special occasion.
